### "Creative Cloud upleveled our marketing experience."

December 11, 2020

5.0

Our organization now has a consistent marketing presence with the ability of Creative Cloud to easily locate and use fonts, graphics or colors. The prospects for creative expression are limited only by the creativity of the user.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has allowed our organization to produce professional material for our donors, volunteers and the public. It allows the user to create their library including colors, fonts, graphics to ensure consistency across the marketing output. Regular updates with good graphics and training tools.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud is a VERY robust platform for creative efforts. That said, it is an expensive platform for non-profits, even when purchased thru nonprofit resources.

Switched from

[Canvas](https://www.capterra.com/p/127214/CANVAS/)

Canvas could not support the marketing tools, the flexibility of using graphics across platform.

### "Gives me access to so much!"

August 19, 2018

4.0

It's been very positive overall! I have been a subscriber for over 4 years now and I never plan to end my service. These programs are a huge part of my company and at that price you can beat it!

Pros

I really love that it offers all of the Adobe Programs. Giving me opportunity to learn so many new skills and further my over all design services. Creative Clouds access to Type kit is amazing! Having access to those fonts gives me new ways to design content with nice attractive typography.

Cons

Updates.. Sometimes it left old versions of the software on my computer. Also a couple updates kept giving me tool errors and kept crashing.

### "Everything at your fingertips"

May 30, 2019

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud shows you how complete the Adobe family is. Do you want a professional image editing software in there? There you go. Video edition? Yes, of course. Post production? No doubt. Text editing, diagramming? There's everything here. All available for download via 1 button in Adobe Creative Cloud. Everything organized, accessible, updating always. It is extremely necessary for a Creation Professional. You have in your hands a complete set of creative apps. If Adobe Creative Cloud were a person, I would ask for it in marriage.

Pros

I could summarize the pros by saying that you have access to ALL Adobe apps. The Adobe family is giant and useful for many day-to-day functions. Adobe Creative Cloud may seem expensive at first glance, but browse around to find out everything that is available here, and you'll probably change your mind. It gives you access to several programs that would be more expensive if purchased individually. For a Creation Professional, who uses these applications every day, it's very useful. You can end up saving a lot money with a monthly subscription plan. Not to mention that you will have at your disposal the new features of each app, offered in their main regular updates. In addition, there is the possibility of testing before you buy, with a free trial available.

Cons

I've been here for a long time trying to think of some flaw and I can't find one. Many people may talk about the high price but as I mentioned earlier, it's super valid considering all that it presents and the individual price of each app.

### "Best"

September 10, 2018

5.0

1 of the best is all I can say.

Pros

Pro's well lets just say the platform is one of the best all rolled in one I have never seen anything like this and I use most of the software in the creative cloud from Photoshop to Dreamweaver and the editing software as well I have used Illustrator and I do recommend any student in design or graphic to give it a try get's better with newer versions and the ease of use is soo much cleaner and easier

Cons

I cannot say I have any to be honest I have been using them for years when it comes to designing things from posters, flyers, logos, I love this product.

### "Adobe CC is amazing"

August 22, 2023

### "A Wedding Photographer's Best Friend"

July 25, 2018

5.0

The ability to quickly edit and process my imagery. It's an industry staple.

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud gives me the freedom to be creative without limits. From Raw Image File processing with ease and speed to fine tune finishing touches in Photoshop, I can create timeless beautiful art for my clients.

Cons

The programs are continuously updated and it just seems every time we have a new update to fix one thing another thing glitches. I dream about the day where I can seamlessly sort images in lightroom by capture time without one or two photos randomly showing up and the beginning or end of the set.

### "All in one suite for everything digital"

November 18, 2023

Pros

Broad range of tools that work well together. Have used photoshop and indesign since early versions.

Cons

Premier pro is undoubtedly powerful but its UI can be frustrating to use for occasional users.

### "Excelente pacote de ferramentas"

January 16, 2023

5.0

Pros

### "Great Application & Service"

August 1, 2018

5.0

All the different application options along with ease of use are two of the many reasons I use Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as great customer service and value.

Pros

I use multiple Creative Cloud products everyday. From graphic design to music and video editing, the ease of use along with all the different application options help my everyday business run more efficiently. Not to mention its a great value for the cost and comes with excellent customer service.

Cons

After using many Adobe products for over 10 years and Creative Cloud for the last two and half years, I have yet to come across anything that I dislike.

### "Everything for your creative needs"

September 9, 2018

5.0

Pros

The adobe creative suite has everything a creative worker would need. From their web tools such as dreamweaver and fireworks, to the indesign "print" tool (though its a lot more), to powerhouses like photoshop.

Cons

The downside of so many features, there is a steeper learning curve in many of their applications, such as photoshop. In addition the subscription pricing model can add up. Some tools such as Dreamweaver, though billed as a tool for WYSIWYG is a much more advanced tool now, so if your going to use the built in jquery you would need to know some jquey to begin with.

### "Amazing software package, fantastic customer support, but slightly confusing billing"

April 4, 2018

4.0

Helped to build my business and keep it looking/acting professional. Along with that it saves me countless hours of time creating, printing, and mailing documents to sign (Adobe Sign specifically).

Pros

I love how all my programs exist in one place, you manage subscriptions all in one place, and the options to choose from are endless! One piece of software from Adobe that I recently discovered was the Adobe Sign product (formally EchoSign). This software does just what it says and it's an absolute breeze to use! Definitely helps with presentation and professionalism my business gives off. Not to mention I'm also a heavy user of Photoshop, Lightroom, and Acrobat DC which are all in Creative Cloud.

Cons

The billing. It's often confusing to figure out which product costs what per month/year and we had a couple issues where we saw bank charges related back to Adobe but we couldn't figure out what they were for. After a couple calls to Support we tracked it down but billing could be a little more clear.

### "Quality has a Cost"

December 15, 2018

5.0

I've had a love/ hate relationship with this product. I love the ease in which I can manipulate and create images, and if I dedicated more time, could do even more. I hate the subscription model, primarily because on the date I had a big project due I hit a major setback when I learned my subscription had lapsed. I'd rather pay the $300 once and have a product that will last me a few years before the next update.

Pros

The design products in the creative cloud (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign) are industry standard high level design tools that enable talented graphic designers to do amazing things, and allows novices like myself to feel like they are a more capable than they really are.

Cons

There's a steep learning curve to truly master the intricacies of graphic design, but aside from that, I dislike that the platform has moved from a disk installation software to a monthly/annual subscription platform. It's very costly, and if you aren't a pro, it's hard to justify paying the additional price for a subscription.

### "I use adobe cc collaboratively with multiple types of artists for film purposes."

January 31, 2018

5.0

Ease of use and speed when collaborating with other using adobe.

Pros

I love the ease of use between programs. like using ai, psd, and AE files in premiere with relative ease. The newest update fixed an issue that I had which was the track expanding via scrolling on Premiere. All of the programs I use in the sweet work together seemlessly both locally and while working off of a server.

Cons

Where adobe is great with it's own programs I have had issues bringing adobe files into things like Davinci Resolve, FCPX and Avid Media Composer. Not impossible just sometimes harder that with other programs.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Review"

March 19, 2020

5.0

I use Creative Cloud to create graphics such as flyers, presentations and social media graphics. I love the software and I can't wait to discover more of its programs!

Pros

I love how many programs you get with this subscription. I love that once you learn to use one program, the others aren't hard to figure out. There's so much you can do with this software!

Cons

There's not much I don't like about this software. Sometimes the program crashes on me. I wish that wouldn't happen. But if it does, it usually opens up to what I was working on last.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

The price was very reasonable and the tutorials were very helpful.

### "This is vital if you're a creative professional"

July 2, 2018

4.0

Creative outlet for creating artwork.

Pros

This power of adobe products is well known. You know you are getting the best, weather it be Photoshop, lightroom or illustrator. The collection is essential. You may find great alternatives for personal usage but chances are companies are going to go with adobe. So it makes sense to practice on this.

Cons

The cost for amateurs is very prohibitive. It has a steep learning curve but its worth it. This is gold standard so they can afford to charge what they want. Also the customer service is not great, so be prepared to reach out to online forums.

### "Integration!"

September 24, 2019

5.0

Great! Easy to use. Easy to sign in. Easy to understand as no new skills are needed if you already have an account with Adobe.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud integrates with almost everything! Adobe has been an industry design standard, but adding Creative Cloud allows me to work from anywhere, not lose progress on my files and without worrying if I've sent myself the most recent version. I can also sign in from anywhere so my Adobe programs, tools and settings don't get lost either!

Cons

Some updates had previously caused issues with older Adobe programs (specifically Acrobat Pro), where the old version was updated (or the attempt was made automatically) and I lost access. Re-entering the serial number resolved this issue, but it was rather difficult to keep older versions of programs at times. However, this was mainly an issue due to a third-party integration only being available on older program versions, so while installing a new program version would be fine, upgrading was not possible.

### "Important for Many Different Businesses"

February 22, 2019

5.0

I am in Adobe every other day, if not every day. I am able to leave the programs up while I use other software, internet, etc. And everything comes out professionally done. And I love that Spark is included with the monthly photography subscription. So handy.

Pros

How versatile the creativity is on any marketing pieces that I am creating. I can have all of my photography marketing, real estate marketing and cupcake marketing all available in one spot.

Cons

How long it takes to download any updates honestly... When I open the app, it would be great if the programs inside of it were already updated. Instead, it just alerts me when to update.

### "Fantastic package"

February 28, 2018

5.0

Pros

I use this software daily for photo and video editing. I have found the feature set provided within the Creative Cloud replaces all the other software packages I previously used. I always end up with the highest quality end product.

Cons

Some of the features can be difficult to find and/or learn to use. I find myself frequenting YouTube for tutorial videos on how to do what I am trying to do. I have found that Adobe tends to "move things" from release to release. Also some of the mobile versions lack features that would make them more beneficial to me as a professional.

### "A Necessity for Every Business"

February 6, 2019

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has every tool you could ever need when creating graphics, content, and print. We use photoshop for every photo we post online, we use indesign for our brochures and handouts, and we use countless other apps for a variety of other projects. There is a bit of a learning curve for each application, however, if you have someone which knows it well, this is a necessity for your business!

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Adobe Creative Cloud. They are constantly updating and making changes to better the product, and I can't imagine even a day without it.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud, as an architect and transferring files."

March 6, 2018

5.0

Cloud services are the best for a freelancer.

Pros

The most important thing I look when I purchase or research a software is the compatibility with other extensions "type of files". Also the interoperability between devices, and the ability to open a file "in your hands" on your phone. To me that is a software that is going to be my next best friend, because it allows you to almost do anything you want, anywhere. As an architect and also freelancer, I do most of my work in the cloud, because I do not know when I would need my files ready to work. Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to simplify your "Cloud" and let you work in addition with other cloud services if you will (not recommended). In my personal experience, I save almost everything on the cloud just because I've lost lots of files due to HDD failures, and now with Cloud that doesn't happen anymore. Also, you don't have to hassle and go look for 1000 folders in your cloud, you just have to log in into your account via the software that you're using (photoshop, In Design, etc) and all your files would be there.

Cons

What I don't like about Adobe the most is that they sell all the products separately and the suites are pretty expensive. And if you want to use 2-3 you have to buy the suite. I think there should be more flexibility on that matter.

### "Expensive but mandatory product"

September 8, 2020

5.0

My overall experience is that it is a well running product that is mandatory for all artists with their own businesses. Additionally, I think it is too expensive and is ruining the power on my computer. Lower the cost, fix the space issue.

Pros

I like that I can use the software between platforms. I can start photoshopping an item in Photoshop Express, and then continue working on it on my computer. It allows me to get work done on the go. I also like that Adobe Spark is a free product. I hope that it remains a free product. I also like that creative cloud in general gives me a lot of opportunities to learn and understand the software. Overall it is a high quality product.

Cons

I do not like that it takes up so much power on my computer. When I run any of the software, it almost freezes my new MACBOOK AIR. This is not a good thing. Additionally, I believe that having a monthly subscription is inappropriate for the software. There should be a 1 time buy in, especially for small businesses and artists. I have spoken to many of my friends, they find the monthly cost of Creative Cloud products to be extremely expensive and a burden. You are all burdening the art community with these costs.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud is used by everyone. The alternatives would make it difficult to work on group projects.

### "Does a lot of things…but nothing great"

May 9, 2022

I use this for my photography and video editing. More recently, I have switched from Premier to another editor because of the east of use.

Pros

The way the applications talk to one another are impressive. It makes moving between programs really smooth

Cons

The entire suite needs a facelift. Premier has some real potential, it just needs an over haul. It requires a lot of steps to do basic tasks
