It provides the ability to access all of your information and make changes to to elections. It also have the ability of keeping track of all skills, education, and awards. Everything is well organized in menus and it is very easy to find everything you need as an employee. I can log my weekly hours and vacation requests with very few mouse clicks. The system also reminds me to submit my timecard - very helpful. We also use it for our tax paperwork and it works seamlessly with most tax prep software. Cons When entering less than a whole day of vacation / sick time request you have to go to advanced options to change the number of hours. This is not intuitive. Clean interface, businesslike, again a one-stop shop. Pros Seems to address everything between me and HR - paychecks, benefits, information xfer, vacation tracking, goals and yearly reviews. Announcements. Expense reports. Tax withholding. Plus it allows tasks to be assigned and tracked. It's nice to be able to do all of that at one place - having to only figure out one app. Cons There are times when finding stuff is a little challenging, but that may be because of the implementation. However, there are still some adjustments that need to happen before that potential is reached. Kronos has been very responsive in addressing these needs and are actively working to improve the system. Pros Workforce time management tools for scheduling and data review. Customer service and tech support. The Kronos WF Dimensions phone app Cons Load time, input lag, and accruals accuracy are still major issues holding this software back from reaching its full potential. Pros Ultipro provides a lot of services and is really a one-stop shop for HR needs for companies. It is easy to access. Cons The interface is clunky to navigate. It is not very intuitive to use and buttons don't always work. Those updates would go a long way. Also give easy access to pay and benefit information. Cons My HR team implemented UltiPro less than a year ago. It is much harder to navigate than our previous program, and it took the team several months to work out an issue where it was displaying incorrect PTO balances. Pros I liked the fact that I was able to access my payroll statements, request time off, and view my W2. Cons This software at times displayed the incorrect number of days off. I have known coworkers to be paid the incorrect wage. I also did not like when we first began using the software it was very easy to be get locked out of the program and difficult in the beginning to access the account if you where locked out. Pros This app is so easy to use. Once I log in I can access all of my important information in an easy to access format. I can monitor my time cards, my scheduled paycheck, my upcoming schedule and other important pieces of information I may need to stay on top of information for my job. Being able to check in and out and see the exact amount of time I have been clocked in for a given week is fantastic. The live website is just as useful and good. Cons Having to log in each week just so that the app remembers my password even though my phone has touch ID which should let me just log in. I also wish there was a way to check upcoming paychecks, customize the interface (I don't like the green) and otherwise highlight in the app what company it is. It has taken some getting used to, but I find the desktop/web tool meets my needs and has all required functionality. Pros Overall the tool has the functions I need and I can self-service for most topics. Cons I found the UI to be very unintuitive, with side navigation hiding important functionality. Additionally, there is an app but it is lacking key compensation data so I have to use the desktop app most of the time. Review Source CS Connie S. The app allows me to stay up to date on my hours, PTO, and pay. It's not the prettiest, but darn if it doesn't work! Cons The interface is a little sparce and, though I know it can be modified, confusing to the first time user. I have seen prettier products but that has no impact on the functionality of UKG. It helps me to have easy access to my pay statements and personal work information. Great site to use and it's a great way for you to access your W-2 and 1099 through electronically. Pros Product is easy to use. I like that on the home page you can see when you were lasted paid and etc.. I love all the features it has. I really like that it helps and shows your career and education information (skills, tests, awards and so on.) Cons What I least like about this software is the benefits. I mean like being able to see and add the benefits yourself. Either I am not understanding the benefits page or I'm just confused about how to get my benefits on. I was able to find my tax documents with no issues and am thankful for the mobile app so I can access this information remotely. Pros UKG Pro is an easy resource to house all of your important employee information like pay, time off, and tax info that makes it simple to find, adjust, and learn more about all relevant information that you need to know from your employer. Cons The push notifications are at times tiresome, especially if you are away from your smart phone, but the added security makes you rest easy knowing it could be difficult for hackers to get into your confidential information that is housed on UKG Pro. HR Ops Used the software for: ### "Limited Customer Support" April 24, 2017 3.0 Unfortunately the customer support is the largest roadblock to progressing company processes and system setup. It is nearly impossible to receive a response in a timely manner. We consistently need to escalate unresolved cases to our account manager. When we do receive an answer it is usually very short with little context as to why or how the system operates. The features we request are often quickly dismissed and the projects we ask for assistance on are often an additional cost of service. The tool is over complicated requiring multiple clicks (limited automation). Onboarding and Ulti HR Core do not integrate and require multiple steps for setup when hiring new employees. October 17, 2018 5.0 UltiPro has saved our organization time and streamlined our communication with employee benefits, info and time management! Pros I like having everything all in one place for personal HR/benefits info and to manage that for my employees and direct reports! Cons Until you get familiar with the navigation, it was a little hard to find what I needed when a direct report submitted changes or time off requests.
