Initially we were using v9.6 since many of my friends suggested me to use it and that later versions had some regressions in performance. But being curious, I installed v11 and haven't looked back ever since. It is fast, doesn't have any issues with data fetching and is open source. I hope that PostgreSQL team find a good way so that two databases across two places can be synced. I like too that is very easy to create a secuence, just set serial type to a field. It's a relational database open source and easy to install. The performance is good, I haven´t had any performance problem using it. Cons I have good expiriences using PostgresSql, maybe the only one detail I least like is the syntax error messages, I think could be betther in order to find the problem and fix it.
