I would recommend this software to others in HVAC and plumbing trades, as I think it really makes a big difference in the bidding world. Pros I liked how user friendly it is. Its not complicated at all and was really easy to get use too. It also cut the time it took me to do a take off in half. Being able to do it digitally really helped my time management. Cons I can't say there was much I didn't like. I really think fastPIPE makes any estimators life a lot easier. I have 38 years of experience as a construction foreman, lead service technician, energy management foreman which they utilized my knowledge of the trade to create the accurate refrigeration assemblies and job items needed for this program.
