### "Creativity or Corporate Adobe Cloud Works for Both!"

November 24, 2020

5.0

As a designer that works in a corporate environment, and also does work outside of my corporate world. Adobe Creative Cloud allows me to be able to work on files from anywhere. I can easily access files Photoshop .psd and make quick edits on my table and save them back into the cloud to access on my desktop when I get back into the office or at home. If you are a creative professional and want the flexibility to access your work remotely, then you'll like Adobe Creative Cloud.

Pros

Adobe Cloud allows me to access all Adobe programs from one centralized location in a remote environment. It gives access to all programs like Photoshop, Spark, Acrobat, and Lightroom in a cloud-based environment. It also offers tutorials for whatever Adobe programs you have downloaded and are using a mobile device or tablet, and it is a cloud-based storage platform for any files I create and want to be able to access from anywhere or share between other adobe programs.

Cons

As a designer, there is not much I can say I do not like about Adobe Creative Cloud. Probably the only drawback is that it does not run or allow access to full functional Adobe creative programs. Allow programs that you are able to access are the version that is made for mobile or tablet use. But you can share the files back and forth from the full programs to the mobile or tablet versions.

### "Creative Cloud completes the Adobe experience"

April 27, 2022

4.0

The Adobe Creative Cloud is a step in the right direction for greater collaboration, file format support and integrated libraries. It needs some tweaking before it is a perfect program but it has definitely helped me in the work I do for my company.

Pros

The ability to keep all my fonts, projects and program settings in one place helps make the Adobe experience more harmonious and allows seamless integration between different Adobe programs.

Cons

The Creative Cloud does have some debilitating features. The inability to drag and drop for example and the not quite perfect integration of cloud storage into the program. If there was a way of keeping all file formats in one place on the drive, so that they could be loaded in easily to whatever program you need to use, this would be very beneficial.

### "The Industry Standard"

September 24, 2018

4.0

Overall ACC has been a very good bundle of software. It helps update all of my services and keeps me updated with news and alerts. It's not a very good idea for beginners especially with a hefty price tag, but if you're willing to shell out the cash and get to work it can be extremely useful. Discounts for students is always a plus.

Pros

Creative Cloud offers a large variety of professional-grade software provided by Adobe such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The software are an absolute blast to use but do have a steep learning curve. For students, these technologies are invaluable for learning. They are the industry standard for creating professional-level designs. Creative Cloud automatically updates and makes changes to all the services you own very easily.

Cons

The price for these services does reach above and beyond the average individual's budget. To top it off, it also requires a subscription instead of a 1 time purchase which makes things even more complicated. That said, most of the users simply require the software and have to shell out the cash nonetheless. It also doesn't help that the products have a steep learning curve so it's difficult trying to get newcomers into buying the service. It's a lose-lose situation in that case especially when there are decent alternatives for half the price.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud - Low price Barrier of Entry, and a Cloud"

December 5, 2018

5.0

If you need adobe for your business needs, Adobe CC is probably what you need, despite the expense. Considering the professional use-fullness of the software, it's quite affordable for a one stop shop license. It's always up-to-date, and it includes their full catalog. Unless you don't really need their products, Adobe Creative Cloud is pretty much a no-brainer if you are going to live in these applications.

Pros

Seriously, it's everything in Adobe's Product Offering (~ish) for a one monthly fee. Photoshop, Yes. Premier, Yes. Fonts? Yeaup. Illustrator, sure! Everything. For years, average people couldn't risk the massive outlet of cash to buy one full powered Adobe product, so they'd suffer with Photoshop Elements, or Premier's lite version. Now, Adobe Creative Cloud lets us get in with everything. The All Apps price, spread out monthly, is roughly the same it used to be for a single application. Once you start using Adobe Acrobat Pro (for example), you'll discover what you've been missing, and hey, why not, it's included! And, oh yea, it has some cloud storage too.

Cons

Creative Cloud is NOT Cheap. A lack of Permanent ownership is a problem for people who want to one and done a software program. Adobe is the king of many of it's programs. Because of that, it can set whatever performance bars it wants. Many of the program's run sluggish, or slow. My 32GB Ram workstation can start crying with high resolution (very high) images. Watch as my swap file fills up, because for some reason, 32GB simply isn't enough. Let's face it, using Photoshop versions years old was adequate, and ran pretty good back then. Now strangely the software is soo poorly optimized, we need some serious hardware to perform tasks smoothly. Not that it won't work smooth. It can work quite well on some under-powered machines. But when you have a serious workstation, it is a little off-putting. Don't worry, Adobe will email you when your subscription is expiring. (That's some nice cloud storage you got there, it'd be a shame if something happened to it - gulp).

### "A Comprehensive Creative Suite with Room for Improvement"

May 21, 2023

5.0

Overall, my experience with Adobe Creative Cloud has been positive. It has significantly aided in solving various business problems, allowing me to create stunning designs, edit videos, and develop captivating marketing materials. The wide array of tools and constant updates have kept me at the forefront of the industry. The benefits realized include increased efficiency, improved collaboration, and the ability to produce high-quality content.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers a comprehensive suite of powerful tools that enable seamless creativity and collaboration. The range of applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, provides extensive capabilities for various creative needs. The integration between these applications simplifies workflow and enhances productivity. Additionally, the cloud storage feature allows easy access to projects across devices.

Cons

While Adobe Creative Cloud is an exceptional suite, there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the subscription pricing model can be expensive, especially for individual users or small businesses. It would be beneficial to offer more flexible pricing options. Secondly, some features within the applications can be complex and may require a learning curve, particularly for newcomers. Simplifying the user experience without compromising functionality would be a valuable enhancement.

### "Imagination station of the skies."

Overall it is no different than the sentiment that I have for all of adobe's products. I have always been a consistent customer of adobe and I do not see that changing anytime soon.

Pros

The level of creative initiative among users is so widespread and plentiful that it is on the verge of staggering. So many minds coming together to add their insights and personality to the

Cons

The only thing that I could say is that there is such an expansive and immersive experience associated with this software that it can be almost overwhelming, so to some that could be a negative mark I suppose.

### "Still the best software suite for creatives."

September 13, 2018

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has been a good way to customize my own workflow and to integrate creative teams in their workflows.

Pros

What I like the most is how intuitive it is to go from one adobe software to another, even though when each of them has its own tools and complications, I find there is a common visual language between them all that helps a lot when you are using one of the programs for the first time. I like how easy it is to mantain a regular and integrated workflow thanks to cloud based connections. It not only avoids having to worry about not having the font you need, but it also helps when working in teams to mantain visual coherence. I also appreciate that I don't need to personalice my workspace each time I use a new computer, it is simple as saving it online and my workflow mantains.

Cons

As a begginer freelancer, I struggle with the payment part, I found it a little expensive for the situation I was. Becoming part of a company, helped me a lot. I think medium to big companies and experienced freelancers are more able to afford it. I also don't like how there are still compatibility issues between the formats of each softwares. After Effects works really good with Ai files, but they are not that friendly in Indesign, for example.

### "The Adobe Creative Cloud Is Convenient"

September 25, 2019

5.0

I enjoy the mobility of the cloud while also allowing me to collaborate with others on projects that they can also access from anywhere in the world.

Pros

Whether you're using Photoshop or PDF services, the creative cloud is my go-to software to get manuscripts from typed to published. The ability to collaborate with others on the same project by simply adding them makes it easy to work with editors, writers, marketing, and digital artist to bring the project to life by its release date. Drafting contracts and having them signed within the creative cloud is also a huge bonus. There's no need to search for a fax machine or a mailbox. You can log onto your projects from anywhere by logging into the cloud from any device. It makes working on the go easier while maintaining the organization and high attention to detail I need to operate my publishing company professionally.

Cons

Illustrator and Photoshop require a lot of time to learn or else you have to hire someone to do the work for you. I wish they were easier to navigate as a beginner, but having moved beyond the novice level, they're easier to grasp but still troubling at times.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe is the standard in the publishing industry and allows for easy conversion across mobile book platforms.

### "Solid Industry Standard Suite"

April 26, 2022

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud stays up to date. Love the ability to activate new fonts from Adobe - great variety - great quality. Creative Cloud meets (exceeds) our needs for photo editing, design, and video work. There are a ton of training videos available (youtube, and from Adobe) to learn anything I don't know how to do. The interface is reasonably intuitive as well.

Cons

Of course it's a bit of $ to spend, but as Chief Designer, using it nearly every single day in some capacity, it's absolutely worth it. The thing I like least I suppose is knowing that there's even more capacity to create that I still don't know how to use. Some elements (like Adobe Acrobat DC) have work processes that are automatic, but you aren't notified (for example, when saving a secured pdf, there's no notification that it will be possible to save a local copy until you click 'X' to close it. Once you know it'll happen, it's all good, but little tweaks like a notification about that as you're uploading your secured pdf would improve the UI and experience.

### "Suite di riferimento per il settore creativo e audiovisivo "

May 21, 2023

5.0

### "Designers Perspective on Adobe."

August 23, 2018

5.0

I love it, It is applicable to what I want to do with my life and allows me to work on the things I love. I can create beautiful illustrations, animations and videos. In general, I would recommend this software to absolutely everyone!

Pros

I appreciate how diverse the range of creative software is, from video editing, animating, illustration, photo editing, 3D modelling and app design... the array of software to choose from is incredibly vast and versatile. I primarily use Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and AfterEffects. I am able to create incredible works with the software and the programs are detrimental to my field of study and work. The Creative Cloud dashboard is great too because it offers a list of the applications you may use, if they need updating and it allows you to launch any app off of it.

Cons

I do not like the price tag that comes with the software, even the student discount far exceeds what I am able to afford on my own, and I am forced to use financial aid. Another issue I find is that sometimes programs like Photoshop and AfterEffects have issues with handling, the controls are ridiculously specific and it takes incredible willpower to become an expert. I feel that somehow the most versatile creative software bundle should be more user friendly.

### "Still the best in terms of depth of features but other alternatives are handier for day to day work"

July 21, 2021

4.0

I am neutral about the overall experience. For the vast majority of people, Adobe has become perhaps too complex with the Creative Suite. However, I still find value here-and-there again that I keep subscribing for it for at least the next half a year or so - with the historic more advanced features hidden beneath the result of decades of development. After that, I have planned a switch to Figma + Capture One + specific tools for animation etc..

Pros

The depth of features you can access if you have the required training is beyond the limits of your imagination. For example, how many people know about even the LAB colour mode in Photoshop? Fewer and fewer even amongst "professional" photographers.

Cons

There is some merit to the argument that the Creative Suite has become both too expensive and too bulky. For my own needs, as I move into more senior positions, Figma does a better job of drawing up UX elements, web design projects fast and with out-of-the-box collaboration tools that are just intuitive and not overburdened.

### "I hope you don’t need customer service"

November 26, 2019

5.0

Creative Cloud was the upgrade from Adobe products that none of us knew we wanted or needed. I remember a “friend” of mine a couple years ago said something about how he’s not upgraded to CS5 or whatever it was at the time. I wondered how that is even possible to have an older version anything Adobe, then I realized he’s probably using pirated software. And then I remembered those days in college when I did that and it made me realize that he’s clearly not making very much money as a designer if he can’t afford $50 a month for the primary design software on the market. Then I unfriended AND blocked him on social media. Just kidding. I didn’t block him.

Pros

This is an incredible product! The fact that I can add this to any computer I use and all of the Adobe Products are all available for download is absolute magic. Gone are the days of using some dumb cd or asking a friend to use their password. Adobe has demonstrated that they truly understand the changing world of technology.

Cons

Unfortunately, has demonstrated to me on several occasions that they do not understand the basic customer service. I have had several billing and technical support issues over the last few years that have gotten me to the point where I won’t even contact them unless I know it is something simple that even a caveman can understand (no offense to any cavemen who may be reading this).

### "Why I Choose Adobe's Creative Cloud"

August 20, 2018

5.0

My overall experience has been great, I use the aps almost everyday and have done so for many years. I have not had any issues with the aps not working or crashing and for that I love the Cloud. I highly recommend the aps to anyone that needs to be creative in our digital world.

Pros

For years I used older versions of their software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator for web development. When the Cloud came out it changed everything allowing me to have the most recent versions all the time and at a fraction of the cost. The latest versions allow me to keep up the ever changing landscape of web development and graphic design. I like the fact that I can download any their software whenever I need it. The best part is the price by far. As a former Adobe customer I was able to get a discounted price for the first year which was a blessing.

Cons

In the beginning you were forced to purchase the entire suite as it all came with the cloud. I only use a few of the software applications so there was really no need to have everything. Now you can subscribe to just the items you need but still have to pay for each separately. I think the package would be better if you could just choose the applications you want and only pay for those combined aps at a discounted price.

### "Perfect to gather together all your Adobe applications"

June 10, 2018

4.0

Pros

Having all your Adobe applications up to date has never been easier. If you have a shared Adobe license for your team this is definitely the way to go. When you have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on your machine you can open the menu through the Adobe icon on the menu bar and see at a glance all your installed applications and if any of them has an update available. Also, as part of Creative Cloud you also get Typekit which allows you to sync a lot of fonts without the need of installing them on your machine. This is really useful when you open a document and you don't have a given font that is used as you can just sync it through Typekit and have it ready in no time. Another good thing about this system is that you can access your account from anywhere as it works like a floating license.

Cons

One of the downsides of the model is that the downloads won't be available on other computers, so if you need a given tool you will need to download it again from your second computer. While the system has a locked pricing for 12 months, you don't know how much they are going to charge on the following year so you can find yourself being a bit dependant on the model as you are somehow renting the software.

### "So much to choose from!"

December 7, 2018

5.0

Overall, I would encourage any creative to get Adobe Creative Cloud and pay the monthly fee. It's highly worth it! Whether it's for your business or even for personal use, it is the highest quality creative product on the market and I wouldn't use anything else.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers so much! Gone are the days of having to purchase each individual application, get it in a box, install it on your computer, etc. Now, with Adobe Creative Cloud, you can have access to all of the Adobe creative products and download them as needed. What's great is that you can also work with the content and share it between each of the products. If you're working with an image in Lightroom, but then realize you need to edit it in Photoshop, you can click a button that easily opens Photoshop and you continue working on the same image. It's fantastic! There's also the ability to store content both on the cloud or on the device itself. When stored on the cloud, I could access the same images from my "cc" version of the application on my phone. The ability to go back and forth so easily was absolutely essential in today's world.

Cons

My biggest complaint is specifically with Lightroom. There are two different versions of Lightroom within the Adobe Creative Cloud. This is confusing and it's not clear when it's better to use one over the other. When I searched online for "how-to" videos, just about everyone was using one version of Lightroom, which happened to be the one I was not using. I had to relearn the application from scratch when I decided to switch from one to the other. That was pretty frustrating.

### "Adobe Creative Suite... on the cloud!... i.e., anywhere, anytime!"

July 10, 2018

5.0

Everything you need and love about Adobe is here in one collection with all access via a subscription. I can't imagine my digital creative life without my go-to tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, lightworks...etc. The subscription model ensures that your version of the app is always updated. Integration and workflow among these apps is a breeze via the Cloud setup.

Pros

Via the subscription model... you now have access to all Adobe's apps. This model also makes integration across these several apps possible (e.g., using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign via your workflow... it is easier to share assets among these apps via the cloud). Of course, Photoshop for me is the go to app for basic to advanced photo editing. I sometimes work with large-scale printing (posters and banners) and I use Illustrator for vector image work and editing. And, since this is a subscription model... the apps are always up-to-date.

Cons

Now, gone are the days when you will just need a license key per local desktop/laptop installation of Adobe products. The subscription model may not be very cost effective for the casual user (i.e., not needing the entire suite of apps for just simple daily use). If you only need one or two out of the entire suite... then maybe you'll need to look for a different option. I've rarely depended on Support teams.. but i recently had to contact Adobe for a particular error I encountered (which I could not resolve by myself even after hours of Googling and forum searching).... Adobe support has not been very responsive (via email or messaging). Does prioritizing highly depend on one's subscription plan?

### "I love Adobe Creative Cloud!"

August 23, 2019

5.0

My overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud has been great! The applications and tools are top-notch and have been a part of my workflow with my creative work since the beginning. There are countless tutorials available online and Youtube to teach you anything you want to know, and Adobe support is always there and ready to help if needed.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has given me all the tools I need as a creative to produce content at the highest level. Adobe is constantly updating their software, and asking for user feedback, which gives us users the best and optimal experience with the tools we are constantly using. Not only are Adobe products considered Industry-standard, but Adobe has created software and tools that are very easy to use, and if there are any problems Adobe support is always ready to help.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to say in terms of constructive feedback for this software. The only topics I've come across with this software is that it operates smoother and faster when working with Windows or PC rather than Mac and at times apps can crash. However, the speed/efficiency I've experienced as a Mac user is not something that's given me a problem even working with lots of various files including 8K RAW Red Files. In regards to applications crashing, Adobe does a great job about saving and recovering projects, and I've never experienced a situation where I completely lost my data or anything of that manner.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

They offered the most value at a very reasonable price. It included everything I needed, and there were so many more tutorials, pre-sets and plug-ins for Adobe Products in comparison to anything else.

### "Easier than ever and accessible anywhere "

September 9, 2020

5.0

I've been a customer and user for Adobe for over 15 years and they are still the best all around choice for graphic design and development software applications. They have not only set the bar but still are pioneers of graphic designing programs with the capability to do just about anything and the best choice for all skill levels.

Pros

The cloud has made it far easier to enjoying our programs and software without having to hassle with discs, large downloads, space taking installations, frequent updates or patches, and even licensing is far more easier than before. The cloud and accessing the software anywhere now and even continuing where I left off from a different device has to be my favorite thing and what I like most about Adobe CC.

Cons

I believe in trying something out before buying is an essential part of software because you otherwise would not be able to tell if certain things that you need even exist or compatibility issues might render the software useless otherwise.

### "Adobe Is My Daily Driver"

February 20, 2024

5.0

I have been using Adobe tools for over 25 years and generally they have become better. I have recommended a variety of the Adobe tools to others depending on their needs and budget.

Pros

The cross-functionality between applications is critical and generally works very well. For example, I enjoy being able to create pieces in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator and compile them in InDesign. I was just using the tools today to build a variety of print and digital pieces.

Cons

There are some silly quirks with the programs such as in Photoshop you can't paste the file path when opening or saving a file (they use an old file structure format), or in InDesign you can't export as an SVG. There are work arounds, so the software is still useable as a daily driver.

### "Review Adobe Creative Cloud"

November 6, 2019

5.0

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ease with which you can access the platform on one or more machines, such as at home and at work, or anywhere, without any difficulty. Nor can I mention that is the most amazing and complete package for all the support that people working in the creative field need, whether to work with art direction, photography, animation, video editing, among others. Another extremely positive point that I would like to highlight is the brand's effort to make constant updates and improvements to all applications.

Cons

What I dislike most about Creative Cloud is that today it has become essential and indispensable for creative work, but the plans are a bit expensive for individuals who want to hire the service, in addition to the high fees for canceling the plan. In my case, I was unemployed for a period and decided to hire the service, because I was working on my own. After that time, I got a new job that gave me access to Creative Cloud, which made my personal account unnecessary. When I went to cancel I realized that the value for this is exorbitant. I know this is hard to come by, but I believe there should be more flexibility in the types of package hiring.

### "The Bundle Is Going to Get You"

November 27, 2023

4.0

Creative Cloud let me know that the next update would make the suite nonfunctional on my current desktop. So I hard stopped the updates. My hardware still works. The software pushes to force sunsetting perfectly serviceable hardware is incredibly irritating. If there was anyway to get out of the "software as a service model" that Adobe has adopted with Creative Cloud, I would. But, as that's the only way to play the game, it's a necessary evil to access a great video suite.

Pros

It's really the only way to access Premiere Pro, and Premiere Pro is an exceptional video editing suite of tools.

Cons

As updates to Creative Cloud itself have occurred, it's intentionally sunset functionality. Be careful, because the software requirements can outpace perfectly serviceable hardware.
