It has everything a Human Resources department would ever need and more! The use and analytics are amazing. Cons Unfortunately it costs more than out current HRIS system so we cannot convert but it does everything and I can assume you're getting what you pay for - an amazing software. There could be more features baked in, but it is nice that it can be integrated with okta for single sign on. Cons There is a very confusing w4 process they put you through. They should have you enter the total number of deductions you wanna take, like the w4 form asks for, not giving a dollar value.
