### "The best option to create your designs, videos, and web design."

August 16, 2019

5.0

I have an excellent experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud and its entire service package, it is very simple to use and its price is suitable for the quality of the product, in the same way that it has a well prepared and attentive customer service to solve Any worry It is a very well developed package with which I can work comfortably and be able to use it successfully and perfectly, with any of its programs, Photoshop, Illustrator, among other adobe tools.

Pros

This is a very helpful tool since it has a wide variety of options that can be used by different professionals such as graphic designers, and illustrators, I love that it facilitates the transfer of my data from one computer to another just by logging in from my subscription. It also has a great help for those who are not very expert in the field, with its templates and tutorials, you can start using it without any setback, it is very easy to install and use just by choosing the subscription that best suits your needs and Your economic disposition.

Cons

I have no problem with this software, although it is designed for professionals in the field of design any newbie can use it since it is not so complicated, and its operation is broad and profitable.

### "Great but a few serious short comings using Premiere Pro as an editor"

July 22, 2018

3.0

It is capable of fulfilling all my editing needs, even though there are a few short comings, and it's overall ease of use is a great advantage.

Pros

I love that it's a family products that talk to each other, especially when updating graphics in Photoshop and it links automatically to my project file in Premiere. The transition from final cut pro 7 to Premiere was fairly seamless. I like the Media encoder's compression capability and again that it's all within a family of products, very satisfied with the result and options they provide.

Cons

As a professional editing software it is inexcusable that you cannot open multiple project files. This needs to be remedied asap. I find it's "snapping" feature weak, which is something editors use frequently and need to clear and without a doubt that your cursor is in fact snapping accurately to work efficiently. I have to use audacity a free software to fix 'noise reduction" in my footage because I find the audio effect tools to fix this complicated and not that effective.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud review"

February 21, 2024

5.0

Pros

The greatest benefit here is to give a low section cost to an astonishing set-up of items conveying top notch highlights

Cons

A few costs can be bit frightening, depending of the choice you'll have to pay for. Other than that no flimsy parts.

### "Creative Cloud is the backbone of our creative strategy"

May 9, 2022

5.0

Pros

Whether you're working in premiere, photoshop, lightroom, or other creative cloud programs, you can be sure you're getting a professional-caliber product. We run our business on creative cloud, and really haven't been able to find another company that can replace everything that Adobe provides.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve in some of these programs. They're intended for professional use, so you need to know what you're doing.

### "Adobe Suite up in the Cloud"

March 29, 2019

5.0

Multimedia tools of the highest calibre, we really rely on Adobe for this. There are quite a number of similar apps, but none as powerful and widely used as those from Adobe.

Pros

Adobe CC has all the multimedia tools we need in one bundle. Obviously, Photoshop is our go-to software for editing photos, and Lightroom makes managing them a breeze. Illustrator is our choice for creating large scale images for poster size up printing, etc. On top of these familiar apps is the layer of Cloud which makes your raw and finished output accessible among these apps and secured in the cloud as well. There is a ton of tutorials and hacks on how to use these apps via forums, communities, print magazines, as well as in YTube.

Cons

Well, I'm sure you've heard of this a ton of times... Pricing. It's just so pricey and is a running subscription at that. You get what you pay for, and indeed these are high-quality products. I miss the single license model before, you can just buy once and they use it forever.

### "Adobe CC Review"

July 17, 2020

5.0

I've appreciated using Adobe CC and it's critical to my business.

Pros

I've been using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver for over 10 years now and have seen the transition from single purchases to cloud. As much as I don't prefer subscription based models, I've appreciated all the great updates that've come with along with it. Photoshop, in particular, has gone through huge changes and using Adobe CC has given me access to them without having to repurchase the software.

Cons

The monthly payments are a drawback for those used to just paying a one-time fee. Sometimes, updating Adobe CC has been glitchy and I've had to call into support to get help for it. This has happened three times in about three years so it's not a huge deal. Another thing to consider is that you'll need an internet connection. Adobe does offer a 30-day "no internet" grace period but after that you'll need to get online in order to validate your account. Adobe CC offers "a la carte" options so you don't have to pay for all the programs. They also offer a full-package deal which grants you access to the entire suite. Having said that, it'd be nice if they still offered a premade plan that only included Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe pretty much has the monopoly in this area, especially after buying out Macromedia many many years ago.

### "It is expensive, but it worth it"

May 12, 2018

5.0

I can't find a way to keep working in social media without Adobe Creative Cloud, so I would say my whole portfolio has become the real benefit

Pros

I like the possibility to work in multimedia projects performing diverse media formats under the same enviroment. It's perfect for a social media and/or content professional, because it gives you the chance to perform projects starting from grapich design using photoshop, to audio editing using auditionand video editing with Premiere

Cons

It can be really expensive and the cloud solution may become a jail for your portfolio if you choose to change the sofware or just not to renew the subscription.

### "Look out for the fine print"

May 10, 2018

5.0

Pros

Adobe products, and the creative cloud were all I really knew for many years as critical tools for design. They've done a great job staying on top of advancements needed for graphic design.

Cons

Cost. The monthly cost became more than it was worth for my subscriptions, when compared to newer products on the market that solved the same needs. Also, look out for the fine print. When subscribing for a "monthly" subscription, it actually signs you up for a year commitment even though you're only paying monthly. If you cancel within that same year, they will bill you for the balance of months you did not use.

### "Essential toolbox for creatives"

November 28, 2018

5.0

Pros

Ok, I'm sure this is something many of us agree on, but Adobe CC is an absolute must for most creative professionals. I use at least one of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps nearly every day. Whether that's Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects, these apps get the job done and have plenty of power and optional add-ons you can use to further unleash your creativity for clients. Adobe does a good job releasing regular updates for the apps too.

Cons

The application caches are ridiculous. It would be nice if these didn't get so bloated (like 50GB of caches for a 200mb movie...seriously?)

### "Everything a designer could ever want"

December 15, 2018

5.0

We use Adobe Creative Cloud to create marketing materials, technical documentation, and in-app messaging to our user base. I primarily use Adobe Photoshop, but also use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign at times. The tools, applications, and feature sets are the richest available for the cost.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is fantastic as it allows you to get the applications that you want and need, while not paying for the extras that you'll never use. The Creative Cloud app itself is also excellent as it allows you to easily see what applications are installed and have available updated. One-click updates are an amazing feature.

Cons

I preferred the old licensing model where you could purchase the software without having to pay a monthly fee. Adobe frustrated the majority of their customer base when they made this licensing change, but a few years in and it seems like they have made up for it with all of the additional features/releases that come with the subscription model. Adobe software is not inexpensive.

### "There is Something Here for Everyone"

August 16, 2018

4.0

I started using parts of the suite way before the suite existed. Since then I've been adding more and more programs from the suite to my daily routine. Being able to get great features from so many different programs really helps someone like me that works in photography, graphic design, video and sound. It's been a lifesaver that I have all of these tools at my disposal and can bring projects from one program to another so easily.

Pros

The Creative Cloud Suite has pretty much everything that someone in a creative field needs. I am always finding some new tool that helps me in what I do... and I do a lot.

Cons

The video production software can be slow at times and Bridge seems to take forever for me to open.

### "Good flat fee for a suite of visual creative software "

May 7, 2020

4.0

I’ve been a Photoshop user for the past 23 years - and I guess I’ve been thoroughly indoctrinated and it would be hard to switch for me.

Pros

I like that the flat fee includes a whole selection of software from image editing in Photoshop and Illustrator to video editing in Premiere or AfterEffects to even audio editing with Audition. The mobile Premiere Rush app has also been very useful though the mobile versions of Photoshop have been very fragmented.

Cons

I wish they would include Captivate and Cinema3D. It’s inclusive but not complete. And there are software I don’t care much about. I would trade XD and Dimension for those software.

### "I use the creative cloud on almost a daily basis to create our digital content. It is crucial for me"

December 20, 2017

5.0

Pros

It provides a full suite of creative products to get done whatever i need to. There is video editing software, photo editing software, digital media production software. It really has it all. I use something from the creative cloud on a daily basis, I really couldn't do my job without it!

Cons

There is a steep learning curve with a lot of the different programs. But it is very manageable, and easy to find resources online to help. My biggest complaint is the price and the fact that you have to sign up for a full year to use the service. If they offered a month to month service I would be a lot happier.

### "Industry Standard"

July 17, 2019

4.0

We use this software everyday to solve design problems and create marketing messages.

Pros

I like how easily I can move between applications and accomplish the tasks I need to in each one. I like how they all feel familiar. I also like that they continue to innovate and create new Adobe magic.

Cons

I dislike the Libraries tool in Creative Cloud. It is terrible. You have any idea how many new libraries I have with only one item in them? Too many! It’s also so frustrating when trying to use assets, or colors or typography from a library. It would be so useful if they worked, but they don’t.

### "Adobe CC, industry standard for good reason"

August 15, 2019

5.0

Overall, my experience with Adobe CC has been stellar. Any issues with the software have been the result of my own doing. I use it almost every single day and actually enjoy the subscription based pricing model. Sure maybe over time I'm paying more money than a stand alone license, but I get continual updates to the newest versions of Adobe CC software so in my eyes, it's all good.

Pros

The thing I like most about Adobe CC applications is the ability to make my creative visions come to digital life. With Adobe CC software your imagination is literally the limit of what you can create, not the software. Not to mention the ongoing improvement to some of the utilities and tools included in Adobe CC products just makes the life of a graphic designer a bit easier.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep, but that's only because of the incredible amount of functionality included with this software. Plus, there are ways to easily get started with Adobe CC software as a beginner. I am after all self-taught so I learned it right?

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Didn't really consider any alternatives.

### "Creative Cloud is a treasure trove of design software! "

December 19, 2018

5.0

Pros

If you're interested in working in several programs--drawing/designing, editing. layout, web-design, etc., then Creative Cloud is what you'll need. As a small school, we have a subscription to Creative Cloud, and we use it everyday for marketing. Whether it is creating a flyer, designing a graphics for the website, editing photos, or creating documents and booklets on InDesign, the Creative Cloud really covers all your design needs. It's a major help, too, that it is the industry standard, since most printers will work in Adobe files and feel more comfortable working with these files. There are a ton of different things that you can do on these software programs, and I would suggest you tubing or googling questions to get how-to's, but the cool thing is that you can easily do this! Creative Cloud is awesome and I love using it.

Cons

So, there is definitely a learning curve to all of the Adobe software products. You really need to spend a decent amount of time working in these programs to get the hang of how they work. The subscription cost can also be an obstacle, though there are often deals/sales that you can find in order to get a membership to the cloud.

### "Great for creative minds"

January 8, 2019

5.0

It integrates well among my MAC, PC, iPhone and iPad. The performance is great and the storage is good as well. I use every day and I love it.

Pros

I use the Photography package as I use Photoshop and Lightroom, but it comes with other features like 20Gb storage to save your best creative stuff and other tools like Spark Image and Spak video, which can be useful to create quick content to share on social media. Good value for money. You can have 2 licenses installed at the same time, I have one for my PC and one installed in the PC I use when consulting.

Cons

There's nothing that I don't like in the creative cloud. I can't spot a fault.

### "Expensive but so robust, so supported, so worth it."

May 6, 2020

5.0

Even with the cons mentioned, particularly the price and learning curve, the full suite of Adobe products in the Creative Cloud are just so worth it. I recently just started using Premiere Pro (had been using Lightroom, inDesign, Audition, and others for a few years now), and I'm so glad this is the software I started on!

Pros

Because it's costly, I feel like the quality of the software and the resources provided by Adobe for learning and troubleshooting and supporting are just top notch. I love that any creative need I might have can pretty much be solved in the Creative Cloud.

Cons

Boy is this expensive. And the robust nature makes the learning curve quite steep. Plus it eats up your RAM and hard drive.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Despite being enticed by free options, Adobe CC came out on top because of the sheer volume of learning opportunities that abound on the internet. I've learned how to fix every problem I've encountered on YouTube or Reddit. Can't say the same for other software I've tried out.

### "Moving to Adobe Creative Cloud subscription has streamlined my Adobe Software needs "

June 26, 2018

4.0

Greatly reduced cost and streamlined Licenses management.

Pros

The number one thing that is the best about this approach is having Adobe licensed to the user , allowing the user to use Adobe from many different systems for one monthly fee. Also the ability to re-assign licenses to users as needed, and keeping track of the licenses we using has streamlined our purchasing, and use of Adobe products.

Cons

The biggest issue I ran into was support for adobe cloud on Terminal server RDS desktops. However, I do believe that the issue I had a year or so ago, has been re-mediated and the software can be used now on RDS servers.

### "The Premier Software for Creatives No Matter the Industry! "

August 7, 2018

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has allowed me to think outside of the box, with each of their programs giving me the tools to make sure that my mission to innovate through creativity is never compromised.

Pros

For the price, the programs Creative Cloud offers is truly a steal. Whether you're looking to whip up a logo or edit your latest vlog episode, the wide range of programs Adobe provides here is sure to help you get whatever idea you have out of your head and into the world!

Cons

I don't have much of anything negative to say about this software, the most I can do is say that I look forward to any innovations and updates Adobe has in store for us users!

### "I work with Ai, Ps, Ae and In, and the app facilitates me a lot, despite the high monthly fee."

July 3, 2018

5.0

I can work faster, it saves me a lot of time.

Pros

The thing I like the most is the connection between the Adobe applications, especially Ps, Ai and In. To update an image and get it updated, without resizing and bla-bla is the only way to make it simple( sometimes I work with a lot of layers and groups, using all the apps, so this changes are good). I use creative cloud every day and it helps t get my work done, on time.

Cons

My general issue is the monthly fee. I understan, of course, that many talented people worked to create Adobe applications, but for starting designers, the fee is a bit too much. There are packages, but still the price is a bit overhelming. Their customer support could be a bit nicer, also. Still, when comes to the app - I will stick with it.

### "All the Adobe software, but so expensive!"

February 27, 2019

5.0

I need access to Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud lets me download and install this software. It took a few hours to download, but it was better than the old days of waiting for a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM to be delivered. To date, it has worked great.

Pros

I love how Adobe Creative Cloud gives me full access to most of the Adobe programs I need, like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and gives me the latest updated versions automatically.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud is so expensive! I have to pay a monthly subscription until the end of time for access to these programs, when I would rather pay a one-off fee and own the software.

### "The Handy toolbox for artists of all levels and specialties"

August 27, 2022

4.0

Since I began working on projects, I have been using the Adobe package for a year. I mostly use Photoshop, but I am also at ease using Illustrator. I've always found it extremely intriguing when new tools and features are added each year, but at the same time, the keyboard shortcuts and user interface have stayed the same, making it easy for me to use every new edition.

Pros

Access to the Creative Cloud gives users access to a powerful, adaptable, and incredibly versatile software suite. The various software programs function well together and provide very simple project workflows.

Cons

It might be difficult for a newcomer to choose which tool to use when and how to get the functions they require. The yearly release of versions might be somewhat inconvenient for individuals who acquired a lifetime license rather than the cc version. The cost is also listed. The inconsistency of app UI might be bothersome at times.
