### "Wonderful Product! (As long as you don't need customer support)"

July 17, 2018

5.0

The entire Adobe suite package is awesome and it's great to have the entire suite in one place, synced up, and at your fingertips.

Pros

There isn't a lot of comparable competition when it comes to Adobe products. They're certainly best of the industry in quality and ease of use. The Creative Cloud suite makes trying ALL of their products extremely simple. The nice thing about all of the Adobe CC programs is that there are a LOT of online (and user based) tutorials that are available for free which means less waiting for answers from the Adobe support team for you, and fewer inquiries for them. Win-Win.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the actual software, it's been a luxury to be able to use the entire Adobe suite products and they really are user friendly. The only "complaint" or con that I would list would be the customer support. When it comes to their billing department, questions about products or memberships, and their follow-through with communicating, I feel there's a serious lack in that department.

### "I would not be able to do my job as a graphic designer with Adobe CC!"

November 29, 2017

5.0

my job depends on this software, so there are a ton of benefits from using Adobe CC! Mostly it is how quickly I can jump between apps to get a job finished that enhances the benefits for me.

Pros

I am most enthralled by the continuity that exists between all of the apps within Adobe CC. This is made especially easy with CC Libraries, which I use all the time and have set up a number of libraries for coworkers.

Cons

I am disappointed by the number of errors, unexpected app closures, bugs, and general failures I encounter when opening, saving or simply working in a file. This doesn't happen all the time, and auto-recovery usually saves me, but there seem to be many that occur right after an upgrade.

### "Adobe CC review"

September 24, 2019

5.0

I’ve been using it for 10+ years now and enjoy all the updates and how far the software has come to be. My overall experience is very positive and look how easy it is to navigate and learn each one.

Pros

All the programs are umbrella’ed under one entire masters collection, should you choose the masters. If you’re interested in just photography aspects, they have a package designed and out together specifically for photographers...etc

Cons

How expensive the software is! Not everyone just starting out can afford it, even though they do offer trials and other options. Those options however add up and get more expensive than just paying the full price for the full alloted time for everything basically

### "Great suite of products for graphic designers"

October 5, 2019

5.0

Pleasant experience, it was very easy to setup and grasp. They added new tutorials in the interface of the tools you're using within creative cloud, very useful.

Pros

But not just for graphic designers, for visual developers as well. As a small business owner, Not a day goes by without making use of the products within Adobe creative cloud, especially Photoshop as I have mild design experience. These tools make it way easy to design simple and even professional banners and images in no time. I'm most especially pleased with Photoshop which I just minimized a couple of minutes ago, The Adobe creative cloud offers more than just photoshop however but my main focus is what it helps get done. I'm able to make nice designs with it easily, sync them so I can access on any device later, this really, is a plus for me.

Cons

It can't work effectively or atleast without glitches on computers with average memory size, for example I've had to change my laptop to one with higher specs in other to be able to use creative cloud.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

Pros

Great, I've been utilizing Adobe Inventive Cloud while having a functioning Photoshop and Outline membership. I preferred that it was so natural to move records and well as import and product my plans.

Cons

Great, however costly. Extravagant, challenging to support the expense as a specialist.

### "The Best and standard software for making professional Designs and editing"

December 19, 2020

5.0

I'm a graphic designer and have been in this field for two and half years now in this career. I use Adobe Photoshop for all my Designs and it gives me the best quality output I desire. I will recommend it to any graphic designer because of the flexibility and ease that comes ones with it's usage.

Pros

The software is very effective and efficient to use, the reason being that, the system is updated Everytime and new features are been added The experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud so awesome due to the fact that it is easy to install and moreover it has a very friendly user-interface .

Cons

It's quite obvious that the benefits associated with this software cannot be overemphasized but to say a little, In order for me to make large format Designs, video editing and animation I have to watch clip from YouTube before I become conversant with some feature. I dislike this! If these tutorial features are included on the software would be of great help. Above all it is expensive. I suggest the prices be reviewed.

Switched from

[CorelDRAW](https://www.capterra.com/p/124823/CorelDRAW/)

Adobe is ahead when it comes to user interface and also the leading industry. I switched from CorelDraw due to the user interface and flexibility that comes with using Photoshop

### "Everything a photographer needs."

August 16, 2019

5.0

I have used it for a while now and it is just fantastic. If you are a photographer that shoots RAW, you absolutely need it.

Pros

I have been using Adobe's Photoshop and Lightroom softwares for close to 10 years now. And I can easily say the creative cloud version is the best thing they have ever put out. The monthly pricing is VERY reasonable (certainly much cheaper than buy stand alone versions and upgrading every year or so). You automatically get access to the newest versions and updates without paying anything extra. The cloud space is a fantastic addition too. Prior to this I used to use Carbonite for backing up my photographs. And while I still think Carbonite is a great service, I can now do the same through Creative Cloud without paying extra. Its all the same great Adobe software you have used in the past, cheaper, newer versions and cloud space to boot. Whats not to like.

Cons

Really not much to dislike. Being able to individually pick tools for a better price would be nice but its not really a dealbreaker.

### "The Best Of Its Kind"

December 29, 2018

5.0

Pros

There simply is no other creative platform like Adobe Creative Cloud. I wasn't in love with the idea of monthly payments when Adobe first adopted the subscription system - but now I can't imagine ever going back. Immediate and smooth updates of software whenever they are available, the vast array of tools and options to choose from, the ability to migrate to phone apps when necessary - Adobe Creative Cloud is worth every dollar.

Cons

There is not much negative to say about Adobe Creative Cloud. Monthly payments aren't everybody's favorite thing - so that can be seen as a negative - but I personally feel it's more than worth the subscription fee.

### "Suite integration makes content creative intuitive"

May 5, 2020

5.0

It's still the package to use if you are designing and working with other creatives. I have been experimenting with Affinity Photo and Designer, and while I think they are fantastic programs, I still seem to fall back to what I'm used to.

Pros

Being able to move between photo editing, video production, audio adjustments, and illustration design is seamless. Making changes and having them reflect immediately across files is superb.

Cons

Adobe seems to be resting on their laurels. I've used the majority of their software packages over the course of my 20+ year career, and since they moved to a subscription model, it seems that the trickle of new functionality and performance improvements are slow to come.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is been my weapon while designing"

April 2, 2020

5.0

Adobe Creative cloud software are by far the best designing and editing software in the market right now. You can do a lot of things you have ever imagined of, using these tools. From making cinema to illustration or even photo editing creative cloud shines.

Pros

Adobe provides the creative cloud platform for designers. It is one of the industries leading designing software. It includes various software like photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and so much more than that it is a complete bundle for any designer to work with. A designer could edit photos to design website and mobile phone apps in the software provided by Adobe Creative cloud. As well as Creative cloud platform provides cloud storage for your current working project which may be grateful when you are working with the team.

Cons

It is not good in terms of the best value for money. As though it offers such a great value it's not budget-friendly coming at $479.88 annually and is in subscription basis. Much other software which competes with adobe comes in one-time payment.

### "It's honestly a must-have for design and media!"

August 30, 2018

5.0

You can do anything with Adobe products. When I say anything, literally anything. You can't go wrong, but if you do: there's an entire community of creatives waiting to provide support and help you answer your questions.

Pros

Adobe CC is perfect for freelancers, but mainly big organizations that work in the field of motion graphics or anything art related. It's an unbelievable suite of literally anything you can name. Motion graphics, web development, sketching, 2D animation, and etc. You can't back down once you choose to invest in using products from Adobe, honestly. Nothing beats the work ethic the developers have put forth towards improving what the community strives for. GUI is very clean and consistent across every program.

Cons

CC is a huge commitment when it comes to its price and feature set. For the average person, I would not recommend it due to the fact that there's a learning curve to every single program and if you aren't used to what is being shown, then you'd be spending more on what you won't use. However, for someone that works in multiple fields of design, then totally. Everything will be worth learning for those that love design and creativity on a professional level.

### "A powerful set of tools for every creative professional that communicate seamlessly"

March 26, 2020

5.0

I use all of the desktop and mobile design apps within the ecosystem that are design and illustration oriented, together with Adobe Fonts. This allows me to work seamlessly across devices, therefore improving on my workflow and saving me time. Thumbs up!

Pros

Using Adobe Creative Cloud for years now, I am thrilled by how each particular tool and feature communicate with each other. Typekit (now, greatly improved, Adobe Fonts) is one of my favorite features. It works mostly seamlessly. Also, I like the fact that Adobe updates all the tools regularly, and with great new features.

Cons

I Don't like the fact that I cannot wirelessly preview my designs from Adobe XD, via Creative Cloud, on my mobile device.

### "A Must-Have for any Creative"

February 4, 2021

5.0

Excellent! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in elevating the quality of their projects and to give it a polished look.

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud is incredible value for your money and offers a lot of different products to fit your creative needs. All of the Cloud is linked, which is great so you can transfer your projects to one platform to another. Best program for graphics and creating aesthetic projects!

Cons

The price is a bit steep and is quite an investment. That being said, it is completely worth it than some of the free software that is out there. Quality for Adobe Creative Cloud is much better!

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Brand name and all creative professionals use it.

### "The must have subscription for creative professionals"

November 8, 2019

5.0

I've discovered the software whilst at university and have since spent thousands of hours editing videos in Premiere Pro, devising animations in After Effects and creating visuals and designs in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Pros

Where to start? It's the most comprehensive collection of software for aspiring and experienced graphic designers, video producers and creative professionals. Tons of quality software with thousands of features.

Cons

I don't like that Adobe software is now only available via subscription. Sometimes it helps to purchase a perpetual license to reduce monthly costs. On the flipside though, it's great to be always up-to-date and use the latest version of each software package.

### "Great software, support lacking"

December 17, 2018

5.0

I love using the software and dread when I need customer support.

Pros

The functionality of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is amazing, and I especially appreciate being able to nearly seamlessly use these products together. It's also great to always be up-to-date on software version.

Cons

It's not ideal to have a monthly payment for software, though I understand why this works better for Adobe. I wish I could still purchase a stand alone product when needed. As a nonprofit, it was extremely frustrating getting sales tax removed from our payment. It took hours of being "on hold" on chat until I was helped, and even after that. Support is definitely lacking.

### "Of course it's great"

October 9, 2018

5.0

Creative Cloud is a necessity in my work world. I'd love to have time to use all the apps or even piecemeal the apps as I need them (more options than Photoshop or all). Buying one or two apps per month would be ideal. So, like I could get just what I need instead of what you think I need guys.

Pros

It's got it all. Everything you need to design and create effectively. The manner in which you can download and update is smooth running and refined. The product(s) stick out the most as you don't recognize the CC app running in the background.

Cons

Some of the newer add on software (and notifications to update/download) are annoying. If there's no desire for it, why are you bugging me about updating or installing it?

### "Everything you need - all in one place"

March 26, 2019

5.0

Pros

I really like how easy it is to access all of your Adobe products in one place. Being able to see which software you have downloaded, and also which software you have available to you should you wish to download it is a really convenient feature. Another great feature that I like is that there is an option to access the application from your task bar (I use a mac operating system but I'm sure it's the same deal for other operating systems). It gives you notifications whenever there are updates available for any of the creative cloud software that you use. I have found that using Adobe Creative Cloud has been really helpful in eliminating the need to sign in to each program if you use more than one Adobe product. I also like that when downloading a software or software update, it allows you to track the progress of the download.

Cons

Sometimes it will randomly sign you out of your account which can be a little annoying but this doesn't happen too often and luckily it's not too much of a bother to sign back in again.

### "A photographers best friend "

July 29, 2019

5.0

I love it!

Pros

I have been using Adobe's Creative cloud photography subscription for a while now and its just incredible. It pretty much has everything I need as an amateur photographer. Lightroom has been the best software to work with RAW files for years now and Creative cloud includes that and a ton of Cloud storage for a very reasonable price. Being a running subscription instead of a one time purchase has some great advantages. Its not quite as expensive (since its not a one time payment) and you dont have to worry about using an out of date version. The added 1TB cloud storage is a great add on. That means I dont have to pay for a cloud back up software either. Its a really good all in one solution.

Cons

Really not much to dislike. Its one of my favourite (and most used) bits of software.

### "Great for Pros"

February 18, 2019

5.0

Since its a subscription you never have to worry about having the lastest and greatest tools. It allows you to take on almost any project without worrying if you have the correct tools.

Pros

This software is super comprehensive. It has a huge suite of tools allowing you to do almost anything. For the most part tools are intuitive and easy to use. It's easy to update and install all of the software on the fly. Plus using the mobile apps with the creative cloud library add an extra level of ease of use and flexiblity.

Cons

If you're not using the software for professional work its hard to justify the price. There really aren't many other cons this software is just so robust and complete.

### "ALL IN ONE"

Every Adobe software in one single market. easy to use .Love it.

Pros

adobe creative cloud is a all in one simple desktop app in my opinion which is the worlds best designing software. There are so many features offered in each of the creative cloud.I always enjoy making graphic videos and crazy looking photos.

Cons

The down side of this software is the high cost. As you say the more you pay more you get.But the thing is you have to pay more than a average person's budget. That is not good. The other down side is there are 2 lightroom softwares. At first i never knew which one to is the best. Photoshop and Aftereffects have some issues that should be solved.

### "WORTH YOUR TIME & MONEY"

April 21, 2020

5.0

I could not do my job well without it. I use it daily.

Pros

I really like the functionality of this software, and that all have the same basic layout. Although there are some differences (ex: Illustrator vs InDesign), it is intuitive and the flexibility is endless!!!!

Cons

I've had no problem. I took classes from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (Elle and Co) and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (Paper and Oats)...and because of their extensive knowledge and incredible teaching styles and support, I have never had a problem. Both programs are fun to use, and I credit them with making designing so much fun!!!! I taught myself photoshop, and look at online tutorials when needed.

Alternatives considered

[Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/)

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

It is more professional and there is MUCH more flexibility and overall quality. It doesn't even compare. It's like going from HS sports to the big leagues.

### "Best creative software on the market"

November 13, 2018

5.0

Overall, this is the clear and best option for any creative hobbyist or professional. They offer the most comprehensive and affordable option for software. Quite literally, if you can imagine it, you can create it with Creative Cloud.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers you all the tools you'll need to create. Whether for personal creative projects, or part of your professional career, Creative Cloud has the tools you need.

Cons

At times when they update versions of the software, they introduce small bugs that can inhibit productivity. For example, after the latest update, my computer will no longer use Photoshop to open .psd files by default. I have to select Photoshop via "open with" every time.

### "The best Creative Toolbox for Designers, Advertisers and Marketing Agencies!"

November 20, 2018

This software has industry standard design tools used in the creation of marketing materials. The products are intuitive and with such a large customer community, there are many opportunities to learn and self-teach. Adobe Creative Cloud allows me to work more efficiently and provide design services to my clients!

Pros

What I love most is that Adobe Creative Cloud continues to roll out new functionalities like the ability to create artboards in Photoshop, to save document presets on the cloud, and much more! I feel that I am getting my money's worth and I've come to depend on it to sell my services.

Cons

There are graphical bugs with the software but Adobe is always making updates to improve the user experience!

### "Can't go wrong with industry standard content creation apps "

February 26, 2021

4.0

As a photographer I have grown used to the workflows and behavior of Lightroom and Photoshop. There are no other suites out there as cohesive as what Adobe offers.

Pros

Adobe has taken a lot of care to ensure their apps talk to each other in a seamless way. This helps creators who rely on importing content from Photoshop into Premiere can do so without having to leave their workflow or Adobe ecosystem of apps. Changes made within the workflow automatically import to the primary project, saving time. The monthly fee means the barrier of entry has been lowered significantly since users no longer need several hundred dollars to purchase a suite. Regular updates on the apps means they are always innovating and improving. Apps like Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop work seamlessly together.

Cons

Apps are getting pretty bloated and slower over time. Sometimes you can really tell the difference between a legacy app, like LR Classic, when you're working in it compared to its modern equivalent. The CC apps like the new Lightroom automatically sync all your imported pictures to their CC cloud and there's no way to turn that off in the settings. Your 2gb of cloud storage will get filled in a matter of weeks, then the app will start to pester you about needing to add more storage. This experience is super frustrating, one reason why I stick with LR Classic - I can actually turn off syncing.

### "Love Love Love"

January 21, 2021

5.0

I've been using creative cloud for years and I love it! Can't imagine not having access to the programs or paying for them individually.

Pros

I honestly don't think I could do my job without Adobe Creative Cloud. Having access to so many wonderful programs all in one place is a dream. I use at least one every single day. Having these all available when I need them makes this things so easy. I also like that if updates are available I can get them individually or manager all together.

Cons

I honestly can't say anything that I don't like about creative cloud. It's a great way to get access to so many programs for an affordable price and it' easy to use and manage.
