Mostly we used it for clicking in and out. But we also used it to sign up for/decline benefits and requesting for time off. It was very easy to log in, clock in, and log out. Cons I was an employee, so I didnt set-up the software with the options we had, so I can only tell my side of the story. " April 24, 2018 5.0 Pros I love that I can quickly access my HR and pay information. The UltiPro layout is very easy to navigate. I head to UltiPro at least 4 times a day to clock in and out. Cons I have no complaints! I love the functionality. I am a new employee, so not all of my personal information is populated. Able to merge multiple areas, previously requiring many products, into one convenient platform. Cons Ultipro's customer service is not great. Pros Ultipro has just about every feature you need as an employee in one interface, which is really convenient. Cons The product has many of features, but the UI is not vert intuitive. Its easy to use and understand as a user. Pros Excellent tool to get all your paychecks, W-2s and withholding items completed all in one place. It's very intuitive to use. It is so easy to use, the interface is easily navigated and customer service is outnof this world. Very rarely do I get an “I don’t know” and when I do I get a prompt response. The ability to customize the User Interface with simplicity separates itself for me. Pros The most important thing that UltiPro offered to me was the ability to customize my 'favorite' links to allow the user interface to fit my exact needs. I have used many different competitors software and UltiPro was one of the easiest and most effective out there. Cons I don't know if it was an employer issue or a software issue, but the benefit information was the one thing that UltiPro lacked, it often times took a week or two to update and use.
