Pros I love that it's neat and easy to navigate and that they have so many sub categories to pick from in their searching tool and their resume builder is superb Cons They have hardly any jobs posted for my city (which is Portland Oregon) and I know there are allot least 100 jobs available in my city, but monster only shows maybe 10 available in most categories. It helps to schedule and set up interviews as well which is a big time saver. Pros It was easy to set up and use. We have been able to receive good customer support with any questions we had along the way. We are able to get a good number of candidates that fit the roles we needed. Cons We do get a lot of unqualified applicants as well as the good ones. Sometimes those clutter things up and makes it hard to find the ones you want. Cons Even though tracking was easy, I did come across quite a few fake or duplicate applications, which felt a bit off and, honestly, pretty irritating.
