Every customer support member that I have encountered over the years has been easy to understand, very helpful, friendly and efficient! It's not very frequent that I need support, but when I do it is never a frustrating phone call. I always end up learning something new, that is useful for future claims or practices.

Pros

We have been using at our office for almost 6 years now. Love every bit of it! The program itself is great for our busy office and the customer support is top notch. Today I had a support session with Encarl and she was a fantastic help. Even after 6 years, there was still something for me to learn in the insurance/accounting tab. She got right down to business and explained what I needed to do for future reference.

Cons

is a great program. Perfect for our office; both doctors and staff. Very happy we have it.

### "DO NOT USE CHIROTOUCH OR CTProBill!"

Horrible customer service, especially with CTProBill. Their onboarding team did not communicate amongst themselves, did not listen to our needs (we had to clarify with them over multiple phone calls because they kept sending us the wrong info and adding the wrong info to the contract) and was basically a nightmare to work with.

Pros

It’s adequate, outdated comparatively. I’ve been with for approximately 12 years and have had problems throughout. Eventually gave up trying to get help and just used it as best we could.

Cons

Customer service and CTProBill. Looking for other software now, mainly because I made the mistake of signing up with CT ProBill. I thought it might be a good idea to go with them as one would think they are part of the same company so they’d know what they are doing. That was a HUGE mistake. They were in violation of the contract from day 1. Did not perform 10% of what they were supposed to do based on contract, and that is being generous. Knowing they were in violation, we cancelled the contract early, which they agreed to as they knew they were in default. Then, they continued to bill us and haven’t stopped, nor have they responded to emails. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE USE CTProBill. Everything I have stated above has been fully documented. If you want to know more, contact me. Additionally, if you’re looking for an EHR software, don’t use CTProBill’s parent, . They have been sold a number of times and have lost the ability to service their clientele, which was made even more obvious after this experience.

I'm pleased and glad I switched from Genesis to . While the program is more expensive, it's worth the switch.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and I can do notes very quickly. I like how simple it is to click on macros and create new macros and templates.

Cons

Although I can do notes quickly, I'm having trouble using Rheo, to make the note-taking and billing process even faster. I'll be scheduling another call soon to rectify the situation. Overall, still a great system. Once we navigate the whole system, it may be time for another review.

The original move to from our previous software was a bit scarry at first. now that we have been using it for a couple of years, we are very glad we made the switch. Overall, we have been very satisfied with ChiroTouch!

Pros

We really enjoy the ability to access our schedule from anywhere we are. I was able to even schedule an appointment for someone while out at museum this past weekend.

Cons

The inability to see a patents appointment schedule in a monthly calendar view has been very frustrating to our entire staff.

Support was frustrating. Not helpful at all. I thought it would be an upgrade from my old EHR and I had used the server as an associate, but what a mistake. Plus they do not make migration easy. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend. But if you just do cash its probably still a good option.

Pros

Macros for notes and easy to schedule/use. Has good features like alerts and subscription plans. Can get two way text with appointment reminders and online forms as add ons integrated

Cons

The server was great. The cloud is a mess and support is terrible. All Facebook groups. Online forms didn't always work. If you do PI work they can't separate out the cases in the ledger so we had to set up new patient files for each case and then try to remember which one is which. The itemized billing statement is also confusing and attorneys are always calling to try and figure it out.

i am getting paid faster by insurance and almost everyone is auto posted which saves so much time and gives a faster turner around to bill patients.

Pros

I switched from the server based and this system is much more efficient and stream lines my practice so i spend less time on office/bookkeeping and more time with patients.

Cons

the statements are not as good as the server based one and you can't customize them or choose a different style.

Overall it has been a great experience. Myself and the staff had very little time that we were learning the system.

Pros

It is easy to do notes and track patient visits. The system overall was easy to learn and we were able to put it in use immediately.

Cons

The least favorite part was getting it integrated with our former software. A lot of the data did no process over with the software integration.

I loved the SOAP notes within . Super simple to use, great macros that made notes really easy and fast

Cons

I used the server version and it was very inconsistent with speed and functionality. Some days it was so slow and some days it was good

In general has been great to work with, we have been with them before there ever was the cloud system. The change over was hard and complex especially for the doctors but it does work great for our office.

Pros

I like the ease of access to reach patient information when we were out visiting with their attorney's

Cons

The reports are confusing and we can never quit get one that has what we want, We have also been struggling to put in a dollar amount if we have traded to be able to keep track of our trades

Overall we have had a good experience with the software, some issues with processes, but they were all temporary hiccups.

Pros

How everything is connected and works in synchrony. SOAP notes are easy, coding is easy, and billing is the best I have seen thus far.

Cons

It is a little spendy but worth it. I do not like how the online scheduler has some restrictions on layout, but it could be fixed in the future.

provides a stream lined EMR that allows me to focus on patient care and navigate chart notes with ease. The addition of AI has made charting even more efficient and captures all relevant information in a patient encounter.

Cons

I would prefer the cloud version to have a designated space for x-ray images like the App version does.

I used to use the old software for before switching to the cloud and its a game changer. It has made patient management so much easier. I love how everything is one a cloud, much for convenient. Their customer support throughout this change has been great as well.

N/A- I pretty much like everything, thats why I decided to use it when I finally branched out and started my own practice.

### "Cloud-Based Chirotouch"

It is a good program but still needs work. The server based system is completely different than the cloud based system. I wish I had known that before switching. I love the convenience of the cloud based product because maintaining an in-house server was expensive, but think the server based program was better. The cloud based has some great new features, but also changed a bunch of things that did not need to be changed. It made the accounting and billing much harder and way more time consuming. It also does not contain most of the reports that were previously available.

Pros

I love being able to customize my macros so they sound exactly like something I would have typed. I also love that the program is constantly being updated with improvements.

Cons

I hate there is no live support for the cloud-based system. You have to set up a support ticket and wait for someone to get back to you. That is very time consuming and you can get stuck with the problem for days. The old system had both a chat and live call center that could answer questions immediately so you could get back to patients.

Overall our office is very happy with . We are still learning the new software, but a lot of every day tasks are a lot simpler with the help of this software.

Pros

I like that we are able to do most things we need to do as an office all in one place.

Cons

I wish they would focus more on the functionality and improving aspects about the charting and scheduling software. It seems like the primary focus is billing and all you can do with it, which is great, but there are a lot of small inconveniences or even reports we had on the old software that are just more cumbersome now.

Responsive customer service. Love the chat feature to get help right away. I have done some of the online classes to learn more. I find the system easy to navigate and figure out. I’ve been using it for 8 years now, and still find new options I don’t realize were available.

Pros

I find the ease of the program to be number 1 in pros. It’s relatively simple for a new person to figure out the software. It’s great for patient communication and managing accounts.

Cons

Texting system doesn’t always work, but don’t feel it is something to not utilize because of it. It’s generally a quick outage.

I have used for 12+ years and I am very happy with the product. Most importantly, I am very happy with the customer service experience, which is a 10/10!

Pros

The platform is versatile, user friendly and makes everything from daily office front and back office use, to notes and reporting, very easy!

Cons

The CT Server version is excellent and has been amazing for 10+ years, and the CT Cloud version is getting better every month, but many screens can still be more efficient and mouse or touch screen friendly. Overall I still love .

Pros

really enjoying CT now. They worked so hard to get things running more smoothly and it is so appreciated. Even adding the small things like the color option for "add ins" on the calendar. And the calendar is so easy to use. But mostly I like being able to manipulate the chart notes to my liking and needs!

Cons

small discrepancies on the reports. Looking forward to the improvements.

I've used the owned version in my old office and now the cloud-based version, both are fantastic. As the company has grown, the tech support has become less personalized, but that is to be expected. I recommend to every DC.

Pros

Most intuitive software on the market. Extremely customizable to fit a wellness practice or a completely insurance-based practice. I sleep better knowing that my charts are always up to date and ready for court if needed.

Cons

I've been with CT for close to 20 years and their training back in the day was super, now its OK.
