Pros: we have been trying to integrate many different systems CT has allowed us to do exactly that. the set up is a little lengthy but it already seems easier to get through the notes

Cons: as mentioned above the set up is a bit of a challenge, but in fairness the system is robust and their support team has been quick to help

Pros: It has taken some time to get used to all ChiroTouch has to offer, but our Mentor/Trainer has made it very easy to get used to the new program, has always answered our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I am happy with my choice.

Cons: Sure is a lot to learn. I have spent quite a bit of time customizing the program on how I run my practice.

Overall: Very complete program that can be customized.

Good, not great. Biggest problem is customer support.

Comments: Overall good and bad. Not perfect, but has a lot of potentials. If they had the better support it would be a wonderful product because it would be easier to learn!

Pros: Cost. It is inexpensive given what you get for your money. The product is great if you can learn how to use it and have enough support to learn it. It is extremely customizable, which is both a strength and a weakness because it is more difficult to learn due to all the features (which are great, but again, you need to learn them). It is also easy to integrate with a clearinghouse, although I have not done that as I don't do the billing for my office.

Cons: CUSTOMER SUPPORT. It is almost nonexistent. It is slowly improving, or perhaps I called at a low volume time the last two times I called in. Customization is great, but its almost too much. Some things you should be able to customize you can't. For example, I have many, many patients with not only the exact same first and last name, but also the same birth date, the software does not allow you to create a way to organize them efficiently. If you have a new patient call to schedule and you try to put them into the system it won't let you because it says the patient already exists!

Pros: Chirotouch is a great value for the price.

Cons: Chirotouch does literally EVERYTHING that you might want from an office management software. Because of this, there is a ton to learn in order to fully utilize the program & I haveb¿t found customer support to be all that helpful.

Pros: The software is easy to use and the documentation is pretty simple

Cons: The customer service is horrible! No one ever returns phone calls. The software on the work stations hasn't been working properly since the last update and no one in their support team seems to know how to fix it. So we are currently running and office of 6 providers off of one computer. The monthly fee per provider is ridiculous compared to the support and usability that we get out of the software. I would not recommend this software to anyone!!

Overall: I can not think of one benefit we gained from this software system

Customer support is iffy at best. The best part are the trainers.

Pros: customer service agent is the best part of CT. She's my trainer and completely makes this program work for me. Going from a paper system to this has been amazing because of her help.

Cons: It crashes from time to time. Support is hit or miss. Overall the setup was easy but the program has been sporadic. Its getting better but way to slowly.

Very hard system to learn, lots of glitches, training is very poor, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pros: Unfortunately any of the pros are so outweighed by the cons that I am having difficulty thinking of any reason to purchase or put up with this sub par software.

Cons: Lack of simple common features and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Any time you call, you are on hold for at least 20 minutes before getting to speak with someone and then the techs typical answer is say that they don't know, that can't be done, or it is some other issue...not their software. There is an update that needs to be done. The soonest they can do the update is over 2 months from now. Seriously? What company can function like that? It's a terrible investment.

Overall: The software I was using Autumn 8 was bought by this company so they ran a super sale and convinced me to purchase, even though they said they would continue to support the old software. They said that their product would make running the practice much easier. It has done the opposite and after 1 year of buying out the other company they have stopped supporting it and have actually shut it down. You have to call them and they will get you into the old system for short amounts of time to retrieve some of the info off of it before shutting it down again. I am highly disappointed in my entire experience.

Pros: I think that this software is perfect for a thriving office in 2018 times. Technology frankly keeps things moving at a rapid pace.

Cons: I don't like that it slows down if you try to do too many things at once. I do understand the issues are across all software, but I was hoping it would be a little different considering the different layers required.

Pros: The software makes taking notes very easy, and all of the macros are customizable. The scheduler is also very easily customized.

Cons: The worst part about chirotouch is the software support. They have multiple options (phone in, schedule a call back, chat with a rep) but you end up waiting way longer than is desireable.

Very expensive product and fairly poor service & support.

Pros: Well, it's better than having to complete hand written notes. Saves paper and saves time. Not much else.

Cons: Too many steps to complete a simple note. Some of the pre-written statements in the notes are poor in grammer, or repeat the same info twice in a note. I have used other practice management software systems when working as an associate and this one is more complicated than it should be to no other benefit than other simpler systems. Very, VERY difficult to actually be able to talk to a support representative on the phone. Any time we call, we are literally on hold for over 30 minutes and the time of day doesn't matter. Even with the chat application, 80% of the time, you are waiting over 10 minutes to chat with someone and then all the want to do is log into your system. When they do this, they usually render your computer useless for 15-30 minutes because you can't do anything while they are logged in. What is the most upsetting is that they are not working on the system the entire time. They will stop working for several minutes at a time, I assume it is because they are busy helping other customers, and then they will periodically come back and change something minor and disappear again. Really ends up being quite a lengthy process to get any help.

Pros: It is made for chiropractors so it has everything we need to use. They do pricing where you pay less for the first year if you are starting your own business.

Cons: The over all look of the program is old looking. It looks like it needs to be updated to be more convenient to use.

Pros: This program is full of features to effectively manage your practice. It efficiently shows patient visit history and makes notes quickly.

Cons: I wish the scheduler program could should a week view for all providers in the clinic. Some features are forced, like assigning a room when a patient checks in, that aren't necessary in all situations but you can't skip that step.

Pros: They are very good at marketing and at billing us for their services. I like the iPad interface that is provided.

Cons: Customer support is terrible. It is difficult to recall previous patient information therefor making it difficult to track progress from visit to visit. We've put dozens and dozens of hours into the macros trying to make the patient notes say something informative and it is still severely lacking. We've had billing questions and they provide ZERO transparency in how and why we were billed the way we were.
The front desk staff also say that the billing is redundant and inefficient.

Overall: None we will be choosing a new software soon and hope that my review will deter others from making the same mistake we did.

Glorified word processor. Does not allow easy tracking of clincal information.

Pros: Heavily marketed, likely going to be around as they continue to buy up better products. The ability to use ipad apps is nice for size, just lacking in ability.

Cons: Clinical data not searchable. Using the ipad app or "Provider" program you can't even find the patients' birthday let alone track exam, lab, imaging, ROS or any organized data. It just records by daily visit period

Comments: Steer clear of ChiroTouch. They are a total waste of time and money, and will stop treating you well the minute you pay them! Total BS!

Pros: Easy doctor portal...that's about it. The functionality of that is even clunky, and it has needless extra steps required. Definitely worst I've experienced to date. They make you think it is fast and easy, but that is only after you have had a year to get used to the program, and even that won't give you compliant notes!

Cons: Everything else. The payment back end is extremely and needlessly complicated. They don't have any customer support, unless you want to pay them for it. They won't do anything to fix problems unless you pay them, even when it is their fault. They continually screw up by taking the money and not refunding me, which is tantamount to fraud!

Pros: The advocate team is on top of it and really helped you get set up and helped with the extensive training

Cons: Well after your set up with the program everything goes to zero. Even though they¿re helpful with but up implementing it is huge pain and extensive. Using the program on a daily basis is not working out for us so we ended up not using it out at all but paid for the rest of the contract The whole year. Worst part of the whole thing was getting it canceled. Started working on cancellation in December for a February in the contract date good thing I decided to start it early! Several emails, filling out the official paperwork, calling to follow up to make sure it was canceled and assured that it was. Its March I am still being charged for it because they can¿t figure it out, but assured me just today that I will get a refund because they saw that I canceled it back in December... to be continued ......

Pros: I like the fact that they have an add-on features that allow you to make automatic text reminders two patients regarding their appointments. I like the fact that they have cloud backup available and they have other features to add if you are willing to

Cons: The verbage that it uses in the soap note fields is lacking terribly. There is no random text variation and if you use their drop-down-menu it tends to be the same notes from visit to visit. I end up typing in 90% of the information into the notes.

The support reps are helpful. like everything some reps are rude. However 95% are super friendly.

Comments: Worst technical and customer service in 15 years of practice. Don't waste your time or money.

Pros: As the billing manager of a busy multi-specialty practice with four providers, I believe Chiro Touch has streamlined some of my basic daily tasks. The ability to directly import ERA's and post with the click of a button is fantastic. Generating claims, correcting claims errors and posting insurance payments is easy and intuitive.

Cons: 1. It's hard to believe that in 2018 a program like this cannot map over more than 4 diagnosis on an electronic claim. I spend a great deal of my day processing re-submissions because the charges submitted are not supported by the diagnosis on the claim. This has been a known issue for Chiro Touch for YEARS and has not been corrected. It's quite disappointing.
2. Simple data entry time saving features do not exist. Such has copying demographics and insurance information for multiple family members.
3. Patients scheduled with two providers on the same day cannot properly check in at the kiosk so their subjective information is not captured.
4. In Touch has some glitchy issues. Multiple active accounts generates recall messages separately. And when there is a Windows update, In Touch services stop and current campaigns (appointment reminders) are deleted and must be recreated or patients don't receive appointment reminders.

Expensive, be prepared for extra charges you didnt know about

Comments: Shop around.

Pros: Works well, does a lot if you pay out the nose for every feature. Worth it if you have a very large practice I suppose.

Cons: They, without warning you, raise prices constantly. things that USED to be included for free no longer are (mychirotouch.com access which is where many extra features are). this product is so expensive now I wish I hadn't chosen it. In my old office, it was expensive but worth it.

Chirotouch is a very functional program but may be better suited for larger offices.

Pros: This program can transfer most of your information from Autumn8 if you are one of those unfortunate users. And it will most definitely serve all of your office needs.

Cons: For me the price is the biggest challenge for a single office. I just need simple with no bells and whistles.

Comments: I need to sit with a EHR program to know. I'll look at a couple more. PS: SA was going to send 2 companies to me, CT is the only one I saw. Thanks for the help though, love the concept of what your are doing.

Pros: First, you can quickly annotate SOAP notes, and use the macros to populate with common entries. Second, it is very easy to adjust notes, payments, scheduling, etc. in this system, compared to some other systems in which once you entered the data, you were stuck.

Cons: There is no phone app to allow easy and quick access to schedules when out of the office. Also, the system is so layered that it can take a bit of time to set up the macros for documenting session.

Pros: Works with our other current system-flows; however, systems were created in mind of current software capabilities.

Cons: The number of daily errors in the software or applications is so unfortunate; we plan patient work-flow in anticipation of errors. Contacting support will consist of a 10+ minute hold time before being told to re-install the software to attempt to clear the error. Sometimes that works, sometimes requires escalation of the issue for non-speedy resolution. I have a current open ticket that has yet to be resolved from an issue last May. Even after fully purchasing the software, support fees have sky-rocketed in costs and any new addition that makes the software more "helpful" is an additional monthly fee. Have not been able to update software to the latest version that was released last year. Online patient scheduling option is a joke as it allows anyone to schedule anytime regardless of if the timeslot is already taken by another patient.

Pros: Ease of use is good. We are still learning and we have barely tapped into the softwares full potential I think. However, I'd buy it for just the customer service. They have helped us make the transition and learning the system a pleasure.

Cons: The software still has some integration issues. I'd love not having one screen manage all the individual apps and the program it be smart enough not to open a single app component multiple times if we click on it's icon multiple times. Minor stuff though.

Overall: Ease of office management from a single computer is the big plus with Chirotouch.

Pros: It is visually appealing as some other softwares are very plan and old looking. It is very easy to use.

Cons: Switching between 3 different menus to keep track of the flow and everything is time consuming. There are also no stop managers function that I am aware of.

Pros: It is a very thorough software and integrates well into most Chiropractic offices. It is very easy to use and CA's can learn it easily.

Cons: Some aspects take a while to use. Creating a new note for a new patient can take a while without good macros.

Comments: Seriously, if you like being messed around with, lied, to, given false apologies, and then not help you, go for it. The system works ok should you never ever have problems that you cant work out yourself. But given how they respond, I'd move on. I'm in the process of convincing my company to drop them as a liability. That is shuts down. I'd love to say its great, but each part that is nice still has issues. So, I like the front desk and the patient management, but not the checkout area. I like the inventory, except that it has glitches for over 100 items. I like the charge system, except that it doesn't apply properly sometimes.

Cons: Their customer service. Their billing made a mistake and turned a payment into a debt. I've had to make the ticket 3 times because it was lost. I've asked for someone to fix it several times, and after getting no help, a manager oh 4-5 times. It has been since august that I cannot print out a correct bill for a patient. IE, the system cant track payments because any given payment can screw up and be un-deleteable. If she ever requires a copy of the records, we will have to hand write corrections or delete and recreate several years of charges. TL;DR Cant process payments correctly, and in 6 months of asking for professional support, I have spoken to a manager once, and it was the update manager who promised me he would personally get someone to call me. That was almost 2 weeks ago.

Difficult to get past the abysmal customer support.

Pros: Patient sign in kiosk was the reason I purchased the product, although it is severely lacking. There is little customization. Ease of billing (as long as you use their clearinghouse, which costs extra) and posting charges is very good.

Cons: Customer support. Lack of knowledge, takes FOREVER, has to be done online which takes up an entire work station/computer.

Pros: At this point, I can't say anything good about them. Some of the customer service people we interacted with recently were nice.

Cons: Imagine you buy a brand new car; you get in and drive off only to realize there are no seat belts in some of the seats; there is a hole where the radio should be; the car is missing a spare tire, and the fluid containers in the engine are half empty; and of course there are no windshield wipers. The car you Demoed had ALL these functionality. Then off and on, the headlights won't work; just randomly you hit the gas pedal but the car won't respond as you'd expect it to respond. That is Chirotouch in a nutshell. Their response to that is " every doctor wants things differently, so we let you go to the Community page" and basically teach yourself how to use Chirotouch - in the mean time, you are trying to run an efficient clinic without compromising patient care and patient flow. Chirotouch is a chiropractic software, yet they do not have one single "Macro" or preset texts related to Spinal Manipulation; which is the heart of our entire practice across the board. But they have Preset Macros for a lot of other useless items like specific brand nutrition supplement companies that are not necessarily in many clinics. This is like you live in Houston, you get a heated car seat which you really never need, but the car still has no seatbelt or tires. Since we signed a contract with them nearly 7-8 months ago, we have not been able to use it like it should be used. In the meantime, Chirotouch still charges monthly without any effort to credit us for the months we repeatedly have issues with functionality. Since we wrote several bad reviews, we got their attention, but even then, we still can't get resolution to most of our issues. So now we interact with nice customer service personnel but sadly nice does not cover the cost of money, headache and distraction. EHRs are supposed to make the practice of chiropractic more efficient; not worse. Chirotouch practically requires you to get 4 year degree to figure out how to make it work, but even then, the glitches in software programming prevents you from actually doing it.

Really like CT after working with another software CT is very easy to train others and learn.

Pros: Being able to open multiple front desk apps. There are a lot of times it comes in handy to be able to bounce back and forth with two or more open. Posting payments in the accounting app is also very user friendly.

Cons: I wish when posting payments from the accounting app the provider would show so went applying payments I knew the correct provider was getting credit for that specific date of service.
It is very easy to delete with a double check asking if we really want to delete in the patients ledger.

It has it's ups and downs.

Pros: The variety of features offered is great. The inventory and vendor management is great for keeping organized and knowing product on hand. The flow between front desk data entry to the doctor and the communication features are nice. The schedule functions well and there are many places to add notes for a patient. I like the way the check out functions, everything can be done in a single screen. Also keeping track of the previous exam date is really nice and easy.

Cons: The set up is huge. Not only does every insurance need to be set up in many different areas, the doctor must set up his macro keys, which is very time consuming. Also, if you need to print a PI case, the notes from visit to visit look virtually the same. Patients get impatient with filling out the ipad for intake and many errors occurred resulting in non-payment. We did try to use the pro-bill services, and were not happy. The customer service associated with billing could be much improved. We found ourselves wasting a lot of time trying to work with the billing department. They also do not do PQRS reporting. We did find that our network became disconnected from the ipads often which resulted in a lot of calls to tech support. Don't make your server the front desk computer, it upsets the office flow when tech support is needed.

Pros: I like the softwares ability to speed up my not taking. This has notoriously ben an issue in the past. As a subluxation based chiro I like to spend more time on care instead of documenting symptoms and CT has helped increase efficiency in this area.

Cons: Product Support, LONG wait times. Any change in you system CT drops connection. Im usually calling support 1x per week.

I feel as though sometimes they have no idea what there doing to resolve an issue I may have.

Comments: I would highly recommend this product to any new (or established) Chiropractor looking to simplify their office. Detailed notes, accurate accounting, a clear schedule, recalls and ease of use will all contribute to the success of your practice.

Pros: Simple to learn and use. Accurate accounting. Clear scheduling module. Offers every feature of previous programs, all in one place!

Cons: There is only one downside I have found and it's in the scheduling module, you cannot delete an appointment once it's checked in. Not a big deal, just a small improvement that could be made.

Pros: I like that I can have multiple front desk screens open so I don't have to close out of one account to look at a different account. I can have multiple accounts being accessed at the same time. Also that each other type of window has its own icon on the task bar for ease of differentiation. I also like billing in that you get to check the charges being submitted to clearing house prior to it ever being billed.

Cons: The last of being able to print out a payment only statement for patients, that there is no way to read the ledger, that if 'fee' schedules are not set up there is no way to reconcile an account that isn't being submitted to have the ledger show only the patient portion (i.e. - their visit copay is the visit amount for patient then once their payment is applied it shows a zero patient balance). Even using 'fee' schedules, we would have to create quite a few to accomodate all the iterations of what patients are charged. That on the insurance screen no one informed us that the 'restart' date in the middle of screen doesn't automatically restart submitting to the insurance - it apparantly is a reminder. That there is no simple way to send an individual email to the patient with a picture that is functional. That there are quite a few more steps from start to finish with a patient that take more time.

The ease of using chirotouch is amazing.

Pros: The people that I have spoken to at ChiroTouch are nice. They are polite and online chat usually picks up within 2 to 3 minutes.

Cons: However, the people at ChiroTouch are vastly under trained and incapable of handling even the simplest of issues.
I loved my last software, which I had for 10 years, but because ChiroTouch had purchased them I needed to switch. My expectations were high and I was excited to have what I thought , at the time, was going to be a more powerful software program. Training and transition support was non existent. I am very disappointed and I make sure to warn as many other offices as possible to chose another company. If I could get my money back I would switch in a heartbeat! Words cannot express just how sorry I am that I did not ask for more client reviews before I purchased ChiroTouch.

Overall: I have learned a great lesson. I will now check, double check and then triple check before committing to purchase any software.

Transitioning to ChiroTouch was not as easy as promoted.

Pros: We like using the text reminders, online intake forms, and forms on the ipads. We also like being able to see multiple providers' schedule on one screen.

Cons: We do not like that it takes so many clicks to get into a patient file, when setting up a second case for a patient none of the information transfers, that the apps do not talk easily to one another, that so many windows must be opened to see all of patient information and scheduling, etc. In short, ChiroTouch is not intuitive from the front desk, scheduling, accounting or reporting points of views.

Pros: Its ease of use. With very little effort and a little time, I have been able to use this program as well as any of my employees. Pros: There is way too much that can be said about your system, it'#39;s great for the most part, not sure I have any complaints about the system.

Overall: I'#39;ll start by saying that I learned Greenway prime suite in school, but when I started using ChiroTouch it was so easy to learn and remember things you need to do. And if you still ever need help, all you have to do is call and they help you any way they can.

Pros: Great support and knowledgeable staff. When ever we call with questions, we find someone who can help us out.

Cons: Once you get the initial training set up. It¿s not as clear cut to do training when you add staff. When we first started it was a set program that each person had to complete and when they were done they got a certificate and each person could complete training for their role in the practice. Now it is an outline of classes and you go thru them but not geared for indv person with check points. The training itself is good once you figure out what sections you need to complete.

Pros: I like that each application is easy to use and I think every feature is very useful. I like most the online chat support- the Chat Widget in the CT services. I would say 9/10 times they answer all my questions and help me step by step.

Cons: I would say I don't like being able to delete a canceled appointment- or go back to edit the "reason for canceling" Sometimes I have accidentally clicked canceled without meaning to and you can't undo this mistake.

Pros: Intuitive and easy to customize. The first day we used it, I only had about 10 minutes of paperwork after the last patient. I rarely have more than 5 minutes of charting on the busiest days. I never worry about chart reviews because my notes explain what I did for the patient and why it was necessary. Patient subjective input saves so much time. Scheduling can be learned in minutes by new staff and and takes seconds to schedule multiple appointments. Text reminders for patient appointments save my team hours every week on the phone.

Cons: Customer service was much better in the beginning, still good, but not always immediate. Accounting/Billing side could be streamlined some.

The product has all the tools that our office needs. We have had issues with slow Customer Service.

Pros: I take advantage of Direct Connects almost every week, and the Chat Widget. I think the training videos are very thorough. I also appreciate that they update the software consistently based on suggestions from the ChiroTouch Community page.

Cons: I would like more ways to sort patient data, and the capability to adjust the screen size and to print smaller selections of certain reports/schedules. Most of the things I don't like about the product are just simple features related to how it is displayed.

Overall: The training is very thorough, and I get a lot of use out of the alerts as well as the billing and transaction notes. It allows our billing team to explain to the front desk the reasons behind patient responsibility, copays, deductibles, etc. This helps us be the most informed we can while interacting with the patient.

Cons: No easy way to change database name and path if a mistake was made setting up a new work station. I tried to reinstall the client after a reboot and this did not fix the issue I did an online support chat session and the tier I support person could not help me fix this. Pros: The quick and easy chart notes are what I like the most. I went from a group practice that used Chirotouch, to a solo practice. I looked at a few other sotware alternatives, plus the one that came with the practice I bought, and still decided to buy Chirotouch for my office. I was able to do a data transfer from my old practice which made the implementation very easy.

Cons: Price is higher than most other softwares. After paying the monthly usage fee, the billing fee, and the cloud based backup, it is a lot of money to come up with monthly. I think thete should be discount packages when they are bundled together.

Overall: Quick chart notes, full service software.

Comments: Not a great value for the price.

Pros: SOAP notes are somewhat easy to do. It is easy to contact support. We probably spent more time talking to support than actually writing notes.

Cons: A slew of problems from the ipads not saving outcome assessments to claims being rejected due to errors. Every single day in the office we had to talk to support. The program constantly has errors and freezes. It's a horrible program for something you have to pay for.

Pros: Notes are easy and thorough. Once you get used to it it goes very fast. They have a lot of good reports which make auditing yourself easy. phone support is great.

Cons: The support at chirotouch community is sometimes subpar and can be frustrating. They do not listen as well as the support over the phone and don't have the same skill or knowledge. Sometime I feel that I know more about the issue than they do. Phone support is awesome, but sometimes it takes a long time to get ahold of them. So if there is an issue that needs to be fixed right away and community support cant do it it can be frustrating.

Overall: It is the best software out there. It does everything and does most of it well. I wish the xray analysis macros were more professional looking.

Still learning the industry, but have been happy with software

Pros: Helps our office run smoothly and effectively as it molds around our chiropractic (& other alternative medicines) industry nicely.

Cons: We aren't able to find all the reports we need within our company as we're unable to create customized reports.

Pros: The accounting application makes billing EDI claims and posting insurance payments very simple.

Cons: When dealing in check out, if you need to note patients account you have to go into patient management and locate patient and then go into their ledge to put a note. It would be nice to see insurance info in the accounting application, so you know you are reconciling the patients portion correctly.

Pros: It covers everything under one system so all your patients are connected and the support has been really good so far.

Cons: It is a difficult system to learn because there are so many options to do every little step it gets confusing. I am very teachable but I have struggled with this system.

Solid product for the past 10 years.

Pros: Chirotouch is user friendly. The software is always up to date and compliant with very minimal issues.

Cons: Customer Service and wait times have diminished since the company has continued to grow. CT requires a lot of frequent updates.

Overall: Very helpful with compliance issues. CT stays on top of all the healthcare rules and regulations.

Pros: The ledger is really easy to look at and explain to patients what they owe and why. We also like the scheduler; it is easy to use and we like the fact that we can change colors and appointment length to fit our scheduling needs.

Cons: The inability to differentiate between patients; we wanted to be able to mark patients as a 'quick, routine adjustment' versus a 'longer, more lengthy patient'.

Pros: The simplicity and ease of use. Patient intake and doctors note taking has greatly simplified and improved since implementing this system.

Cons: There are things we would like to have changed, especially with patient sign in, that make it complicated. Chirotouch was dismissive of us when we contacted them to see if those changes were positive.
Support is not always easy to contact, especially in early mornings or late times. We are very dependent on this program for our practice to function correctly and there have been times support is not available while we are in the office, which has been a challenge. Ongoing support is always extremely expensive. Much more than our old support.

I have enjoyed using Chirotouch for my total office solution for notes and billing since 1995

Pros: The thing I like the most about Chiro touch is that is very user friendly. I like the way that we can customize it to our standards.

Cons: The thing I like the least like about Chiro touch is the statements. It seem like if I run each case type separately or all together I do not get the same people on the list.

The billing side of the software could have used the advise of medical billers.

Pros: Software has awesome noting features for the doctor and it has a nice clean look. I also like the different options for looking up patients

Cons: It seems like the accounting side of the software was thrown together at the end and lacks some of the things that any medical biller could have told them they need.

Overall: Billing and noting in one program that meet EHR standards

Chirotouch makes it so easy to go about my day using patients information whenever i need it.

Pros: i like most is how easy it is to get to patient information, and how nice the ipad is to do paperwork with patients.

Cons: what i like least is I wish there were more controls for the HCFA forms and printing. and when we print out schedules if we could split 2 parts of the day instead of printing the whole day.

Overall: More control of the office and all of the patients information is uploaded automatically into their file online.

ChiroTouch has been easy to learn, use and run a practice very efficiently.

Pros: I appreciate how intuitive the system is in navigating from page to page. Also it is so easy to change/add/delete certain codes or diagnoses in the "back office".

Cons: The thing I like the least about the system is having to pay for the functionality of text reminders to patients. I never had to with my other EHR. Hence I continue to use my first EHR for our patient reminders and not CT.

You have to wait forever to get someone from support and then they aren't always helpful.

Pros: I don't have to keep paper records.

Cons: The customer service serious lacks. Wait times for support take forever, then they make you feel stupid because you didn't know how to fix the issue you are having. Seems like support doesn't really care about the customer and would rather be doing something else.

Overall ease of use, we typically rave about the software. Good customer service.

Pros: I love the ease of use once everything has been set up. We liked everything being saved into our system so we can move through our patients more efficiently.

Cons: The billing issue is weird. We have a difficult time getting the correct patient responsibility amounts to maintain for certain insurance types. Also, we would like to have more scheduling options on the check out screen, as well as a few note-taking options for the provider AIO section.

Overall: A lot more organization with the providers and front office staff.

We have used CT for 5 years. I have recommended it to numerous friends and colleagues.

Pros: The notes system allows me to keep up with chart notes quickly at the time of the visit for acuracy and time savings overall. I also appreciated the personal training we got prior to switching over to it.

Cons: As with most software, the tech support is slower than I would like. There are a few features we would like to see improved (such as the messenger) but the company does listen to feedback from users, and it implements changes to the updates that they feel are needed. Overall there is more good than bad. I recommend the system for high volume chiropractic practices.

Pros: What I like most about the software is the functionality. I believe it is pretty user friendly and easy for new users to learn quickly.

Cons: What I like least about this software is the inability to set a care plan calculator. We are a chiropractic office that does care plans and I would like to see a way to easily keep track in the ledger how many visits to bill to insurance, total visits for care plan, and payments made out of total investment etc.

So Glad We Switched!

Pros: The ease of use of this system compared to all of our other billing software programs astounded us! We kept saying "we must be doing something wrong because this is too easy"!

Cons: Would love to see changes to patient statements (their appearance once printed). Wish there were faster release times for updates. The updates I've seen would add a new ease for our work load.

Overall: Doctors, Staff, and Patients

The software is very logical and user friendly and the EHR is superrior to any other that I have used

Comments: In addition to the great software, the sales and support is very much above average in a world where customer service is a lost art.

Pros: This software makes the work day much easier for employees. It addresses all aspects of practice management and generates the very best support documents for the financial side of the practice as well as the medical side.

I have used many programs in my career. ChiroTouch does rate as a "very good" program to use.

Pros: The ease of use is just as good as the customer service. When you need them, they help you in the terms that you understand. Very helpful!!

Cons: The reporting feature - for me, there isn't enough "built in reports" You can create your own reports, but its not as easy when you don't use that function daily.

Overall: It runs our office from scheduling to reporting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

After the training it was pretty easy to use.

Pros: Being able to do the electronic billing and posting pretty easily. The navigation of the different screens is pretty easy also.

Cons: Having an issue with the accounting module on my laptop. Contacted customer service before Christmas. I was told research had to be done. No one has gotten back to me. This has put a wrench in the proficiency of our practice. So I¿m not happy about that. That¿s why I gave customer support a 2.

Pros: CT works well with our other software. We love the constant upgrades and the fact that CT is always listening to what the users are wanting then integrating it into the new updates.

Cons: The only negative thing I could say that is also much improved over the past 6 months is the time it takes to get a live person for support.

Pros: The best thing about ChiroTouch, is well, everything! I love the ease of use. I love how different parts of the software overlap and talk to each other...no more double, triple, quadriple entery. The developers have thought of just about everything when it comes to customizing software to and individual office, things I, as a 30 year office manager, would have implemented into my own software if I were to customize my own. The program is easy to customize, in every aspect, to an individual or group practice. The support is bar-none! If my call isn't answered live within 10 minutes, I can expect a call back, usually, within the hour. The support staff is very knowledgeable and fortunately for me, very patient and understanding when I try to take programming into my own hands (even though I shouldn't) and end up messing something up. I recommend ChiroTocuh highly to all my Chiropractic colleagues.

Cons: Probably the two main things I would change in this software would be the ability to customize forms (ie; exams, letters, reports) and the ability to have more options to run customized financial reports. As an administrator, owner and office manager I like to have the ability to customize what reports I'd like to see.

Overall: Ease of use. I was able to easily convert from a single Doc practice to a thriving multi DC practice.

Change is never fun. Your support team has made the process less painful.

Pros: i like the way it interfaces with every other system we were using, Trizetto, Zingit, Fortis, Processing claims is so much smoother than our old system.

Cons: Reports -- need to have different options - in particular for marketing . I think there needs to be different options for intake -- one for children - one for personal injury cases would be ideal.

Overall: Streamlining our processes is huge.

Pros: test message reminders for appointments and patient check in
Ipad apps and the ability for patients to complete paperwork online

Cons: We don't like not having randomized text from one soap note to the next. It is also hard to see other family members account balances from the check out screen.

Overall: EHR qualification and PQRS qualification. scheduling patients and text reminders. Online patient paperwork makes new patient processing quicker and easier

ChiroTouch is very user friendly and if help is needed the Customer Reps are always very kind.

Pros: I am happy over all with the features of this software program, it does take a learning curve but once thats done its very easy to use

Cons: I am not happy with CTsecure and CTReminders and they do not work all the time and especially reminders not working as I relay on them causes an negative effect on my business. I also find that my fee for the add ons are going up even though this is not logical as I have not increased my usage of CtSecure.

Overall: doing my EHR easily and allowing the front desk to get their job done without not to much complications

ChiroTouch has been a lifesaver for our practice when it comes to scheduling and documenting.

Pros: We have color-coded all of our appointments, so when you look at the schedule, you know what kind of appointment the patients are scheduled for. Our calendar has blocks of time for certain appointments, and this system allows for that. But most of all, we like the text and email reminders. That has freed up so much time for our staff to get office work done.

Cons: I would like to know how long ago an appointment was scheduled, so we can know if a missed appointment was missed because it was scheduled so long ago, or if the patient just didn't come.

Overall: Electronic Chart Notes.

For the Front Desk it is AWESOME - for the Doctors - not so much. Excellent customer support!

Pros: Front Desk is excellent. I can see everything I need, it is in easy access and laid out and easy to read.

Cons: The provider side is bad. Need A LOT of work!! You can tell the front desk has time to complain, but the providers don't. It needs to be more user friendly, charting needs to be easier. The Providers don't have time to work out the kinks - this should've been their first priority when creating this system. This needs to be so much easier for the providers, they are the one doing all the work!

Pros: IT IS VERY EASY TO LEARN TO USE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY CHIROPRACTICE CLINIC. LOVE USING IT DAILY.
