Our overall experience with ChiroTouch Cloud has been disappointing, primarily due to support and issue resolution. Since relocating our clinic in June, we have experienced ongoing issues with CT Engage and have spent months attempting to get answers and solutions. Each time I ask for an update, I am told the representative handling the case will be contacted, yet days and weeks go by without any response. One of our biggest frustrations involves ERA posting. ChiroTouch receives and processes ERAs electronically but fails to automatically populate the Secondary Insurance Type field. Staff are required to manually open individual claim lines and select information that should already be populated by the ERA. This defeats the purpose of automation, increases processing time, and creates unnecessary opportunities for posting errors. What is most frustrating is that many issues seem to arise after system improvements or updates. Instead of increasing efficiency, updates often create additional problems that impact daily operations. While I have worked with a few knowledgeable representatives, the overall support experience has been marked by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and lengthy delays in resolving issues. No software is perfect, but practices should be able to expect timely responses and accountability when problems are reported.

Pros

Pros: What did you like most about ChiroTouch?\* Comprehensive practice management system with integrated scheduling, documentation, billing, and insurance functionality. When the system works as intended, it can help streamline many daily office operations.

Cons

Cons: What did you like least about ChiroTouch?\* Customer support is consistently slow and difficult to work with. Tickets can remain open for weeks or months without updates, and chat support often only creates tickets rather than resolving issues. On multiple occasions I was told a ticket would be opened, only to find later that no ticket existed. Software updates frequently introduce new problems that disrupt established workflows, and getting those issues acknowledged and corrected can take far too long.

Switched from

[zHealth](https://www.capterra.com/p/162807/zHealthEHR/)

We switched from zHealth because we were looking for a more robust chiropractic practice management solution with stronger integration between scheduling, documentation, billing, and patient communication. Unfortunately, while ChiroTouch offers many of the features we were seeking, ongoing support and system issues have made the transition much more difficult than anticipated.

We're a four-location chiropractic practice, about 55 staff, on ChiroTouch Cloud since March 2023. I've used it daily as a CA and now use it regularly to pull financial reports and run audits, so I've seen it from both the front desk and the back office. In the treatment room it's genuinely good. The problem is everything downstream of that: the Analytics section is unreliable and incomplete, support is slow and dismissive, and the requests that matter to billing and operations have gone unanswered for years while cosmetic, doctor-facing tweaks get shipped quickly. For a system a business owner has to depend on, that's a hard combination to live with.

Pros

Day-to-day clinical work is where ChiroTouch shines. Charting is fast and reliable, adding charges and billing is smooth, and custom codes are easy to manage. The automated patient reminders are a real plus — customizable messages, set and forget. If your only measure were what happens between check-in and check-out, this would be a much higher rating. The core clinic experience works.

Cons

The Analytics section is the core issue, and it's twofold: it's unreliable, and it's incomplete. Unreliable — reports break with no warning and no pattern. Some days a report runs instantly; other days the exact same report churns for an hour or two and never returns, and you give up and try again the next day, when it suddenly works in seconds. There's no way to predict which reports will fail. Filtering is not intuitive; simple tasks require prior experience or a support call. It took me three days and six to seven hours of work — much of it on support — just to understand how the AR aging buckets and filters actually worked. Every time we or our billing team raise these issues, support tries, but nothing ever improves lastingly. The Analytics section actually used to work better than it does now. Incomplete — there are no true master reports that combine data across the individual reports a practice actually needs together. Insurance and LIEN aren't separated, and LIEN returns and deductions aren't tracked at all, which are basic things a clinic needs to see. The gaps are severe enough that we've had to build our own internal reporting tools to get numbers ChiroTouch can't reliably produce. The pattern behind all of it is responsiveness. Our billing team has asked for Analytics fixes for years with nothing to show for it. In ChiroTouch's own public idea portal, the earliest request for third-party API access is dated July 13, 2022; the single most-voted feature request (posted January 29, 2023) has 337 votes and still isn't built; and there are 847 suggestions sitting under "future consideration." Meanwhile, doctor-facing note changes with under 100 votes get implemented quickly, and development time exists for touches like birthday confetti on patient profiles — but a billing request with 300+ votes waits years. The contrast that says the most: the Fullscript integration launched fast, because that partnership benefits ChiroTouch. When a change benefits the customer instead, it waits. Support quality compounds it. In my experience the first 30–60 minutes of a ticket are spent getting the rep to take the problem seriously at all; only then does real work begin, and even then it took escalation to developers and multiple days to resolve. Our billing team describes the identical experience every single time. I submitted my own API request about three months ago and got no substantive response — an email did arrive, but a month late and without even stating what it was about.

Overall, we have been very pleased with ChiroTouch. From day one we have used this software in our practice and have every intention to continue with it going forward.

Pros

We have always enjoyed the ease of use with ChiroTouch. From customer support to billing, it's been a great value for the money for our practice. Patient management within charting and front desk is streamlined so it makes going back and forth much less of a hassle. Anytime we have had issues their phone and email support has been very helpful and timely in addressing any issue.

Cons

The only thing we had an issue with was when migrating to the cloud-based version of the software we lost the interoffice messaging capability. However, now it appears they have addressed that issue and added it as a feature.

Overall, my experience with ChiroTouch has been positive. The platform helps improve efficiency by combining patient management, scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation into one system. While there are occasional challenges with setup and support, the software provides solid functionality and helps streamline practice operations. It has been a valuable tool for managing day-to-day chiropractic office tasks.

Pros

ChiroTouch offers a comprehensive all-in-one practice management solution that helps streamline daily operations. The scheduling, billing, documentation, and patient management features are integrated into a single platform, making it easier to manage patient workflows. The software is generally user-friendly once configured, and the customizable templates help improve documentation efficiency.

Cons

The software can have a learning curve for new users, and some advanced features require additional training to use effectively. Customer support response times can vary depending on the issue, and occasional software updates may require adjustments to existing workflows. Pricing may also be higher than some competing solutions, especially for smaller practices.

Overall great on the provider side, Billing side is not as smooth as preferred. On/off toggles would be appreciated to for optional services.

Pros

1-I appreciate that I can modify/update my notes to say whatever I want at ANYTIME!!! 2-Easy to use!

Cons

1-There have been more loading issues as we change between screens than there used to be. 2-There seem to be more updates during the week changing how cards are processed and screen layout without warning ahead of time. 3-Loading tiome for reports at the end of the day takes WAY too long.

Again, I was a user with the original Chirotouch and now the cloud-based Chirotouch for three years. The transition was super easy and the learning curve is super simple. I would highly recommend Chirotouch whether you are a small office or a fast-past, high-volume office.

Pros

What I like most about Chirotouch software is their customer support. Every software program on the market will have its pros and cons for your unique business, but it is the customer support that separates the mediocre from the extraordinary and Chirotouch is the extraordinary. When I have a challenge with any part of their system, the response time and accuracy is always exceptional and it is always my error. My error not because the programming is odd to me, or that I wish it was different, but rather, because I simply was wrong!

Cons

What I like least about Chirotouch is in a few places I think their sort algorithm is backwards, or at least for me. I feel like the current date should be at the beginning of what I am looking for, rather than the bottom. I have been a customer for over a decade and sometimes what I am looking for could be many many pages deep.

Overall experience with CT has been overall positive and I'm very glad that I made the switch. I can now finish the note pretty quickly

Pros

The things I like the most is the ease of use for the doctor as well as the customer support. It's very easy to get someone on the phone that can help you. Notes can be done very quickly, whether you use AI or regular notes

Cons

We are adjusting to the ledger. That has been our hardest learning curve coming over from a different to the EHR

cost and ease of use of ct. Plus silkone just wasn't doing enough anymore. They weren't upgrading

Constantly leaving stuff out when you call them. Never refund over charges, and always come up with a reason for screwing you.

Pros

Works well for doctor. I have nothing else to add. If I could give a negative 5 review I would, but it is not a choice

Cons

They are constantly charging for everything they do and if you call to cancel an add on, if you don't do it in writing they keep charging you for months without telling you why.

I have used Chirotouch for more than 8 years at this point. I would recommend it to most chiropractors and even other doctor/pt types.

Pros

Easy patient management and note taking with custom macros. Customer support is great. Quick response times and online forms.

Cons

CT rev is a little lack luster on the lower end. But they do continue to support and innovate on their product to make it easier for the consumer to use and rely on.
