It is fairly easy to navigate around the site and do what I need to get done. Cons I wish it had a bit more flexible interface. I am not sure what it is written in , but it can be a pain to navigate sometimes. The main menu especially is a bit tedious as things move position quite a bit. The previous software was fine, but I didn't like it as much as this one. Ultipro has a much more minimalist user interface that allows me to find the information I need more easily and quickly. I also noticed there is an app available, which the previous provider did not give us access to. Pros My payroll and statements are easy to read and understand. I can make adjustments to settings such as withholding and direct deposit easily. The interface is minimal and intuitive. Cons There isn't anything I would say I dislike. Everything is simple and intuitive enough but also isn't so minimal that information I would want is missing. Review Source Melissa T. You click in one area (example: clicking "menu") and you find my company info which takes you to information on the company (organizational charts or new job opportunities internally). Also I like how when you take time off work, the calendar on UltiPro highlights what days you have already planned off which I think helps to save time of trying to back and look at your hours. I also like how you can select favorite categories that provide you with quick access to them. Cons I don't have really much of any concerns with this software except I would like it if the software wouldn't log you out so quickly. Pros Good software for time management. Its been overall easy program to use. Not much of a learning curve to understand. Since we started using UltiPro, we're able to do all of our benefit elections through the program and it works great. Cons I'm told by HR that we aren't able to add custom fields to the program to retain additional information on our team members. There are some reports that we'd like to generate combining this program with our banking program, but we're not able to put the employee's banking software ID in UltiPro. Pros As an employee, using UltiPro was very straightforward and useful. I could check time logs in and out, payroll, see benefits, get in touch with HR and more all from a single application. It makes it extremely easy to navigate to different pages and portals within the system. As a manager, I also love that the system notifies me when a timecard is submitted for approval. It really helps me to make sure nothing slips through the cracks! Cons While I love how user-friendly the platform is, I think the design and UX could be better. It's been a great tool so far! Pros This software is easy to use to record time worked so employees simply clock in and out. Approving time for payroll is quick and painless. Requesting and approving PTO is also a breeze. Cons The software is easy to learn and navigate. Pros Easy to use with a very simple interface. Used to view pay documents as well as tax information. Can also use to change my direct deposit set up as well. The people who are providing the training do not rush through it and offers breaks. If you are stuck, the host will work privately with you and stay after the training if needed. Cons There are just so many training sessions, I want to do them all of them now, vs waiting to complete the pre-requisites.
