### "One of the industry standards, at a cost."

July 10, 2019

5.0

We love the fact the even though the interfaces have changed a bit, the programs have stayed the same for the most part. We thoroughly enjoy being able to have people from older versions jump right in and know pretty much where everything's at and can fend for themselves in rapid working environments.

Pros

The functionality of this set of tools, including all of the photography and design softwares are leading industry standard apps. Some come close, but none offer the solid tried and true programs that just work wonders.

Cons

When they switched to a monthly or annually paid membership, and we can no longer purchase "versions" of the programs, we're going to be looking into alternative programs that we can purchase one time and get updates for any length of time.

### "Creatives being Creative"

May 25, 2023

5.0

It allows our creatives to do what they do best. BE CREATIVE!

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud allows myself and my entire team to produce high level content across a multitude of platforms. Every singly application within the cloud has it's own unique offering that took us from producing good content to outstanding content which has kept our clients happy for many, many years.

Cons

Absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to Adobe Creative Cloud - the whole system is flawless and allows us to scale from social media content to full television campaigns.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud For The Win"

October 9, 2023

4.0

I love the product and it has come a long way from the previous versions. I could not imagine not being able to use it!

Pros

The "value for money" and more reasonable cost of the software allows me to have a all in one solution for my needs.

Cons

It is frustrating at time when the program will not open a file and returns an error message of the file being damaged or removed.

### "Shockingly good value for money for design teams."

February 5, 2019

5.0

LOVE IT! It was easy to set up and have my team start using it. Its affordable and excellent value for money.

Pros

I have been a massive fan of Adobe software for a long time. Especially Photoshop and Indesign, both have been heavily used by our design team over the years. And making the switch to a subscription method has been a great move that has benefited us immensely. We get access to the same fantastic softwares that we have always used but now we no longer have to pay a significant sum up front to use it and we always get to use the latest versions. Whats not to like about that? I also love the flexibility in choosing the tools you want in your suite. Although they definitely want you to pick a bundle and not go individually. The cloud storage you get is also really decent. Our current plan gets us 10 TB which is more than what we would ever need.

Cons

These are specialist softwares so I wouldnt recommend subscribing if you (or someone on your team) doesnt already have good knowledge of the tools you plan on using. Be prepared for a lot of Youtube tutorials otherwise. Also picking individual softwares instead of a bundle is pretty expensive. I would have liked more reasonable pricing on that.

### "Expensive Power"

February 13, 2019

5.0

A powerful graphics software suite but expensive!

Pros

The apps in Creative Cloud cover just about any graphic, imaging or AV situation you can imagine. The complete suite of software programs is an absolute must for any professional in the graphics, photography or audio-video field. You can create and edit images, create and edit video, edit and repair audio, create and edit vector graphics, create documents, create and even edit PDF files and much more. The more you use the programs, the more you will learn and uncover about their functionality.

Cons

There is a reasonably steep learning curve, which can be overcome by anyone in the business - it is not for the novice user though. And of course it is definitely NOT cheap! Also the fact that one has to subscribe to it with a monthly payment is a negative in my opinion. I prefer to pay up front for any software I buy and have it belong to me.

### "The Latest Version for a Reasonable Price"

February 13, 2019

5.0

As a commercial print shop, we could not survive without Adobe Creative Cloud. It is a great product that delivers beautiful work and is always updated.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to do absolutely anything and everything, and having the cloud version means you always have the latest and greatest version. With Adobe Creative Cloud, we never have to worry about being behind a version or two - we are always right there on the cutting edge. The software always delivers and provides beautiful work.

Cons

Adobe has always been very proud of their product and it is a bit on the expensive side; however, it is so widely used that we cannot run our business without it. If you are not a constant, well-versed user, it can be very daunting at times to figure things out; however, it's that way with most software. Most Adobe products require some level of experience and competency or they can be quite frustrating.

### "Couldn't Work Without It "

October 13, 2022

5.0

We were paying thousands to content creators and ad agencies before we were using Adobe Creative Cloud. We now do all of our own media in house and it's all thanks to Adobe.

Pros

Creative Cloud gives you complete control of the graphic design. I use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier pro daily for Facebook content and ads. They offer tutorial videos for every application, it's wonderful.

Cons

I have no complaints of Creative Cloud. If I had to gripe about something I would suggest maybe adding more templates to Adobe Express.

### "The Adobe CC gives you a massively powerful set of tools to use."

December 8, 2017

5.0

Overall, this software is an amazing set of tools. Whether you need to do wire-framing, photo editing, video producing, or any other task in the creative realm there's a program for you in here. The also have their creative cloud manager which makes it super easy to manage all of your programs. You can see when updates are available and when there's new softwares being released.

Pros

The thing I love most about this software is the creative cloud libraries that allows you to manage different assets (colors, typography style, imagery) between all of their different programs. It helps all of their software work together.

Cons

Working with the Adobe support is the most painstaking part of the CC. The handful of times I've reached out to support has been a pain process. I spent half of my time being transferred from service rep to service rep and usually end up receiving different answers from each person. The also make it difficult to cancel and switch your licenses.

### "Everything You Need to Design and Create"

December 4, 2019

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is a lifesaver for a magazine publisher and editor. The ability to edit photos with Photoshop, design the articles in InDeisgn, edit with InCopy, share images with Bridge, use Illustrator to create custom graphics is amazing. Now add in Spark Post for social media, Sketch and Comp for creating design comps and shared ideas, and you have something that works for every member of your team. Also comes with a ton of cloud storage to share. Beyond that you have video apps, photography apps, audio apps, and you can pick and choose just what each member of your team needs.

Cons

There are times when I'm not notified about an update, a program just stops working as well as it used to or crashes, and I have to go into my creative cloud log in to update the file. These are also complicated programs and some of them did require me to find some help and training.

### "Open your creative options with a cheaper Adobe pricetag (monthly)"

September 13, 2018

5.0

We saved tons of money using creative cloud's monthly payment system, which ensures we always have the latest updates. No more thinking through a 1K+ investment and then worrying it'll be out of date. New features arrive all the time. So for the pricetag, I'm getting an assurance I love and the quality of product output will remain cutting edge.

Pros

It's a packet of software and with the package I have monthly, the access to any of the Adobe Creative Suite of products is there if I want it. So I like the flexibility of exploring other software while I can rely on my faves (Ai, Audition, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro). When I do explore, I love that Adobe has such a huge library of help/tutorials/answers at the ready.

Cons

These products are feature RICH and I mean seriously overwhelmingly rich. So if you start to use them, you should definitely use your access to the tutorials for them, which are well-edited, clear, concise, and extremely helpful.

### "All the Tools Needed for Creatives"

September 30, 2019

5.0

I needed a product that would allow me to design logos, develop videos and edit animations. I found Photoshop, Iilustraotr, After Effect and Premier Pro to be exceptional in providing the soluton I wanted.

Pros

Knowing that the tools interact with each other makes life easier and enables dynamic work to be acarried out without exporting to different formats and reimporting potentially losing quality.

Cons

The learning curve is very steep. It is not simple to setup and work with the applicaitons, especially when Photoshop and Illustrator, for example, work differently and do not perfomr the same basic funtionalities.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Again Adobe was selected due to it's suite compatibilities.

### "Absolutely essential, very powerful, and sometimes irritating"

October 13, 2020

5.0

I've been using Illustrator and Photoshop since the mid 90s. I feel I would be lost without them and InDesign. Cloud-based subscriptions are fine, except I often find Adobe running a dozen processes on my computer even when all the apps are closed.

Pros

Abobe Creative Cloud includes products that are modeled on traditional design practices. If used in the way they were designed, those of us trained in "ancient" methods can be very creative in commercial photography, typography, publishing, and illustration. Alongside fancy filters are all the tools needed to control every imaginable task. Now, there are also a lot of powerful digital processing tools that make major editing tasks quick and easy. I love being able to work back and forth between as many as six Adobe CC apps while working on a project.

Cons

I wish we had complete control over the themes of the work spaces. Three levels of grey aren't enough to distinguish the open apps from each other. Also, major interface changes are challenging for those of us who have used a product for twenty years. Reversing the way tools work, for example. Making a keyboard constraint exactly opposite in Photoshop and Illustrator? Why would you do that? Eventually one may get used to it. I am still not used to the way palettes now work, however. Hoping to catch up again.

### "Amazing Products, Always Updated - Must Have for Creatives"

June 19, 2018

5.0

Helps all creative endeavors at our business, makes professional creative components for our business & our marketing clients (photos, websites, audio, video, etc), one price for all the apps

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud contains so many Adobe products that can help your business in its creative endeavors. Photoshop & Illustrator are apps I use on a daily basis to create social media graphics, logos, website imagery, etc. InDesign is great for creating eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, etc. Dreamweaver is great for website design. The variety and quality of these apps is outstanding!

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud isn't a software you can just jump into and create stunning graphics, websites, audio or video. Thankfully there are a million tutorials online, but it does require some training to use properly. Once you learn one program, there are similarities between some of the other apps so the learning curve isn't as steep.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Review"

May 9, 2019

5.0

I use Adobe Illustrator daily for vector artwork such as logos, infographics and personal artwork. I use Adobe Photoshop daily for image editing, enhancing images, social media posts or changing file formats. I use Adobe InDesign daily for project layouts such as brochures, postcards, rack cards, magazines, business cards, flyers, invitations, social media etc. I use Adobe After Effects for animation projects for social media etc. I use Adobe Acrobat daily to obtain copy from clients or make revisions using sticky notes on client's projects. Adobe Creative Cloud also provides access to fonts, inspiration to other designer's work and videos to learn new skills.

Pros

Adobe offers a wide range of applications and services for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography for a monthly or yearly subscription fee. I like the wide range of applications that I use on a daily basis for my graphic design projects.

Cons

The cost is probably reasonable; however, that is the only thing I could think of that is negative.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud: A Comprehensive Creative Suite"

August 26, 2020

4.0

Constant updates keep the software humming and the UX/UI is superb. I have a well thought out work flow based on Adobe's tutorials and the continuing education on use and best practices is very valuable.

Pros

Adode has never messed around - their suite of creative products is top-tier and best of class. Any creative solution needed can be addressed by the suite of products. As a photographer I find PhotoShop & Lightroom invaluable and I know I never need to worry that another company's solution is going to provide anything PS & LR cannot.

Cons

The monthly subscription model, although I know this is a the way SaaS companies are moving more and more to, is a bit frustrating and I know I'm locked in for life. Buying the software up front was expensive but I could pick and choose the components i wanted. The learning curve can be quite steep as well. On ce you know it (Photoshop or Lightroom or any of the other components) you have a marketable and valuable skill

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

More expensive but it's best in class and is, and will always be, supported and updated. Has ALL the features and creative solutions I am looking for - probably more than I need but I'll never need to look elsewhere for a need - it's all under the Adobe CC roof.

### "It's the Standard, and They Know It"

August 15, 2019

5.0

While Adobe does its best to offer tutorial material, it can be difficult to get a handle on its ease of use tools without either workplace direction or some sort of class. Importing projects from one application to another can be tedious, but is usually reliable. Technical hiccups are few and far between.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud, much like O365, allows a one-stop shop for installing and maintaining your suite of Adobe applications. This is a huge improvement over downloading and updating a la carte. It also gives easy access to their stock library which can give excellent inspiration or reference material for designers of all disciplines.

Cons

Adobe is the industry standard, and they know it. The price tag for the software is heavy, especially working freelance. That said, because of their all-in-one bundled structure, the cost becomes justified when all the products needed to successfully complete a project are included and easily accessible.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I have tried other editors but none I've found offer the intricate functionality of Photoshop, After Effects, and Dreamweaver.

It is definitely amazing !!!

Pros

With this one app, I can get all of the products and it is so easy to update and uninstall anything.

Cons

The only thing to complain about is the fee is expensive for individual users. I had a school license before so I didn't realize how expensive. Now I tried to do a side hustle and it was just too much to risk.

### "The only design software I ever use"

October 31, 2019

5.0

I love it! I feel so powerful with it. I didn't study design but I still feel like I've gotten decently good at it because of the Creative Cloud. And since we have Tech Soup as a nonprofit, it's super affordable.

Pros

The Creative Cloud is hands-down the most useful and powerful pack of design tools out there. Absolutely indispensable for layout for print or web. I even started using Premiere Pro this year and didn't have too much trouble learning it. There's a learning curve, but once you know one software, the others are less scary. Every day I learn about new functionalities to help me do my job better. I like that it is now in the cloud so the apps update way more often than when you had to buy the old software that would get out of date quickly.

Cons

The learning curve is steep. It's hard to teach yourself, but it can be done. But doing a course on Lynda.com or something will move you along much more quickly.

### "A lot of beginner and advanced features. "

May 22, 2019

4.0

My experience with adobe creative cloud has been very positive. Once I figured out how to work everything, then things have run very smoothly. They have been a good company to work with.

Pros

Adobe creative cloud was very easy to set up and install on my computer. A lot of the basic features are easy for beginners to figure out how to use them and do not require much training. The level by level training from adobe is also really nice for advanced users. The library is constantly updating which was nice knowing it was always the latest version and up to date. The technical support staff were also really helpful. When we have problems they easily jumped in to make sure we knew how to fix it.

Cons

This software can be very complex. It has a lot of features that require a lot of training to learn how to use them. It is very expensive. Unless you plan to use a lot of the features that are offered then it can be hard to pay this much for a software. Adobe Creative Cloud takes up a lot of space on your computer. This also makes it bog down your processor when you are using it unless you have very high specs. The minimum requirements adobe states on their website for adobe creative cloud are really not enough to run the program smoothly.

### "I'm a fan!"

January 5, 2019

5.0

All in all I am pleased with this application. At the moment I only manage Photoshop and Illustrator through it, but I may be upgrading soon to the entire suite of applications.

Pros

What I really find wonderful about Adobe Creative Cloud is that I can manage many Adobe apps in one single application. I love being able to no longer wait for new features to roll out and have to pay for an upgrade. ACC now rolls out new versions of their software very often. It's also very easy to simply click one button to upgrade an application. Another pro for me is the library and how I can manage library assets from that interface.

Cons

Every once in a while I will experience a glitch in the software and will have to go search online as to how to remedy it. This last time, a few months ago, I could not get the "update" option to show up and I ended up having to use my Mac's Finder to locate .pref files to delete.

### "Experience with Adobe"

September 25, 2022

5.0

Overall experience is amazing & would really suggest this app for anyone who is looking for same kind of apps.

Pros

Adobe Suit is like an umbrella which provides all apps within it, If we purchase license for Adobe Creative could then we can use all apps like InDesign , Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC & other apps.

Cons

Sometime installing all apps decreases the performance of the system because of file size of the apps as almost all apps are almost 2 GB in size.
