Overall it is a good software to use as outlook is the only used in some organizations.

Pros

Outlook is one of the most popular software in today's market as it provides to chat and it most efficient software which need very less assistance as its belongs to Microsoft. One must try this for regular cheating purpose.

Cons

It some times get hang as might be my pc issue but they should update it for the more good interface.

communication is the main business function that this app has helped in our organisation and prompt decision making is a result of this effective app.

Pros

Communication between offices and campus wide has been smooth sailing. The pop up alerts you that a new message is in, even in the middle of doing something. This makes communication effective. YOU CAN ALSO have a meeting with different people in defferent offices using outlook. You are always on track as long as you open it regularly.

Cons

I have been a user for a long time and wasnt inconvinienced by the outlook mesenger, but have realised that if you keep too many messages inbox, it may be slow to receive new message and at times not receiving at all

Cons

There's nothing that really turns me off about this software. It works exactly how I need it to work.

Not a lot of people use it anymore. The emoticons are old.

I understand they have released OUTPUT Messenger which addresses some of the issues I described above. I will definitely take a look at that.

Pros

I like that this messenger is very direct and can be effective for intra office communication. All messaging is secure. If someone is just joining our team we can use this platform before moving on to something with more features.

Cons

It really needs a chat option. It also needs the ability to login from multiple devices with a single user ID and password.

Outlook Lan Messenger is overall a nice software for communication. It does the job well but won't exceed your expectation

Pros

The security is amazing knowing that all messages are encrypted gives me and my colleague peace of mind because we handle sensitive information

Cons

Group messaging could be better, it's not always easy to find you colleagues and create groups. Also the interface is not the most comprehensive

I love how easy it is to set up and train new employees on it

Pros

I love how you can message employees only in the office. It's perfect for inner office work and is reliable

Cons

I do not like that there is no chat feature on outlook lan messenger. Hopefully the team will make it an option soon
