Pros I like that there is a place for everything and it is easy to navigate through the different areas that I have to manage. Cons The qualification process they had in place a few years ago to be able to get permission to have access to certain levels of administration was a bit extreme. Easy software/website to navigate. Cons Time sheet data does not appear to be entered into Ultipro, it simply displays the data from another system. " February 2, 2018 4.0 Pros Being able to customize logins to create tailored access to employee documents for auditors. It is easy for them to navigate and makes audits simpler to manage. The mobile app is great. I also really enjoy doing employee reviews directly in UltiPro. It is very easy to request time off. Cons When we merged companies I still had two instances in the system so that function was not seamless. The support team was not the greatest in squaring this away. Pros It is able to provide you with all of the details an employee would need to know. The moblie app is super convenient for checking things out on the go as well. The org chart is a really cool feature as well. Cons The UI/UX is a bit cumbersome and some of the navigation doesn't make sense so there is a learning curve. Review Source Brett G. It is the "plain vanilla" toaster oven of HR and Payroll Software... Pros It definitely performs what it advertises for. However, nothing more, nothing less. Pros Very easy to manage your EE benefits and see all your compensation. You can easily track your time off and even calculate your potential earnings with various customizable factors. As a user of the program, it has proven to be functional, easy to use, and timely. One of the thing I like most about this software is the time sheet feature. It keeps everything in real time. The ease of having everything in one piece of software has been nice. Cons I do not think the time entry is very user friendly. I think on the back end, it allows our HR department to easily document and store employee data with little to no effort at all. on the front end, I think the navigation could be a little more user friendly. Pros We went from in house software to ultipro. I like the functionality and ease of access ultipro provides as a an end user Cons I think as a first time user, Ultipro can be hard to navigate. especially when looking for something specific, like time off or to cancel a PTO request Review Source RF Ryne F. Pros As we grew it got harder to manage the recruitment and payroll for new hires, this tool made this much more streamlined. I really wish we could go back to ADP because it seems so much more user friendly. I was able to find exactly what I wanted to know and print out pay stubs that actually looked like real pay stubs from ADP and it doesn't see that is an option for this app. It just seems to be very much more complicated than ADP was for the end user. Pros I like the way the deductions and things are broke down week by week on the app. It shows you a break down for each week even if the pay period is bi-weekly. This seems to be very helpful in determining exactly what took place each week. Pros The smart dashboard gives a modern look to the software and placing the most used features one click away.
