### "Definitely Worth the Subscription"

November 22, 2018

5.0

The business problem that we're solving with Adobe Creative Cloud is being able to create a lot of content ourselves rather than rely on freelancers or a 3rd party to do it for us. For example, we no longer need a professional photographer to edit our photos for us. A benefit is that it can be very good in terms of financials as we are able to save money.

Pros

I think that Adobe Creative Cloud is definitely worth the subscription. Even though it may be a little pricey, a subscription gives users access to a multitude of amazing softwares that they can use to complete different tasks and projects. My particular favorite thing about Adobe Creative Cloud is that my projects are almost always automatically saved and I can access them from other devices and continue working on the project.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that the softwares can take a long time to download. All the files tend to be very large and so I always spend a significant amount of time trying to download them. For example, Photoshop is a very large software and so that took me a very long time to be able to download. In addition, another con would be that it can be very expensive, depending on the type of subscription that you get.

### "Diverse range of tools and resources to keep your work modern"

January 4, 2019

5.0

I upgraded to CC from CS4 and never looked back. I was skeptical of the value at first, but took the chance when a deal came up, and the difference in quality, efficiency of workflow, and availability of resources is vast. I use Adobe CC for freelance work, typically animation and graphic design for web and print media (brochures, books, etc). I also use it for personal projects.

Pros

Creative Cloud has industry standard tools, that much is obvious; its range is diverse and encompasses every aspect of development. Where it truly stands out, though, is its resources and integration. The availability of stock assets and scripts is huge, and they seamlessly integrate across all CC apps with library functions. Imagine having something like the library from Flash (Animate) available and synced for Photoshop, Illustrator, and every other CC app - that's basically what it's like. For the professional developer, this saves so much time and energy. Porting files between CC apps is also quite easy. Most of my workflow imports with a simple drag-and-drop. Lastly, Adobe manages and publishes a huge range of tutorials and other informative products; even for someone like me who has been using Adobe's apps for a decade, this is outstandingly helpful. I learned the basics of After Effects in a half hour one morning before work.

Cons

There are still some compatibility issues between some apps in CC. For example, Animate CC has a hard time importing certain styles and stroke types from Illustrator CC. If this were seamless, it would be outstanding. I also wish the apps had even more customizable interfaces. Similar programs are better at this, typically open source ones, which is understandable. Lastly, some of the apps seem to be a little finicky with drivers for my graphics tablet, and there are some bugs, new and old, that have interrupted my workflow.

### "Great integration"

September 30, 2019

4.0

Overall is a good experience, easy to use and everything works

Pros

Great integration between all the software, as a video editor I use at least 4 of them (photoshop, illustrator, premiere, after effects) and they deliver what they do. Is used in most of the video production houses and TVs so as a freelancer is good to know all the tools so you can work anywhere. They are for professionals though it needs some time to learn them all. The creative cloud software is the hub where you can install all the software. You have access to Adobe fonts, tutorials, Adobe Stock and more, is easy to install and always keep you up to date, the most recent update changed the interface which looks nice and easy to understand, you can access some of the files that you upload to the cloud too.

Cons

Subscription is a pain I don't like it but it looks like is the way companies are going. If you work in a big company where everybody uses the same computer you need to sign off otherwise won't let the next person sign in (it will but is a painful process and not intuitive), that's why to protect the subscription they add more steps to have access to the software.

### "It sucks when it comes on system requirements"

April 4, 2020

4.0

Adobe develops wonderful software but by the passage of time, their suite is becoming bulkier and instead of keeping them up for every user type they are developing em only for high tech users. Hence many are moving to other options those with which they can cut their costs. Many opensource communities are developing software that are much efficient and lighter than adobe. I'm also thinking of moving my workflow. So, I recommend to browse other options before you go with adobe cc.

Pros

The possibilities of working with Creative Cloud are unlimited and one can achieve his goal easily. There are numerous plugins available to enhance the performance and usability. Also is third party software compatibility makes it priority choice. Working with Adobe suites from couple of years and still depend on them for day to day tasks.

Cons

The more they become feature rich the higher the system requirements comes. It means for the next year release you may need to upgrade your RAM, GPU, Processor OR in some cases you need a new system to stay on your working pace. If you don't do so the you may lost you hard work done. Imagine you are working on a file from last few hours and suddenly you program stop responding and you lost your current changes. Then you reopen and it says that " you may have been crash closed..." and your half of changes are not there. Adobe is an old company but still they don't provide Linux software compatibility. For the Webmasters like me we have to work on two different Operating Systems like Windows/ Mac and Linux to stay up with our tasks. I think the Adobe software must come with Linux support because not everybody likes Windows and Mac Although many people may like it but It's big no no for me to pay a monthly membership cost for a software that I only need 7 days a month and pay for 30 days. And If I need it again even for once in the next month, I've to pay for whole month. I think there should be a onetime fee standalone software.

### "the best software suite for creatives and designs"

March 30, 2019

5.0

Adobe creative could offer numerous administrations and applications in the realm of graphic design, photography and video. Regardless of being a paid software, it merits paying the membership since it incorporates several valuable and proficient devices to create graphic undertakings.

Pros

What I like the most is that it is so instinctive to move between different adobe softwares, despite the fact that when every one of them has its own devices and inconveniences, I find there is a typical visual language between them every one of that helps a ton when you are utilizing one of the projects out of the blue. I like that it is so natural to mantain a customary and incorporated workflow on account of cloud based associations. It not just abstains from stressing over not having the textual style you need, however it likewise helps when working in groups to mantain visual intelligibility. I additionally welcome that I don't have to personalice my workspace each time I utilize another PC, it is basic as sparing it on the web and my workflow mantains.

Cons

As a begginer specialist, I battle with the installment part, I discovered it somewhat costly for the circumstance I was. Winding up some portion of an organization, helped me a ton. I think medium to huge organizations and experienced specialists are increasingly ready to manage the cost of it. I likewise don't care for how there are still similarity issues between the organizations of every software. Delayed consequences works great with Ai documents, however they are not so neighborly in Indesign, for instance.

### "Adobe creative cloud has it all"

October 8, 2022

5.0

Adobe creative cloud is a complete and industry standard for all your design needs. I would recommend this suite of programs unequivocally to people that need a creative answer to most if not all of your requirements.

Pros

The Adobe creative suite of programs literally has a comprehensive list of individual programs that tackle everything from graphic design, document set up and layout, collaboration with colleagues, Web design, animation, and think tank storming. It's entire suite of products has everything you need to run a cutting edge business from design through to publication, to real time video editing on the fly or real time. Even sign and protect your pdf documents with full Acrobat pdf management.

Cons

It takes a lot of time to keep up with the revisions of each product, everything is always a new learning curve.

### "Brings together the best of creative systems required in companies"

May 22, 2023

4.0

It has design or photography programs as well as other systems capable of helping professionals create campaigns or efficient visual processes.

Pros

What I like about this system is that it brings together the best and most creative design systems and more to manage a brand from the beginning. This system has a set of applications that can be downloaded so that professionals have the systems required for their daily functions, it is an extremely flexible tool that can be implemented in almost any company

Cons

It has flexible and fast functions. I have no criticisms or bad reviews of this tool since it works for me and it is easy to implement it in companies.

### "Creative Cloud represents THE most comprehensive collection of design/production software available."

April 17, 2018

4.0

The ability to create, produce and publish my content; video, audio, print and social media.

Pros

I have been using Adobe design products for two decades and Creative Cloud is the most complete and versatile collection of professional-grade software I've ever used. Most impressive is the ability to quickly switch platforms; start your project on a Mac, finish it on a PC if you have to. Start a project on a Mac workstation on the East Coast, finish it on the West coast on a PC; wherever you need to work. As a multimedia designer, it's nice to have integrated one-stop shopping; Creative Cloud has it all. From audio to video to print to web; all integrated with one another.

Cons

I go back and forth about the subscription vs purchase situation. As a heavy user that will always need the software - most of the suite too - I'm tethered to the brand. I guess I wish I could buy free-standing software, as I haven't very often needed to work on a PC (Mac guy); it's a great feature, but not sure the subscription is something I want to pay in perpetuity. Two years of the sub is more than the Master Suit used to be... and then I actually owned it.

### "I am a Photographer and I can't do my job without Adobe. "

June 25, 2018

4.0

Pros

To say this is a essential would be an understatement. I use specifically photoshop everyday as well as others like Adobe lightroom and sign. All work well together. I love the ability of Adobe Creative cloud to always be updating the program and even when there is no internet it still works flawlessly which is what i was most concerned with when they announced they were switching from software to cloud based applications. I haven't had too many interactions with customer service but the few i did were pleasant and helpful. It just a part of my everyday job at this point.

Cons

The cost. It can get real expensive real quick. Especially if you want multiple programs to do multiple things. I was looking into getting indesign as part of my creative cloud but the cost was too prohibitive to justify the expense so I ended up using photoshop as a temporary fix until i can find a solution. Which is a huge headache. Other than that it takes a long time to master the applications, like years and many tutorials, but thats not really a critique as much as a disclaimer to people looking into Adobe Creative Cloud.

### "Essential Software Applications for every Graphic Designer"

September 18, 2019

5.0

Every tool that I need as a graphic designer is all within the Adobe Creative Cloud applications. I mainly use only Adobe products aside from Apple software, including InDesign for typing and publishing. It’s a big part of my daily life.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to have any of the Adobe products and tools at your fingertips that your plan allows without the need to purchase each software up front, which in the past had been very pricey. Now, it has become more affordable and available for use with monthly subscriptions. With my plan, I can install an app when I need it for a project, and uninstall it when I’m done. Updates are frequent and free to keep up with functionality. Files are usually automatically recovered if the applications unexpectedly crash.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud is by subscription only, so you don’t own the software. Generally speaking, you have the ability to stop and start your subscription at anytime, but you must read the fine print because some apps require you to be in a contract for a certain amount of time, which is not always clear up front. Adobe customer service is not always the easiest to communicate with.

### "Adobe CC for photography"

April 20, 2019

3.0

As with a lot of seasoned users, I know the software well and have lived with it for a long time so I know how to make it work and get things done but I don't think it is as good as it could be.

Pros

I like the good integration between Bridge and Photoshop. Excellent camera Raw plug-in in PhotoShop which is very powerful with many better tools than PhotoShop itself. Good text editing tools. Although I use the Photography suite I have used After Effects and Premiere Pro and I have to say that DaVinci Resolve is an excellent alternative and is free for the basic version whilst still offering good functionality, and the paid version is not expensive either.

Cons

Photoshop still has very crude for 32 BIt images with limited functionality available. Smart objects are almost unusable when working on hi-res files (eg 6000px wide at 16 bit) and over with save times taking too long and if the software is also doing a scheduled auto backup save then it can take a long time with big files. This is the way Photoshop deals with nested files which is a very useful feature but only really works well with small files where such a need is less critical.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is the foundation for my career"

March 26, 2020

5.0

Since 1989, I've used Adobe products (like Adobe Illustrator 88). I've used other products through the years, like Aldus Pagemaker, Quark, and CorelDraw. The fact that someone finally placed the predominantly used products together was ingenious. Since then, it constantly keeps the user up-to-date with current updates, and you are always in synch with others in the industry. There is always something new to learn, and never a dull moment.

Pros

This software marries all the different software packages together and also provides a way to synch libraries, tools, assets, portfolios - EVERYTHING! I couldn't live without Adobe Creative Cloud. I wish they had a lifetime membership.

Cons

The cost for poor designers is what I like least about the software. My personal package costs about $600/yr, until I was able to claim my educational benefit, which cut the cost in half. For work it costs the business $5/per person, which is very unfair in the industry.

### "The Gold Standard for Designpreneurs"

October 25, 2018

5.0

Overall, I think the Adobe CC suite is the MOST COMPLETE Design tools available on the market and it is still the GOLD STANDARD for DESIGN. However, I expect their MARKET SHARE to be lowering down because of more competitive tools in the Market that is taking everyone off the subscription list of Adobe.

Pros

What I like about the Adobe Creative Cloud is that they are offering the most feature packed design tools available for Designpreneurs like myself. I use other design software but Adobe offers the most COMPLETE and COMPREHENSIVE tools available in the market. From vector to raster to videos to animation, and now web and mobile design prototypes, not to mention their Typekit font library, Stock photos you can try on your design before you buy, and so much more features coming in 2019 with their mobile apps of your favorite tools on the Desktop / Mac.

Cons

What I liked the least about Adobe software is that there is a subscription that is pretty hefty for someone like myself being a solo designpreneur. Adobe should have at least considered making different COMBO MEALS for its application, like instead of just ONE APP, make it 2-3 apps like I would have wanted a Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects COMBO MEAL! I hope Adobe reads this review so they can COMMENT and give some FEEDBACK. There's tons of CHEAPER and LIFETIME alternatives out there, not to mention the growing list of SaaS Design tools available which I have been talking on my blog recently.

### "Love This Product"

September 12, 2018

5.0

I have been using the Adobe Software Suites since 1999. We rely on their software to build graphics, software and websites for our customers. We literally could not do what we do without them. This set of software is the best production software out there for modern design firms. It comes with everything you could need to run your own design firm. After years of spending thousands of dollars each year on software upgrades we reluctantly tried the Creative Cloud service when it first came out. Our biggest concern is that it would not work as well or be as stable as the traditional software delivery we had been used to. We could not be happier with how well Adobe has implemented this system and will continue using for years to come hopefully.

Pros

\- Access to the Adobe Creative Suite through a monthly service - Excellent phone support from Adobe - Allows you to install Desktop versions of the software - Makes owning the Adobe Suite very affordable - Gives you access to Adobe Fonts in your projects - Keeps software up to date and always gives you access to the latest version as soon as it comes out

Cons

\- Some programs get a little hungry for memory and CPU; like Dreamweaver. This program should be much faster than it is, but it slows down a lot.

### "Powerful tool, but training is needed"

January 27, 2023

5.0

It has been a struggle. As I have learned, though, I am able to do more and more quickly. It is a powerful and useful tool.

Pros

I use the photo editing features the most. I can edit my photos, create new images, design graphics and foligures for publications, etc. I know there is so much more I could do, but am still learning.

Cons

It is HARD to use and learn! It is so complicated and not intuitive. Once you learn how to do something, it isn't too bad, but it takes a long time to learn.

It's worked out pretty well for me. I have access through my institution. I would like collaboration between colleagues to be more intuitive.

Pros

I like the integration of the products. And I like that everything is in the cloud and syncs seamlessly across all my devices.

Cons

I don't like to see it running in my backghround. I don't like the notifications. Also, I wonder if some products can have a lighter version. Audition, for example.

Creative Cloud has been useful to us being that we can choose only the software we need and have it updated constantly. New features are always being added which is great! The newest features are very powerful and has enabled us to finish projects faster and with greater ease.

Pros

We use and like Adobe Creative Cloud for its photo editing software primarily. The addition of AI in photoshop is very useful and extremely powerful.

### "Creative tools connected and available everywhere"

November 29, 2018

5.0

Working with Creative Cloud makes design and imaging work fun and easy to do. I think the imaging software is the standard in the industry. The video tools could be better but work as needed and it is all very intuitive. If your work or business can pay for this subscription, it is absolutely worth it. If you are using it for personal purposes, I think it is a bit too expensive to have to pay for yet another subscription and would prefer to just buy the parts I need with a one time fee.

Pros

Always having up to date creative software available on any device at any time is invaluable. Access to the entire suite of products means I can use software I never considered before and the integration makes working with files across different applications easy. The Typekit feature is great for giving access to tons of fonts way beyond what a standard platform would include.

Cons

I don't like the idea of not owning the software flat out but after trying it, I think it ends up working out better but more expensive. Sometimes the syncing can glitch or I find I need to go back and reset things for it all to work right. Overall, this is a pretty flawless package with very little to not like about it.

### "Great Software, but I'm hesitant of glitchy updates that need debugging."

October 3, 2018

5.0

Overall I love the amount of products that I have access to. But I do think the price point could be slightly lower for us struggling artists. ;) And I like that Adobe is always looking to improve those products, but they need more testing before launching updates.

Pros

While most people were hesitant when Adobe said they were transitioning to a subscription based software, I was excited to have access to so many products that I usually would never be able to afford. I will say that my employer pays for my subscription which is nice. I like that I can log into a new computer and even if I'm logged into two other locations, I have the option to log myself out of the other computers, and keep on working. I also like that I can save my workspace preferences, so my experience is the same, no matter which computer I am using.

Cons

My biggest complaint is the seemingly endless amounts of updates. I have been burned when I updated my Adobe Premier once, and it would not launch until they release an update to fix that glitch. So now I wait about two weeks before downloading them. I hope adobe starts testing these more, before releasing them.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud - A Synonym for creativity"

April 27, 2019

5.0

Overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is awesome. Many a times I have to design the brochures, flyers and design rich documents as per the client requirement. Hence this CC bundle is very much useful for me.

Pros

Kudos to Adobe technical/software team. They have bundled the Adobe creative cloud so nicely that it wonderfully caters the end-user needs. I have purchased the license of creative cloud. And I have been benefited greatly. 1) First of all it makes the installation process very easy. Earlier I get confused which .exe to download and install - whether it should be 34 bit or 64 bit, which supporting .dll files I need for execution etc. Creative cloud solved my problem and allows me to choose the custom package for installation. 2) It is good for beginners as well. After installation, we have level by level training kit are available. Training kits and respective modules are so user friendly that a new designer can easily learn about how to use the various tools such as pen tool or how to apply the effects etc. 3) Also, Adobe CC guys keep their library always updated. Whatever is trending in design world, latest font suites are available at the tip of a click. 4) Last but not least - their technical support is awesome. I remember initially there was some issue with my cache memory (or registry as far as I understand), Adobe team remotely logged into my PC using one of the tool and the engineer fixed the issue remotely. And till date software is working fine at my end.

Cons

It seems that software is very heavy, it consumes 10gb of the space (based on the package we choose to install) - but I would go for any lite version, if available.

### "You can't do Design without Adobe Creative Cloud"

August 15, 2019

5.0

Due to having Adobe Creative Cloud we are able to do all the collateral in house, saving us thousands of pounds a year with outsourced design agencies - ultimately that is why I'm happy to pay the fairly high price tag monthly, because in reality you are saving a lot of money. Particularly if you consider that you get 10 stock photos a month (I believe it's 10!) just that would cost you the same amount of money as you pay monthly fee for creative cloud with access to all of it!!

Pros

The variety of softwares that adobe creative cloud offers covers you in all based when it comes to design. On a daily basis I use Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Stock, Typekit and Adobe Acrobat. You can do pretty much everything from designing a logo using vector on Illustrator, Edit photos on photoshop, put together a publication/poster/flyer on Indesign, choose the fonts you want to use on TypeKit, download stock photos on Stock. (There's plenty more software to choose from according to your design needs, I just don't use them all). The cherry on top of the cake is Adobe Assets, that works like a cloud (almost like Google Drive/dropbox) where you can upload your designs/artwork/files and access them from pretty much anywhere, provided that there is internet connection. Also you get access to all new updates without having to pay a new license!

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about Adobe Creative Cloud. You can argue that the price is quite high, which I don't disagree with, but I'm still happy to pay it due to how much you have access to!

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is one of the bust suites of design apps"

July 25, 2019

5.0

My overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is amazing! there is no other software suite that holds a candle to what Adobe has here..in quality or quantity. Other product offerings are laughable in comparison.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has a great suite of applications for all of our design needs. There is more included in the software suite than we would ever use, which is nice compared to other software packages from other companies that always try to sell you on "add ons". The price is very good for what you get compared to if you tried to purchase just the products you needed outright. Adobe software is top notch reliable and just works.

Cons

Not all of the programs follow the same "flow" as others. Thinking Indesign/Photoshop vs Premier Pro/After Effects. Would be nice if it would be a bit easier to jump from one to the other...but being they are completely different programs it is understandable that the same flow of tools wouldnt work. Some of the programs are very complicated and it is hard to just "pick up" and start using without watching hours of youtube videos.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

There are no good alternatives

### "Adobe Creative Cloud always works smoothly in a busy photography studio."

August 3, 2018

5.0

For a photo studio ACC is an absolute must for daily tasks and it performs well every year. You can work on large files in the cloud remotely from the studio and everything is automatically updated.

Pros

I like how Adobe Creative Cloud is a simple all-in-one application to manage your whole Adobe suite of products. It's very easy to stay updated with the latest versions of each program. You can also quickly try other software that you're not subscribed to at the click of a button. When it comes to software, I find the biggest thing that we want to avoid is glitches, errors, and other unknown issues that cause downtime in a working environment. We have been using ACC for the last 5 years in a busy studio and have never had any update issues or suite management problems....that's very important. Putting aside the great applications like Photoshop, I feel the stability and reliability of ACC is it's best feature.

Cons

A small annoyance is that ACC will log out of the desktop app by itself from time to time requiring a re-sign in. This could simply be a security measure or a result from ACC app updates.
