### "Until the advent of Creative Cloud, all was well. Now I am being extorted vis subscription."

November 7, 2017

3.0

All of my books and sermon notes are generated through this software.

Pros

I have been using this product for ten (10) years. I know how to use it and it works for me. After ten (10) years I have all of the style sheets I need, and If I need a new one, it is only a few minutes from concept to reality.

Cons

The instructions that come with the product are meager at best. Answers to questions about "higher level" issues require payment, and that payment is not cheap. Even worse, with the advent of CC, long-time users of the product must now subscribe in order to continue to use the product and to get any new enhancements.

### "Everything you need"

August 25, 2018

5.0

Pros

A great bundle of applications suitable for every kind of work area on the design and audiovisual fields. You can manage all the apps in one single place. Almost every app inside Adobe CC is connected to each other, making it very easy for you to go from Premiere Pro to After Effects, make some special effects and get back to your edition timeline on Premiere Work with the industry standard of quality an reliability

Cons

It´s expensive if you are an independent pro, powerful as it is, you have to chose between pay for a single app or the entire package, wich can be a bit of a problem for starters.

### "The Go-To Subscription for Professional Creatives"

January 25, 2019

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud brings the best in quality & value for design software from Adobe Illustrator, to Photoshop, Premiere, or Muse. They cover all aspects of creativity and offer these robust programs in an easy installation that can be put & run onto 2 computers at a time. When you purchase this as well you do get access to a few mobile apps that work on the phone & iPad.

Cons

Out of all the apps they offer, I only use 4 with 2 mobile apps. I wish they had smaller & more affordable packages specific to industries (Similar to the photographer package they have that's just lightroom + photoshop).

### "Long Time Adobe User"

December 11, 2019

5.0

Overall, I couldn't live without Adobe CC in my design business. It's a major tool that I'll continue to use, I just hope they stay fair with their subscription pricing for small businesses.

Pros

When I started designing, Adobe was really the only professional software widely accepted. It's always worked really well for me - I use InDesign daily, Photoshop weekly, and Illustrator occasionally. It's nice to have access to all the programs, together. I would recommend this for anyone who is a professional designer, even though there's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

Cons

I bought the last version, CS6, before Adobe moved to subscription. I was disappointed because as a small business owner and always trying to lower expenses - reoccurring monthly costs are the worst. I held onto using CS6 for a LONG time before it became to clunky and finally moved to Creative Cloud. I originally subscribed while they had a special offer, so the pricing wasn't too bad but overall just bummed as a user that this is my only option.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Has Helped Us Improve our Design TenFold "

June 19, 2019

5.0

I love having the programs available in the cloud. It makes updates so easy and knowing you are up on all the last trends in graphic design.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud gives my team access to the world's best design software all in the cloud. We use photoshop daily to create dynamic ads, print materials, graphics for social, and so much more. We love all of the features offered in each of the Creative Cloud Products. The cost is justified with daily use of Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects ALONE!!

Cons

As with all Adobe products you get what you pay for. The possibilities are endless of the kind of videos for your website, graphics for web and social, and photo editing. The cost is high, but justified for everything you get. There is also a steep learning curve, at least for me. It has taken a lot of time to get good at each of the programs. But, you can tackle one at a time. I don't know, However, if there will ever be enough time for me to learn them all.

### "Media productions and Creative cloud go hand in hand"

December 6, 2018

5.0

When you do any kind of media productions, foto, video,design,... you have to get this software. it will make all your productions a lot more professional and you will get return of investment really fast.

Pros

It's a software package so you get a lot of software aplications. For all these apps its the same, there is no allternative for them, they are perfect in user interface and functionality and you can work professionally in a lot of sectors: audio, video, design, web,...

Cons

There is a big learning curve for every program, this also means a lot of functions and many possibilities. There is a price, but this should earn itself back very fast.

### "The Industry Standard Can't Be Beaten"

December 3, 2019

5.0

I love that it upgrades by itself and we always get the latest updates to the software

Pros

Use adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Lightroom, and Premier and aftereffects to create content for both us as well as our clients. There are a lot of programs out there that are for newbies or people that don't have the skill set to really use these programs, but if you know how to use them they blow those other programs out of the water. And now adobe has made an easier than ever to use even for beginners.

Cons

Learning Curves. The software is definitely not for beginners or people that I've never touched a program like this before

### "Love Adobe Creative Cloud!"

July 18, 2019

5.0

Pros

I have been a long time subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud and I love it! I especially love the discounts they provide to me as a college student! For a very low monthly cost I am able to have access to the best of the best of software right at my finger tips! The creative cloud client that is installed on my Mac is very lightweight and lets me know when there are updates available. I also like that we have a little bit of online storage as well so I can share files between computers, because it also lets me install these apps on two machines!

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say.

### "Love it!"

August 9, 2018

5.0

I couldn't live without it! I have worked with Adobe programs since the late 90's and the programs only get better and better.

Pros

I use Adobe software extensively and Adobe makes marketing and design work possible! I like that I can manage all program updates in one place and I love cc libraries. We share libraries between team members and it makes managing brand standards much easier. For InDesign, the XML import function makes long and tedious jobs a snap. An ad that would take hours to layout only an hour or so.

Cons

A lot of glitchy issues with Premiere. I wish they would troubleshoot their new rollouts out a little better.

### "Very convenient service for access to all products from Adobe"

November 13, 2022

The ability to provide access to your resources for other users to make changes and discussions

Pros

Very convenient service for access to all products from Adobe. Provides a unique opportunity to share your work with the community and other users to discuss and make changes. Provides access to a cloud service for storing your resources.

Cons

Small amount of available space in the cloud service.

### "I use Adobe products everyday - and you should too"

March 26, 2019

5.0

Freelancing potential, career advancement, personal development through creating art

Pros

So many programs in the Adobe ecosystem are invaluable - Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign - just to name my top three. These solutions have enabled me to change my career from a low grade specialist into an in-demand designer with project management skills - a hybrid that has really paid off.

Cons

Sometimes the updates change things that have been status quo for a long time (looking at you, Photoshop). So key commands no longer do what you thought they would. Can be frustrating, but isn't a long term pain once you get use to it.

### "The only creative software you'll ever need"

July 9, 2020

5.0

I love Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign. As a graphic designer, I'm using them all day, every day. I couldn't do my job without them. I recently taught myself video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, with video tutorials, and the learning curve was easier because of how the tools are all similar to the other programs in the Creative Cloud.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is the "industry standard" for graphic design. You get high quality finished designs that can be published on the web, or printed, or made into billboards or bus wraps. I even edit videos and animation with Adobe Cloud apps.

Cons

The price is rather high. I think of my first $60 of the month as going to Adobe.

### "Industry standard. Have the full package, anywhere "

February 9, 2019

5.0

While the auto updater sometimes crashes, in general the software works well. Specific programs work well for us in tandem with non Adobe products.

Pros

Integrations with all Adobe software. Access to files anywhere and able to share between team members Not subject to accidental deletion or drive failure. Lets you sign in on a new machine and go to work. Can save preferences and prior projects.

Cons

Requires fast upload speed to save files for other team members to access and fast download speeds to have files ready without having minutes of inactivity which would not occur from directly pulling files from a connected hard drive.

### "excellent software!"

April 25, 2019

5.0

very swift, easy to use and efficient for anyone who uses a pc for either a job or just your hobbies!

Pros

What i like most about creative cloud would have to be its outstanding software and programs with in it! i'm a artist and i have used a handful of audio engineering/recording programs and adobe creative has one of the best. It is very easy to use when you get the hang of it. With that being said i thought the other programs as well are very impressive and professional, like adobe after effects, premiere pro , and Photoshop. The creative cloud itself is very simple when downloaded it's very simple to sign up, log in and download the software/ programs they offer! i highly recommended!

Cons

The thing i like least? ummm... Honestly I have No issues with this software at all i really think it is one of a kind! and it delivers a verity of programs for many different fields like cinematography, audio engineering, and photography and much much more! and the programs are built for anybody's needs!

### "The Best Software For Creative Professionals"

November 19, 2020

5.0

I really enjoy using the programs this subscription offers and could not live without it.

Pros

I love the tight integration between the different apps that are provided through creative cloud. It makes it very easy to collaborate with and also to jump from app to app without much friction.

Cons

I would have liked there to be a one ime purchase option but otherwise it works well. There are sometimes performance issues but that is usually avoided by updating to the latest version a couple weeks after it has been released.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I chose the Adkbe Option for the tight integration with after affects and photoshop.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Review"

December 8, 2020

5.0

I don't use all the functions but the ones I do are very beneficial to me and my company that I work for. I have enjoyed seeing it progress over the years into something that everyone can use.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is really just the hub that keeps all your Adobe products together. You are able to download and update any and all products that you have purchased through this product. If you are linked with your fellow designers you are able to send proofs back and forth for feedback. You are able to set up and send proofs to your customers. You manage your fonts through here as well and can activate or deactivate fonts. You can set up a portfolio to distribute to your customers as well as share your work with other designers. It also has a support community that will help you out with designs.

Cons

There is really nothing to not like about this product. The only thing I don't like is having to pay a monthly fee.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

There is really no other product out there that benefits designers as well as this one does.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Review"

December 10, 2019

4.0

Overall, I love this Adobe Creative Cloud. I use it daily for editing videos and audio for my job. This also comes with other apps that I don't need to use constantly, but they are great to have just in case. Their customer service is also wonderful.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud allows me to download multiple Adobe apps in one convenient location. This app also allows for me to update as well as keep older versions of the programs in case I need to use the older versions for certain projects

Cons

It's a little confusing at first, but once you use it for a couple of days it becomes rather easier to understand.

### "Everything at your fingertips "

July 16, 2019

5.0

Overall, Adobe Cloud is essential if you are in any type of creative or marketing job. It makes it very easy to use on multiple computers (only 2 at a time).

Pros

I really like how the cloud subscription offers you all software for a fair price. It's very easy to manage how many computers you can install your software on.

Cons

Sometimes the Adobe Cloud updater crashes and causes a memory leak in Windows 10. This causes Windows 10 to bog down. This only happens every once in a while. They are constantly updating the software. After I get familiar with everything a new update comes out and changes the placement of the feature, etc.

### "CC is a workhorse for creative software"

February 25, 2021

5.0

I've liked it overall. I like the flexibility and ease of use. Most of the apps I've used have helpful tutorials and their help functions are user friendly. The cloud libraries are very useful and seamless. Don't like the idea of renting software.

Pros

I have used CC for some time now. I've liked the changes that have rolled out. I love the cohesion from the phone app to your own CC library. If you create a color palette or pattern in the app and save it to your library, you can access it on your computer. It's unnecessary but it's very convenient and useful! I like the assortment of fonts you have access too and the ease with which you can download apps to your computer and that you can download to two different devices. The access to the multitude of apps is astounding. Seeing all of the software they've got out now inspires one to take up new interests.

Cons

I am not a fan of the monthly subscription plan. I don't like the feeling of renting a product that can be taken away at anyone's whim. That is why I've loved cs6 even though there were many bugs with the software. At least we owned it and it felt more secure. Whereas if you can't make a payment or can't afford to continue with the software, it can become inactive which can affect your ability to make money if you rely on this software for income. It's a similar issue of renting an apartment versus owning a home.

### "Irreplaceable for real businesses."

October 4, 2022

5.0

Pros

My team work with print products. And we own about 7 other graphic softwares, but none of the other graphic softwares can do what Adobe CC does.

Cons

The learninng curve is very steep for each of its product. We have a dedicated member to use it, and we totally rely on that one person who knows how to operate CC. None of other members even know how to open a file with Adobe CC (Ai, InDesign, etc). That is how complicated the software is for beginners. But only it can accomplish print designs. It's hard to live with it but your business can't live without it.

### "Great quality but needs additional subscription options"

February 21, 2018

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is not really comparable to anything else - it's the industry standard and equips you with all the tools and functionality you need. The sign-in process is easy and means working on my laptop or desktop is equally comfortable.

Cons

In my opinion, offering additional subscription options would be helpful. If you only use a couple programs from Adobe Creative Cloud, it's expensive to get the entire array...but I also need more than just one. It would be awesome if there was some kind of subscription where you could package 2-3 programs for a more affordable monthly price.

### "Not very good..runs slow"

September 20, 2022

3.0

Pros

The most useful was the sharing option. Some of the editing features were pretty good but not that great at the same time.

Cons

I hated how slow the software was. I stopped using it after a photo I was editing was erased while I was editing it. Not sure if it was a glitch or what but it happened and I can't get that picture back.

### "Powerful connectivity, but not intuative"

August 29, 2018

5.0

I am able to manipulate vector artwork and photography, complete branding projects, make original SVG's, and design invitations.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is fantastic. I am a frequent user of Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC. I find the software to be both powerful and adaptable. It's wealth of features allows me to expand my creativity beyond any other software platform I have used. I can easily manipulate large files, and bounce from one software app to the next with ease.

Cons

My only complaint is the software is not intuitive for the new user. Short cuts between programs are not the same, as one may think it would be. A command control in one is different for another. The organization of of controls in the menus is odd, as well as the visual layout options. I took a while to get comfortable with. I redesign would go a long way, and increase the accessibility of users without compromising the power of the program.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is a great value"

December 5, 2019

5.0

I'm not sure how I would run my business without Adobe Creative Cloud. Thank you!

Pros

I love how I have access to so many programs with one monthly fee. I have found myself tinkering with other Cloud programs I didn't even know anything about.

Cons

I am a lifelong Adobe user and I come from a time where you purchased and owned the software so it was a really hard sell for me to start paying monthly (forever) for software. It took a while to get my head wrapped around that ongoing forever cost but I now understand and appreciate how I am always working off the latest versions and have access to amazing programs.
