Cons

My company just switched to this software 2 months ago, and I must say I love how organized and highly functional UltiPro is!

Pros

UltiPro is an exceptional HR software that offers numerous features including, but not limited to: Payroll information, Electronic Check Stubs, electronic W2 Forms, Withholdings and 401K information, Along with accrued time off benefits.

Cons

Considering that I’m still rather new to the software, It’s taking me a little longer to navigate through all the information and features that UltiProhas to offer.

Pros

Easy to maneuver, has great features and functionality as well a good customer support system. Able to fine everything I need.

Cons

There is nothing that really stands out to me as a con with this software. My only minor complaint is that it can be difficult to keep track of where everything is since there are so many options.

Pros

I used UltiPro to view my paystubs at my old job. It wasn't superb but it did great for viewing paychecks, looking at pay history and thats about it.

Cons

Sometimes UltiPro had issues signing me in. I might of been my company and their poor SSO setup, but it was a pain to access my paystubs when I really needed to.

Pros

As a enduser I really like the software. It allows to to keep track of everything regarding pay, direct deposit, w2 etc. has a lot of your basic needs. It allows me to have the information I need at my finger tips. Very intuitive and easy to learn. Very user friendly, and as a end user I approve of this program.

Cons

No much to dislike here, has a lot of your basic stuff you would need and easy to use.

Pros

My reps can clock in and clock out in seconds. It also has the feature to submit time off request on the spot. It will allow you to see your paycheck as well.

Cons

I cannot do any supervisor entries on the app, unlike the desktop view of course, which limits me to do my request quickly.

This software took so little training to get the hang of, and my coworkers also picked it up very fast. We haven't switched everyone in all of our branches to use this yet so it's difficult to coordinate but I hope they switch soon.

Pros

Ultipro is user friendly. There are several tutorials inside the program if you need a refresher on how to use. I mostly use for time off and vacation but it inside it stores all your employee and employer information, so you can easily access it.

Cons

There are several tutorials on how to use the product which is nice, however it could be much more user friendly. The layout seems odd and not always easy to do simple tasks.

Pros

Each employee can gain access or rather "self service" at any time to change reference or customize HR related needs and issues. Its very user friendly.

Cons

Their team seems really disorganized and when you need customer service or a real person to talk to and deal with, I feel like you get passed around the service team a lot. You really have to stay on top of them to get answers.

Pros

It's very clean and well organized. The software has recently been utilized by the company I work for and its much easier to use than the last one.

Cons

It randomly stops working in chrome for no apparent reason and there are a few too many buttons that don't always have a use. You also cant change your own photo unless you have user rights.

Pros

It has all your payroll information on one convenient site. I can log in any time to update/check status.

Cons

The initial setup was complicated and kind of time consuming. We have some employees here who are not tech savvy. This forces you to use technology, even if you normally don't.

Easy to navigate, gives me the info I need. I like being able to easy see all of my HR info and update it easily.

Cons

UI seems a bit clunky and dated. It's not fancy but it gets the job done. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load but nothing extreme.
