Can manage your HR documents, process tax documents and mange all of your staff information profiles as well as payroll timekeeping. If you need to manage information for your business this software has an option for that. Cons Can be glitchy at times. Any time o need to view my pay stubs (or print them) check to see how many hours of time off I have or schedule time off it's quick and easy. Pros With this software employees can review all of their information that they could need. From job description, to benefits, to their pay history and current pay stubs. Cons It does take a while to get the hang of navigating through everything. But once you get the hang of it it's easy. Also having to log in, receive a verification text call or email from everyday to every 7 days gets annoying, but it's understanding given all of the personal information contained within. Interfaces and benefits are great and such a HUGE time saver. Love the reporting and the automation of reporting. I can access training, company information, benefits, payroll, evaluation reports, organizational chart and much more. Cons I do not like having to change my password every three months. The password requirements are extensive and it makes it hard to remember. I try to keep it log every time I change it but I don't like to keep passwords written down. Underwriter Financial Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great tool for keeping track of timecards" January 15, 2019 5.0 Pros 1) being able to see the exact time I punch in and out for the day and for lunch 2) being able to model my pay check prior to making any changes (changing 401k contribution %, updating withholdings, etc.) 3) being able to log in anywhere (if I have to use a sick day I can request it in the morning) Cons The accrual tab for PTO days is a little confusing to read. The new modules for Recruitment, Onboarding, Perceptions and Learning have a look a feel that really engage your employees. Employee self service gives the power to employees and manager self service empowers your leadership teams. Cons The ability to import into the business rules can be frustrating at times, however Ultimate is working on building more importing capabilities. I have access to my time sheet, benefits, compensation information, and any forms that I need to fill out. Everything I need to know is in one place! Pros UltiPro gives you access to all of your personal workplace information in one place. Pros To preface this, my experience with this has to do with this product as an general employee not an HR employee. As an employee, Ultipro removes the headache of finding resources. everything HR related in in one spot. Previous jobs, employee handbooks where hosted in one spot, pay roll in another e.t.c. I like being able to see all the information in one place. As a job seeker, there are tons of job applications software that is frustrating. So many times it makes you upload your resume and then makes you fill it all out again. I enjoy seeing the organization is using Ultipro since it seems to have less problems and I have seen it where I can rate my competency in skills I list. Simply awesome! Cons The software could use a modern refresh, but I'm guessing part of it is organizations individual deployment not the base software. I like the reporting options as well as the ability to upload performance documentation. We leverage tax document and direct deposit form updates as well as the ability to allow all employees to track their paid time off. Ultimate Software is a great company with a great application in Ultipro. Highly recommended!! Cons Wish it had a two way performance development tracker. The payroll and hr software is easy to navigate and customizable. Cons Price can be a little bit of an issue but if you have complex payroll and hr needs, this is a good choice. The timecards are easy to read and flow alot nicer. Sometimes their are screens that are more busier than others but other than that it is not a bad system. Cons The reporting aspect of it. A lot of the reports we do not use or are very hard to understand. I really liked the reports that we had central and I wish they still brought them all over to Dimensions. The Customer Service is inconsistent, where the quality in customer service is very dependent on who you get on the other line. Pros UltiPro was nice as it had a suite of everything you'd need all in one platform. When set up appropriately, you can get some pretty good efficiency out of this product. Cons There are numerous annoyances and redundancies within different areas of the HRIS platform. Within Performance Management, you're severely limited in the configurations you can make. Some things wihtin the system can't be deleted because they're "system delivered". Pros I don't have a favorite aspect. The system isn't easy to use. On boarding our company was difficult, getting help post-integration is difficult, and pricey. Cons The software is difficult to use at best. Training is lack luster and confusing. Building reports gives you so many options it takes forever to determine what field you need. All though I feel like now we have a good support team looking into each issue, I wish they would have been pro-active about the issue since the beginning however I do have to mention that our team has had new members and that could have impacted the communication. Pros I like the ability to run various payroll and employee reports, also the customization to each report is very helpful. Sometimes building a report is a tedious job but once built it's a great tool. Cons As mentioned above sometimes you have to build a report based on certain needs and it can be tedious but once it's built they are amazing tools. Paperless is so much easier than keeping track or loosing the info. The programmer's are always looking at ways to improve the system and add more features. Pros All of your HRIS info in one spot. Easy to locate and add documentation. Graphs, reports and so much more. In the process of implementing onboarding to make the experience easier for new hires. Pros Ultipro is relatively easy to go to one selection to another. The programs allows me to view my pay to the amount of hours I have of PTO. Its great to have everything together in program. I can save my favorite links and easily get to where I need. Cons Not many negatives to speak of. When employees punch in and punch out, sometimes there can be confusion, but that's easily fixed with call to an administrator.
