### "Great Product, I have been told a little higher priced though.."

October 18, 2020

5.0

Overall this product was amazing! I enjoyed using this to correct and make corrections on the invoices that had already been uploaded in to the system. On so many occasions I would have to wait on the offline team to approve and make the corrections for me. This could be a month or longer befoer we got the invoices back to the customers, where as when I can make the changes myself and move forward I cut down that time from a month to maybe a few days including the proper approvals from management on the calculations! This was a lifesaver!

Pros

Personally I love this product, working with invoices that frequently need to be adjusted this made it so much easier to make the adjustments needed AFTER the invoices and already been placed into the system.

Cons

The one con I have was more of a personal con than a product, not all parties in the department had access to this system and I was told it was due to the price of the product, wishing the company had either loosened the purse strings to give this product too all members of the department or the product has worked out a deal with company to lower the price and make it more affordable.

### "Adobe Apps: User-Friendly and Consistent Interface"

November 18, 2022

4.0

I really enjoyed using all Adobe products because they were so good and loved all the features.

Pros

I really liked using all Adobe apps because they are very user-friendly and the interface is consistent throughout all the products. This made it easy to learn and use the software. I also liked how there are a ton of features and tutorials available for each product.

Cons

I didn't like how some of the products are so hard to use and understand. I also didn't like how some features are only available in certain products.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I chose Adobe Creative Cloud because it is very user-friendly and the interface is consistent throughout all the products. This made it easy to learn and use the software. I also liked how there are a ton of features and tutorials available for each product.

### "Best in class design suite"

November 28, 2018

5.0

Pros

It's the the 1000lb gorilla in the world of pro design software and for good reason. It's really what the pros use. I know some people might not like the fact that it's now a subscription service instead of a standalone one-time fee... but what I appreciate the most is that the software is accessible at an affordable monthly fee AND I'm always up to date with the latest features. I don't use the entire suite, mostly just Photoshop and Illustrator, but I find it really the best, easiest way to create marketing materials, graphics, and designs for my company.

Cons

It's SO powerful that it actually is overwhelming. Thankfully I have used Photoshop for over 14 years now, so I've learned things gradually over time, but if I was just starting out, I probably would be attracted to a simpler service like Canva. But the nice thing about Adobe's software is that there are a TON of free video tutorials on YouTube so you can quickly pick up a new skill or trick when you need it.

### "Solid software package for graphic design"

August 2, 2018

4.0

We use it daily for our creative production: graphics, video, audio, print

Pros

One of the most feactures I like is the integrated functionality between the different software, is awesome, also you get the opportunity to use multiple Adobe applications. I've been working with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and makes me more willing to learn how to use applications I was never able to before, very intuitive. You get automatic upgrades and you will always have the latest version of the software. I recomend this for new users or students.

Cons

Can be very expensive. And you have to pay for every applications instead of the one you need.

### "Access all the design tools you need from one dashboard!"

May 1, 2019

5.0

I love having access to an all-in-one graphic design suite! Our documents and media presentations always look professional with the help of the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud helps me create and manage documents, graphics, and videos. I love the drag-and-drop features of some of their tools, especially the video tool. I can easily create social media marketing videos for clients using professional tools, styles, and backgrounds. I love that all the design programs have similar interfaces and they are all connected, so working on the same files at the same time for different purposes is easy.

Cons

I just wish I would have known about this software sooner.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud suite is incredibly useful for my everyday life as a graphic designer and video"

April 30, 2018

5.0

I learned how to better use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Illustrator, INDesign, and Dreamweaver!

Pros

I code websites, do graphic design, photography, and video editing. Creative Cloud gives me all of the necessary resources at my disposal. I use Dreamweaver for HTML coding, photoshop and illustrator for design, Lightroom for photography, and Premiere for video editing and I can honestly say I use all of these products on a weekly basis and it has never disappointed me. For an avid user like myself, Creative cloud meets the demands of my needs and is extremely reliable. Also being a student, I only pay the student price per month which I feel is incredibly nice of Adobe to offer. Adobe understands that students live on a budget, but are still one of the strongest creators in the market and accommodates so well to us. I have never had any issues with Adobe and one time, I even went through a hiatus with the cloud and they offered me a discounted price for the remainder of the months left in my subscription. Customer Service was extremely considerate and flexible.

Cons

I honestly can't really list any major flaw that stands out to me. For someone that uses a handful of their programs, creative cloud has never let me down. Of course, we can never ask too much for their prices, if adobe is able to offer a variety of packages instead of just the photography package and then the whole package, that would reach to a greater audience and allow more options for users that don't want to pay for two programs or for all programs (which they may not ever even use).

### "The Industry Stand for Video Editing and Motion Graphics for Web"

December 7, 2019

5.0

I love Adobe Creative Cloud. It has fed my family through it's ability to help me create professional video exports and edits at the highest possible level.

Pros

Adobe cloud offers a variety of content production softwares that work seamless together in a video production workflow from pitch to ingest to edit to export. It is not perfect, but constantly improving and easy to use. I feel most comfortable in the Adobe world and it's a pleasure to use their software to help grow my art, my craft, and small business.

Cons

I think other software's are standard and already embedded in certain industries such as Avid is used more for TV work because of workflow and file management and DaVinci is the standard for color because how it handles raw files and the ability to use nodes.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Davinci is better at color, but Premiere still is the more intuitive and reliable program for editing and also works seamless with the other Adobe programs in the cloud.

### "Lifeblood"

February 11, 2020

5.0

Without Adobe CC I'm not sure if we would function as a business. We spend a lot of our time in the Creative Cloud Suite designing our products, creating mockups and collaborating across states.

Pros

\- Syncing across devices - Access to libraries where common assets can be stored for all users on our team - Powerful software

Cons

\- The cost can feel high - No way to pick and choose which programs we want to pay for. We really only use 5 of the programs that make up the Creative Cloud Suite.

### "Creative Cloud Creates Profit for Adobe at Customer Expense"

February 13, 2020

1.0

Pros

Please understand that this review is for the PACKAGE "Creative Cloud" and NOT for the individual components. I use Lightroom (Good for organization of slides, poor for facial recognition), Photoshop (the industry standard for processing) and Acrobat DC (Used to be better when they didn't offer so much complexity.

Cons

The big problem with "Creative Cloud" is that you cannot choose individual components to use on your computers. It is all or none. As a result, I have a desktop that I use both the photography software and the PDF editing software. I also have a laptop that is for word processing and a second laptop that is exclusively for photography (has much more memory). Since "Creative Cloud" only allows for two computers at a time, I am forced to go through the time consuming process of logging out and in every time I switch the laptops. This was not a problem when the software was separate (one computer could have Acrobat and the other could have Lightroom. Now, both computers must have both programs.

### "Great Package of Apps For Creatives"

July 17, 2019

5.0

Really pleased with the Adobe CC software from the running of it and the customer support. Just stick with it and once you get your head around it it's well worth it.

Pros

Creative Cloud provides great value for money as you can affordable buy many useful apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Premiere Pro (the main ones I use) for a cheaper price than paying for them all individually. If you ever get stuck with how to do something there's loads of help and advice available and their customer service support is really speedy. If you need something handling the same day they will get back to you. The updates also make the software even better and again provides value for money as Adobe are constantly improving.

Cons

If you've never used the Adobe apps before they are quite complex and tricky to get your head around at first. In the early days I was constantly watching Youtube videos of how to do certain things. However, it is the best software out there and extremely powerful so it's worth learning as it makes things easier in the long run.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud for creative people"

October 7, 2023

Pros

The connection of the apps is insane, I have been using Adobe apps since I started designing and it’s the best go to package ever.

Cons

The price is not lowest, but I think it’s worth the money when you take your job seriously.

### "Adobe CC is best for any business size and needs"

May 11, 2022

5.0

Pros

As Creative Cloud is a solution that provides different softwares, plugins and integration, is a suite that allows business to keep track on versions of creative work.

Cons

There is nothing about the using, implementing the software but only thing I would say that is bit interesting to having a look at, is the pricing updates or policies.

### "Decent design apps, but somewhat unreliable with sub-par support"

May 25, 2018

2.0

Powerful functionality, but not without its faults

Pros

Adobe's suite is powerful and is still the industry standard. With that said, I feel it's not very customer-centric and support has suffered as a result. I've recently downgraded from full CC to a Photography plan and hope to eventually phase it out as a whole.

Cons

The software can often be unreliable, not kept up to date with MacOS updates (so updating your OS, which I feel is essential can impact your stability on Adobe products), and support is not the most attentive or customer-focused although I feel that's more of a reflection of company culture than individual reps I've contacted.

### "The Creative Standard"

October 27, 2019

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud enables my creative team to easily collaborate on pro-level creative projects. The apps are easy to keep updated and files are easy to share via the cloud.

Pros

With the latest update, Adobe has made creative cloud both the most powerful solution for creative pros and made the software easier to use. I like that virtually every studio can affordable have the most up-to-date software.

Cons

Sometimes the software erroneously reports license violations when there are none. Logging out and logging back in usually fixes the issue but it is annoying.

### "Adobe goes subscription too."

January 31, 2019

4.0

I use this software every day and have for the past 15 years. I love Adobe, but I feel strongly they should make sure their software is more solid before they release it. This would help mitigate some of the issues they have to go back and fix later.

Pros

The industry standard in graphic design software. Who hasnt heard of Photoshop? It is part of our lexicon, like Google or Kleenex. Creative suite has it all to create for print, web and video.

Cons

Where do I begin. The subscription is too expensive, and you cannot just purchase the software anymore and own it. Or at least i not aware you can. The last couple of versions of CC has been buggy with Adobe slow to implement fixes to the bugs.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud best value you can get! "

August 21, 2019

4.0

My Overal experience has been great with Adobe creative cloud. I am so happy with the value of this product. I highly recommend for anyone working in a creative field to be using it in the future.

Pros

Adobe creative cloud is easily the best value you can use for professional tools in all creative fields. From video to photography to graphic design Adobe creative cloud gives you every tool you could need to do work professionally. What I like most about this software is the value that it gives you. For a monthly fee, you get up to 20 applications for all kinds of use. I work as a film editor and videographer and being able to have access to Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential for my workflow. For a flat monthly fee this is a great vaule to do all my work in video professionally.

Cons

While I love Adobe creative cloud I do find the software to be a bit clunky when it comes to performance on Mac. Premiere Pro will crash for no reason at times. While that doesn't happen often it is a gripe I have when it comes to Adobe creative cloud.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud for Photographers"

May 17, 2019

4.0

I've been using Adobe CC since it began, and several of its components for years before CC existed. I preferred the buy once, upgrade later model over the current subscription model.

Pros

Lightroom and Photoshop are the defacto standards in the photography industry, and they allow me to effectively finish the images I create. The tools offered by the software are extensive, and after learning to navigate such a complicated suite you can do pretty much anything.

Cons

The subscription model for payment is my least favourite aspect of Adobe CC. Recent news has been making the rounds that makes it look like Adobe is going to raise the cost (by DOUBLE) of the photography plan.

### "Complete toolset for Creative Minds"

July 24, 2023

5.0

Pros

All the software you could need to design creative content in one package for a monthly subscription with some of the best integration amount applications that I have seen. Everything just works so well together and in a way that allows you to achieve your goals in less time.

Cons

Limited number of subscriptions available and no ability to tailor your plan to your needs, it either single application or all applications bundled together.

### "An "all in all" solution "

February 5, 2021

5.0

All in all, I'm an absolute fan of Adobe CC, because you can start projects independently of your workplace, continue in another location and end them with others in the team.

Pros

Depending on which package you use or need, Adobe CC is a sensible solution for working from two different workstations. It is particularly good that you can start a job in the office, work on it at home and, if necessary, share it with someone from the team in order to work on it.

Cons

Sometimes the work stored in the cloud syncs up late. Especially when it comes to fonts that are actually activated, you have to switch them on and off at the "second" workstation so that it can be activated

### "Great products overall"

October 11, 2023

5.0

Pros

There are so many possibilities with Adobe software. The creative cloud application itself helps manage all your applications in your subscription by keeping them up to date, installing and reinstalling, etc.

Cons

It can be a little pricey for subscriptions if you don’t use it a lot but still want it sometimes. Sometimes I want to get Lightroom for my small photography hobby, but it’s not really in the budget.

### "Long time user"

January 23, 2019

4.0

I have used the adobe suite of products for the past 10 years. I am very happy with the move to the creative cloud and the constant product support from Adobe.

Pros

I like how many programs are included in this software and how they're each individualized to specific industries. there are many tools within the software that make it easy to complete work. It also helps that the software is compatible with other software plug ins to produce specialized work that may be out of the standard capabilities of the adobe product suite.

Cons

Some programs such as photoshop or illustrator crash when working on large files. This happens often in the design and print industry.

### "Use it daily for my job!"

December 19, 2018

5.0

Very positive experience. I use many Adobe products daily and having Creative Cloud is a great service. I utilize the cloud storage to store files that I can then access anywhere.

Pros

The access to all adobe products is great. I have been able to try out some software that I wouldn't have otherwise. I did not know much about Premier, but now am using it for my job because I was able to learn just from playing around with it. I also like have access to all of my files from wherever I go.

Cons

Though the regular updates give me access to the latest and greatest of the adobe products, sometimes it resets my windows and locations of toolboxes and that can be frustrating.

### "Necessity for some, others not so much."

July 14, 2019

4.0

I no longer have to hunt down a program to do a specific action because chances are there's some part of Adobe CC that can do it. There is a big learning curve for the software, but any tech-savvy person can pick it up with practice. Overall I recommend it to anyone in a creative field who is willing to learn.

Pros

If you're in a creative field, chances are you will need to utilize Adobe Creative Cloud in your day to day life. Graphic Designers, Photographers and the like will benefit the most from the large array of programs that come with Adobe CC. Want to build a portfolio site? Done. Work with RAW photos? Also done. Isolate and silence the annoying sound in your vide? Boom. Done. The versatility and complete package that is Adobe CC is the most defining aspect of the software.

Cons

That being said, there's a lot of updates, which is a good thing and a bad thing. I try to download updates when I'm not using my internet so as to not bog it down when I'm trying to work or do other important stuff. The price is also hefty, but if you can get a deal it is well worth the cost.
