Monster+ is able to automatically rule out candidates who aren't qualified, saving our hiring team a lot of time. Monster+ is like having another member on your hiring team! **Pros:** This product is so easy to use! Very user-friendly and easy to tailor to your specific needs without needing to know how to code or anything like that. Monster+ brings up great candidates for you, saving you lots of time sifting through applicants! **Cons:** The only thing I don't like about Monster+ is the cost. There is a free version of Monster you can use if that is better for your hiring budget!
