Overall i had a great experience. Its easy to use, and has great customer support. I would suggest it.

Pros

Its a good system for recruiting new personnel. It makes applicant tracking simple and resume management easy.

Cons

In Regards to Monster, I have no bad reviews, overall gets the job done. Maybe could be faster compared to his comparable.

They have no clients that post jobs it was disappointing after I built my resume I was a little hopeful that I would find employment, but that hope faded after I started browsing jobs I could apply for. There was very few......

Pros

I love that it's neat and easy to navigate and that they have so many sub categories to pick from in their searching tool and their resume builder is superb

Cons

They have hardly any jobs posted for my city (which is Portland Oregon) and I know there are allot least 100 jobs available in my city, but monster only shows maybe 10 available in most categories.

Overall our company has had a good experience with this software in getting a good number of applicants and able to track them with this software. It helps to schedule and set up interviews as well which is a big time saver.

Pros

It was easy to set up and use. We have been able to receive good customer support with any questions we had along the way. We are able to get a good number of candidates that fit the roles we needed.

Cons

We do get a lot of unqualified applicants as well as the good ones. Sometimes those clutter things up and makes it hard to find the ones you want.

What i like the most about the monster+ is its very easy to use and look for jobs hiring. The layout is easy to navigate through

There is not anything bad that i can say that i don't like about the employment platform its a good website

Monster+ gives an easy way to post jobs and received qualified candidates. It overall makes onboarding easy and efficient.

Pros

It makes it easier to find eligible candidates. It is more through in who they send to you and makes experience you are looking for.

Cons

Not many people know about it, sometimes there is no candidates that they can find within their pool.

Overall, honestly, it was a pretty easy and pleasant experience. On top of that, posting multiple job openings was simple, and managing application data became super convenient.

Pros

One thing I loved most about Monster+ was their Options variation—it made collecting and tracking data during each interview round so much easier.

Cons

Even though tracking was easy, I did come across quite a few fake or duplicate applications, which felt a bit off and, honestly, pretty irritating.

Pros

Number of resumes, easy to use, boolean friendly, and helps narrow down searches

Cons

Quality of candidates were a bit low and most resumes are outdated, however it helps balance new leads from Indeed vs old leads from Monster

The overall experience is good, not Excellent or Outstanding, but good. I think that they are very affordable, however I do think it is time for an upgrade, they really need to stay up with the times like their competitors.

Pros

The best thing about Monster is affordability, they are more affordable then Indeed or Zip Recruiter. Their process of giving out applicants is very different compared to their competitors.

Cons

The last time I was on monster, it was very hard to navigate and understand how their process works.
