### "Pick your poison "

Pros

Documentation and scheduling is fairly clean and easy to use. The intakes are fairly robust.

Cons

The billing, ledgers, payment posting and extracting of reports from the system is very difficult and was MUCH easier in Classic versus the Cloud software. The "Dashboard" feature is slow, confusing and overly complicated.

Excellent in all areas! I was able to navigate the system and the tutorial video with ease.

Pros

Transition to using Chirotouch was very smooth. Techinal support is extremely helpful and very efficent. The self help options available can very often anwser my questions, saving me time.

Cons

I actually have no complaints! System is very user friendly and if help is needed the call is quick and questions are anwsered quickly.

### "Great Quality, Great Service"

I have worked with ChirTouch for 5 years and I love it. I recommend it to all chiropractors I work with. Customer service is, more often than not, very helpful and they are at least attentive and quick to respond. The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with. The only thing that needs help is the patient statements. Instead of separating the amount due from the insurance co and the patient, it will put those two amounts together, before the insurance has paid the DOS and print a statement as if the patient owes the whole balance so with the 100s of patients we have, it is not economical to print all those statements and go through them one by one for accuracy. I have yet to figure out the best way to print accurate statements in bulk fashion and welcome help from ChiroTouch or anyone else familiar with this.

Pros

the intuitive nature of all basic functions, ease of use and organization

Cons

One thing only - the patient statements are too complicated when trying to do a 'mass' monthly production.

Pros

subjective patient intake with ipad. Autopopulates into SOAP note.

Cons

so many network issues with connection to the server and workstations. Had the run around being told I needed to contact my own IT guys. My local IT teams shows up and tells me it's a chirotouch issue. I can avoid all of this by switching to a cloud based system. However, my experience with chirotouch and others reviews, it wont be with CT cloud.

### "Do Not Touch Chirotouch!!"

Pros

The server based version was ok and I got used to it over the years. It is going to be a pain to change but they are giving us no other options.

Cons

They pushed me to use the cloud! After I found out that the cloud was nothing like the original server based one, did not want to go through with it, never migrated, did not finish training.... They kicked my clinic out of original server based classic version and since we are not set up for cloud, we are in between the two worlds. Good recipe for a law suite since I have timely bill batches that are not moving because Chirotouch stopped my service!! Guess what!! Im still being charged upwards of $800 monthly. I will probably file a law suit very soon!

Reason for choosing ChiroTouch

I was so stupid! Didn't do my due diligence to research and find the best company.

I've been using the software for at least 10 to 15 years and I can say that customer service has improved tremendously. Great people!

Pros

Program does everything that it is intended to do and does increase efficiency drastically.

Cons

The price has increased to the point that as a single user I am having to consider alternative software options. Price has skipped around and back and forth and is too high. Need pricing on percentage of receivables or billed services rather than a basic fee. Plus, ad-ons should be included within the overall software. The price is at the point, to where as a sole provider, I have to work over a week or so to make enough to pay the monthly charges. Ideal for larger practices.

### "Thank Goodness for CT"

Pros

I’ve been in practice for 18 years and was with the same software company for the first 12 ..., we spent the last few you’re struggling to find a program that would meet our needs and honestly had stayed away from Cairo touch because we had heard horrors about their support ..... i’ve got to tell you everything I heard was completely wrong. The amount of support available and incredible if I’ve got a problem I can immediately chat with somebody I can call In, I have training videos there are forums, there’s a manual ....it unbelievable the amount of support that is there. After spending the last year learning the program and seeing a 30% increase in the profits in my office because of the functionality of this program I really think that any of the naysayers who had issues with support are people who haven’t really dug in and done their work to make the program available to do what they need them to do. The macros that I’ve been able to create to be able to do my patient notes efficiently and effectively on an iPad in the room are unsurpassed by any program. And thank God this is an a cloud-based program so I own all of my stuff! Additionally use their back up support as well as their exercise smart fit programs and their integrated new patient paperwork

Cons

The only thing I did not love about Chiro touch was the text message reminder integration.... We use review wave in conjunction with CT and it is a marriage made in heaven

Pros

I’ve used other patient management software in the past and ChiroTouch is by far the most user friendly out there. When trining new staff and they’re all nervous about “messing things up” I always can reassure them that “it can be fixed!”

Cons

I’d like to be able to “drill down” on some of the billing reports. The online “helps manual” needs to be updated.

### "Should be entirely cloud based by now"

Support is excellent. Rarely an issue with use. Just get it 100% Cloud based.

Pros

Software based with plans for cloud based. That was 2009.

Cons

How is CTProBill not Cloud based in 2022? How is it not comparable with CT Cloud at all?? This is ridiculous and the only reason I would tell someone not to purchase.

What I like is the salt feature. You do not keep having to write the report over and over again

Cons

In a way it is salt too. If you do something different the CPT's carry over and you have to remember the fix

ChiroTouch has allowed my office to run smoothly and grow. It’s been great to have a software that’s been pretty easy to learn as we’ve hired quite a bit over the course of the last 2 years

Pros

We like the fact that it does it all and is easy to learn how to use and customize.

Cons

The things I liked least about the software is it is extremely out dated. The looks need updated along with some other things to match the updates in technology

Pros

I have used CT for over 9 months. I used a competitor for over 25 years and finally made the switch. It was the single best thing I did in 2021. This system is fully integrated in all aspects of scheduling, CC payments, patient epay statements, confirming appointments, office notes, Insurance payments, billing etc. The tech support and training by Laurence P was excellent and was the key to me implementing and changing over systems within 3 weeks

Cons

I at this time do not have any issues that they were not able to either train me or resolve quickly

They donate back to the chiropractic associations

Cons

So expensive. So clunky. Multiple app program that doesn't integrate with each other (you do your notes on a different app than you view your schedule and you take payments on a different app.... etc). Support costs a ton. 1990's tech with an inflated price. One of the worst investments I've made as a doctor.

I like that I can access the cloud from anywhere I have an internet connection.

Cons

Usability. TOO MANY CLICKS! Everything in the cloud takes way more time and it IS NOT intuitive.

Online scheduler needs to be improved. Patient intake forms need to be more customizable, ability to have multiple. Customer service sucks right now. Has been better in the past.

CT was the only real Chiropractic option 10 years ago. They'll need to keep up better going forward.

Horrible! I am sending in cancellation letter that will not be active for 6-87 months because they will not even to off a $69 monthly provider fee, the provider is no longer on our staff.

Pros

Compliance and hopefully a more modern product but I was wrong. Nothing but issues and I would love cancel today. I so WISH

Cons

Support, terms of 12 month contract, if a provider is no longer with company they require you to continue paying for 12 months, using ledgers and accessing reports and clinic stats that help you run your clinic are much less user friendly than Server version. Everything is an upsale, providers, forms, text messaging, billing. They start with $169 but by the time your all said and done they are charging us $600/month and we are not happy with the service! There review system is now where near as good as Review Wave who they forced us to cancel and pay for there system because of no longer being integrated like it was on server version. Cash practice was great on the old system but they also made that no longer compatible with new cloud version.

Reason for choosing ChiroTouch

Server version was only $64/mo. since I bought it for $20 K in 2006! I REALLY WISH I COULD COULD CANCEL MY 12 MONTH, WHICH IM ONLY 4 MONTHS INTO,TODAY AND SWITCH BACK TO MY SERVER VERSION!

### "Terrible Customer Service"

There have been absolutely no benefits. Everything with them has been terrible. Do not make the mistake we did, by thinking that they would provide what they said they would. I know of 3 other thriving Chiropractic practices that have used Chirotouch for years that have said the service has tanked in the past few years, and are in the process of switching away from Chirotouch to another excellent Chiropractic software provider.

Pros

Absolutely Nothing. Our experience was so bad, I am writing this review to warn others to choose something better.

Cons

There is NOTHING to like about Chirotouch. Our calls were never answered by a human being. Every call went to VM. it took them 2-3 days to return our calls. We never could receive the support we needed and eventually gave up and started with a different software company (Platinum - they are EXCELLENT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND). Since we never used Chirotouch's services we expected a refund of the money we had paid them. HA! They have gone on and on about "you signed a contract" ... yes, and we didn't receive the services we had signed a contract to receive! They are refusing to refund our money. They are scammers who care nothing about Chiropractic, they care about contracts and squeezing money out of people whom are providing excellent care for humanity, while they are providing nothing in return.

CT actually runs my office from scheduling to billing to chart management, I absolutely love the cloud capabilities that allow me to work from anywhere, both inside and outside of my office.

Pros

We are going through the migration process from Chirotouch Classic to the new CT version and spending hours on tech support calls asking the representatives to walk us through the process personally. They are awesome!

Cons

CT Community is not user friendly for specific issues that are appearing during our migration process. We keep going to the menu and cannot get specific help with our problems and finally just give up and try to contact a CT technical support person.

Overall I love Chirotouch and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and easy software system to connect the front and back of the office. I feel that low or high volume offices can use this as an asset with forecasting, monthly goals, and also the use of the customization it provides to practices. This program helped us achieve going full electronic in our office, connect and improve the patient treatment notes to billing in a much more time efficient way, also it gave my staff areas where they could get involved and come up with solutions to alerts and patient notes in the provider all in one section. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it. I think the billing process in accounting is also set up very well to understand where you are at in the process with claims. I also like the customization the program offers when it comes to visits, color coding, and how you can create the system to work best for whomever is logged into the program, so the different views of the schedule area are great.

Cons

My only complaint with this software is that the reports section could be tweaked, some of the answers that come up on the monthly stats report are not correct and we always have to count them by day specifically the New Patient numbers.

Pros

The same as last time feature. I like the carryover feature as we are treating many of the new patient on a regular basis, and often there symptoms change gradually.

Cons

This is minor, but I wish that when you look up a patient and then go back to the patient list, that it would take you back to the last alphabetized patient list. I am often reviewing family members.

Customer service has been good when we have needed help with problem resolution.

Pros

We have 3 dr's in our office and they software does a great job with scheduling, billing and patient notes. The system is easy to learn how to use and modify to your office needs.

Cons

Would be nice if the online scheduling could be modified to tell that we have a 45min. new patient appointment scheduled and block those times from being available.

Pros

Recently signed up for CTProBill and Darrius Myrick has made it a good onboarding experience.

Cons

The Chiro Touch Software has poor patient management and report processes. No end of day patient balance report or the ability to tag patients and run different filters. Also ChiroTouch should have a better way to communicate with patients via a proper text to patient function that doesn't require it to go through email. Seems like Chiro Touch doesn't get updated very often with modern functionality. It won't take long for another company to add modern day features and ChiroTouch will loose clients.

was overall satisfied with the old system and moving to the new system, we were promised so many features that are either not available yet or not even on the radar to being implemented. we are a multiple provider office and have not been able to batch claims for almost a month now. BIG problem. Your implement training individual is super nice but we were never trained properly and almost fed to the wolves to figure it out for ourself.

Pros

the ability to create my own macros makes charting somewhat easier however the new system makes it more difficult to customize than the last
