Im impressed with the organization of this software. I never lose track of anything. I know what is being applied for and when. I don't have to ask questions because they always have that covered.

Pros

I like it works with personal strengths to find what career suits everyone. Instead of just throwing someone into a position they find positions based on the persons experience.

Cons

I wish the search engine could have more options for job positions. I will admit they could email possibly more often.

### "We were very unhappy with Talent Bin and when we tried to find out how to get out of our 12 month agreement all of a sudden their staff stopped returning our calls. They are only nice when you are talking about using their service or adding on more users."

Pros

We did not find any major pros outside of the email campaigns you could set up. The search was okay

Cons

You end up getting access to old information from 2-3 years ago which becomes frustrating if you are trying to find candidates that are not on LinkedIn. We found we were wasting our time using TalentBin because the same candidates were on LinkedIN recruiter for the most part. Overall, we were not satisfied with their service for the price.

Takes a long time to setup. Not very user friendly the first time around.

Overall, a neutral experience. There wasn't anything I significantly disliked, but I felt I found more opportunities on other platforms.

Pros

I used this while applying for jobs. It was intuitive to use.

Cons

I felt many of the positions I was searching for I was able to find on other platforms such as Indeed but not on Monster. I also did not enjoy the auto application and resume options.

Pros

Additional place to find candidate other than LinkedIn

Cons

Floods my email with updates on how many searches I preform and tasks that I need to complete. I think the automated outreach emails are a good, but think you lose a personal touch with the candidates. I had a candidate who actually called me to tell me that he responded to my message, but he is still receiving messages to see if he was interested and asked to be removed from my list. I have had candidate responded after receiving multiple message only to say that they are not interested.

Pros

Layout is decent and concept is good.Follow up is nice when you first use it. Though having one person that trains you on it, and one person that supports the day to day is a little odd.

Cons

Constant follow up from Account Managers for TalentBin, they are there to "help" but really have no idea about the market or the technology that we are trying to recruit for. I also heavily dislike the email feature in the tool as its very time consuming and not very user friendly. Just a lot of steps in general to get to a candidate.

I use Monster to post new jobs and search for new employees. The power search tool has been a big help in narrowing down our searches.

Cons

There is a learning curve in understanding how to use the search tool. I often would get candidates that were not a good match.

This did not have any significant benefit over similar services, but we did find some strong candidates.

Pros

I found this service easy to use and manage candidates. It was a more cost effective option than some of the other services we had tried.

Cons

Overall, this was not the best fit for our business. We found just as much success using a lower cost service, and since we had a very limited budget, that was a deal breaker. They do not have any free listing option.

This site used to be the biggest database for resumes but since they started upping the payment to use it the database sucks now.

Pros

I like that you have access to the database for resumes and you can post jobs really easily once you sign up.

Cons

I don't like the fact that you have to sign up and pay before you can try out the site. I don't like that they charge you for every single aspect on the site.

Monster is very straight forward in the user friendly catagory. It is a good way to find seasoned applicants in that it is one of the older software programs for job searching.

Cons

With all of the newer job search engines you don't really think to go to monster first. It has been a good way to compare and contrast applicants from other sites.

Great support team. They can help you find resumes if needed and they do monitor your usage to practically reach out with support interventions.

Cons

Data quality is off on some social feed based skills. most of the the time, highly rated skills on the site profiles are not necessarily true when I check the full social profile on LinkedIn.

We utilize Monster TMS every day to post jobs, prescreen resumes and track selection outcomes. The software is not easy to use and if you need some support it is always a struggle. I provide 1 star in Easy to use and 1 in Customer support . 2 stars for features and functionality, I would like to see some more relevant improvements (like the possibility to send massive email (more than 100+) with just a click. We also found the job posting interface very confusing and complicated. Overall we really wish they'll be able to become much more customer oriented as the product itself has good potential.

I like the ability to search people from open web. We use it for search for our IT Roles and it helps sometimes. I like that I have real e-mails.

Cons

not reliable search, it says in header that he is a "developer" but then i open linkedin and he is a "painter"

I do not see a need for this website at all. The jobs are mostly fake and only there to make a company look good. I would not use this site to look for jobs online.

Pros

The website is laid out in a simple manner and easy to read. You change your options to see jobs any specific city, area code, or industry.

Cons

The site is full of ghost jobs that do not exist or have already been filled by another applicant. I have see jobs that I applied for only to be told that they are not open anymore. Then the next day, the same position appears on the site.

there isn't anything I really liked about monster I just tried it because it was there.

Pros

I found it to be somewhat easy to complete a resume search as part of the package my company selected.

Cons

The price is far too expensive and we were unable to receive quality candidates when performing resume searches. In fact, we did not receive a single applicant from a resume search that was interested in pursuing a job change. It does not appear as though resumes are kept updated to those individuals actively seeking employment.

Cons

I would like to see a personality trait with them - like using a DISC profile so that you can make sure they fit into your business needs and balance your company employees.
