### "Comprehensive--and nice ability to select only the add-ons you need"

Their technical support is quite good, and I like that the chat feature for access. It's great that they will connect to my computer so they can see exactly what the issue is (I wouldn't mind if the connection process were streamlined...). The team is generally knowledgeable and competent (with few exceptions)--and always friendly.

Pros

This is the first time for us to use EHR, so the obvious first reason to like it is that we were able to do some online study and practice using the software before we went live.

Cons

There are some inconsistencies with how things are done--where to change settings, for example. As with most everything in life, the more familiar you get, the quicker and better you can get things done. Also, we have had random issues with system functionality across all of our workstations; it's difficult to assess if this is related to our equipment or the ChiroTouch program...

Pros

The ability to customize macros is a game changer for me. There is a lot of features available. I am just now converting to the Cloud version and it looks good. It will be nice to just be able to sign into a web browser and go. No more housing data in the office and the cloud, etc...

Cons

Customer service is slow to respond. When they do they usually can fix any problems fairly quickly.

### "I use it and own it but not sure I'd buy it again "

Industry standard and one of the most used. Everything is compared to CT for the most part and one of the biggest players. Have a good IT who knows the system to not rely on spotty support that takes weeks to schedule an appointment.

Pros

Pretty quick to do notes. Has a lot of options to add or upload information into notes. When a system has gone down I have never lost any data so it does a great job of protecting from data loss. Macros can be modified and optimized.

Cons

Extremely expensive and even more expensive support. Customizable but very high learning curve. Initial visit notes take too long to write up for a program that is supposed to be convenient.

### "Watch out"

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month. Updates take about a month or two to schedule and then after I do them I feel like I get an email to update about 1 Month later. It also runs slow ALOT. I feel like there is ALWAYS an issue, I don’t understand why it’s so loved.

Pros

Did notes and billing and scheduling all on one and compatible with iPad to do notes in room without extra computer set up

Cons

Cost about $14,000 to start and then the yearly “maintenance/upgrade” fee has almost double to about $1200/year. I got sold bait and switch. I also find the software to be extremely tedious to enter a patient, check them in, post their codes, and enter Payments is about 30 clicks per patient even if I enter same charges as last time!

### "LONG Time User No Longer Happy"

I bought Chirotouch YEARS ago. At that time I had a yearly service contract per year, which gave me customer service as well as free upgrades. It had nearly all the functions I wanted, including SOAP notes, appointment scheduling and management, electronic billing, e-records storage, etc. At that time, it was better than most other softwares out there, particularly when taking price into consideration. They've definitely done some upgrades over the years that I have appreciated, but somewhere along the way they became all about the money. I understand them wanting to increase revenue from existing clients, but it's gotten ridiculous. First, most of the useful features they add are pay-for-service features. When I signed up for the features, they were oversold as the next best thing and often don't deliver. On top of that my grand-fathered service contract was not honored and they raised the price per year for the same service I had been receiving for 10 years. When I called about it, I was basically told "Too bad". And I don't have much choice if I want to continue to get updates and get tech support (which is typically needed 2-3 times per year). Another issue is the customer service, which started out as decent but has plummeted over the years. It seems like I used to be able to pick up the phone and if I had an issue I'd get answered and helped right away. Now it takes forever on the phone, and they're always pushing you off to watch some video or go to their help site, which is poorly designed and doesn't answer your question. In short, I feel abandoned by this company. I started with them when they were a newer company and were still growing. Now they're one of if not the biggest names in Chiropractic software and they've really started to act like it. Arrogant and Uncaring.

### "You can do MUCH better"

Great for the first 8 months, then a total train wreck. I don't know what happened over there, but this program is a headache.

Pros

Macros are handy and make note writing much faster than any system without this feature. It also prints really nice looking notes and invoices, which surprisingly not all programs do, so the quality of what you send out is really great.

Cons

It crashes ALL THE TIME. I complained for months and got rude to incompetent help that was slow, taking days to respond. It has the interface of an old school Nintendo, nothing modern and efficient about it. I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months. They were super rude about it, said I had to stay in my contract despite their failure to produce a functioning product. That's the fastest they've ever called me back. I think this program use to be great, but it's not a top product anymore. There are better ones out there now.

Reason for choosing ChiroTouch

I had heard it was the best! And it might have been, but is so not anymore. I've been much happier with less expensive and more modern, user friendly programs.

### "Moving from classic CT to Cloud CT was a huge mistake!"

CT classic has been easy and great. I was marketed that the Cloud CT would be even easier and user friendly. Totally opposite. My business is going to suffer if they don’t help me switch back asap!

Pros

Classic CT has been great for the past 10 years I have used it. Easy to use, staff learns quick, communication between staff is easily documented, billing is easily.

Cons

Moving to the cloud has been a disaster for my business. Barely any guidance, mostly telling me to watch videos, not detailed enough for me to easily train my staff. Documents are unorganized, ledger is hard to view.

The ability to access through the cloud online. the ability for patients to book their own appointments. Navigating the new software seems easier

Cons

Did not like that once somethings are set up you are not able to edit them or delete them. Should have received the list of what Not to set up prior to getting the test site. As well as what should not be done prior to migration.

So far the experience has been good. It could have been better with more training or easier access to customer support.

Pros

I like the accessibility of the software outside of the office, being able to finish charting or putting in charges after I have left the office. The ease of use is good, and has many cool features.

Cons

I feel as if there was very little training involved, they point you towards "help" videos which aren't very helpful. It can be difficult to get in contact with an actual person for support but they usually are prompt with response once you reach them.

It's been great. Our sales rep set solid expectations and the onboarding team answered all my questions. They have an endless resource center through chat, community, video, audio, and I can pick up the phone and talk to someone

Pros

The software is intuitive and fast. I can access my schedule, patients, and data from anywhere. It's not an app, so what I see on my laptop, phone, and tablet looks and feels the same. Thank you! Our front desk loves the patient check-in and check-out. We collect payment upfront, and the online payments platform is huge for saving time. We've had 2 prior "cloud" EHRs and they were garbage. ChiroTouch's development team nailed this one

Cons

There's nothing critical to report. I know that seems odd, but it's all here for our practice.

### "Worst software company I have ever used. "

An awfully slow, ancient program with the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with. I cancelled my subscription, and have continued to be charged for 2 months after being confirmed 4 times over the phone that my subscription was successfully terminated. Furthermore, I gave 30 days notice to cancel my subscription per our contract, and they were processing the cancellation, but instead just disregarded it, only to tell me that my 30 days notice was not sufficient. I called 5 days per week to verify, for the entire month prior to my cancellation to confirm, and every time I was told “yes, that cancellation is on my managers desk to process.” Misleading phone calls after spending hours on hold. They also are no help getting medical records. Anyone should be aware that just because they are the biggest chiro software company, they are not the best. They are far over priced, for outdated software, and the worst customer service out there. I have 2 other clinics that have used a total of 4 other software companies; all of which are better all around.

Pros

Most other chiropractors use this software, so I figured it had to be good. It was not the case and I had to break away after a year.

Cons

The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I am not the type to review a company, and was not going to, but after months of time wasted and being misled, all of my colleagues must know the dangers of using such a company that is more into making money over helping their client.

Not user friendly, no technical support at best. System is forever going down. We decided to get the yearly technical support and after a few months dropped it due to inability to get help when needed

Nothing by far the very worst nickel and dime you to death and if your system goes down good luck getting anyone to get back to you in a timely manner

Everything that could be wrong with this soft ware is wrong. Not user friendly they charge for every little thing and technical support is a joke

The product is pretty easy to use and support has been very good. Darrius Myrick Has been great to work with during onboarding to ct billing.

Cons

I wish they had more support technicians available to talk to you by phone. Direct connect normally takes two weeks before you can get an appointment.
