You have to wait at least 30 minutes to get an answer; simultaneously, you are receiving a message "Press 2 to get a call back..." and it doesn't work. When you tell the operator, she says it's because of many calls, but it never worked. An account manager who should help you tells you to call customer support. They give no help or training to set up an account, and I was paying for an upgraded plan for the support that sales person promised. Save your money. DO not use them. I don't know how they recive these good reviews, most likely they pay for them. Pros Nothing. They overpromissed and didn't deliver. Cons They charge credit card fees from the landloard and can't provide information about who paid with a credit card. I think what they are doing is a fraud. I didn't even receive the amount of money through their system that they charged me a fee. The way they transfer money, it's inconvenient. They combine and split the transfers a weir way. Reason for choosing Buildium They promised fast transfer and great support. I just warn them to make sure it has all of the features needed and to check out the built in Apps to supplement features that may be missing. I would also say they have better than average support for a PM software.
