Pros Great for decentralizing HR info and putting it into the hands of each user as allowed by the admin. It has a really good user interface on the web once you get used to it. And it makes on-boarding a simple and painless process. Cons It's not exactly easy to use and understand at the first go. Not as customizable as I'd want it to be. Used the software for: ### "Ultipro Review" February 1, 2017 3.0 I have been using Ultipro for two and a half years. The system will be upgrading this year. To be honest, Ultipro is not my favorite ATS I've ever used. I prefer Taleo over Ultipro. It is not easy to navigate from a recruiter or hiring manager stand point. Just not a user friendly system. Also seeing pay history is really easy. I also enjoy how simple it is to see current benefits. Cons The interface is a tad unintuitive, I had to remove a dependent and that was a very difficult process, as the UI makes it VERY hard to do it and I needed to get my admin to help with this. Cons A little unintuitive. The ui can be confusing and not super user friendly. It would be nice to be able to view/compare data across pay periods more easily. Earlier last year I used Google docs to manage payroll and was managing it in various google spreadsheet tab. It was a pain to work manually on different employee data. After I started using UltiPro, things become easier and automated. It has helped in a number of ways. Pros 1\. Better employee management 2. Automated payroll 3. Easy to view reports 4. all data is centralized and backed up Cons 1\. User interface need some improvement. It seems busy.
