Pros I was a member of the rollout HR team that helped in our system management transfer. I was most impressed by the customer support we received from the UKG team. We had a few meetings with their rep and they ensured we were ready for rollout before rolling it out to our employees. I am a part of the recruitment team, and it is very easy to move a new hire through the candidate process. I also appreciate that there are representatives available to assist with support either through an email or a phone call. Cons I wish UKG had created some visual guides for employees, both on the admin side and on the user side. My company had created some of our own visuals to aide in training, but some additional tutorials would be nice to have available for distribution. Pros It is easy to navigate and not overwhelming. As someone who has used it both as a manager and employee, it is overall an easy tool to use. Cons The time off requests can be a little tricky. Also it doesn't keep you updated often. For example if you offer a shift to someone it doesn't let you know if they took the shift or not until the manager approves it.
