### "Do not regret migration~"

December 20, 2024

5.0

Migration was an easy process and all my data transferred the way it was intended to. There is a learning curve transitioning from server-based because some of the terminology is different, but overall I am satisfied with the product on the Cloud.

Pros

I like the ability to have all ChiroTouch applications and functions on one webpage vs having to open different apps. I also love that I can access my software from anywhere I choose to.

Cons

The training process. Re-watching webinars. On-boarding team schedule availability.

### "ChiroTouch adapts and improves, just what I need"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Very good. I'm happy with ChiroTouch, having used it since 2012, and will continue to use it for many years.

Pros

It is customizable. I can add hot buttons for charges, diagnoses, exam tests, notes in all areas of the SOAP note. Document uploads are quick and easy. I have it connected with a credit card processing system and it is fully integrated with ChiroTouch and works perfectly and quickly. The scheduling, appointment reminders, and method of organizing all this works really well. And the good thing is CT actually listens to their customers! There is a portal for feature requests and many of these I've submitted have been considered and applied. It's made the whole thing work so well for my clinic.

Cons

Initially, there were several things that took extra time, but that was 5+ years ago. And in these 5 years they've improved and fixed all those problems.

### "SAVE YOUR MONEY!"

April 14, 2026

2.0

Very bad, no follow through and checking with anyone on any issues you are having. We call customer support and you are transferred to 3 people until they tell you they will leave your message with your team leader. \[sensitive content hidden\] who was our team leader was the best until they replaced her which they do often to put blame on someone else.

Pros

There really is nothing good to say about this product, at first, it seemed it would be easy until you see and go through there video training.

Cons

There is no actual customer support unless they call you, it's not user friendly, the billing and posting is not consistent so therefore you have to go look for a payment on insurance site, secondary's say billed but no follow through we have had to write off more since chirotouch. So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call. Worse mistake we ever made going to chirotouch.

### "Chirotouch making practice super easy"

April 28, 2026

5.0

I have had a great experience, me personally I did cancel chirotouch due to pricing, but when i switched to Jane, Jane was very complicated to get used to after coming from chirotouch. I knew immediately that I had to go back and know that we pay for the better EHR system

Pros

It is super easy to use, made by chiropractors for Chiropractors. Scheduling is super easy to use and I am able to do charting for my patients super fast and easy

Cons

Pricing has always been my fall point. There have been times where I wish I could get a direct fix when it comes to customization of my clinic forms or scheduling platform.

### "User Friendly"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Overall we enjoy using ChiroTouch. It has made things easier for front desk and for staff to manage appointments.

Pros

Scheduling appointments are easy. I do like how the payment system is integrated and easy to process. I also like the new itemized receipts, this has been a game changer.

Cons

Texting, I don't like that it is a different phone number from our office number. I also don't like the bulk texting I wish I could add a wider range. I also wish we could text bulk patients that have not been treated not the ones who have been treated that day.

### "ChiroTouch Experience"

April 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been very pleasant especially now that a lot of bugs have been worked out since they first started the cloud. I am super excited about the potential of ChiroTouch and AI. I am already loving what it can do now and it just came out, so I would imagine it is only going to get better.

Pros

I like all the add-ons and the new Rheo-AI Scribe feature. It has made keeping up with my notes so much easier and it gives me peace of mind that I am getting everything.

Cons

I do not like how much the software lags. I think this has been my biggest issue with ChiroTouch from the beginning. It has gotten significantly better within 5 years, but it still poses a problem from time to time.

### "Game Changing EHR tools"

April 28, 2026

5.0

I shopped around for the right EHR for a long time. I hesitated to join ChiroTouch thinking it would not fit my needs. But I am so glad I finally came around. It has been such a great software.

Pros

The AI features for documenting are game changer and the customer service is exceptional. They are always refining current features and adding new features.

Cons

I was worried about the price at first, being more expensive than my other software. But a few months after joining, they added the AI documentation feature which has cut my documentation time in half and allows me to see more patients, more than making up for the cost!

### "Chirotouch Cloud Is Awesome!"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Fantastic! I think anyone who runs a chiropractic office would find chirotouch to be far beyond whatever they are currently using.

Pros

I had the server version for years and loved that! The cloud version is even better! They are constantly updating the software, you can access it anywhere you have a web browser, and it’s extremely user-friendly.

Cons

There’s not much negative about the actual software/product itself, even the support is fantastic. If anything, the price would be what I like least, but you get what you pay for.

### "ChiroTouch makes it easy"

April 28, 2026

5.0

SO far it has been a good one. The cost is a little high and the availability (or turnaround time) from customer service is sometimes difficult, especially for what we pay for.

Pros

The ease of using the program from scheduling to doing notes to billing and posting. Very easy to customize to what my clinic needs.

Cons

Some options are not as easy to customize and sometimes there are updates that are less helpful than the previous versions BUT at least there is an option to stay with the old version most of the times.

### "Long time satisfied customer...Switch to Cloud Today!"

May 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, it's intuitive and simple with an excellent team for support. There's a reason they're overwhelmingly the most used EMR in Chiropractic

Pros

I've been using chirotouch for years and it's an amazing tool that's easy to modify and fit your needs on the fly. I run a skeleton crew and need everything from scheduling to creating custom forms, to collecting payment to be seamless. Their team is second to none in any way I need help executing any of these.

Cons

Diagnosis codes should be easily searchable on the fly without having to dive into prefab lists. Ever EMR lacks in this area and there's no reason in 2026 that a provider should have to search "ICD 10 for..." to update a diagnosis.

### "CT is a proficient, secure system worth every penny. "

March 11, 2026

ChiroTouch has excellent customer service and has answered immediately and answered any and all questions that were asked with easy and professionalism.

Pros

Cloud based ChiroTouch is an all-in-one, easy to use system that streamlines processes making it an efficient way to run a practice of any size.

Cons

While being an excellent program, the only issue we have ever encountered is loading time with reports, but this can be an issue with any system, even server-based.

### "Great program and top notch support"

December 17, 2025

5.0

Every customer support member that I have encountered over the years has been easy to understand, very helpful, friendly and efficient! It's not very frequent that I need support, but when I do it is never a frustrating phone call. I always end up learning something new, that is useful for future claims or practices.

Pros

We have been using ChiroTouch at our office for almost 6 years now. Love every bit of it! The program itself is great for our busy office and the customer support is top notch. Today I had a support session with Encarl and she was a fantastic help. Even after 6 years, there was still something for me to learn in the insurance/accounting tab. She got right down to business and explained what I needed to do for future reference.

Cons

Chirotouch is a great program. Perfect for our office; both doctors and staff. Very happy we have it.

I would recommend it to colleagues looking foresee of documentation and establishing macros for Personal injury cases. I would not say it a good value for your money if you are not doing personal injury.

Pros

Ease of use. customer support is great at times but had one instance that took some months to resolve.

Cons

It is over priced in my opinion. I tried switching to advanced but billing auto carriers was not as simple due to inability to send notes with the bills

The original move to ChiroTouch from our previous software was a bit scarry at first. now that we have been using it for a couple of years, we are very glad we made the switch. Overall, we have been very satisfied with ChiroTouch!

Pros

We really enjoy the ability to access our schedule from anywhere we are. I was able to even schedule an appointment for someone while out at museum this past weekend.

Cons

The inability to see a patents appointment schedule in a monthly calendar view has been very frustrating to our entire staff.

### "Pleased New Practice Owner "

December 29, 2025

I'm pleased and glad I switched from Genesis to ChiroTouch. While the program is more expensive, it's worth the switch.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and I can do notes very quickly. I like how simple it is to click on macros and create new macros and templates.

Cons

Although I can do notes quickly, I'm having trouble using Rheo, to make the note-taking and billing process even faster. I'll be scheduling another call soon to rectify the situation. Overall, still a great system. Once we navigate the whole system, it may be time for another review.

### "ChiroTouch Saves Time "

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall, we are happy with ChiroTouch. We had a rocky start and thought we made a mistake, but we soon realized the system is really good, and makes our day run smoother and more efficiently. The customer service is great too! We like being able to get help right away if it's needed.

Pros

Customer Service is great and usually helps us get things rolling when there are snags. I like the ease in creating appointments and managing the calendar. Checking people in and out is pretty quick; I love being able to slide people around and knowing where they are in the flow. Taking payments is fast and efficient, and when using the relationship feature, payments for the whole family takes much less clicking!! Reports also are very helpful and contain helpful information, like, for stats.

Cons

The ledger...there are too many steps to edit charges and, sometimes, allocating payments can be a pain. Since we have been using the cloud, there have been fixes, but it can be a time waster to edit charges or payor information. The Real Time Eligibility: it doesn't always pull the correct information.

### "Positive Review"

April 28, 2026

5.0

ChiroTouch is a strong option for established chiropractic offices that need robust billing, documentation, and insurance management. However, for smaller practices or offices wanting a simpler, more modern cloud-based system, it may feel expensive and more complicated than necessary.

Pros

One of the biggest things I like about ChiroTouch is that it is an all-in-one system. It combines scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, insurance claims, patient management, and reporting all in one place, which helps keep the office organized and reduces the need for multiple software programs.

Cons

The biggest downside is often the cost. It can be expensive compared to newer cloud-based systems, especially for smaller practices or offices trying to keep overhead low.

### "Best overall EHR system "

December 29, 2025

5.0

Highly recommend this system to all Chiros. There may be a few minor things that need to be fix but I really like how easy is to get set up and again the support is absolutely amazing

Pros

All in one integrated system where you can do everything. From insurance verification, sending claims, communicating with patients, and more. This EHR makes is easy for you to run your practice. In addition, costumer service is great! They responde very quickly and get your problem solved very fast. Also, the addition of the AI note taking its a game changer. Highly recommend it

Cons

Sometimes the system will update on Sundays which doesn't allow my patients to book online. The online booking could be a little better since my patients complain of always logging in via email and password. Even with that, people will find a hard time booking. Another thing is the appointment reminders. Yes, its highly effective and easy to communicate with patients but I just wish they would use the same number for text messages as my office number instead of a separate number

I have used Chirotouch for more than 8 years at this point. I would recommend it to most chiropractors and even other doctor/pt types.

Pros

Easy patient management and note taking with custom macros. Customer support is great. Quick response times and online forms.

Cons

CT rev is a little lack luster on the lower end. But they do continue to support and innovate on their product to make it easier for the consumer to use and rely on.

### "Happy Chirotouch user!"

December 29, 2025

5.0

My experience with ChiroTouch was very positive. It does an excellent job of bringing scheduling, documentation, billing, and claims together. Once templates and macros were properly set up, charting became efficient, consistent, and well-organized, which made day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly. Overall, it’s a dependable, comprehensive platform that supports professional, high-quality care delivery.

Pros

The SOAP notes, exam templates, outcome assessments, and care plans were already built. Once templates and macros were dialed in, documentation became fast. I also appreciated having scheduling, documentation, billing, and claims all housed in one platform, which reduced the need to jump between systems.

Cons

The initial set up was very time. Customizing templates and macros, while powerful, can be time-consuming and usually requires dedicated setup time or support.

Customer support has also been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we’ve needed assistance. Training resources and onboarding support made implementation straightforward. Overall, ChiroTouch has streamlined our practice, improved organization, and saved us valuable time. I would highly recommend it to any chiropractic office looking for reliable, all-in-one practice management software.

Pros

We’ve had an excellent experience with ChiroTouch. The software is incredibly user-friendly and tailored specifically for chiropractic practices, which makes daily operations smooth and efficient. From scheduling and patient documentation to billing and claims management, everything is well integrated and easy to navigate.

Cons

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable the system is — it adapts well to different workflows without feeling overly complicated. The SOAP note templates and automated billing features have significantly reduced our administrative workload and improved overall productivity.

Pros

ChiroTouch makes running my practice so much easier. If I ever have any questions customer support is always so helpful and there are so much training videos

Pros

That over time it keeps improving, I appreciate the additional upgrades like CT engage, CT Informs and we will be looking to incorporate CT Pay.

Cons

I wish you could dictate to chart notes, rather than try to use Rheo with a patient being recorded, it would allow faster completion of chart notes.
