If I ever can not locate something, there are help documents and videos listed on the side of the page. Cons Running payroll is sometimes tricky because UltiPro can not look back on previous weeks to compensate an employee for those hours worked. For example, if a new hire starts in the middle of payroll, you will need to upload some sort of spreadsheet with that information to adjust the hours worked. Review Source IJ Ikiera J. Pros I can download an App and use it on my phone. It has an easy to use time clock for signing in and out. Cons It iccassionally will not let me log in. Pros We use Ultipro as our payroll software. It has a nice set up, user friendly, and allow users to see all their pay information in one place. That includes historical paychecks and W-2's as well. Cons We had an incident where our W-2s were not posted by the IRS deadline for those who elected to go paperless. There was no explanation as to what the issue is. Review Source EW Erik W. I wish they just had more graphics for pay breakdowns and make it a little easier to track where the money is going besides having to look directly at the paystubs. Pros They make it easy to approve time, and it's easy to adjust time for employees. This year was also a lot easier to do enrollment processes through UltiPro Cons Navigating through the site is a little rough sometime. Maybe a search function with more capabilities would be nice. February 8, 2021 5.0 This system is much better than our last, especially when it comes to looking up historical information and managing benefits and deductions. Pros The layout on the main dashboard is so easy to use and easy to understand. I've been able to find anything I need quickly and managing my benefits and payroll couldn't be easier. Cons The time keeping section and area for time off requests is not as easy as it should be. I have to go a few clicks deep in order to find the submit section. Review Source donald R. Cons I think the software would benefit from an update to its layout. I don't like that the menu is a tiny drop down. I think it would be better if it displayed all the menu options along a left navigation panel. Probably great for companies that are very large, our company however is quite small, so many of the bells and whistles are lost on us. Our parent company uses it, therefore we have to use it. Cons We do not use the accrual system the way ULTIPRO has it set up. Therefore I need to track vacation and sick time separately to keep track of balances. Pros I love that my employees can keep track of their hours and benefits online! It makes life easier for them and me Cons I dont like that you have to disable pop up blockers in order to get to your hours. I enjoy using this everyday as a user and would recommend it. Pros I like it’s simplicity. It has all the necessary features to view employee information and manage timesheets. Cons I do think the formatting of the website could be improved. Specifically, It is a little difficult to find all the menu items since it is hidden at the top left corner. I can update my contact information, review past paychecks, W2 forms, the information my organization has on me, make benefit selections or confirmations during open enrollment. It probably depends on how actively your HR is using it. However, I've found it really useful. I like that I can access ultipro from home as well as work. Cons The interface could use an update. Pros I like that there is a place for everything and it is easy to navigate through the different areas that I have to manage. Cons The qualification process they had in place a few years ago to be able to get permission to have access to certain levels of administration was a bit extreme.
