Fantastic! I think anyone who runs a chiropractic office would find chirotouch to be far beyond whatever they are currently using.

Pros

I had the server version for years and loved that! The cloud version is even better! They are constantly updating the software, you can access it anywhere you have a web browser, and it’s extremely user-friendly.

Cons

There’s not much negative about the actual software/product itself, even the support is fantastic. If anything, the price would be what I like least, but you get what you pay for.

Reasons for choosing ChiroTouch

It’s overall a better product, more expensive, but again you get what you pay for!

Pros

Great software. Easy to use. Makes billing and doing notes easy specially with the new AI mode. Scheduling and color codes are alao easy to use

Cons

Notes for each patient ate not doable in their profile and you have to exit and go on charting tab each time. I want to to on a patients profile and see missing DOS and do it there

Overall, my experience with ChiroTouch has been very positive. It’s a strong system for patient management, patient scheduling, documentation, and it supports efficient, compliant note-taking. There is a learning curve - but customer service is great and there are a variety of ways to reach out for help - chat, phone, email. The cost is on the higher side, but the level of customization and functionality makes it worthwhile.

Pros

The biggest strength is the patient management and documentation. Note-taking is efficient and the platform helps support proper compliance, which is a big plus. The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge. You can tailor it to fit your practice very well, including patient communication through emails and text messaging

Cons

The biggest downside, in my opinion, is the cost. It’s a significant investment. And there is a learning curve, no way around it. The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge.

Good, sometimes slow internet connection. One patient complained when she saves a new password, it still doesn't work on her phone, plus she doesn't like that she can't see her password as she is trying to change it and input a new one. It allows reoccurring appointments to take place on top of blocked slots, which I don't think should happen.

Pros

Helps with notes, insurance billing, reminders, reaching out to patients, and online intake forms, that's the best part.

Cons

I wish it would let me stay on the same patient after I edit their chart instead of kicking me back out after the save each time, that way I can review 5-10 charts in a row for the same patient.

Really Great! We are long time customers and i do not see ourselves going anywhere else. You can do so many things with one account it so nice.

Pros

I love the ease of the schedule, the amount of customization and how simple it is to add in new providers or staff.

Cons

The updates. It seems as though every Sunday we get booted off to do some sort of update. I will say though, it's nice to see on Monday what new features have been added.

Pros

We really love that the cloud-based system can be accessed from anywhere and it allows you to access certain features from anywhere in the interface.

ChiroTouch is a strong option for established chiropractic offices that need robust billing, documentation, and insurance management. However, for smaller practices or offices wanting a simpler, more modern cloud-based system, it may feel expensive and more complicated than necessary.

Pros

One of the biggest things I like about ChiroTouch is that it is an all-in-one system. It combines scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, insurance claims, patient management, and reporting all in one place, which helps keep the office organized and reduces the need for multiple software programs.

Cons

The biggest downside is often the cost. It can be expensive compared to newer cloud-based systems, especially for smaller practices or offices trying to keep overhead low.

Overall ChiroTouch has been a welcome blessing compared to my old EHR. They are always evolving and making the system even better than before.

Pros

ChiroTouch has made charting so much easier than my old EHR. Billing can be tricky at first but once you find your way, it is a breeze. The value for the money is priceless. It is a complete system that making running my practice easy. If I get a hiccup in claims, charting etc, the support staff is helpful, friendly and on point. Scheduling is easy and very manageable for all involved. AI feature is nice to have when you need to chart quickly.

Cons

Billing section can be confusing to navigate at times but once we find our rhythm it is a breeze. The AI feature could be better as I was so accustomed to the layout of the macros that were set and wish I could dictate and have it formatted that way.

Had the server based version for several years and now using the cloud based version makes it easier to utilize outside the office setting on a phone or laptop

Pros

From scheduling to integrated payment systems, ChiroTouch has it all. Having the ability to chose the different aspect of the software allows me to budget accordingly. Support is live all day and if needed, I can call in with an emergency. Patient management of recalls, campaigns and reviews of our services help our online presence improve significantly. Thanks again.

Cons

Having to customize things that are preloaded. Some of the items are simple but others require more time to refine and choose the easiest ways to utilize the program. Also, not saving the patient chief complaints from the last visit is a hassle when they have multiple complaints

We’ve been using ChiroTouch at Southern Spine Family Chiropractic and overall it’s been a solid system for our clinic. It offers strong value for the features included, especially with billing and patient management all in one place. Overall, it’s a dependable platform for chiropractic offices looking for an all-in-one solution.

Pros

The billing side is one of the biggest strengths—it helps streamline insurance, ERA/EOBs, and keeps things organized. Scheduling is also easy to use and keeps our office running smoothly day to day.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at first, and we’ve experienced some occasional bugs and slowdowns, but customer support has been helpful when needed.

Independent research methodology

Capterra's researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

How Capterra ensures transparency

Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider's website.
