Pros: Notes are able to be done quickly compared to any of the three other software companies I have used. Check in process and patient self filled subjective and new patient paperwork is awesome.

Cons: Very difficult to customize, the system is constantly down and support is AWEFUL. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone or wait days for a response from the company if you choose not to wait in line. Very expensive product for what you get and even then you have to pay yearly for the poor tech support. Not ideal for practices that do more than just straight adjust, such as sport specific practices. And the worst part, they don't even have all the ICD-10 codes available. You have to manually enter codes into the system that are used quite frequently in offices such as ankle sprain codes.

Pros: The software was easy to use and intuitive. The interface worked well. The full EHR certification was a big plus that I know a lot of hard work went into. ChiroTouch was one of the first and best of the chiropractic specific EHR programs in the beginning. I would consider this product again in the future.

Cons: The monthly cost made us choose a different product for our practice management needs. We ultimately went with a cloud based software.

Not too excited.

Comments: There are other softwares out there to look at before the deep dive into your pocket for chirotouch.

Pros: The ability to point or click and have notes populate is a plus. The scheduler is also pretty nice.

Cons: I hear there is a cloud based version but the server based version is a hassle. The software is super expensive, clunky and support is pricey as well as a must have because something is going to go wrong and without the support package you are on your own. It's suppose to be great for managing the office but it's not very intuitive.

Comments: This EMR is missing a few vital functions. You will struggle to go fully paperless.

Pros: -Great for small offices, <10 users -SALT (same as last time) makes editing SOAP notes easy -Scheduling is easy -Macro functions for notes make documenting regional exams easy -Easy to customize

Cons: -Lags with more than 10 users -Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices -Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay) -Cannot formally append notes after you sign -Is not cloud-based, is server based -Takes a long time to customize -Does not integrate lab testing -Added features are all extra $ per month (DICOM viewers, patient reminders)

Pros: It really is easy to use. Customizable and has a lot of report functions. I like being able to upload claims directly from the program!

Cons: When you come across something that you need help to get past, you go to call support. The first thing they tell you is you need to try searching online support first. So I have just waited 45 minutes to get a live person and they refer me to online help?! CRACKPOT SUPPORT!

Comments: Chiro touch is an in-depth program that's been made to be simple for the practice user. It has all the elements of a high-end medical program without the high-end price. I would highly recommend this program to any chiropractors starting out or looking to make a change in their practice management!

Pros: Simple point and click features. Easy step by step processes. Patient friendly statements. This program simplified our practice without compromising the quality.

Cons: The only improvement I could recommend is the patient ledgers. Sometimes confusing at first. Other than that, zero complaints!

Pros: Easy to figure out for a new program, I like the quick buttons for repeat patients and notes, I like the communication features for the front desk manager.

Cons: It is the most time efficient program for the business, it's also time consuming to set up your quick buttons and usually requires IT support.

Pros: Once the macros are set-up, the EHR software is easy to use. Customer support is fair, but you must call and leave a message and wait for a call back.

Cons: The program has multiple modules, but do not seamlessly work together intuitively. The program was built originally for low resolution screens, and has not been updated to current higher resolution monitors. Many of the boxes are not large enough to view pertinent information. Example, ICD 10 code diagnoses are lengthy in description. The diagnosis box doesn't allow you to read the entire diagnosis. Therefore it's very frustrating and perplexing to work with. I have been using this program for close to 10 years, and it has not been visually updated since. I'm sure there are more up-to-date programs on the market.

Dr. Simoncelli, Thank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. As it is of course in the interest of all of our clients we strive to perpetually improve our products and offerings with each new release. You will be pleased to know that with the upcoming version 7.0 , which we plan to begin updating clients to in 2018 that the software interface has been given a complete facelift per se which will allow for screen and hot button resizing as well as a total user interface revamp with improved graphics and functionality. All the features ad buttons are in the same place but the interface itself has been tremendously improved. I look forward to hoping it will satisfy some of your mentioned concerns!

Pros: Love the ease of use, very robust system with many features. Have been using CT for a little over 7 years and it's been great.

Cons: Cost of add ons, for the cost of the program, it would be nice if some of the features were included in the overall cost without additional fees.

Pros: The system is very user friendly, easy to learn, and the developers are always making new updates based on customer suggestions. It is also highly customizable. There is a great online portal for feedback, training, and questions - or you can also use the chat feature and the support staff will log on to your computer to see what they need to do to help you or fix your problem. We have used ChiroTouch for over 10 years and have been highly satisfied.

Cons: There are some limitations with reporting, although they are always improving and adding more options.

Overall: ChiroTouch enables us to have all information for patients in one secure database, and the features enable our employees to work more efficiently.

Pros: Chirotouch has delivered an excellent product to us year after year. We love the innovative features meeting market demand and the ever changing healthcare landscape. The integration of programs to support Doctors and Admin staff alike help to ensure we are able to provide customized patient experiences and when help is needed they are a quick phone call away! The CT Community and training university make new features easy to navigate and new users comfortable in learning, asking questions and even making suggestions for the future. Chirotouch understands that the voice of the customer is ultimate in making progressive choices for the future of healthcare management systems.

Cons: Some click through options are not intuitive when new products are launched. Takes some massaging and usually a change is made.

Comments: I will say that for the price its pretty good, but if you can afford to spend more, do it. They have a lot of add on prices/features that they tend to not explain very well, and often blatantly incorrectly. For example, I was told I would have "unlimited claims" for $100 per month, but a couple months later they tell me that's only health insurance claims, which is about 10% of my business. I do mostly auto accident injuries and work injuries (which are NOT the same thing, although they don't know that), and there is an additional charge for those! There were many other examples of the same kind of thing. I was very upset with them.

Pros: It is very customizable, almost to a fault. The price is fair and competitive and hey have great options to make it affordable for you.

Cons: Customer support is very polite, but not overwhelmingly knowledgeable of regarding the profession, billing, coding, clearinghouse use, health insurance versus auto or work comp, etc. The software has too many separate screens you need to work from in order to do various things, and it organized oddly. For example, if you need to print SOAP notes, you need to go to a button labeled "diagnosis" instead of the one labeled "records"....makes sense, right???

This seems to be a great program, with many features.

Pros: This program has a great diversity of features. The customer service has been excellent. They are easily accessible by phone, and will do a screen share with you to help you with your training. I did a lot of research before purchasing this program, and everyone I spoke to gave it a very good review.

Cons: This program takes a lot longer than I expected to learn and implement. There is a lot of time involved in the learning process. We are hoping it will be all worth while.

Overall: This is a full practice management system, which should save time and money over the long term.

Pros: It is truly an All-In-One system. Everything you need to run an office is included in this software. The software starts out as a cookie cutter but most areas can be customized to what you want / prefer. It integrates with other companies.

Cons: The investment in the software was reasonable for everything that it does, but the yearly support fee feels like too much.

Pros: The ease of use. It's user friendly once you have completed the training. The detail put into creating the program has been spot on for those in the front and back office.

Cons: The ability to fix minor issues or make changes to things that should be common aren't as flexible as I would like to fix.

Comments: I feel like there should be different rates for smaller offices. I am NOT high volume doc, I don't see 100 patients per day, and I wish every day I had picked a different software company that wouldn't capitalize on me because I'm trapped in their software after spending all this money.

Pros: Good for billing/accounting. CA likes how it works for electronic billing connecting to office ally.

Cons: I signed up after paying the yearly fee for upgrades/support (after purchasing it for THOUSANDS) and then a few years ago they just switched it up to more amount for a year for 'upgrades/support' yet I see their marketing ads EVERYWHERE in the industry. Clearly, this increasing in size is not to support inflation but to support their inflated egos to get bigger and bigger. You also have to pay extra each month for reminders, back up support (also just got increased without my knowledge).

Comments: They used to be good but I think they got taken over and now they are just letting the company run into the ground.

Pros: I don't have to learn something new, I like that. I dread having to learn a whole new software. So since I've used this one fir several years the pro is I already know it.

Cons: So many functions do not work or don't stay working. You will spend many hours fixing things you already fixed because they just stop working again. You will lose money on patients missing their appointment because the reminders stop working and support can't fix it for long and it will happen again and again. The iPad connectivity too.

Comments: Love the chiropractic presence at all chiropractic gatherings. (parker, chirofest etc.)

Pros: You own your software! Regular improvements and updates. Integrates with other company software and equipment (xray, sigma, cash practice, subluxation stn etc.) Great people! (Rick, Lawrence)

Cons: In the recent past wait times have increased. They should have an auto call back option with their phone service. They should offer a discount for Canadian chiropractors that do not use the extensive billing options.

Dr. Alter. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I assure you that we do care very much, are aware of the issue and have resources on it. External hardware issues are unfortunate as it is nearly impossible to test newer versions of the software against the myriad of different hardware offerings in the market. We regret that it has taken this long to diagnose and remedy the issue, as that is absolutely our goal. As I understand you are now in communication with one of our support leads, Mark B, and he is shepherding this isolated issue for you and has a regularly scheduled follow up to keep you abreast of our development department¿s progress as they work to resolve it. I am personally apologetic that such lengths were required to be heard and once again want you to be assured that we do care deeply. Thank you for your continued patience and for choosing ChiroTouch. Please feel free to reach me directly if ever I can be of service.

Comments: We thought we were getting a similar product to Eon Systems-The Practice Solution (which worked very easily and user friendly). Since beginning with ChiroTouch in September of 2016 we are still not satisfied that it is giving us the same performance as the software it replaced. (ChiroTouch bought out Eon Systems-The Practice Solution) We will not be using this software much longer.

Cons: This software seems to be outdated and is very complicated to use. The modules seem disconnected. There are printing issues with date ranges.

Comments: I have the unique opportunity to know the principles of this company personally and I know that they have an ultimate higher purpose and serving the chiropractic profession for many, many years to come. Thank you ChiroTouch.

Pros: I had the opportunity to evaluate the top 6 software companies of the time and shows ChiroTouch as the best available at the time. Initially, I was so impressed with the integration between daily notes, charges, and diagnoses that I help the company with demonstrations those early days. Our clinic services between 140 and 170 services per day and I¿m happy to say that ChiroTouch is able to keep up with this Dement. I appreciate the regular updates and their response to provider feedback. Their multiple service packages make this EMR a no-brainer for a start-up practices or a multimillion dollar practice like ours. In this day and age of increased regulatory control and oversight it is absolutely ridiculous to me that some doctors are still paper charting their daily visits. They are setting themselves up for audits, post service reviews and possibly huge fines. It is my opinion that ChiroTouch does everything it possibly can to support me in maintaining strong compliance as well as privacy for the long- term security of our practice.

Cons: As with any large company customer service is a massive challenge. ChiroTouch remains innovative in staying up with the demands of their company utilizing technology to maximize customer service.

Comments: This has been a great investment for us

Pros: I find it hard to believe some of these negative reviews - Know what you are buying before you buy it . My staff absolutely loves chirotouch which is a must. Updates are regular and always bring improvements.

Cons: It takes a while to learn the system in full because it is a huge system with really a lot of features. Take your time and learn it and then watch it payoff and then keep learning more

Pros: The product seems to be comprehensive. It handles a lot of functions in my office - scheduling, managing patient ledgers, office flow. Inventory.

Cons: Once I purchased the software, I was bombarded with emails telling me to let them know when I went live. Little did I know that as soon as I clicked I was live, my initial training sessions ended. It was nice, as a new office to have low monthly payments to buy the software, but when the first year is over and the payments go up, the technical support goes away - as does your access to MyChirotouch so that I cannot log in and create new or update existing emails through the system, including patient visit reminders. I cannot access a user guide. I cannot even update or change the services I subscribe to or billing methods. I suppose the justification for the high cost of yearly support is so they can continue updating the system, but if you're a cash office as I am, this system is over qualified. Plus, it seems like I'm nickle and dimed to death as each additional service (online intake forms, patient reminders, backup etc) is an additional fee. I hate their intake form, the only service I like and use is the reminders, but I can't save any money subscribing to just one service because they are bundled. Having their backup service is probably useless without tech support. I did well without support for 2 years, then I moved my office to a new location. I'm having so much difficulty connecting my ipads so that I can use the apps, and because my static ip address changed, my patients can no longer use the online scheduling feature. I've called for help, and was told they are now only responsible for connecting one office computer to chirotouch. If customer rep was to help me with anything beyond that he "would be dinged because the calls are monitored." Customer service at its best, right there. I will need to pay for support for them to help me with these basic functions - unless I bring in my own local IT person, but we still won't be able to update online scheduling without access to mychirotouch.com. "Well, this is how we get paid" says rep. So, obviously, this is a company who has a culture of not taking care of the customer. $ to purchase + subscribed services won't go far with this company. Plan an additional $ /year to have full availability to basic features.

Pros: Customer service is friendly. the program is very colorful but honestly, that is all the nice I have for this program.

Cons: It is not user friendly. Patient count is NOT accurate, your system adjusts visit counts by the number of services they receive during the visit, NOT the actual number of DAYS they visit. I know of know insurance companies that what to know a service count, only a visit count, adjusting charges takes to many steps, rebilling takes to many steps. You are unable to change charges that had been posted incorrectly without removing all payment and charges and then putting those charges and payments back in. There is no ability to put in chart notes unless you put it in the doctors sections. You have to check a patient in for each service they receive and then delete the charges so they are not billed several times when you check a patient out instead of checking the patient in ONE time and charges being input for each service. Reports are too difficult to produce for W/C patients. I have worked with other programs before and honestly this is one of the worst programs I have ever had to use.

Comments: I only need to use about 10% of what the software can do so I paid way too much and am now stuff with overpriced software. It is not intuitive and the training was horrible. The person assigned to help me train either never had time or was troubled that she had to spend time helping me.

Pros: I have nothing positive to say about this software. It has been the worst experience altogether. Plus, after spending tons of money on the software you need to spend more for support which is a pain.

Cons: I was sold this software as a new graduate and had no idea what garbage I was getting in to. Stuck in this! When you are new to the field take the time to find the right software. Don't get drawn in by a sales pitch. I made a huge mistake getting in to this.

Pros: The interface between the mobile device and server at business manager's work station. Ability to go from treatment room to treatment room without a computer in each room.

Cons: The initial cost seems high and the inability to be able to pay a la carte for help, the only option for maintenance is a high yearly fee.

Overall: This product has everything you need to become a state of the art chiropractic business. You can do as little or as much as you want. The set up and follow up staff was terrific and patient. It mainstreamed an old practice (33 years) run by an older doctor and made it viable and productive with an increase in practice value.

Comments: We have been using this software system for quite a few years and were probably the first office in our geographic area to do so. Over the years, we have recommended Chiro Touch to many other offices. All of them have thanked us for it! Simply put, Chiro Touch is the most versatile, customizable and comprehensive chiropractic management software on the market! It has literally revolutionized our practice and remains instrumental to all of our day to day activities. In addition to being a practice owner and practicing chiropractor, I am a medical reviewer. In review of other doctor's records across the state, let me assure you that the documentation from the Chiro Touch users stands head and shoulders above the rest! It is well worth the money and the time investment to tailor the product to your practice!

Pros: Fantastic software with tons of great features! My favorite component though is how adaptable the documentation portion is to your specific practice needs.

Cons: I have no real criticisms. Some people may initially feel overwhelmed by all the features that the software has to offer. However, if you take your time andexpand your usage over time, you'll be more and more pleased with the product every day.

Comments: So I've been using Chirotouch for the past 6 months and it is just the worst. It looks and functions like something from 1998. It is the current bane of my existence. Everything is a struggle with this software and nothing seems to go right. I also watch all the online videos to help me navigate through the software and it left me feeling like I had ADHD (maybe I do). The videos take forever to get to the point and it makes it very difficult to focus! Just doing something so simple as to add a "purpose" and "purpose color" is a hassle. It's over complicated and over whelming. The graphics though......there is no God.

Pros: The support team is really great considering the software they support

Cons: GRAPHICS (hire a graphic designer!) Its overly complicated

Pros: It does basically everything, we don't need to use any thing outside the system, it's all in one.

Cons: That it can't automatically read my mind and generate a visit note.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, you'll like it.

Comments: I negatively reviewed Chirotouch last September but customer support turned a negative into a definite positive. Our rep has been very patient and incredibly knowledgeable and hand-held me through the whole transition process. . Being relatively new to the software I'm still learning about the many features and all that it has to offer. Pros: How user friendly it is. If ever there are uncertainties, finding answers is also simple. The chat option available for customer service has been very useful. We love being able to send reminders from within without having to hire a separate service for just that.

Cons: I really don't have any dislikes. I mean it serves it purpose and makes our daily tasks easier by being thorough...so, no complaints.

Overall: Our office has used this software for several years now and we are very pleased with its functionality. Ease of use is a great plus! It is very self explanatory and if we ever encounter uncertainties, the level of support received from the customer service team is exceptional. We are never shy to share who our software provider is, because we recommend it all the time.

Comments: At first this was great touch screen worked etc. After first six months touch screen no longer usable unless you use their recommended screens. More money and they didn't tell me that for three years. Balky, slow hard to use. If you have any server issues forget it. Service is very expensive and not very accessible., forget trying to talk to a real person. And you will get different advice from different people. Training is a real dog, and having to constantly switch back and forth between their various areas is not time efficient.

Pros: Good billing and financial area

Cons: Slow and not very speedy. The staff at best. And after a few years you start to see their little circles in your sleep. Service, its all online. Once in they do for the most part get you resolved. But...

Comments: I've used ChiroTouch for about 10 years and have witnessed a steady decline in everything from speed to customer support. Honestly, I did not pay very much for this software since I originally purchased it so long ago but the annual support fees have increased dramatically while support has simultaneously declined. It used to be that you called for support and after a reasonable wait, we transferred to a technician. Now, if you have an option of leaving a message requesting support and you are told that your message will be returned in 3 days! ...or you can go online and make an appointment for a support session. On reason I originally purchased CT was the ability to use it wirelessly on a table computer. When you have multiple treatment rooms and a personal office it is nice to just bring your computer from room to room instead of having 6 different hard wired computers. ChiroTouch has become extremely slow on the wireless. I was originally told it was my wireless so we had multiple access points installed and upgraded to the state of the art router only to have to problem continue. I was then told it was recommended that I have a hard wired computer in each treatment room!! Whenever I select a new patient, change a charge posting or a diagnosis I have to wait anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds for the screen to populate. The other issue is the notes. It is up to you to create your own note macros. They have plenty of macros that you can use but if you want to be medicare compliant they suggest you use the "Bullet Proof" macros which are way over the top complicated with ridiculous amounts of variables which to modify it for my use is a full-time job on top of the other 3 full time jobs most of us have in trying to run a chiropractic office in this age of medicare compliance. Another issue is the cost of add ons. CT has some great features but many are expensive add-ons. I've been paying for the CTRx which was required for compliance with the EHR incentive program. ...Only to find out that the vast majority of chiros, if not all, DON'T meet the requirements necessitating it's use and can opt-out. ...but they don't tell you that. There is one add on we find helpful which is the text driven appointment reminders .... that too is an extra charge!

Comments: Huge outlay in $ initially, and subsequently they also implemented a ~ $$$$+/year charge. This does not include many of the better features they offer (text reminders, etc.). Those are significantly more money yet. Customer service is fair (not great, not terrible). Software functions as if it were designed for Windows 98. Patient statements are abysmal. I cannot express just how poorly they are. Unfortunately a late update actually made them worse.

Pros: Basically functional.

Cons: Horrible performance to cost ratio.

Pros: The online support covers most every single aspect of CT. Literally, a new user can see video tutorials, read case issues that other clients have experienced, and search an easy to users guide to be brought up to speed quickly. Like all things electronic, there have been some things that we have needed help working through. The customer service offered by CT easily surpasses most any business that we have worked with.

Cons: The beginning was bumpy - the company acknowledged issues that were not anticipated and worked hard and fast to correct them.

Comments: I have used ChiroTouch for over 2 years now in a very fast paced high volume chiropractic office.

Pros: Access to already built templates, easy to use, everything is right in front of you with the click of a button- your provider screen, front desk, calendar, etc.

Cons: If you are on an ipad and there are a lot of people checked in while trying to chart a note quick, every time to go to a new patient it brings you all the way to the first patient checked in. So working in a high volume office this is very annoying and a barrier to using an ipad to chart my notes because you would have to scroll through a lot of people to get to the note you are looking for.

Comments: I bought Chirotouch YEARS ago. At that time I had a yearly service contract per year, which gave me customer service as well as free upgrades. It had nearly all the functions I wanted, including SOAP notes, appointment scheduling and management, electronic billing, e-records storage, etc. At that time, it was better than most other softwares out there, particularly when taking price into consideration.

They've definitely done some upgrades over the years that I have appreciated, but somewhere along the way they became all about the money. I understand them wanting to increase revenue from existing clients, but it's gotten ridiculous. First, most of the useful features they add are pay-for-service features. When I signed up for the features, they were oversold as the next best thing and often don't deliver. On top of that my grand-fathered service contract was not honored and they raised the price per year for the same service I had been receiving for 10 years. When I called about it, I was basically told "Too bad". And I don't have much choice if I want to continue to get updates and get tech support (which is typically needed 2-3 times per year).

Another issue is the customer service, which started out as decent but has plummeted over the years. It seems like I used to be able to pick up the phone and if I had an issue I'd get answered and helped right away. Now it takes forever on the phone, and they're always pushing you off to watch some video or go to their help site, which is poorly designed and doesn't answer your question.

In short, I feel abandoned by this company. I started with them when they were a newer company and were still growing. Now they're one of if not the biggest names in Chiropractic software and they've really started to act like it. Arrogant and Uncaring.

Pros: not much

Cons: Reports, importing ERA's is timely, too many features without full function which makes them useless, up charge you for everything little feature

Overall: It looks like it would be a great software with all of the features they offer, however they are lacking some basic things that are essential. If you want an added feature or changes to the software good luck, you have to type up a suggestion, submit it and hope your peers vote on it in large quantities.

They offer features but then don't have the ability to make them fully work. Example: They say you can use the software from 2 different office locations, we found out the hard way you cannot use the software at 2 different locations at the same time and scheduling for 2 different locations is impossible. Also, when you need pull a financial report you cannot separate the 2 different facilities, this is quite basic and vital to a practice with multiple locations. You can put in inventory to sell your supplements/products (seems like a nice feature) but you cannot pull a financial report per provider just on your inventory. Currently I'm having to manually add up every single inventory item on our monthly reports just to pay the Dr correctly. Bottom line for reports, they are just lacking all together. Not everyone pays their Dr's or therapists the same way thus making custom reports necessary.

Email/text msg reminders, they constantly stop working, since its a server based system we have to go into the server and manually restart this chirotouch feature. Also, you don't know they've stopped working until a patient doesn't show up, you call them and they tell you they never got our reminder (how embarrassing).

Every different section of the system is in the form of an App. Billing, patient file, claims, scheduling, the system laid out this way makes things too separated with having to click multiple times to accomplish 1 task.

They also up charge you for every single feature: text reminders, integration of clearinghouse, support, ehr, premium intakes forms, different apps, etc. It's extremely costly.

Pros: It is user-friendly

Cons: It is geared towards the chiropractor and does not have some necessary billing reporting capabilities

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you know exactly what you are looking for before buying any product

Comments: I have used this complete EHR and billing software for 4 years in an office where I worked. I was in charge of implementation of the software into use in the office. It was not too hard to integrate into office procedure and the iPad and PC use with patients was easy. Takes 3-5 minutes to note on iPad. Not sure of billing side as I did not work that side. Overall a good solution for a Chiropractic office that wants a certified EHR that is not too hard to learn. So long as you don't mind moderately expensive and mandatory paid software support they require of their customers. This was the server in office software and not the cloud version.

Pros: Ease of Use and Learning Features and Functions Certified for Medicare.

Cons: Price of Software Mandatory moderately expensive support Moderately expensive upgrades to get full functionality of the software.

Recommendations to other buyers: If this fits into your budget, this is a sound choice for EHR and Billing software.

Comments: This is one of the most popular software on the chiropractic market. And used by most large practices. I have used this software is busy practices that I have filled in for in the past. I can say that really not knowing the software well and just stepping in, the usability is easy. Not difficult to pick up. The doctor's note section a breeze and some of the systems "extra" additions are a nice touch, but too pricey in my opinion. The software itself is already more expensive than most on the market.

Pros: Easy to use. Functionality is straight forward. Makes Doc Notes easy. Billing easy. Appealing to the eye.

Cons: Pricey. Lots of additional costs for services.

Comments: I absolutely love using Chirotouch to schedule our patients. It does the job efficiently and accordingly to each doctor's preferences. It makes my job so much easier when I can see each doctor's schedule and manage each patient's appointment times. Not only does it show me all the doctor's appointments, it also gives me that specific patient's information and what types of accommodations the patient might need when they come in for treatment.

Comments: Our office has just recently went to Chirotouch and we are working through the steps to get everything setup so we can stay compliant with Medicare. I am very impressed with how easy the system is to learn. Our trainer has been great and has walked me through the best ways to get the most out of our software in the shortest amount of time. Chirotouch is also partnered with KMC University, which is a great resource for any Chiropractic office that wants to be compliant in all areas.

Pros: There is an entire team that is dedicated to making sure all Medicare requirements are met, which is very important to us since we have a large volume of Medicare Patients.

Cons: The only con I have found is that the software does not have a time clock feature like our old software had.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, you will love it!

Comments: The layout and the ability to customize this product to fit my charting needs has been amazing. The easy to click macros are programmable to any modality I chose to use and will populate into a note. I also love how our patients are able to check into their appointments with key tags - with our volume of patients this is a quick and easy process.

Pros: Programming customization macros Running any STAT that is needed for my practice Key-tag check in

Comments: Transitioning from my previous software was simple and the training procedures with ChiroTouch had me ready to go. I have improved my billing and collections in the past year after switching. The support staff has exceeded my expectations, they have been very quick to respond to my questions are always a pleasure to speak with. ChiroTouch has made inputting patient notes seamless and quick. Having multiple IPad applications makes working across your office network simple and saves valuable time. I wish I had started with ChiroTouch day one of opening my practice.

Pros: Ease of use and functionality. using software across office network is a breeze.

Pros: Not a lot, possibly the use of my iPad, if we could get it to work correctly

Cons: Far too difficult the learning curve, as well as the educational videos, are awful I would rather pay more and have a written Manuel and some one on one instruction rather than spend the time and confusion in my office trying to learn a system that shouldn't be this difficult

Overall: The system I am sure could be a great aid to my office except for several issues. The biggest one being the learning curve. The video education is not worth watching, better to download a Manuel and read it, then try and figure out how to use the multitude of uses. After two months of use, I am thinking of going back to my original system due to the fact that we can never get the system to run efficiently in our office. Both myself and staff are tired of it. Another issue is supported, if you are in need of support good luck call on Monday with luck you may get a call by Friday, or in our situation they always seem to call back on our day off.
Is the system worth the money at this point between the aggravation and the confusion that it has caused I would say definitely not. If things change I will keep you posted.

Recommendations to other buyers: Written Manuel, get rid of the videos and have one on one education.

I have alerted our director of training and she assures me she will reach out to offer the opportunity for further one on one personal training. Pros: Looks high tech when it's working.

Cons: Very inconvenient. Too much to list.

Overall: Overall, I have been very disappointed with this software. They promised the world and way under delivered. All of the "necessary features" for EHR are an extra monthly charge. You pay extra for support but get to hold on the same 800 line as all the other disgruntled purchasers. I have been waiting for a fix for over 2 weeks on a problem with CT Intake not importing basic health history and subjective complaints (which I pay extra for). Don't worry it's just my money they are wasting. There is a pattern there too. They overcharged me and then sent an email to my entire staff regarding financial matters by means of their training login emails instead of me. I have never heard of a company making that kind of screw up. But I digress, the system is very cumbersome and requires you to navigate through multiple screens to get the info that should all be in one place. It takes multiple steps to accomplish simple tasks. There is nothing personal about the notes. They are very generic and not tailored to you at all. They even come with grammatical errors preinstalled. You don't have to pay extra for that. The software is overpriced for what you get. Patient tracking is horrible. Trying to track where a patient is in treatment is a nightmare. Want to know how long since the last time you examined a patient? Think that might be important to know without looking through each daily note? Better get a different software for that. The system lags and bogged down constantly no matter the size of your server, internet speed, or hardware you are using. We have confirmed it is a software issue. It's the most expensive software out there and lags on basic functions like choosing neuro tests on a basic new patient exam. That's like buying a Mercedes that stalls every time you put a window down. They wouldn't stand for that and neither should you. It should do the basic functions it was designed for or your money back.

I am still waiting for them to resolve an issue that leaves my system utterly useless for over 2 weeks now and I call them daily. I have had this system for over a year and gave it my best with training and implementing and just giving it time to grow on me hoping it would prove me wrong and work the way they marketed it to me when I bought it. This software just is not worth the money and worse than that will cost you money overall because it is slow, inefficient, and incapable of tracking much of anything. Buyer beware.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look into other software like PayDC or Rapid etc.

Comments: For the most part, I've been very satisfied with chirotouch. With most software systems things can go wrong with objective or action in soap notes not salting over. I like the functionality of Chirotouch and how easy it is to use. In some regards, I wish it were more customizable to what we would like to do with it but overall we've been happy with the software.

Comments: ChiroTouch is easy to use and has good features that help the flow of the office. We had some technical difficulties that caused some frustration in the form of the system on our iPad constantly cycling. Whenever our computer which was recommended for chirotouch systems would update, it would kick us off the IP address and we would have to wait to call Chirotouch IT support or instant message them for help because they are on the west coast and were an hour behind. We have had to hire our own techs and they have been able to resolve some of those issues. For the most part, their support has been pretty good with the exception of a few calls to their training staff, one in particular had some attitude problem days. But everyone is entitled to a bad day from time to time.

Pros: It's easy and conducive for practice.

Cons: The dictation doesn't recognize certain medical terms that requires more time to go back and correct. Sometimes it's also difficult to pull up diagnosis when searching for those that are not common on a day to day basis.

Recommendations to other buyers: Chirotouch is better than what we use to use in the past, so I'm happy...just do your due diligence and research all options as you should with anything.

Comments: I really liked the billing portion of this software. I seems like it will save a lot of time with posting insurance payments and being able to submit claims directly through the software.

Pros: new patient information can be uploaded right from the internet into the patients portal ease of scheduling, when the doctors put in their notes it automatically generates a charge and sends it to the front desk for check out. The system automatically sends out patient appointment reminders by text or email.

Comments: I don't expect to get an amazon gift card for this just purely to help make someone aware at how unusable this system is for our office. My doctor bought this program two years ago and we just implemented it this year. Not sure who the person was who helped him purchase this program, but they are terrible. Nothing about this system fits or works for our needs in the office. When he implemented the system 3 out of the 5 employees here had not been trained on chirotouch. When we spoke out to chirotouch to try and get their help on training up the employees they said no and to check the website out for videos. For what we paid for chirotouch and them telling us they would not help on training was in our opinion ridiculous. We desperately need a sliding fee scale, since all of our patients pay something different depending on how long they have been with us, family members of patients who have started, on hardship agreements, ect. When I contacted chirotouch about this issue I was told I needed to make a specific code for each individual person, and then make sure my doctor knew which code to put in for each individual person and then we would have the right charges be posted. As an office whose highest week was close to 400 visits in 3 1/2 days, that obviously is not feasible. We need a sliding fee schedule per patient and chirotouch does not offer this. It is also very imperative for our office to be able to look up specific codes like if someone has had an exam, or recent xray, been to a workshop, ect. Chirotouch does not have this feature. You have to go through each code in the ledger to weed through how many times someone has had an exam or even to see when their last exam was. It is not quick or easy to have to work this way. These are just a few reasons out of many as to why we hate chirotouch and why it does not work for us. Whoever sold this program to us was clearly only doing it to help their commissions and did not have the needs of our office in mind.

Cons: Too many to list for our office needs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you fully understand everything that you are getting and not getting. Have a detailed list of everything you need in a system and be sure to have chirotouch show you exactly how you can do that.

Comments: I love ChiroTouch, the only draw back is that it is server-based and not cloud-based. I think they are coming out with a cloud-based software, but I did not have the pleasure of using that. ChiroTouch is easy to use from a clinical SOAP note perspective, you have the choice either to use premade macro templates or make your own macro buttons to make your note taking super easy. My daily notes for a routine visit took less than 60 seconds. Our notes were so good that we even had attorneys compliment us on them. I definitely recommend this product. I'm in a new practice that uses a different EHR that I am less than impressed with. I feel spoiled with how amazing ChiroTouch is now that I'm using a less than satisfactory product from another company that I'm not going to name in this review.

Pros: I love the provider window that shows my adjustments (listings), diagnosis, soap note, X-rays, additional notes, care plan, insurance or payment info, and any other alerts I need. This window makes a daily visit so easy and seamless. If you have a high volume practice and want to remember small details to easily connect with your patients, ChiroTouch is the software for you.

Cons: It takes a lot of work to get your macros made. Once they are done it is not an issue, but upfront it is a lot of work.

Comments: Office management EHR program for chiropractic offices. The program is broken up into separate modules: Scheduler, front desk app, provider app, maintenance app, provider all in one app, etc.

Pros: Everything is generally all in one with billing and scheduling and charting all together.

Cons: Not complete ICD 10 diagnosis codes not pre loaded; macros not pre loaded initially; customer support is horrible; they continue to charge you extra for each new service that they develop rather than include it in their expensive annual support package; they also don't fully test the updates before they release it so if there's a problem ( and there often is) then you have to wait for the next update before the error messages will hopefully go away; the program also is slow compared to others when reading from the database on the server;

Recommendations to other buyers: Do not purchase this program!!! We've had it for 7 years and the customer support continues to get worse with each passing year, and the program expense goes up.

Overall: We have been using Chirotouch since 2012. I took a little time to adjust, but it was well worth it. The ease of providing accurate ledgers to patients and attorney's was worth it alone. It has so many useful reports to help manage your billing office. The program is well worth it. The support team was also very helpful with implementing EHR.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be patient and use the support team to help you with setup and implementation.

Comments: We have been using ChiroTouch for about a year now in a practice that deals a lot with soft tissue and sports specific injuries and rehabilitation. Main usage of the documentation system has been with the iPads, which is a very great feature. Overall it gets the job done, and rarely has any issues with the in house server, but for offices that deal a lot with treatments and evaluations outside of the realm of a traditional chiropractic office, it is hard

Pros: Very quick and portable system. For the most part, you can do a basic note very quick, especially subsequent visits.

Cons: Coding is absolutely horrible. Why a software cannot have all codes loaded into the system is beyond me, but at the worst case, at least have all codes relating to musculoskeletal disorders and basic illnesses. I should not have to stop what I am doing in the office to look up and then manually enter into the system codes such as ligament sprains (ACL, MCL, PCL, etc.). The other issue is that the system works well to do a quick note if you practice basic chiropractic. With the amount of soft tissue work that we do and the different areas we work on, the system of just clicking on a body part and then scrolling down a huge list of muscles does not work too well, and the freeform portion of these notes are not very efficient.

Pros: I like the Accounting app the most. It is amazing!

Cons: Setting up macros is time consuming, but it makes the notes much easier. I do like how customize-able the macros are.

Overall: ChiroTouch probably has one of the easiest Scheduling apps I've ever used. Their Front Desk app is amazing and allows for great office flow. Occasionally we'll have patients who have a billing or account question while they're checking out. It's super easy and quick to switch from the Front Desk screen to the patients ledger and back again. The billing is also pretty great, there is an Accounting app that is incredible to use for posting large checks to several patients accounts at once. We absolutely love it. The macros for notes are good, but we are still trying to mess around with them. That is the one thing we didn't really plan for when we switched over, so it's been a little tricky to figure out. The support team are incredible though, they have helped us SO much over the past year or two. The wait time when you call is typically under 5 minutes if not faster, and they are all very knowledgeable. We're very happy with this system!

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to plan your transfer, it will be well worth it!

Comments: Chirotouch while it may have some good features it lacks a lot. The main problem is that it's server based. You can't check the schedule from home or do work from home. This is especially an issue for our LMT's. Another issue is the fact that there are numerous steps to completing a simple task. It's not a very user friendly software system.

Pros: Good for chiropractic only clinics, you don't have to build the template from scratch.

Cons: Server, not user friendly, long wait to speak to customer support, limited customer support hours.

Comments: They train you very well, so you are able to use every aspect of the software with ease. It is nice that you can do your training at your own pace. Would be nice if they had a QuickStart guide for people who need to get up and running rather fast.

Comments: Overall, in pleased with the Chirotouch software. It is expensive but over the long haul it is much cheaper than the Online subscription based softwares.

Pros: It's relatively quick to generate a note.

Cons: The functionality isn't as good as some other softwares but it's suffice.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are investing in something for the long run it is probably better to purchase software like Chirotouch.

Pros: Software is easy to use, simple to configure out of the box and onboarding help is readily available.

Cons: Annual maintenance fee is significant and first level tech support experience can be disappointing and frustrating on occasion.

Recommendations to other buyers: I had worked in another practice using this same software so I was an educated consumer which really helped when it came time to implement. I would recommend that potential buyers take the time to visit several practices where the software is in use and ask questions of providers and billing managers.

Pros: It's super customizable -- a pro, and con. Customer support is typically pretty quick to be able to answer questions.

Cons: Not intuitive at all, doesn't follow basic patterns of computer use. Buttons don't make sense and it is not very easy or obvious how to navigate many of the features. Being customizable is great, but in doing so, it's a long and painful process. The interface is super dated, looks like a program out of the 90's. There are a whole lot of annoying details about this product, I could go on. Instead, I will say, find a cheaper (It's RIDICULOUS how expensive this software is...and there is no returning it even after a short period of time using it. Once you get it you're locked in for life...I tried)program that maybe isn't too spectacular but trust me, neither is Chirotouch.

Recommendations to other buyers: I simply would not recommend this program to anyone. Move on and read reviews of the next product.

Pros: We've grown and expanded with ChiroTouch since 2007. There is a lot of versatility and customization to adapt the software to the way you practice. We use it in a rehab-focused environment with 3 doctors and 4 CAs. Customer service is very responsive and updates are fairly regular.

Cons: Really wish there was an effective cloud-based option.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be prepared to invest some time to effectively set up the macros, but it will be well worth it.

We've used ChiroTouch for five years. Like it a lot.

Pros: Great support when we need it. Without exception, everyone we work with at ChiroTouch seems to know exactly what we need.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about ChiroTouch; they have been great to work with.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give yourself and your staff time to learn this or any other system.

Comments: When we searched for a practice management system I was concerned that, at 78 years, I might be too old to use a computerized practice management system. Now at 83 I can't say that it's always been easy; but thanks to the great ChiroTouch support people, we're doing well. My staff loves the CT system.
