### "Still the number 1 creative package"

May 13, 2026

5.0

Very positive experience, The interface to each platform is very similar so it can be easier to understand and learn new skills. Each platform integrates well with each other so exporting files into another is effortless.

Pros

I've been using Adobe Software for many years now and find it an incredible package to use. The possibilities of creation are endless. I think it's still good value for money if you take advantage of it. From Graphic design to Video editing, as well as showcasing these assets into Adobe Portfolio

Cons

What i liked least about the Creative cloud is the length of contract. The subscription length is a year long so you need to make sure you're committed into using the package for that long.

### "Amazing from the very start. A++++++"

January 12, 2026

5.0

Purely inspirational from the start of my project to publishing. Honestly it was so easy from start to finish i recommend this program to eveyone. Its so simple to use and there are so many customizations that its wonderful. But its given to you in a way thats not over whelming nor is it to much. Its very easily digestable

Pros

The amazingly large selections of different choices that you can chose from. I mean there are thousands of thousands of different graphic designs built into the app its amazing really. I mean i could spend all day playing with thos app

Cons

The price is really the only negative thing about this. Its not overly priced its just if your on a very tight budget it will be hard to work in. But they do offer bundles for pros. So its really a one size fits all. Just not the smallest. Like myself.

I just cant understand how this company does their business. I mean you keep going up on price but give nothing in return. And thats not okay. I think this company is part of the problem of society.

### "Tools that can be used for a wide range of marketing tasks."

June 5, 2026

5.0

This is a hub of our creative marketing work. It's an investment, but the fact that there are a lot of tools to use and updates frequently make the investment worthwhile for small agencies who require professional, polished work product. Videos, design apps are irreplaceable in our daily working processes. For a small creative team, this platform should take care of most of your needs with some costs of course.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers a range of applications that's second to none for marketing purposes. Our ad design to branding materials are all done using Photoshop and Illustrator. Premiere Pro has played an important role in creating videos for social media, while the cloud storage has helped us to easily and quickly share files within the team. The subscription service provides us with access to the updated versions, thus allowing us to not take any downtime.

Cons

Smaller teams, with less clearly defined roles, may find the learning curve too difficult to traverse with some of the tools, such as After Effects. Also, there is a subscription fee, which can begin to get expensive if the entire staff isn't using all of the apps, which is the case with a small agency like ours. It would be nice to have better bundling options. Customer support also at times is a bit generic and slow, in comparison to the price that we pay.

### "Great Editing Apps but Insane Charges"

June 17, 2026

3.0

Overall, Adobe Creative Cloud has great editing apps. And although there are many free editing tools being made for people to use, Adobe still has (in my opinion) the best editing apps. Only downside is that their pricing is very high, even for single person use. Cancellation is what shocked me that they would hide a huge charge if you cancel your subscription early. I've been able to make use of other apps for editing now.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has a plethora of editing apps to select and use. All the apps are great, hardly any lagging. You can do a lot with the apps in Creative Cloud. I used to use it to edit photography, videos, make memes, etc. I haven't had the need to reach out to customer support, the apps and tools run just fine for me.

Cons

Because Creative Cloud has a lot of apps and the tools in them can get rather advance, I would say it can take some time to use even the basic functions. You'd have to search up a lot of tutorials on how to achieve something you want. It can take months to years to become a pro at the apps (depending how much you use them). Thankfully, there are a lot of tutorials online made by talented people to teach you tricks and how-to. Subscription cost is pretty high, maybe a little too high. And be careful when you subscribe, read the fine prints because if you go for the yearly subscription and cancel before the year is up, they will charge you a massive cancellation fee ($100+).

### "Best Creative Software Package "

September 21, 2025

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has made my life so much better and easier. By bundling all of the software into one package it's easy to purchase multiple software at once and update them as once.

Pros

It's the most affordable bundle of design, animation, web, photo editing and video editing software.

Cons

Nothing. Not a single complaint. There isn't a single product on the market that competes with Adobe Creative Cloud and for the price it really can't be beat.

### "StTill top notch but doens't always justfy the extra cost"

April 7, 2026

3.0

I have shifted most of my work aay from adobe wher the use of simpler tools where I and the team can produce the result faster and cheaper. It's too advanced and convoluted to get people quickly into it and many freelancers in less developed countries can't afford the subscriptions to compatibility is not always a given if you want to send something it's often a back and forth.

Pros

CC was essential to produce high quality design work and to some degree still is the top of the crop tool for serioius creatives

Cons

It;s become rather bloated and hasn't had the major "shift" in user interface innovation that would keep it ahead of other new tools that are 1. easier to use, 2. much cheaper or even free to use 3. more intuitive to get started

### "Requires commitment, but reliable"

March 27, 2026

3.0

It's reliable, although definitely expensive. Tough to lower your billing tier. The sales people really lock you into commitments.

Pros

It's been a staple over the last 20 years for me. It still has the best free transform and layering of any raster editing software.

Cons

I wish that there was a little better support for working with Vectors inside Photoshop. Something that combines the control of illustrator with the transform tools of Photoshop would be ideal.

### "An honest review"

June 6, 2025

4.0

Its ok. But it can be a lot better. The movile apps need to have the same features as desktop. Users need to be able to work on the go with all functions and features

Pros

I love all the options. I love the ecosystem. Adobe goes to great lengtha to make sure their products work well

Cons

I dont like the watered down versions of apps on mobile. We need more powerful solutions in a mobile interface. Many of the tools can be all in one it seems.

### "Adobe Inching Forward - The More Things Change, The More They Stay The Same"

December 21, 2025

4.0

Creative Cloud does everything Adobe, all of the media creation and editing, but with the added benefit of cloud-based management makes it more lightweight and accessible to projects from different places - it is a welcome but at times a bit lackluster evolution of their old platform.

Pros

Engaging with the Adobe Suite was helpful to spin up logos or edit existing projects. The ability to work with any number of file types made it the most versatile tool available. Competiors and freeware do not come close to the amount of features and combination of transformations that can be made to media of any type.

Cons

Generally the Adobe products have a steep learning curve. If you are already familiar with the classic suite, Creative Cloud is basically the same with some added features, but that also means it is equally complex to become proficient without a mentor or self teaching with videos.

Alternatives considered

[Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/)

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

We briefly chose Creative Cloud for the strengths in vector based image editing that was entirely missing from Canva but neccessary for many projects in brand development.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

July 13, 2026

5.0

Pros

This is the beating heart of my professional activity. From importing my RAW files into Lightroom for sorting and color presetting, to heavy post-processing in Photoshop, all the way to laying out my photo books in InDesign

Cons

the central Creative Cloud app consumes a massive amount of system resources in the background, and frequent updates sometimes bring bugs that slow down my production machine.

Wouldn’t dream of using any other platform. Creative suite has so many great apps and they keep getting better.

Pros

Range of professional products. Advice be CS is aimed at pros and the quality of the apps is first class.

Cons

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

Adobe Creative Cloud brings together all essential design tools in one ecosystem, which is valuable for full branding projects.

Pros

The integration between apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is seamless. Cloud libraries and shared assets help keep branding consistent across projects and teams.

Cons

The subscription model can be expensive for small companies. Managing updates and storage sometimes requires extra attention.

### "I used it as my companies need but it provide me best results."

June 5, 2025

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud is quite expensive and the requirements of the system are high, but with what it can do, it is almost a must have. The industry standard for a reason, it enables our teams to create high quality digital content. It’s an essential tool for both our brand projects and client work.

Pros

The complete integration throughout all the apps I like it most. As an IT CEO, it's a huge win to have our teams of designers and marketers be able to effortlessly transition assets from Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. It's just incredible, and makes our creative process so efficient and collaborative.

Cons

Honestly, my number one dislike is the cost of a subscription. For an IT company in the AEC space, this many licenses spread around multiple departments truly adds up fast, and it feels like a leak. And the software itself can be super resource heavy and lead to those high-spec machines struggling, again either wasting time, or not working to the best of your machines capabilities.

### "Another brilliant feature"

July 19, 2025

4.0

I love Adobe, after so many years of using a variety of their products, I just can’t help but be satisfied with the services they provide.

Pros

It’s very easy to use, which I found it hadn’t always been. The features available to me are clear, and updating software is very straightforward.

Cons

I forget it’s there until it’s time to update. I wish it had a better news and update feature to engage me with the Adobe community.

### "End-to-end creative bundle for pro production"

August 20, 2025

5.0

Condensed our editing capabilities from five separate applications into a single workflow. Reduced project turnaround by 30% and simplified file management, which was worth the $55 per editor.

Pros

Nicely bundled up Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop in one, which simplifies our video workflows. Cloud sync makes projects accessible across edit bays, and continuous updates introduce useful features such as AI auto-color.

Cons

Subscription charges are additive to our 15-user staff, and there is not consistent support across products.

### "Adobe locks you in with painful cancellation fees and no option to cancel auto-renewal"

December 25, 2025

1.0

Adobe treats users contemptuously be worsening user's autonomy over thier subscriptions and making it very painful and difficult to opt out.

Pros

Used to be ok a few years ago if you took the time to learn the tools, pricing was competitive on a student subscription. Now outshined by cheaper competitors and AI tools.

Cons

Cancellation policy became draconian, charging an unreasonably large sum to cancel, and further entrapping users by not having any option to cancel auto-renewal.

### "Uncool practices "

December 29, 2025

1.0

I dislike it when companies sneakily make it impossible to unsubscribe. All the more since sending and receiving emails emits CO2.

Pros

I was only subscribed to it for a short while and did not discover any positive features, just the negative ones I describe below.

Cons

I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud for one second and now I’m being bombarded with emails in which I have no interest whatsoever (I unsubscribed for a reason). While the Unsubscribe link “happens” to not work and the email from which the bombardement comes is a no-reply one. Not cool!

May 6, 2025

I’ve used adobe creative software for twenty five years now and I like the continued development of new tools and using to lead with AI integration into the tools makes it nice just trying to pinpoint in the right direction isn’t always perfect but refines as you try.

Pros

All of the graphic design apps I use most in one place, from illustrator, photoshop to express, bridge, Indesign to acrobat for pdf editing

Cons

### "Design and creative applications at their best and in the cloud!"

May 15, 2025

5.0

Creative cloud has easily become a daily software used throughout my workflow. The abilities of the streamlined, cloud based Adobe applications allows for file sharing and mobile access.

Pros

The Adobe suite of design products is made even better by the unified platform through Creative Cloud. Top notch industry standard editing tools make graphic and document design a breeze!

Cons

There is so much functionality built into the platform, it can sometimes feel cumbersome, but the benefits of this robustness absolutely outweigh any cons.

### "The design backbone for everything we do."

April 23, 2025

4.0

Our signage workflow is tight and professional because of Creative Cloud. Whether we’re designing a highway billboard or a shopfront display, we’re able to take it from client concept through print-ready file, all without exiting the suite. It has been invaluable in allowing us to produce quality, consistent results, even on super tight deadlines.”

Pros

What works best in our case is that everything is bundled together Photoshop for image preparation, Illustrator for vector-based projects, InDesign for layout-intensive work, even Acrobat for the final PDFs for clients. The cloud sync helps our designers to work in unison, allowing them to grab files and start up where someone else left off.

Cons

The subscription can be expensive, especially when you are maintaining multiple licenses between a team. Some updates also introduce changes that slow things down or move menus, and that can upends our daily production rhythm.

### "Worth the annual subscription"

January 15, 2025

5.0

Pros

There are many features I use almost daily for design and administrative work. Adobe fonts is a great tool to find the font desired. Adobe Acrobat is great for e-signatures and agreements. Adobe Illustrator is what I use the most often. The best feature for the whole cloud is that there are regular updates to all of the products.

Cons

There are times when the cloud unexpectedly signs out. This causes the fonts downloaded through the cloud to stop functioning, and you need to re-link the fonts again for the whole project.
