Cons Sometimes it is a little hard to find things or it lags when taking my punch and it ends up clocking me in a minute later after I originally pressed it but they do make it easy to correct any incorrect punches. Implantation TRES difficile, nous avons dû faire affaire avec consultants externes pour réussir à rendre l'utilisation fonctionnelle. Service à la clientèle totalement déficient et uniquement en anglais. Pros AUCUN - mes tâches ont été alourdies depuis l'implantation vs l'ancien système que nous avions il y a 2 ans. Cons Système très rigide, aucune flexibilité, implantation déficiente avec des promesses qui ne verront jamais le jour. Très difficile de corriger la programmation une fois le système en fonction. We did our employee reviews through it, we did shout outs through it, and we did all of our HR stuff through it. Pros I loved how you could recognize employees through the platform as well as it doubling as an HR platform. I had this software previously and really enjoyed how interactive it was. Cons There's so much it can do and it can feel overwhelming. Also I got it confused with an insurance agency a lot so I always messed up my benefits. Pros UKG is similar to ADP. Its shows me my timecard, my PTO/SICK TIME bank and my work schedule. I like using UKG. Cons The only thing that I am unable to see in UKG is my pay and paystubs. " May 1, 2025 4.0 Ukg pro is exactly okay, it’s not terrible but doesn’t really wow me. It does what we need it to. Pros Easy to use for the most part, the app is easy to navigate. If it’s set up correctly it’s basic and simple, however the recruiting module was veryyy basic and we had to use a different vendor. Cons The recruiting portion was disappointing, and the talent management portion is okay but I’ve used better- might be due to the set up though. Cons Date filter while looking for forms to fill in. This sometimes does not work as expected but if you select 'show all', it brings all the reviews that you have had over time. My boss can approve my vacation requests remotely, and I can access all my important employee data. Pros What I like most about UKG Pro is the fact that it streamlines my schedule, timecard, and vacation time along with important employee details. Cons I work in social services so my work environment can be semi volatile, causing me to be away from my desk frequently. The punch card is so accurate sometimes its hard to match up my punches. Cons The learning curve to fully utilize the platform for all the solutions offered may be steep and the mobile app is very limited but allows you to easily book paid time off.
