### "Do not regret migration~"

December 20, 2024

5.0

Migration was an easy process and all my data transferred the way it was intended to. There is a learning curve transitioning from server-based because some of the terminology is different, but overall I am satisfied with the product on the Cloud.

Pros

I like the ability to have all ChiroTouch applications and functions on one webpage vs having to open different apps. I also love that I can access my software from anywhere I choose to.

Cons

The training process. Re-watching webinars. On-boarding team schedule availability.

### "Pleasantly surprised!"

February 11, 2026

5.0

\[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful and kept working on trying to find the problem. She found it was our security software that somehow was blocking my access. She fixed the problem then even called me back to fix it on another work station.

Pros

My call was answered immediately! We've been having issues for a few days now and I was unable to use chat and had to call. I waited so I had lots of time to be on hold and it wasn't necessary. My call was picked up by \[sensitive content hidden\] and she started immediately on my problem.

Cons

I was unable to use chat. Apparently my password needed to be updated and I requested a link sent to my email. I tried it multiple times and no email was ever sent so I was unable to get in to my CT Services. We are working on that and I am waiting for a future email.

### "ChiroTouch Experience"

April 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been very pleasant especially now that a lot of bugs have been worked out since they first started the cloud. I am super excited about the potential of ChiroTouch and AI. I am already loving what it can do now and it just came out, so I would imagine it is only going to get better.

Pros

I like all the add-ons and the new Rheo-AI Scribe feature. It has made keeping up with my notes so much easier and it gives me peace of mind that I am getting everything.

Cons

I do not like how much the software lags. I think this has been my biggest issue with ChiroTouch from the beginning. It has gotten significantly better within 5 years, but it still poses a problem from time to time.

### "SAVE YOUR MONEY!"

April 14, 2026

2.0

Very bad, no follow through and checking with anyone on any issues you are having. We call customer support and you are transferred to 3 people until they tell you they will leave your message with your team leader. \[sensitive content hidden\] who was our team leader was the best until they replaced her which they do often to put blame on someone else.

Pros

There really is nothing good to say about this product, at first, it seemed it would be easy until you see and go through there video training.

Cons

There is no actual customer support unless they call you, it's not user friendly, the billing and posting is not consistent so therefore you have to go look for a payment on insurance site, secondary's say billed but no follow through we have had to write off more since chirotouch. So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call. Worse mistake we ever made going to chirotouch.

### "DO NOT USE CHIROTOUCH"

March 16, 2026

1.0

Better than Genesis. However, their isn't much support. You are left to do things without support. Support doesn't call back, especially higher level support. They are holding my records hostage.

Pros

I liked that they were helpful onboarding me. That is about the extent of their help. The people in support search CT Community and have no clue what to do.

Cons

They bill inconsistently. They overcharged me several months. Support is non-existent and what support they do have is all overseas. They will also hold your records hostage and will only do a full data migration when they feel its appropriate.

Donald, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with ChiroTouch has not met expectations. ### "Game Changing EHR tools"

April 28, 2026

5.0

I shopped around for the right EHR for a long time. I hesitated to join ChiroTouch thinking it would not fit my needs. But I am so glad I finally came around. It has been such a great software.

Pros

The AI features for documenting are game changer and the customer service is exceptional. They are always refining current features and adding new features.

Cons

I was worried about the price at first, being more expensive than my other software. But a few months after joining, they added the AI documentation feature which has cut my documentation time in half and allows me to see more patients, more than making up for the cost!

### "Chirotouch Cloud Is Awesome!"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Fantastic! I think anyone who runs a chiropractic office would find chirotouch to be far beyond whatever they are currently using.

Pros

I had the server version for years and loved that! The cloud version is even better! They are constantly updating the software, you can access it anywhere you have a web browser, and it’s extremely user-friendly.

Cons

There’s not much negative about the actual software/product itself, even the support is fantastic. If anything, the price would be what I like least, but you get what you pay for.

### "ChiroTouch makes it easy"

April 28, 2026

5.0

SO far it has been a good one. The cost is a little high and the availability (or turnaround time) from customer service is sometimes difficult, especially for what we pay for.

Pros

The ease of using the program from scheduling to doing notes to billing and posting. Very easy to customize to what my clinic needs.

Cons

Some options are not as easy to customize and sometimes there are updates that are less helpful than the previous versions BUT at least there is an option to stay with the old version most of the times.

April 30, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with ChiroTouch has been great! The customer service and support is fantastic. I never have to wait long for a call back , and the team members make sure my issues are resolved !

Pros

I have had both server version and cloud versions of ChiroTouch, and the cloud version is my favorite. It has given me the flexibility of working from home as well as traveling. It’s easy to use and the CT Forms & InTouch allow me to communicate quickly with my patients!

Cons

My least favorite thing about ChiroTouch is the billing tool. I had a lot of problems with it , so I dropped the service.

### "A must have! "

April 30, 2026

5.0

Great experience and a great way to run an effortless office. From the set up to getting help, Chirotouch does a great job.

Pros

Chirotouch is easy to use and does an amazing job as an all in one system from scheduling to patient management to writing notes on the doctors ends with many ready to go templates.

Cons

Price seems a little too high per month per service. The integration between the intake forms feature and soaps should be improved. The server based system had a much better integration.

### "I HIGHLY recommend ChiroTouch for any chiropractic office"

December 29, 2025

5.0

ChiroTouch is the fourth EHR software I have used, and is easily the best. The Exam and SOAP note was thoughtfully designed with the aid of a billing specialist to be compliant with insurance. The price is less than most other EHR software.

Pros

The software is designed specifically for the chiropractic practice unlike a couple other EHR software I have used. It is highly intuitive; I easily figured out how to use almost every aspect of the software even before my initial training. ChiroTouch is also regularly upgrading the experience to include features and changes the community is requesting.

Cons

Occasionally during the workday there are times when I cannot access the software due to problems with the server. I cannot use the G8942 or G8539 codes for Humana. I'm not sure if that is the clearinghouse, ChiroTouch, or Humana causing the incapability with the codes.

The other software made billing a chore, and the expense was high. Additionally I had to try to make it work for a chiropractic office, and it caused my notes to not be fully compliant. Writing a new patient exam took 30-45 minutes.

### "Server was nice. Cloud is a mess."

October 12, 2025

3.0

Support was frustrating. Not helpful at all. I thought it would be an upgrade from my old EHR and I had used the server as an associate, but what a mistake. Plus they do not make migration easy. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend. But if you just do cash its probably still a good option.

Pros

Macros for notes and easy to schedule/use. Has good features like alerts and subscription plans. Can get two way text with appointment reminders and online forms as add ons integrated

Cons

The server was great. The cloud is a mess and support is terrible. All Facebook groups. Online forms didn't always work. If you do PI work they can't separate out the cases in the ledger so we had to set up new patient files for each case and then try to remember which one is which. The itemized billing statement is also confusing and attorneys are always calling to try and figure it out.

### "Pleased New Practice Owner "

December 29, 2025

5.0

I'm pleased and glad I switched from Genesis to ChiroTouch. While the program is more expensive, it's worth the switch.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and I can do notes very quickly. I like how simple it is to click on macros and create new macros and templates.

Cons

Although I can do notes quickly, I'm having trouble using Rheo, to make the note-taking and billing process even faster. I'll be scheduling another call soon to rectify the situation. Overall, still a great system. Once we navigate the whole system, it may be time for another review.

### "ChiroTouch Saves Time "

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall, we are happy with ChiroTouch. We had a rocky start and thought we made a mistake, but we soon realized the system is really good, and makes our day run smoother and more efficiently. The customer service is great too! We like being able to get help right away if it's needed.

Pros

Customer Service is great and usually helps us get things rolling when there are snags. I like the ease in creating appointments and managing the calendar. Checking people in and out is pretty quick; I love being able to slide people around and knowing where they are in the flow. Taking payments is fast and efficient, and when using the relationship feature, payments for the whole family takes much less clicking!! Reports also are very helpful and contain helpful information, like, for stats.

Cons

The ledger...there are too many steps to edit charges and, sometimes, allocating payments can be a pain. Since we have been using the cloud, there have been fixes, but it can be a time waster to edit charges or payor information. The Real Time Eligibility: it doesn't always pull the correct information.

### "Best overall EHR system "

December 29, 2025

5.0

Highly recommend this system to all Chiros. There may be a few minor things that need to be fix but I really like how easy is to get set up and again the support is absolutely amazing

Pros

All in one integrated system where you can do everything. From insurance verification, sending claims, communicating with patients, and more. This EHR makes is easy for you to run your practice. In addition, costumer service is great! They responde very quickly and get your problem solved very fast. Also, the addition of the AI note taking its a game changer. Highly recommend it

Cons

Sometimes the system will update on Sundays which doesn't allow my patients to book online. The online booking could be a little better since my patients complain of always logging in via email and password. Even with that, people will find a hard time booking. Another thing is the appointment reminders. Yes, its highly effective and easy to communicate with patients but I just wish they would use the same number for text messages as my office number instead of a separate number

### "Good EHR choice "

February 12, 2026

Decent software overall- allowed me to do my job as an associate with efficiency and ease. SOAP notes were great unless the software was glitching

Pros

As a high volume practice I found the soap notes to be super efficient, but still covered all of the important information needed for each visit

Cons

The appearance was somewhat childish, which didn’t matter unless a patient sees it. Overall just wasn’t super professional looking. Speed was also an issue on occasion

Pros

Pros

### "We love ChiroTouch"

January 7, 2026

5.0

We love how ChiroTouch as streamlined our practice, saving time on all tasks is priceless and billing and coding is much easier.

Pros

ChiroTouch raised the level of protection of our patient records, has excellent response to any issues that arise and require tech support, and has completely streamlined our scheduling process and file management. Charting is now easier, takes less time, and uploads to patient records seamlessly. We're so glad we made the switch to ChiroTouch! Highly recommend!

Cons

Adding pricing for our retail products in order to add them to patients' bill for ea visit was a bit difficult. Having different websites to work within the various facets of our practice would be easier if it was all in one place.

Pros

### "ChiroTouch review from billing perspective"

January 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, ChiroTouch works well as an all-in-one solution for chiropractic practices that want an integrated platform.

Pros

Integrated workflow that ties scheduling, documentation, and billing together, cutting down on errors and duplicate entry. Claims submission directly from the system with built-in edits and checks that can reduce rejections. Dashboard views that make it easier to spot denials, unpaid claims, and outstanding patient balances. Support for electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT) to speed up reconciliation. Templates and automated coding suggestions can improve charge capture accuracy.

Cons

Learning curve for new billers; training is needed to fully leverage billing features. While working an ERA, sometimes having to leave the ERA to make corrections to a patient ledger then going back into the ERA can be time consuming if there are many errors.

April 28, 2026

5.0

ChiroTouch has done a great job improving the ease of use. The Cloud program has come a long way! We are very happy with this company.

Pros

I love the ease of use. Everything we need at the office is in one program: patient management, billing, scheduling, Doctor’s notes. It helps our office be very efficient.

Cons

It is very costly to the office. It is like having an extra employee. Insurance keeps lowering their approved amounts and ChiroTouch keeps raising their fees. It’s a struggle some months.

Pros

That over time it keeps improving, I appreciate the additional upgrades like CT engage, CT Informs and we will be looking to incorporate CT Pay.

Pros

Chirotouch is easy to navigate from patient to patient and accounts to accounts. The various reports are also helpful.

Cons

I feel like there's a lot of "steps" to add payments to an account. The overall adding of EOMB could be easier.
