September 17, 2022 5.0 Made my life much easier, I'm able to access my payroll information at any time from anywhere! Pros I love how environmentally friendly this is. Before UKG Pro, my firm would print out payroll statements and deliver to each employee every 2 weeks. Now, with UKG Pro, each employee has access to their payroll information from their phone. I would reccomend this software to anyone looking for a good HR management solution for their company. Pros All the information I need is at the tip of my fingers. I can access my paycheck and W-2s going back for years. I can see the info regarding my health insurance, life insurance, including my dependants. I also change all the info through this website. It's all in one place! Best of all, I can access it from anywhere, not just on my company's intranet. Cons It's not alwasy intuitive. This system is by far the easiest HR system I have ever used. As an end user - I find it EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to log into 1 site for all my HR related needs. From obtaining yearly W-2s, viewing weekly pay stubs., or updating direct deposit or benefit options is user friendly and not much training required at all. Pros The ability to add many different HR items on 1 site. Cons Sometimes the software runs a little slow but it usually doesn't last long. Ultipro has a much be UX than ADP and makes updating information as well as "life events" much easier. Downloading my statements can be done in bulk which is a big plus. I can access it on a daily basis and it's up-to-date. Cons The thing I like least about this software is that I can't use it for my personal use. I would love this to hold all my important documents from home. Pros I like how it is a one-stop shop for all of my HR needs in terms of tracking time, PTO, payroll, benefits, and medical insurance. I log into one single place and all of my info is right there for me. Cons It takes a lot of steps to submit a request for paid time off which is my most common use case for Ulti-Pro. I have to click through a bunch of screens before I can submit a request and I feel that it should be a more streamlined process. Review Source KJ Kathy J. Pros The software is very user friendly and easy to make changes and process payroll. Love the payroll features of multi company payrolls in the payroll gateway and able to work in all with adding additional checks, change the tax type and arrears features. Checks and direct deposit forms are easy to print and the W-2 features are great. We are just moving to mobile and looking at additional products. Cons Sometimes when you go to do something you find out you don't have business process activated and you have to go back and try again. You have multiple screens when trying to change and save new information. Pros I like that I am able to do all of the necessary payroll processing functions in UltiPro (request time off, view pay stubs, etc.). It offers so many different platforms. Cons You need to be able to drill down Recruiting more. I don't want my managers to be able to see all candidates, only the ones that apply for their location. There are a lot of customization options for how you want training, and employees set up in the system. Cons Troubleshooting LMS issues can sometimes be challenging and take longer than expected. The LMS Enthusiasts group in the UKG Community is a great resource for when quick solutions are needed though! Pros As a TPG employee, I enjoyed being able to see the time in and time out of each week I enjoy being able to ask admin questions though the software when there was no other way to reach out to them. I liked the ability to request days off threw that software. Cons Now as an OTO employee, their system is different and I really wish that the software was the same.I wish that all functions of ultipro came as a standard in all software. Also, notification every payroll date is good thin that we don;t have to always go to website if Payroll is executed successfully. Pros We can add new bank online and unlink. Only thing need to make sure we do this before next payroll run. In addition, it tracks all vacation hours transparently. Cons Sometimes, when login from Mobile, it routes to desktop version. The training videos are very helpful to understanding navigation and submitting requests. Pros Easy tracking of PTO Balances, previous time off, and submitting of PTO to your manager. The Calendar view is extremely helpful when reviewing PTO Plans. Easy to review and approve teams timesheets on a weekly basis. Cons Some features may be hard to get to and when PTO requests are adjusted or rejected there is a lag until you see it back in your PTO remaining balance. Review Source SR Stephanie R. I wish there was a way to see pay before it goes into my bank account for budgeting purposes but not a big deal. Pros I enjoy being able to have all my pay stubs and benefit information available in one easy app rather than keeping track of multiple ones. Cons The clock in system is not always reliable.
