It has a balanced and clear GUI through pgAdmin Cons It is not the database that many language use by default like MySQL, you have to make a couple of additional steps to set the configuration but it worth it. Even the licensing tiers are better priced than others. I would heavily throw this into the mix if I was to switch out of what we are using now. Pros The price vs others other there ie, MSSQL is a lot better. It is able to capture and process data very quickly. The ease of use is a plus but I haven't dug deep into it yet as it's a test base for us right now. I like that it runs on linux and windows platforms, good support for JSON. Cons I found that it can take up CPU resources quite a bit. Although I was only testing it in a VM. I did not see any explicit user control over compression. Review Source TA Thiyagu A. All features are free and create a decent user experience and comfortable functionality. Cons Because of query-based databases, we need to learn queries so it takes some time.
