### "Where are the updates and tech improvements?"

Pros

It was already in place. Gets me by. Better than paper.

Cons

No improvements in years. Ipad module is slow, requires manual scrolling to move though checked in pts it should be connected to the current time. Very hard and complicated to update and change macros or quick buttons. SHould be able to have team members do most notes and then doc checks them over and that is almost impossible.

### "Customer Service is Negligent, and can destroy my practice."

Seriously, if you like being messed around with, lied, to, given false apologies, and then not help you, go for it. The system works ok should you never ever have problems that you cant work out yourself. But given how they respond, I'd move on. I'm in the process of convincing my company to drop them as a liability. That is shuts down. I'd love to say its great, but each part that is nice still has issues. So, I like the front desk and the patient management, but not the checkout area. I like the inventory, except that it has glitches for over 100 items. I like the charge system, except that it doesn't apply properly sometimes.

Cons

Their customer service. Their billing made a mistake and turned a payment into a debt. I've had to make the ticket 3 times because it was lost. I've asked for someone to fix it several times, and after getting no help, a manager oh 4-5 times. It has been since august that I cannot print out a correct bill for a patient. IE, the system cant track payments because any given payment can screw up and be un-deleteable. If she ever requires a copy of the records, we will have to hand write corrections or delete and recreate several years of charges. TL;DR Cant process payments correctly, and in 6 months of asking for professional support, I have spoken to a manager once, and it was the update manager who promised me he would personally get someone to call me. That was almost 2 weeks ago.

Chirotouch is a great tool to have in my office. I am able to see patient efficiently and my favorite is the customer support. Great online and IT support real time.

Pros

Chirotouch provides easy and efficient way of office procedures. My CA's, insurance and Doctors are able to see patients efficiently with the ease of use.

Cons

Not much to complain here. Initial setup may be a learning curve but overall simple to use.

Pros

Well, it's better than having to complete hand written notes. Saves paper and saves time. Not much else.

Cons

Too many steps to complete a simple note. Some of the pre-written statements in the notes are poor in grammer, or repeat the same info twice in a note. I have used other practice management software systems when working as an associate and this one is more complicated than it should be to no other benefit than other simpler systems. Very, VERY difficult to actually be able to talk to a support representative on the phone. Any time we call, we are literally on hold for over 30 minutes and the time of day doesn't matter. Even with the chat application, 80% of the time, you are waiting over 10 minutes to chat with someone and then all the want to do is log into your system. When they do this, they usually render your computer useless for 15-30 minutes because you can't do anything while they are logged in. What is the most upsetting is that they are not working on the system the entire time. They will stop working for several minutes at a time, I assume it is because they are busy helping other customers, and then they will periodically come back and change something minor and disappear again. Really ends up being quite a lengthy process to get any help.

If you don’t need support or purchasing they are great but if you have problems or concerns they take FOREVER!!!

Pros

I like my server based product. I like that I can access reports easily. CT Cloud: mobile ability

Cons

Server based: clunky to use offsite Ct cloud: very cumbersome when going from server based. CC processing company that integrates is highway robbery.

### "Outdated and Horrible Customer Service. "

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out. On the other hand.... if you called their Sales Line someone would pick up on the first ring....really shows you were their priorities lie.

Pros

It is relatively easy to use but it is very outdated.

Cons

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

Reason for choosing ChiroTouch

At the time it was less expensive but has not kept up with new technologies. This is a Server Based platform. You are required to maintain the server and do manual backups. If you want them to back up your data expect to pay a fee. Everything in Chirotouch is an additional fee.... text remindinders, claims submission, support, etc.... you will end up paying a a lot per month for a an outdated platform and horrible customer support. There are much better options out there.

### "It was okay."

Overall, it was okay. As a massage therapist, I found the options for SOAP notes to be somewhat limited, so when I left the chiropractic clinic and went out on my own, I knew I would not be using ChiroTouch. But it did seem to be a good option for a chiropractic clinic.

Pros

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great. Not only was there an option between email and text for the reminders, but there was also an option for when the reminder was sent. Thus the reminders could be set up to the patient's preference.

Cons

Use through the website was quite limited. I could view my schedule and even schedule appointments from home, but I couldn't do notes unless I was onsite. That meant staying after hours to do notes (or taking a "working lunch"). And apparently putting the software on my Mac laptop was a monumental task. Also, there were problems with reminders not being sent out. We wouldn't know if the reminders failed to send until a patient came in and said they had not gotten a reminder (or until we had a ton of no-shows).

We've been using this for 12 years and it's gone steadily downhill with tech support and additional services that don't come with the program get more expensive as is the tech support.

Pros

All in one practice management package. In theory it should be great, but not in reality.

Cons

CT probill is horrible. No claims follow up or denial resolution. Stay away. Expensive add ons.

### "Could be better"

When I do get a hold of someone, they are pretty helpful. Extemely difficult to get a hold of anyone to help. They charge another yearly fee for this service and it takes more time getting a hold of someone than it does for them to help you.

Pros

It's easy to use once you spend the time setting everything up. They have macros to use, but they are so unspecific, or the tests haven't been looked into as most evidence based.

Cons

It's basically a shell and if you do not do your research to get the test clusters accurate, pay someone to do it for you, or spend insane amounts of time doing it yourself, it doesn't translate well if someone else needs to read the notes. It costs a lot of money and you end up doing most things yourself if you want anything someone else can use.

Reason for choosing ChiroTouch

It seemed like the quickest way to alleviate my note problems. It is quicker, but notes are unspecific and anyone looking at them comes back asking what I am referring to. Such as "hip pain", it is unspecific as to what I am referring to when I click the button.

Few business problems are solved with Chirotouch. This system works well when correctly set up and run by those who know it well, but it takes far too long to learn it.

Data entry features are clear and easy to use

Cons

Chirotouch is overcomplicated and overpriced. Tech support workers are well trained but are not allowed to remote into the providers' system and fix problems, often leaving problems unsolved, and claims unpaid.

### "ChiroTouch works for our multi-practitioner office."

We are able to successfully run our business with CT, which is all we ask.

Pros

Three things have made ChiroTouch valuable for our office. First, it served the needs of multiple doctors and therapists. Secondly, it was adaptable to our practice preferences through the integration of macros. Lastly, the portability of using iPads for chart noting proved indispensable.

Cons

Unfortunately, setting-up ChiroTouch has proven to be a gamey process. We never really knew where we were or where we were going. This caused a lot of frustration. Additionally, ChiroTouch involves too many "clicks" to accomplish even the smallest task. CT engineers need to go through with a fine toothed comb and discover the multiplicity of clicks that we encounter as daily users.

### "We Love Chirotouch"

The transition from our old system to Chirotouch was flawless. From day one we were never alone. The Chirotouch team are outstanding. They are always there to train, help and fix any issue we have. The software is the best, they have thought of EVERYTHING. It was easily the best decision we ever made for the practice.

The ease of getting around the different programs

Cons

Not getting the same due amounts on different reports, as a ledger compared to a superbill is one.that you cannot look up patient by the account numbers, the account number should be on all reports to decreases the time it take to look up a patients. That it isn't ready for 50% or less office to post payments.

I’ve been using this software for nearly 10 years and I’m pleased with the results. We can help more patients with fewer staff members now thanks to the automation.

Pros

The convenience is paramount for my practice. Seamless integration with our merchant services and clearinghouse have made our jobs easier!

Cons

Adding online appointments was clunky. Not easy for patients to use. Also, visit counts aren’t counted easily in the notes.

Pros

Reports, invoices, etc. easy to generate. Scheduling easy to do. Using the software is easy due to it's logical set up. Sending claims and receiving remits very easy. Tech support is AMAZING. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped today with our server transfer - it was smooth, quick and easy.

Overall experience has been great.

Pros

From day 1 the software was very easy to implement and use. Insurance claim filing is seamless and simple to process and post. They are open to suggestions for additions or changes to software. I would recommend to any chiropractic office.

Cons

I wish that some of the options available were just included. The additional cost is just more than a small office can add to the overhead.

It’s fine. It’s paid for except for the extremely expensive annual support cost. I feel like it over complicated most actions and often has bugs and glitches.

Pros

A lot of features and ways to modify the program to personal use.

Cons

Overly complicated and most actions require too many clicks to accomplish. The different apps aren’t designed with the same type of layout. It’s like a different person designed each page and no one ever compared notes.

### "Troubleshooting"

Overall in spite of small little mishaps the system is user friendly and helpful in processing patients in and out fairly easy on a daily basis.

Pros

This morning I had to call Chirotouch Service regarding an error a new front desk worker had made. \[sensitive content hidden\] did an amazing job with an impossible situation and walked me through out to fix and get the patient account back to normal working order, she made my day!

Cons

The patient statements are sometimes a struggle for patients to understand.
