### "I use this to manage my time card, W2, pay history for my benefits"

Benefits is that it allows us to become an electronic and we can focus on improving and streamlining processes into the system for tracking/reporting.

Pros

I like the easy to use menu option, the punch in time card is easy to access. Although we use a different software for my benefits, I can still access the link through this software application. It is very clean and easy to read, visually appealing. It also has a "most recently used" drop down menu which is very nice because I usually just use about 3 different tabs within that menu daily and then the rest of the tabs I use maybe once a month.

Cons

The accruals section is a bit confusing to navigate as a user. The customer service works on a case system which is usually always a slow response time.

Pros

I loved using UKG Pro - first, it is so user friendly and seamless. It is so easy to log in and clock in and out. The system was very appealing and make it simple to clocking in and out super quick and easy. I absolutely LOVE how simple it is to request time off and the system shows you everything you need to know, along with simply locating paystubs.

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say about UKG Pro - just wish my company still used it.

has it good and bad features and implementation experience like all software products. Kronos changing names in the middle of our implementation wasn't desirable, but we got through it :)

Pros

cloud based software and a product that has name brand recognition.

Cons

did not have comparable functionality to WIM from WFC - and getting to the data that is available requires Google accounts and we are not a Google shop. Dell Boomi is a pain

Overall experience is positive and worth the money.

Pros

UltiPro is very easier to learn. The program guides you effortlessly to where ever you need to go for whatever you want to do. This is exceptional because it offers assistance to employees who are no longer with the company with payroll, hr and tax information which saves times for everyone.

Cons

I think it would be better if there were more customization options. It's pretty basic. I also think it's a little behind the curve as far as introducing new features.

Paying hourly employees comes from their time and proprietary calculations being done accurately. We have found no issues during our first 2 go live payrolls. We had constant issues with previous time and attendance vendor.

Pros

Functionality and Cleaner. User friendly for employees and Supervisors/Managers.

Cons

Reports are very complicated to build. Too many different areas to go to and not intuitive enough. I have taken all the classes and still do not feel comfortable at all in modifying or creating reports.

ADP Time and Attendance is not client oriented and usually never addresses issues with the Client. Have to go through payroll rep so things are lost in translation. Too many issues that caused pay issues that could no longer be tolerated.

Terrible from start to finish

Pros

The integration with our background provider was very easy to do

Cons

Nothing is configurable. It does not fit anything complex. Poor notifications automation for candidate experience. You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process. There are so many things. Comp data is 1 field - can create multiple fields for the offer letter. The offer letter is mostly manual since they have limited merge fields. Dashboards are not configurable so you can only present UKG items. Pre-screen questions cant manage in groups and are complicated to bring into requisitions. Candidates can't withdraw from their applications. Req creation process long and not easy for manager self-service.

### "UltiPro has its draws but not without several setbacks"

Pros

One of the things I like most about UltiPro is that it gives the user or employee at lot of freedom to access a great deal of information easily along with the ability to update and change things without having to going through a cumbersome HR process. UltiPro delivers a great deal in that category which I'm sure takes some of the daily pressure off of an HR team.

Cons

Although UltiPro delivers a lot it certainly has numerous drawbacks in my option. The layout is not customizable which makes accessing the more frequency needs like timesheets and PTO a bit of a hassle and not very intuitive. In addition to that timesheets and PTO are are two entirely separate pages or modules makes navigation between the two less than ideal. There are also no options as far as I know to view company observed holidays or fellow employee's PTO on the calendar. These are just a few of the faults I've found while using UltiPro. Although it is fairly feature rich its cumbersome UI doesn't make it entirely friendly to use.

I have started this year to use the PPACA system which is great! It reduces the manual work involved when the system does it for you. Benefits are great. Looking forward some day to upgrading that to your Prime Benefits. Your Open Enrollment looks cleaner in Prime Benefits.

Pros

This software is people-friendly, all inclusive for processes in our departments. The Support is awesome and timely. The education is outstanding with individual one-on-one, webinars, videos and updates. Communication on what's happening at Ultimate Software, what's new, updates, is ever on spot.

Cons

I'm still working on understanding the Business Intelligence. It seems complicated.

Pros

I like how it's customized to show my personal info and how long I been with a company. Great tool to use and has a wonderful time clock tool to punch in and out from your phone as well so you don't need to be in front of a computer

Cons

There is one thing I don't like and maybe can be updated anytime you have to edit the time it needs to have a note where you submit but I think it should allow the user to change the time and then just have payroll approve so it saves them time as well and reflects the adjusted time.

Even with the simple issue relating to the benefits, etc., this product is fantastic and user friendly. It mainstreams the entire HR office into a single location along with payroll and allows employees versatility in seeing and printing things like pay stubs, W2s, their personnel info, etc. Definitely reduces HR calls and makes access easier for the employees.

Pros

This allows for single point access to onboarding, payroll, personnel information, and more. Basically, it's HR in a box, and as an employee, it makes sending specific requests for some items as simple as making that request from within the program (name changes, etc.).

Cons

The most frustrating part of the program is in the benefits section because it does things like show beneficiaries but does not allow a user to add, delete, or request to implement a change for them. It also offers no reason why something isn't available to the user (such as out of enrollment window flag or similar). New hires are confused when something simply doesn't work.

### "It’s a solid choice for employee self service portal "

As an HR Representative I use UKG to track candidates, hire and onboard new employees, grab forms for internal and external use, check employee statuses and oversee compensation and adjustments. As an employee I use it to check vacation and sick time accruals, make tax and payroll deductions and benefits elections. It’s a good platform for internal use!

Pros

I like the ability to work off of 1 platform and have 1 portal for all my needs. I do the hiring for my company and I use UKG for hiring purposes, I also do on boarding for new employees and employee management once they are employees. My favorite feature is on boarding, I think it’s a wonderful improvement and I think it was completely worth the price for how much easier it makes on boarding virtual employees.

Cons

UKG is a relatively new combination between Ultipro and Kronos, and so far I don’t have any negatives but I did find the change over to be abrupt.

Very easy to use. If I have questions, I forward them to our HR dept, who I'm assuming deals with UltiPro directly.

Pros

I like Ulti-Pro since it is our means of getting paid. It's very easy to use, and I'm able to make adjustments (if needed). I'm also able to submit vacation requests, time off requests, which is then sent electronically to my boss for approval. Very simple and works efficiently. We are now able to see the amount our paycheck will be ,in regards to the amount of hours we have worked.

Cons

I don't have any issues. It is very straightforward and easy to navigate through.

### "New to WFD"

Pros

We came from WFC. We love how modern this feels and some features we've gained. Our implementation team was top notch

Cons

We were told the unification was seamless with WFR but the effective date not being used in some cases when it is pulled is a big NO. I would not recommend anyone doing this configuration until it is fixed. I understand it is being looked at but it was disappointing to learn it was designed this way.

### "Can be a lot better"

It made processing requests from the field a lot easier to manage and keep track of.

Pros

I do like the report writing functionality compared to other systems. I also see that they are trying to update the look of the front office to make it more user friendly.

Cons

The response time when submitting a ticket is horrible and the amount of customs required to maintain a system is not adequate. We were looking at the new onboarding module and it has less functionality than the previous version. Doesn't make sense to me.

It was very easy to use as an employee . I highly recommend it !

Pros

I really liked the ease and convenience of being able to clock in daily with this app, on my phone . I was able to request time off , sick days , holiday pay, through here . Without having to go to my director . I could easily check my paid time off balances , accruals , etc

Cons

I had no complaints . I was easily able to use this , and get notifications immediately from my boss that she had approved or denied my Time off .

Pros

It does the job, and has all of the features that both employer and employee need for day-to-day tasks.

Cons

The interface isn't that good. The menu system can seem a but cluttered at first, so it helps to set your favorites so you won't have to go hunting for links. Navigation elements aren't well designed and placed in somewhat akward places... the options to add or save entries such as time off requests is on the opposite part of the screen as where you're actually entering the data.

### "Don't purchase UKG Dimensions"

Not good. It has been extremely difficult and we were promised many things that never happened. The system took us backwards instead of forward. No one on one training. It is not a streamlined system and very confusing to function within system.

Pros

There is nothing I like about the software

Cons

It is a cumbersome system, very difficult to work in and there is no support to learn the system.

It was not my choice. I voted against it but the fiscal department wanted it and they took over the decision. A very poor decision.

### "There is no actual support"

I don't get how you can have an app like this and not have a direct line to a support team.

Pros

Nothing as there's no difference between the old app we used and the new one

Cons

They have no direct support for the company. Never had any real issues till they "upgraded" to the "pro" version. My password expired went to make a new one and it doesn't recognize my current one which is needed to make a new one. The app new app runs super slow compared to the old one. No clue why they would even change apps when they are pretty much the exact same setup.
