It provides an extensive feature set that includes payroll and personal administration. Even though it is a little bit complex user experience, the technology has significantly increased the productivity of our process. Pros UKG Pro's features including managing teams, a user-friendly interface, seamless integration of payroll, time tracking, and other HR features made it very efficient tool. The robustness and adaptability of the reporting tools significantly increase value in an organization. Cons It takes some time to fully understand all the functions, and the first setup might be complicated and time-consuming to learn and familiar with the UI/UX. Pros Clean UI and sso login integration that's about it. Cons Mobile doesn't even attempt to offer any functionality. Search might as well not exist never returns anything, 404s randomly throughout the site. List of instructions for the app is hilarious can't even imagine an app store button. It's a good product overall, with comprehensive features and good customer service. Pros \- Comprehensive HR/people management system - Easy to learn and implement - Nice integrations between different touchpoints for employees (recruitment, hiring/onboarding, timekeeping, performance management) Cons \- User design and experience could be cleaner and more intuitive, especially for the employee-facing side when you have employees that are less digitally literate Switched from [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) My company's HR administrators made the switch -- it wasn't my decision. Pros What I like the most is the ease of use. I had no idea what UKG pro was until I came to my current job. We use it for 80% of the things needed in the computer. Easy to navigate , it alerts you and make sure that you’re sure about what you’re going to submit or change and it ask you if you want to save the changes . It give you a lot of prompts before you make a final yes or no. Cons I wouldn’t know who to contact if anything went wrong. Review Source CW Cam W. It was particularly helpful near tax season, as it had all my payroll information in one place. Pros It combined all of my payroll information into one place with easy access. Timecard corrections/punch corrections are simple and straightforward. However, having a report that I can pull that provides future PTO balances may be helpful. It could be the version that my company uses, but I have not seen this option. Pros The ability to view time cards and monitor my team is helpful. I use it multiple times a week and it has been working perfectly. Pros I love using UKG pro, it is an extremely fast, responsive and bug free software. It has detailed sections, one about your position, your pay rate, your company, information about taxes as well as access to the organization charts. I like the 'model my pay' feature. I had worked with it in the past in my previous role with another company so it was easy to adapt to what my current company was using it for. It is great for payroll and managing our benefits options. " May 1, 2024 1.0 The worst. Will never go back. It is impossible to find affordable employees who have UKG experience. Pros If you have a vast budget, this could be a great product for you. But you absolutely will spend a fortune for all the bells and whistles. Take your existing budget and triple it. Invoices come non-stop. Cons The contract is impossible to get out of. The cost goes up by 10% each year and you MUST give an extensive notice or the contract auto renew annually. We got stuck paying for ACA and had to move it to a new company as they prepared ACA filing after we terminated our contract adn they refused to refund us. Be very careful wiht UKG, they make up random charges..invoices come in at every turn. IT is also very difficult to find employees who use and understand UKG, bc they turn all of their laid off staffers into consultants who bill at $200 per hour. Dont bother. I have no idea how this company stay in buisness. We had the worst experience in almost all aspects of the software. You are on an island with help only available at $200 per hour. This company functions like a MLM. Employers beware, you will pay top dollar for employees who understad the software or you will have to resort to consultatants....MLM. Worst business model. Switched from [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) Business continuity. There is no reason to go to UKG or Workday if you have less than 1000 employees. It is not worth it. You will have to have a full team in house to support thier products and you pay triple other providers for a SaaS. Dont do it.
