July 6, 2025 5.0 Very good application, easy to navigate, all info is readily available and accessible. Can easily print reports for your taxes, financial advisor, etc Pros Number one, I love the Logo! UKG Pro is a comprehensive application for payroll. My experience with it was using as a timeclock and extracting all of my payroll and time off information. Cons It wasn't UKG Pro as much as it was my internet provider, I believe. It's an all-in-one app which gives you the opportunity to access everything from one single dashboard. It makes accessing pay stubs, benefits, paid time off, etc easy to access. There's also a section with my employer to continue education. Pros What I like most is it's an all-in-one app. Pay stubs, continuing education, benefits information, and time off balances are just a few things that UKG Pro has on it's dashboard. " September 17, 2024 5.0 I was able to experience the various modules offered in UKG from Payroll to Onboarding to Recruitment to Performance. I work mostly with the Payroll Gateway and love the Pending Pay feature. Pros I love how easy it is to navigate, both for employees and administrators.
