I think is a good platform with strong support for the subscriber. They continue to improve the platform and they are open to subscriber request.

Pros

The support staff has always been exceptionally helpful. I am pretty stupid about some accounting procedures and they walked me step-by-step through my problems. They went beyond what anyone should expect and was always patient and pleasant. I liked their shortcuts that were available for often used entry.

Cons

I really had few if any complaints. Weaknesses were on my part and not .

I think is a great program and easy to use

Pros

The agents are always available when I call and are very patient in helping me walk through how to perform different task that are new to me. I also like 's help and support give step by step instructions and also shows visuals.

Cons

Sometimes they update or change the look of the site without notice which sometimes can be confusing but like I said i can always call for advice.

Pros

is an AWESOME Management Application. We became a self managed HOA and was in search of a management program and Buildium is AWESOME.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about . We started using Buildium in April and have nothing but high praise.

I have had a great experience with , even though I know I am not using it to the full potential. There are still things I need to look into and figure out before I implement more usage.

Pros

It is easy to understand, even for someone who does not have any property management knowledge

Cons

The way tasks are set up is a bit inconvenient, maybe making it user friendlier, with more freedom to edit and maybe a notepad like experience.

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate the system!! I believe is the best management software for smaller property managers.

Cons

I'm not a fan of not being able to pull average cost. I would like it to be mor user friendly for construction budgets and average cost.

good overall, but you are missing some basic functions that need to be added. I am a commercial property manager and I need to be able to send one bill per month to each tenant with multiple charges

Pros

I never have to worry about remembering rent increases

Cons

That I cannot put 5 charges on one monthly invoice all together. The tenant shouldn't get 5 different bills and storing all the extra paper is a pain

Very Well Organized and can navigate to view properies by address or by each landlord easily. Can see current rent due and get notifications when leases are close to expire so you can renew them in time

Cons

The price. Monthly cost is almost $200/M.

I have had a great experience with . I have been using it for almost 4 years, and it has made my work easier to handle.

Pros

I enjoy how I can access via my computer, iPad, cell phone, however I need to do so to get my work done. I also enjoy how we can now autofill the work order from the task.

Cons

I do not like how often I need to refresh the program to see what I need.

Poor. I do not recommend. They caused us so much headache.

Pros

Not much I can say that is positive after they caused us major losses.

Cons

Lost all of our data after they told us we would have access for 60 days after account ended. Charged us for subscription then turned off tenant turner so we could not use it for the last month of our account being active. Every time I needed support they were unable to resolve anything.

I have been using for quite a few years now and it's been amazing! I used to use Rent Manager and compared to that, Buildium is so much easier.

Pros

It's very straightforward and pretty easy to use - just click the "green button" and it pretty much leads the way; but when you find yourself in a jam, the customer service can solve just about any issue you are having and they are happy to do so! This is key to success, it's old school customer service with a real live person!

Cons

I would like more customized reports, and the hold music needs to go!

We are still learning the system, there is a lot to learn and finding the time to do the online Academy training is hard.

My only complaint is that I wish it was a little more geared to leasing and follow-up prompts with leads.

Overall, I love the software it's very user friendly. You can manage alot of your activities from tasks, to bids, to workorders all in one job. I like the simple app for residents to use. I am pleased overall.

Pros

It's modern, sleek, simple and user friendly.

Cons

It's pretty pricey. Some of the reporting can be more intuitive. I wish they had more detailed reporting similar to quickbooks style. Especially for prepaid accounts and the detail ledger around prepayments is confusing.

Great so far. Better than property meld and other systems I've used. Should have lock interface and phone calls/messages added instead of using another software

Update several tasks due date, status, assignees and collaborators at the same time

Cons

I can't add a note or change title to multiple tasks at the same time I can't update several recurring tasks due date, status, assignees and collaborators at the same time like regular tasks We have to use other system to complement calendar and guest messages

Our owners are very happy with our systems. and Happy Co Inspections are greatly integrated. Our business would not be the same without them!

Pros

It allows clear docmented communication between us, the tenants, and the owners. All their financial documents and monthly bills can be easily tracked in one place. Only one place to track rent payments is the most efficient system.

Cons

Some of our tenants have a hard time pulling up documents we've uploaded to the system.

We really like the Support when you need help, they are all professional and very helpful and always resolve the issue at hand.

Overall, I think this is one of the better platforms for site management, this is the fourth one I have used in my carer and it is definitely the best, but can use improvements.

Pros

Ease of use, intuitive, able to look up information accurately and the real time updates.

Cons

Sometimes slow to start up, especially with Bill Pay, Mailings, and it can be frustrating with the new email settings to move forward with composing emails and sending them out in a fast an accurate manner.
