Pros: The variety of features offered is great. The inventory and vendor management is great for keeping organized and knowing product on hand. The flow between front desk data entry to the doctor and the communication features are nice. The schedule functions well and there are many places to add notes for a patient. I like the way the check out functions, everything can be done in a single screen. Also keeping track of the previous exam date is really nice and easy.

Cons: The set up is huge. Not only does every insurance need to be set up in many different areas, the doctor must set up his macro keys, which is very time consuming. Also, if you need to print a PI case, the notes from visit to visit look virtually the same. Patients get impatient with filling out the ipad for intake and many errors occurred resulting in non-payment. We did try to use the pro-bill services, and were not happy. The customer service associated with billing could be much improved. We found ourselves wasting a lot of time trying to work with the billing department. They also do not do PQRS reporting. We did find that our network became disconnected from the ipads often which resulted in a lot of calls to tech support. Don't make your server the front desk computer, it upsets the office flow when tech support is needed.

Pros: Ease of charting patients, documentation, macros, diagnosis fast keys, charges fast keys. I can't be certain of all the pros as of yet.

I feel as though sometimes they have no idea what there doing to resolve an issue I may have.

Pros: Easy access and way to maneuver. I love how easy it is to add new patients and do the billing side of my job.

Cons: Customer Service sometimes cant help with the issue I may have. Its a little bit aggravating and frustrating.

Pros: was a long time to get used to the softwear program as it was very different from out last one, but seems to handle chiro business well

Cons: almost impossible to call chirotouch, I have waited up to an hour !! so there is a way to chat that seems the only way to actually get through

Overall: helps me do appointments and super bills

Nice software, but too expensive.

Pros: Very nice interface, easy to use and makes throughout documentation very simple. The program also streamlines billing so all of the details are in one place.

Cons: The software is very expensive compared to other quality products that are available to chiropractors for EHR systems.

Comments: I would highly recommend this product to any new (or established) Chiropractor looking to simplify their office. Detailed notes, accurate accounting, a clear schedule, recalls and ease of use will all contribute to the success of your practice.

Pros: Simple to learn and use. Accurate accounting. Clear scheduling module. Offers every feature of previous programs, all in one place!

Cons: There is only one downside I have found and it's in the scheduling module, you cannot delete an appointment once it's checked in. Not a big deal, just a small improvement that could be made.

We've been live for 2 months and are still learning new things about ChiroTouch each day we use it.

Pros: I like that I can have multiple front desk screens open so I don't have to close out of one account to look at a different account. I can have multiple accounts being accessed at the same time. Also that each other type of window has its own icon on the task bar for ease of differentiation. I also like billing in that you get to check the charges being submitted to clearing house prior to it ever being billed.

Cons: The last of being able to print out a payment only statement for patients, that there is no way to read the ledger, that if 'fee' schedules are not set up there is no way to reconcile an account that isn't being submitted to have the ledger show only the patient portion (i.e. - their visit copay is the visit amount for patient then once their payment is applied it shows a zero patient balance). Even using 'fee' schedules, we would have to create quite a few to accomodate all the iterations of what patients are charged. That on the insurance screen no one informed us that the 'restart' date in the middle of screen doesn't automatically restart submitting to the insurance - it apparantly is a reminder. That there is no simple way to send an individual email to the patient with a picture that is functional. That there are quite a few more steps from start to finish with a patient that take more time.

The ease of using chirotouch is amazing.

Pros: If by chance you need help, the amazing support team is available to help you get through any tough situation.

Cons: You have to keep adjusting payment amounts that chiropractor may set for specific patients causing you to have to do double work.

Pros: The people that I have spoken to at ChiroTouch are nice. They are polite and online chat usually picks up within 2 to 3 minutes.

Cons: However, the people at ChiroTouch are vastly under trained and incapable of handling even the simplest of issues.
I loved my last software, which I had for 10 years, but because ChiroTouch had purchased them I needed to switch. My expectations were high and I was excited to have what I thought , at the time, was going to be a more powerful software program. Training and transition support was non existent. I am very disappointed and I make sure to warn as many other offices as possible to chose another company. If I could get my money back I would switch in a heartbeat! Words cannot express just how sorry I am that I did not ask for more client reviews before I purchased ChiroTouch.

Overall: I have learned a great lesson. I will now check, double check and then triple check before committing to purchase any software.

Transitioning to ChiroTouch was not as easy as promoted.

Pros: We like using the text reminders, online intake forms, and forms on the ipads. We also like being able to see multiple providers' schedule on one screen.

Cons: We do not like that it takes so many clicks to get into a patient file, when setting up a second case for a patient none of the information transfers, that the apps do not talk easily to one another, that so many windows must be opened to see all of patient information and scheduling, etc. In short, ChiroTouch is not intuitive from the front desk, scheduling, accounting or reporting points of views.

I have been in practice for over thirty years and have tried various programs over the years.

Pros: Its ease of use. With very little effort and a little time, I have been able to use this program as well as any of my employees. Billing is easy and most importantly for me, patient notes are a snap. Whether you use Chirotouch's format or you customize them to your practice, it couldn't be easier. Should you need help, Chirotouch is always there with great service

Overall: Day to day usabilty with tyhe trust that chirotouch will always be there should you need them.

After the 1st couple of weeks I was able to work out the kinks and using the software became easier

Pros: I like the ability to schedule from Front Desk and the Scheduling module; Checking out patients is especially easy using the SALT option; posting ERA payments is quick and painless(most of the time)

Cons: Inability to change a payment once it is posted without deleting the entire payment and starting over. Inability to post an era if one of the claims paid has an error that can't be corrected. Inability to move an appointment without rescheduling

Pros: Ease of notes and SALT notes, charges, codes, etc. Like being able to have cloud backup with reasonable fee. Ease of billing (with officially). Once we get a customer support representative they can usually resolve the issue.

Cons: Have many issues, things like text reminders, needing someone to reset or sync all iPads and devices when server restarts every time. Wish I could modify iPad notes on Doctors side more. Would prefer to upload X-rays easier (2020 imagining).

Overall pleasant experience. Benefits outweigh any minor complaints.

Pros: Customer service is fast and polite. Software is pretty user friendly. Lots of add on's to help the practice truly run on a single platform.

Cons: Customer service doesn't begin until 9 a.m. EST. Product suggestions are slow to be implemented. Flow could be streamlined a bit more, too many tabs, apps, work flows, and add-on's.

Overall: User friendly and all inclusive.

I've spoken to many people at ChiroTouch and have never had a problem the answers to my questions.

Pros: There is way too much that can be said about your system, it's great for the most part, not sure I have any complaints about the system.

Overall: I'll start by saying that I learned Greenway prime suite in school, but when I started using ChiroTouch it was so easy to learn and remember things you need to do. And if you still ever need help, all you have to do is call and they help you any way they can.

Automation! So many ways to make the day more productive.

Pros: Integration with additional tools (Trizetto, Cash Practice) helps to streamline processes. Plus, the flow between different aspects of the software (Provider to Front Desk) means not having to double the workload.

Cons: There is still something to be desired for the reporting and customization of statements. Inventory reports especially could use some attention.

Most of the time it is great, I am not a fan of the changes of how the customer support has changed

Pros: Great support and knowledgeable staff. When ever we call with questions, we find someone who can help us out.

Cons: Once you get the initial training set up. It¿s not as clear cut to do training when you add staff. When we first started it was a set program that each person had to complete and when they were done they got a certificate and each person could complete training for their role in the practice. Now it is an outline of classes and you go thru them but not geared for indv person with check points. The training itself is good once you figure out what sections you need to complete.

Pros: I like that each application is easy to use and I think every feature is very useful. I like most the online chat support- the Chat Widget in the CT services. I would say 9/10 times they answer all my questions and help me step by step.

Cons: I would say I don't like being able to delete a canceled appointment- or go back to edit the "reason for canceling" Sometimes I have accidentally clicked canceled without meaning to and you can't undo this mistake.

Pros: easy setup and training - fast accountable training. Our current A8 software was bought out by Chirotouch so there was a smooth transition

Cons: not easy to navigate where to find the help I need rather than waiting for tech support. the tech support is on the west coast and does not begin until 8 pst - we are est and start at 730 am.

Overall: Helped us enter into the paperless healthcare world.

Absolutely the best Chiropractic electronic charting and management software available!

Pros: Intuitive and easy to customize. The first day we used it, I only had about 10 minutes of paperwork after the last patient. I rarely have more than 5 minutes of charting on the busiest days. I never worry about chart reviews because my notes explain what I did for the patient and why it was necessary. Patient subjective input saves so much time. Scheduling can be learned in minutes by new staff and and takes seconds to schedule multiple appointments. Text reminders for patient appointments save my team hours every week on the phone.

Cons: Customer service was much better in the beginning, still good, but not always immediate. Accounting/Billing side could be streamlined some.

The product has all the tools that our office needs. We have had issues with slow Customer Service.

Cons: That the iPad is the only way you can have the outcome assessment, I think it should be android accessible.

Pros: I take advantage of Direct Connects almost every week, and the Chat Widget. I think the training videos are very thorough. I also appreciate that they update the software consistently based on suggestions from the ChiroTouch Community page.

Cons: I would like more ways to sort patient data, and the capability to adjust the screen size and to print smaller selections of certain reports/schedules. Most of the things I don't like about the product are just simple features related to how it is displayed.

Overall: The training is very thorough, and I get a lot of use out of the alerts as well as the billing and transaction notes. It allows our billing team to explain to the front desk the reasons behind patient responsibility, copays, deductibles, etc. This helps us be the most informed we can while interacting with the patient.

We have been using for many years and find this a very easy to use program.

Cons: wish it had more options with printing hcfa for those that don't send electronically. With the scheduling, sometimes switch between screens to make appointment with all needed info.

Pros: The thing I like most is it's easier to use and understand. Everything on provider screen is together and less complicated. Costumer service is great, very helpful and quick to respond.

Cons: We are just getting started on the system so there's not a lot I can say about what I like least. I don't like the fact that when you scan, you have to do a lot more than I did on VOS and not as easy to choose name for each scan.

Pros: Good GUI / user interface for users. Easy to use for staff.

Cons: No easy way to change database name and path if a mistake was made setting up a new work station. I tried to reinstall the client after a reboot and this did not fix the issue I did an online support chat session and the tier I support person could not help me fix this. I had to call support and wait on hold for 30 min to get smebody to help me fix this issue.

Overall: Good Chiro EHR application

Chirotouch software has made my practice a lot easier for running my office.

Pros: All of the features and ease of use. The patient alerts really help when checking a patient in or out of the clinic.

Cons: The color scheme and design seem to be not as good of quality and some newer programs. The billing and accounting can sometimes be to difficult to navigate through to find what you want.

Overall: Having a paperless office with all of the billing features.

Pros: The quick and easy chart notes are what I like the most. I went from a group practice that used Chirotouch, to a solo practice. I looked at a few other sotware alternatives, plus the one that came with the practice I bought, and still decided to buy Chirotouch for my office. I was able to do a data transfer from my old practice which made the implementation very easy.

Cons: Price is higher than most other softwares. After paying the monthly usage fee, the billing fee, and the cloud based backup, it is a lot of money to come up with monthly. I think thete should be discount packages when they are bundled together.

Overall: Quick chart notes, full service software.

Comments: Not a great value for the price.

Pros: SOAP notes are somewhat easy to do. It is easy to contact support. We probably spent more time talking to support than actually writing notes.

Cons: A slew of problems from the ipads not saving outcome assessments to claims being rejected due to errors. Every single day in the office we had to talk to support. The program constantly has errors and freezes. It's a horrible program for something you have to pay for.

Pros: Easy to use, very user friendly, does a lot of the little things associated with running an office for you, user support is easy to reach and helpful

Cons: A lot of the little touches are addition cost add ons, the scheduler is a bit redundant with the amount of clicking needed, online user support is difficult to search and rarely leads to a needed answer

Pros: Notes are easy and thorough. Once you get used to it it goes very fast. They have a lot of good reports which make auditing yourself easy. phone support is great.

Cons: The support at chirotouch community is sometimes subpar and can be frustrating. They do not listen as well as the support over the phone and don't have the same skill or knowledge. Sometime I feel that I know more about the issue than they do. Phone support is awesome, but sometimes it takes a long time to get ahold of them. So if there is an issue that needs to be fixed right away and community support cant do it it can be frustrating.

Overall: It is the best software out there. It does everything and does most of it well. I wish the xray analysis macros were more professional looking.

Pros: Helps our office run smoothly and effectively as it molds around our chiropractic (& other alternative medicines) industry nicely.

Cons: We aren't able to find all the reports we need within our company as we're unable to create customized reports.

Pros: The accounting application makes billing EDI claims and posting insurance payments very simple.

Cons: When dealing in check out, if you need to note patients account you have to go into patient management and locate patient and then go into their ledge to put a note. It would be nice to see insurance info in the accounting application, so you know you are reconciling the patients portion correctly.

Pros: It covers everything under one system so all your patients are connected and the support has been really good so far.

Cons: It is a difficult system to learn because there are so many options to do every little step it gets confusing. I am very teachable but I have struggled with this system.

Pros: Chirotouch is user friendly. The software is always up to date and compliant with very minimal issues.

Cons: Customer Service and wait times have diminished since the company has continued to grow. CT requires a lot of frequent updates.

Overall: Very helpful with compliance issues. CT stays on top of all the healthcare rules and regulations.

Pros: The ledger is really easy to look at and explain to patients what they owe and why. We also like the scheduler; it is easy to use and we like the fact that we can change colors and appointment length to fit our scheduling needs.

Cons: The inability to differentiate between patients; we wanted to be able to mark patients as a 'quick, routine adjustment' versus a 'longer, more lengthy patient'.

Pros: The simplicity and ease of use. Patient intake and doctors note taking has greatly simplified and improved since implementing this system.

Cons: There are things we would like to have changed, especially with patient sign in, that make it complicated. Chirotouch was dismissive of us when we contacted them to see if those changes were positive.
Support is not always easy to contact, especially in early mornings or late times. We are very dependent on this program for our practice to function correctly and there have been times support is not available while we are in the office, which has been a challenge. Ongoing support is always extremely expensive. Much more than our old support.

I have enjoyed using Chirotouch for my total office solution for notes and billing since 1995

Pros: The thing I like the most about Chiro touch is that is very user friendly. I like the way that we can customize it to our standards.

Cons: The thing I like the least like about Chiro touch is the statements. It seem like if I run each case type separately or all together I do not get the same people on the list.

Chirotouch makes it so easy to go about my day using patients information whenever i need it.

Pros: i like most is how easy it is to get to patient information, and how nice the ipad is to do paperwork with patients.

Cons: what i like least is I wish there were more controls for the HCFA forms and printing. and when we print out schedules if we could split 2 parts of the day instead of printing the whole day.

Overall: More control of the office and all of the patients information is uploaded automatically into their file online.

ChiroTouch has been easy to learn, use and run a practice very efficiently.

Pros: I appreciate how intuitive the system is in navigating from page to page. Also it is so easy to change/add/delete certain codes or diagnoses in the "back office".

Cons: The thing I like the least about the system is having to pay for the functionality of text reminders to patients. I never had to with my other EHR. Hence I continue to use my first EHR for our patient reminders and not CT.

You have to wait forever to get someone from support and then they aren't always helpful.

Pros: I don't have to keep paper records.

Cons: The customer service serious lacks. Wait times for support take forever, then they make you feel stupid because you didn't know how to fix the issue you are having. Seems like support doesn't really care about the customer and would rather be doing something else.

Pros: I love the ease of use once everything has been set up. We liked everything being saved into our system so we can move through our patients more efficiently.

Cons: The billing issue is weird. We have a difficult time getting the correct patient responsibility amounts to maintain for certain insurance types. Also, we would like to have more scheduling options on the check out screen, as well as a few note-taking options for the provider AIO section.

Overall: A lot more organization with the providers and front office staff.

We have used CT for 5 years. I have recommended it to numerous friends and colleagues.

Pros: The notes system allows me to keep up with chart notes quickly at the time of the visit for acuracy and time savings overall. I also appreciated the personal training we got prior to switching over to it.

Cons: As with most software, the tech support is slower than I would like. There are a few features we would like to see improved (such as the messenger) but the company does listen to feedback from users, and it implements changes to the updates that they feel are needed. Overall there is more good than bad. I recommend the system for high volume chiropractic practices.

Pros: What I like most about the software is the functionality. I believe it is pretty user friendly and easy for new users to learn quickly.

Cons: What I like least about this software is the inability to set a care plan calculator. We are a chiropractic office that does care plans and I would like to see a way to easily keep track in the ledger how many visits to bill to insurance, total visits for care plan, and payments made out of total investment etc.

Pros: The ease of use of this system compared to all of our other billing software programs astounded us! We kept saying "we must be doing something wrong because this is too easy"!

Cons: Would love to see changes to patient statements (their appearance once printed). Wish there were faster release times for updates. The updates I've seen would add a new ease for our work load.

Comments: In addition to the great software, the sales and support is very much above average in a world where customer service is a lost art.

Pros: This software makes the work day much easier for employees. It addresses all aspects of practice management and generates the very best support documents for the financial side of the practice as well as the medical side.

Pros: The ease of use is just as good as the customer service. When you need them, they help you in the terms that you understand. Very helpful!!

Cons: The reporting feature - for me, there isn't enough "built in reports" You can create your own reports, but its not as easy when you don't use that function daily.

Overall: It runs our office from scheduling to reporting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

After the training it was pretty easy to use.

Pros: Being able to do the electronic billing and posting pretty easily. The navigation of the different screens is pretty easy also.

Cons: Having an issue with the accounting module on my laptop. Contacted customer service before Christmas. I was told research had to be done. No one has gotten back to me. This has put a wrench in the proficiency of our practice. So I¿m not happy about that. That¿s why I gave customer support a 2.

Pros: The best thing about ChiroTouch, is well, everything! I love the ease of use. I love how different parts of the software overlap and talk to each other...no more double, triple, quadriple entery. The developers have thought of just about everything when it comes to customizing software to and individual office, things I, as a 30 year office manager, would have implemented into my own software if I were to customize my own. The program is easy to customize, in every aspect, to an individual or group practice. The support is bar-none! If my call isn't answered live within 10 minutes, I can expect a call back, usually, within the hour. The support staff is very knowledgeable and fortunately for me, very patient and understanding when I try to take programming into my own hands (even though I shouldn't) and end up messing something up. I recommend ChiroTocuh highly to all my Chiropractic colleagues.

Cons: Probably the two main things I would change in this software would be the ability to customize forms (ie; exams, letters, reports) and the ability to have more options to run customized financial reports. As an administrator, owner and office manager I like to have the ability to customize what reports I'd like to see.

Overall: Ease of use. I was able to easily convert from a single Doc practice to a thriving multi DC practice.

Change is never fun. Your support team has made the process less painful.

Pros: i like the way it interfaces with every other system we were using, Trizetto, Zingit, Fortis, Processing claims is so much smoother than our old system.

Cons: Reports -- need to have different options - in particular for marketing . I think there needs to be different options for intake -- one for children - one for personal injury cases would be ideal.

Cons: We don't like not having randomized text from one soap note to the next. It is also hard to see other family members account balances from the check out screen.

Pros: I am happy over all with the features of this software program, it does take a learning curve but once thats done its very easy to use

Cons: I am not happy with CTsecure and CTReminders and they do not work all the time and especially reminders not working as I relay on them causes an negative effect on my business. I also find that my fee for the add ons are going up even though this is not logical as I have not increased my usage of CtSecure.

Overall: doing my EHR easily and allowing the front desk to get their job done without not to much complications

Pros: We have color-coded all of our appointments, so when you look at the schedule, you know what kind of appointment the patients are scheduled for. Our calendar has blocks of time for certain appointments, and this system allows for that. But most of all, we like the text and email reminders. That has freed up so much time for our staff to get office work done.

Cons: I would like to know how long ago an appointment was scheduled, so we can know if a missed appointment was missed because it was scheduled so long ago, or if the patient just didn't come.

Overall: Electronic Chart Notes.

For the Front Desk it is AWESOME - for the Doctors - not so much. Excellent customer support!

Pros: Front Desk is excellent. I can see everything I need, it is in easy access and laid out and easy to read.

Cons: The provider side is bad. Need A LOT of work!! You can tell the front desk has time to complain, but the providers don't. It needs to be more user friendly, charting needs to be easier. The Providers don't have time to work out the kinks - this should've been their first priority when creating this system. This needs to be so much easier for the providers, they are the one doing all the work!

Cons: Chirotouch is not cheap; neither is a Mercedes. But you get what you pay for, right? The yearly support fee is steep and there are multiple yearly fees for various features that I feel should be included in a product of this price.

Pros: I liked the interface. It was up to date and had nice bold colors. I also liked the pin sign in. Made it very easy for patients to use.

Cons: I didnt like that you could do set up a calling module to automatically call people back to the room. I also didnt like that alerts would show up after the patient got adjusted. It was also annoying having to move patients into different arrival boxes.

Overall: EHR

We have been with Chirotouch for several years and it is very easy to learn and to you.

Pros: It's ease of learning and use. Between the documentation and personal support, the answers are there. As you work in the modules, it's apparent it's of common sense. Mistakes made are easily fixed.

Cons: We recently added the in-touch module. If I add forms within the patients files, they should automatically populate to the IPAD for CT sign in. Having to open CT forms is just another step. It would be nice if that were streamlined

Pros: The ability to get new and updated services is great. The company really listens to their clients about their needs.

Cons: Dealing with the macro's has been difficult at best. Have not found much support on building and changing without getting errors.

Pros: My favorite feature of the software is how easy it is to customize your notes. It come pre-loaded with an excellent set of macros, which can easily be customized to an inividual's practice style. I find myself making tweaks to my macros as time goes on, always striving for better efficiency and a more complete note.

Cons: Most of our office's complaints come regarding the front end software and reporting features. We have had issues with our statements being aged from a date of service, rather than the date when we send them out, leading some statements to say that they are past due prior to us ever being able to actually bill them (due to having to wait on insurance re-imbursements). We have contacted support several times regarding this, but have been told there is no-work around for it.

Overall: Less time spent on documentation, more time being able to be home with my family.

Pros: Not having to pull files!!! having everything up on one screen is nice. Ability to copy notes and SALT notes is a big help. Being able to customize MACROS is a great feature as well. I like the ability to text message patients with the in touch aspect. I also like having the iPAD capability. Overall it is a smooth system and I do like having it at my office.

Cons: I do not like how everything is an add-on. Do you want to be able to verify patients insurance? (well of course you do) Well, that's gonna cost you $ per month. Do you want to have text message reminders sent to your patients? (of course you do...it cuts down on missed appts.) Well, sorry that is $$ extra too. Basically it feels like you purchase this quite expensive software and then you are nickle and dimed' every month for features that are pretty much necessary.

Also I HATE the check in process has a RED and GREEN button for the patient to click on the "Is there any other symptom that the doctor needs to be aware of?" section. ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT THE BUTTONS ARE RED AND GREEN! The general public quickly sees red and green and clicks on the green and then they add another symptom b/c they don't realize what the app is asking.

Also it would be nice if you could customize the provider-all-in-one format. So for example, instead of the standard options of "tomorrow" "end of week" "next week" etc. We should be able to put in our own customized clickable options there.

Pros: The way everything fits together with the provider all-in-one, the accounting module and front desk.

Cons: Insurance tracking. Does not track actual dollar limits according to what insurance pays, it calculates on the total allowed amount which is incorrect and needs to be manually adjusted.

Overall: Too many to list.

There can be quite a bit of a learning curve at first, but fine after that.

Pros: Possibilities are endless of how you can personalize it. Once you get everything implemented it's quite easy to make a few tweaks here and there to really make it your own.

Cons: Not a fan of having to pay for technical support. I know some software out there has free support, but usually you get what you pay for.

Overall: Knowing that this software can do pretty much everything I need in order to run my office is a great perk.

Pros: What i mostly liked about the Chirotouch Product was how easy it is to generate a report. How when i called for customer support most res were friendly and went out of their way to satisfy the call.

Cons: What I mostly didn't like about the Chirotouch software was EDI importing and exporting. Some customer services res were terrible. On rare occasions some calls were returned when they we were told. Some case # are still open with no answer, and sometimes the wait is ridiculously long.

Overall: Being able to generate a report for our personal injury patietns.

Overall it makes my life easier by making notes fast and easy.

Pros: It's easy to customize your own macros to make notes fast and easy. I love I can chat with customer support and get them connected to my computer if I need their help.

Pros: The training videos are amazing. They really make navigating the software easy to learn. The videos them self are easy to locate has well seeing has they are in our chiortouch library. And if I don't understand something I can watch the over and over again.

Cons: Sometimes it has trouble connecting to the server so it slows us down by taking for every to load. The system also glitches when this is happing causing the slow down.

Pros: It's pretty straight forward and easy to use. You just click and go. I like being able to set up the buttons how I want them in my own personal order.

Pros: Easy to do a soap note, look at insurance and book appointments. It is nice to just click on a patient and see all the information in one spot. I can do the charges in the room and put an alert on the patient for a re-evaluation the next visit and my front desk will know what to do without me having to come up front to tell them in front of the patient.

Cons: All the extras add on things each month can add up for example, CT- verify (insurance), CT secure (backup), CT intake, CT RX etc..

Overall: Faster insurance posting- everything all in one spot makes it a breeze to use!

Good software but lots of issues with very little feedback on progress of resolution

Pros: I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

Cons: Issues with accounting and lack of feedback with regard to the progress of resolution. We've had accounting issues for at least 6 months now.

Overall: It's a licensed software that keeps us in compliance. Yay!

Pros: Since utilizing Chiro touch our productivity has soared, and our stress levels have decreased dramatically. What used to feel like chaos is now easy. This has made our practice more enjoyable which translates to a better overall experience for our patients. I would recommend that every Chiropractic office utilize this technology immediately. The increased productivity will more then pay for the investment in a short time. Now that we have been using it for almost 10 years, I can't imagine practicing without it.

Cons: If I were to identify one thing about Chirotouch that I would improve if I could, I would simplify the training process, dashboard, website, etc.

Overall good software. Some glitches. Functionality could be better in patient accounts.

Pros: ease of daily note input and importing electronic remittance advises into the patients ledger cuts down on time spent at computer daily.

Cons: Every additional function is always an extra charge. Setting up custom macros can be difficult at times.

Pros: Documentation is so easy to customize, you can practice your way and not conform to a software developer. Exams are fun and easy to chart and daily notes are a breeze.

Overall: I have 17 hours a week in documentation and payroll, every week. This EHR has paid for itself. Every chiropractor should have this in their office. It is the industry standart of practice.

Pros: It was an affordable option at the time and seemed like it had a lot of customization possibilities.

Cons: Awful customer service, profit motivated company that doesn't care about its customers or standing behind their product. The app doesn't work, they can't keep up with Apple ios updates. You won't get any support, even if the software you're still paying for is broken, Then the support you get it sub-par, at best.

Pros: Has everything we need and transferred our old software information easily. Hot buttons and macros are easily created to customize the software to each practitioners needs. EHR certified. Tutorials are all on videos, there are chat sessions, and training sessions to learn the new system. Online support also available.

Cons: Although the video tutorials are very helpful, I felt like we needed a little more step by step, how to use the program.

Nothing is ever perfect, but this one is very good

Pros: I like the ease of using Chirotouch. The scheduler part is very easy and well thought out. I also like the accounting part. It is very easy to use. The staff has always been extremely helpful and very nice. They take suggestions and try to put as many of them into the software in the updates. I also like the conferences. I seem to learn something new every time I go to one.

Cons: Sometimes the wait time for customer service is long, but I have never had to wait very long if I just want to connect with them using the chat wizard feature. It seems like there are a lot of great features you can use, but they cost extra. Would be nice if some of these were included in the price.

Chirotouch is easy to learn how to use but isn¿t very pretty.

Pros: Amazing product, does everything you could possibly want. The learning curve is pretty steep, but not impassible. Saves a ton of time once everything is all set up and you learn the program.

Cons: Customer service is practically non-existent. If you ever do get a hold of someone, their answer is almost always to go check out CT Community. Paid for services I can't use, because I can't get support to set them up.

Comments: I have been in chiropractic for many years, long before computers. I had another simple system and watched Chiro Touch enfold.

Pros: Being able to customize the chart notes to my practice. It is so nice that any one can read my chart notes years later and know exactly what the patient's condition was and exactly which vertebra was adjusted and how.

Comments: I use chirotouch in two practice of my own...and manage two other clinics with ChiroTouch. I highly suggest to anyone who is looking for a patient accounting/management software. I have a client who wasn't utilizing CT to the fullest and I showed them all the features and they couldn't believe how much they were missing!

Pros: Features that allows you to manage your clinic with reports. Features that allow you to easily use CT with a multi-disciplinary practice. Integration between front and back office and management. Easy marketing tools.

Cons: I wish it had a search feature on the Fee Schedule. On the "Find" button in the Charges section, I wish it showed the fee connected to the charge. I would really like it if on the Task Manager, when you connect a task to the patient it would populate a "TASKS" button on the patient information.

Totally new to medical billing Feb 2017, knew NOTHING. The support has been far beyond amazing!!!

Pros: The customer service is excellent. I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone i have chatted with or spoken to. They are so patient with me and get me through whatever issue I may be having. Exploring the CT Community is very educational. You can learn so much. Their webinars are easy to understand and get right to the point. I would recommend Chirotouch to anyone!

Cons: The one and only thing I would even consider as a CON is the A/R report. Maybe just have the option to view totals rather than every line item. That is it.

Pros: The Customer support has been excellent, very little wait time and always helpful and friendly as well as efficient and complete resolution to problems.

Comments: Everything. I was a Smart Cloud customer for 7+ yrs and ChiroTouch bought them out and made them obsolete. I went with CT thinking it would be better. I made a huge mistake. Server based system was antiquated and the remote login process never worked. No scheduling on the go or paperwork at any other PC that wasn't connected to server. Software itself - more complex than it needed to be, actually making it less user friendly. GUI was antiquated. Customer service was deplorable. It took me over 2 months to get out of my contract, in which they made me pay in full but it didn't matter, because I needed out. Lesson learned.

Cons: GUI - antiquated. Pricey. False advertisement and their server based system with difficult remote login process. Customer service - mostly via email, phone is difficult to get in contact with someone, especially a specific person and long wait times.

Comments: On-line training and user help are very good. Lots of reports to help with the office and patient flow, but could always use more. Since we had the CTPROBil take over our billing we are right on track. The crew is incredible. The conference was wonderful and learned a lot of little tricks to help with the day to day process, from checking in to billing out.

Pros: Easy to use, fast, functional and user friendly. I get what I need with just a few clicks. Lots of good things to manage patients

Cons: Little pricey, however you get a lot for the price. Wish there was an easier way to find out who (employees) set the appointment
