It makes most office procedures easier.

Pros

I like the look and the ability to customize so much. Once you go through the training it becomes pretty easy to navigate. I like how easy note taking is once you are familiar with the macros or have created your own individualized ones.

Cons

The customer service reps are always super helpful, unfortunately it often takes a long time to get through to them. Even when using the online help feature, you may experience a long wait. It would also be nice if it were a little less expensive.

Not great, moving from classic to could had more headaches and delays (if I'm being nice) far beyond what I envisioned. The entire process was a slow and stressful process that you can't go back from (can't transfer data back to classic from cloud), and the transition team was total rubbish. No training on new system and took no responsibility for not switching things over to change healthcare (which stinks as clearing house)

cloud based so can use mac to long in anywhere

Cons

Far too many things I was told they are working on it or they don't have that feature yet. If yo want something like classic (which I used for over 10 years) in a cloud based system this is not it.

I appreciated that the doctors notes, scheduling and billing were all tied together.

Cons

The text message reminder requires you to indicate the carrier. If it is incorrect, the patient will not always receive their reminder text.

The appointments are easy to keep and maintain a record of. It provides a great record to be able to look back and track your patients and why they are missing appointments or how often etc

The reports are hard to find what you need and are titled in such a way that doesn't make sense to the information your looking for

Pros

is a very easy system to learn. Staff and doctors were comfortable navigating the entire system within a few weeks. I like the ability to customize the SOAP note format, and although that took some time intially, it has certainly paid off. SOAP notes are a breeze and I love leaving at the end of the day and all my notes are completed! Chirotouch has some great built in features such as Messaging, which has made front desk communications much more efficient and easy. The Alerts section is a great tool for reminders about particular information I want to see on each patient visit (such as radiology findings, contraindications, and particular spinal techniques) Chirotouch puts forth a great effort to stay ahead of changes, such as EHR implementation and ICD-10. Both were very easy to implement, and the ICD-10 Wizard made the coding transition seamless. We had no claims rejections for coding errors.

Cons

One of the reasons that our office chose to switch to was the low support cost. However, that cost went up unexpectedly, while wait times for IT support increased (sometimes taking 20-30 minutes in a que of 10 or 15 people to get a question answered). On occasion when the call or IT Chat was finally picked up, they were unable to provide an answer. However, upper level support, which our office sometimes needed to involve, was extremely proficient and provided outstanding support. Our questions were always answered promptly, and the few times when we had a particularly tough problem, upper level IT support was AMAZING. In the end, our questions have always been answered, and the few particularly challenging things we had come up, got resolved and we moved forward quickly. Chirotouch has grown quite a bit in these last few years, requiring additional staff to be hired. It has been apparent that there are new IT people who are not totally familiar with all the workings of the program, and it has taken time for them to get up to speed. This seems to be improving some, and we are hopeful that support costs stabilize and the customer service experience improves.

### "Not The Best for Cash-Based Practices"

Generally speaking, if you need the bells and whistles of insurance forms and collections, might work for you. If you are a smaller practice or are cash-based, this program is too much work with too little function.

Pros

Once you have things set up, there are a lot of "automatic" features to use. As a physician, charting is a large part of my interaction with an EHR software. It took a long time to get things how I wanted them, but once you get all of your macros set up, charting can be as easy as clicking the right buttons.

Cons

Many of the features that we were sold on at the beginning of the process with were add-on services with additional cost. Also, to get even base-level technical support, you have to pay a monthly or annual subscription fee. The user interface is stuck in the early 2000s and not customizable to look any better than it does. We purchased computers specifically for ChiroTouch work stations, as recommended to us by ChiroTouch. These were already outdated and unable to support software updates within the first two years of using the software.

It hasn’t been great. We finally had someone for the first time reach out to us with all of our issues to try and understand the huge negative impact it has had on our clinic since the integration, I only hope they see the severity of the problem.

Pros

Can use this software with multiple clinics which is helpful.

Cons

Doesn’t have support when it doesn’t work during hours of operation on the east coast, training is awful, constantly doesn’t work within different aspects weather the billing isn’t working, system is shut down, reports aren’t accurate, patient statements aren’t accurate, so many issues to choose from.

### "This is a Fraud Company"

Nothing to like about this company or their Software. We were lied to about everything that could be done .

Cons

We were contacted by to replace our existing server based software to a an online platform that basically would have replaced everything that we do and more ( their words) . It took us 3 months to finally transfer the data from existing system to the ChiroTouch platform, but we found out that Chirotouch software can't integrate with our Insuarnce Providers and were told that we'll need to buy additional services from another provider to make things work. At this junction of this project with no help provided or even to figure out a way to integrate with our Insurance providers, we decided not to move forward with ChiroTouch. Well, this is where it is little bizzar , we never used the system and we were charged for few months for services that were never delivered. The scam here is to paint a great picture of the capabilities, then never deliver on any of them and still charge your account. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD!!

I am a new user as I am a new employee. The office recently changed their Clearinghouse, and the set up has been challenging for the office. I want to give a shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] , in support. She has been AMAZING to work with. Very professional and just all around very helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] is not only professional, but very patient and knowledgeable with the software. She goes above and beyond with her service. {I believe she is due for a raise :-)}

Overall, in comparison to the options, I would, and do recommend . There are some things that are less than ideal. However, the product is functional for my high-volume clinics.

Several functions and features that most chiropractic software lacks IT support is great Once you get used to it, it can work well for you

Cost is high No longer offering license purchase No ability to truly run multiple clinic locations Reports are sometimes inaccurate Training is very weak, even after going through their "University"

Average. I've migrated twice to and I do believe they put too much on their plate at one time. Customer service could be better. Although, every tech person I've dealt with are very courteous and professional.

Pros

Being on the cloud is good vs the server. Teaching videos. The billing and coding aspect is very good.

Cons

Just learning the program is difficult. I haven't received the customer support that is needed. It does have self learning videos, but they don't always give me the answers I'm looking for.

the fact that once we get things up and running we can do everything in our office from this software

from what I have seen so far there is no way to electronically download your remittances/EOB's to the patients ledger those have to be manually entered. with the old software we have there is a way to electronically post those to the patients ledger and it saves so much time

Great experience, I am a new business owner with a new software which was scary, but customer support has been there for me every step of the way and they have made my life SO EASY. Overall, great product for great value that is only getting better with time.

Pros

This is a cloud-based software which makes saving documents long term 10x easier! It allows me to literally access notes from the beach in Hawaii if I desire from ANY internet location instead of having to install and use and app, and its easy to use for anyone!

Cons

Still missing some of the smaller features from the original like being able to save DDX codes instead of having to search for them every single time you need to enter a DDX code, but they are updating features every day and I know in no time it will be superior to the original!

has been....okay. We've tried to do more with ChiroTouch but the lack of communication with customer service has made it very difficult.

Pros

is user friendly; easy to learn and navigate.

Cons

There are weird glitches in the system every now and then; insurance term dates that don't "stick" after entering them, the system will freeze often which forces the whole office to re-start, and the customer service has been sub-par and, at times, non-existent.

Pros

The Meaningful Use aspects of the software are laid out well and easy to use. The scheduler and in office patient tracking worked well.

Cons

The software really seems like it is a lot of different parts that were randomly made to work together. They advertise that a patient can fill out forms online and have them go right into the system. They do, but you have to manually put in the notes. The iPad use for FOA forms works, but you have to go through numerous steps to get it into the note. The notes are really clunky, and it takes a lot of reading to get the note done. All of that is bad enough, but the front desk checkout is 20 years behind the times. I have had software for 15-20 years that would figure how much the patient owes at checkout based on their primary and secondary insurance. Their salesman told me it would do this, but it will not. I found out the hard way. Not only that, but if the charge is for some reason less than the copay, it charges the patient the copay. I used the system two days and made several patients mad. They were used to knowing exactly how much they owe, and this system overcharged several of them. CT's solution was to just wait for insurance to pay and then collect what is owed. This was something that I did not even think to ask them about when I was looking because I figured any current software could do those calculations. I guess if you are a cash practice and don't accept insurance, this may not be a big concern, but for us, it was very important. I purchased the system because I thought the iPad check-in and FOA functions would enhance our ability to handle patients efficiently, but it did not; in fact, it made things worse. The other thing they do not tell you is that if you have over 10 computers, you have to purchase additional software to make their system work. I went back to my 8-year-old software and suffered the loss.

I think needed to have a language button on patient management side so that who ever calls a patient can see what language they speak and it would make calling patients easier

has delivered an excellent product to us year after year. We love the innovative features meeting market demand and the ever changing healthcare landscape. The integration of programs to support Doctors and Admin staff alike help to ensure we are able to provide customized patient experiences and when help is needed they are a quick phone call away! The CT Community and training university make new features easy to navigate and new users comfortable in learning, asking questions and even making suggestions for the future. Chirotouch understands that the voice of the customer is ultimate in making progressive choices for the future of healthcare management systems.

Cons

Some click through options are not intuitive when new products are launched. Takes some massaging and usually a change is made.
