### "The cable television of graphic design programs"

March 27, 2019

3.0

I'm new to graphic design so the exposure to the other programs is helping find my likes and dislikes. I Overall, I will be continuing my subscription when it comes due.

Pros

Pros: - You have everything under the sun that is Adobe. - A command center for all of the Adobe programs, allowing you to easily what needs updating or attention. - Super easy to download and if you need to uninstall a program, it's easy to reinstall later. - You can try out and learn other programs that you might not otherwise download.

Cons

Cons: - You have everything under sun that is Adobe. - Adobe makes it ridiculous for you not to choose to get the cloud, even though you only want two applications. But subscribing to any more than one application will bring you within $5 to $10 of subscribing to cloud. - Its constantly needs updating and can completely slow you down if one of your programs doesn't update properly.

### "The industry standard for professional creatives"

August 25, 2019

5.0

The amalgamation of all of adobes software is a step in the best direction for creative industries. Not having to buy separate software licenses and instead picking the programs you need into a pack is wonderful.

Pros

The possibilities are endless with Adobe Creative software. There’s a reason it’s the standard for creatives all over the world. Now that creative cloud has brought entire suite packages to the platform, it’s easy to pick a package of software you want and begin using it in minutes.

Cons

Sometimes payment can get mixed up if you are running multiple accounts in an organization. I also appreciate the constant software updates but sometimes they get annoying having one every single morning on boot up.

Alternatives considered

[GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)](https://www.capterra.com/p/168960/GIMP/)[CorelDRAW](https://www.capterra.com/p/124823/CorelDRAW/)

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

It’s the standard with the most robust suite of tools and integration.

### "I don't Know What We Would Do Without it"

August 27, 2019

5.0

It's a gamechanger. I am so thankful Adobe bundled everything.

Pros

I can't believe all the programs that you get for one monthly fee. We used to have to use super old Adobe products to get by. Now we have everything we need with just a click.

Cons

There is nothing to not like. If I had to complain, it would be about the lack of alerts when a shortcut or major feature has changed.

### "Inspira tu creatividad "

October 10, 2023

5.0

Experiencia sin comparación en herramientas creativas.

Pros

### "Great Product Suite"

October 23, 2018

5.0

Great Product. Has everything I need for production, Video Editing, Ads, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition. All great products that work very well with each other. I’ve used this suite for a full TV production for 5 years now.

Pros

The ability to access the different Adobe Products creates a professional and easy workflow.

Cons

I’m not a fan of receiving support from a programmed chat or always being directed to FAQ’s or forums. I don’t appreciate that the assumption is that I haven’t already looked at those things. I have. I just need someone from support to talk about issues that I can’t figure out.

### "Love how the different software work together! Don't love the price though."

August 8, 2019

5.0

We use Adobe Premiere and Audition and have used Lightroom and After Effects in the past. They all work really well together. Once you learn how to use the software, it really does a great job making editing efficient.

Pros

I love how you can work with different sequences and nest sequences together. It makes for a very clean edit instead of creating many tracks.

Cons

Don't like how it's a monthly subscription. I wish they could charge one fee and give all the updates, like Da Vinci Resolve.

### "Incredible creative software crippled by Adobe's terrible business practices"

August 1, 2018

4.0

We use it for all of our creative work and it enables us to do it.

Pros

Every part of CC has great functionality and features. You can do some truly amazing work with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more. They all work great and empower creative designers to do incredible things.

Cons

I don't understand why Adobe has decided to treat the entire creative community the way they do. What happened to purchasing software and being able to use it in perpetuity? We now have to pay a significant license every month just because Adobe is dominant and we are forced to do so.

### "The cloud makes working easier"

January 30, 2019

4.0

Pros

I like that I can easily see and know if I have the latest software version of all the various Adobe software products. It's easy and quick to update to new versions, and there are tips and info about what has changed. I also like the ability to store documents and files in the cloud. It makes it super easy to store and link images so that they're always linked, instead of storing them on a server that I'm not always connected to.

Cons

Sometimes when I am collaborating on files with my team, it says I can't open a file because my version of the software I am using is too old, even though when I open CC it claims I'm up to date. So then I have to convert the file and nothing seems to work quite right.

### "Industry Standard Design Platform"

November 27, 2020

5.0

My overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud has been great; however, I utilize almost every program offered by Adobe and the cloud ties it all together.

Pros

I love that this is an all inclusive software package for designers. Adobe Creative Cloud includes everything from Adobe in one product. I utilize everything from Photoshop to Lightroom to PDF Sign. There is no other group of programs that you will utilize more of in one grouping than Adobe Creative Cloud.

Cons

It can be a bit on the pricey side; however, it does allow different payment platforms including paying monthly or yearly.

### "Pretty good software management package"

January 19, 2019

5.0

In general, this is pretty helpful software. What it really needs is the ability to install separate versions of the same Adobe software side by side. At a minimum, you need to be able to roll back one version, because installing the latest and finding it broke something that's mission critical is unacceptable. Working as a creative you won't always have total control over the files you need to work with, and being able to open a project in the older software version it came from would be helpful.

Pros

Keeping all my other software in one place is handy, of course.

Cons

Using the Cloud Stock photos was the most cumbersome thing I might have done in any software, ever.

### "I just love Adobe Creative Cloud! it my best friend and in constant update."

July 24, 2019

5.0

My most useful tool ever, worth every penny.

Pros

All programs are just top-notch, everything you can possibly imagine you can create, for me Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign are the most useful, but I've tried them all and it's just simplifies your life.

Cons

Well, it takes time to learn, its a constant learning, not super friendly at first it might take some tutorials to get started but once you learn one program they all share a similar interface. Also sometimes can crash if you have some much going on, the good thing is most of the time your work gets saved.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Business Use"

December 12, 2018

5.0

We use Adobe daily for PDF viewing and editing. We use it to combine PDF's and to separate PDF's as well as to make fillable PDFs. We also use the creative cloud in our marketing department to create catalogs and for other various projects.

Pros

The quality of Adobe for PDF viewing and editing is top notch. The amount of tools available through the Adobe creative cloud is great and allows for lots of different productivity functions if you subscribe to all of the creative cloud features. Being able to access most of Adobe's products for a monthly fee is a nice change to having to purchase the entire Creative Suite at a high cost every time they released a new version.

Cons

One of the things that I find to be negative about using Adobe is that they have began to segment out parts of the programs and charging for them separately instead of them being included like they used to be. One example of this is using the sign and send feature in Adobe Reader Pro. This feature used to be included as long as you had Adobe Pro and they have made it so that you have to get a higher level of Pro in order for the sign and send feature to be available.

### "Subscription based, but what can you do?"

November 3, 2018

5.0

Pros

If you have a creative need, this software has a solution. Photography, Video Editing, Website Building, Audio Mixing, Document Management, etc... Cloud based, install only the apps you want/need, and updates to the programs are regular.

Cons

The move from software vendors producing a new product every year or two, to cloud based subscriptions (recurring revenue streams) has cost our organization a lot of money, but that's the point, isn't it? If you run into trouble, support options are limited and often Google may have an answer before support.

### "Lots of features for a whole package deal"

August 7, 2018

5.0

This has been a pretty good experience overall. There has only been one problem and that was eventually dealt with

Pros

Adobe creative cloud makes managing and providing access to the creative cloud suite of apps very easy and straight forward to use! Also for everything you get the cost is not too bad. We have had great use with our document signing by using adobe sign and acrobat together!

Cons

To be honest the software is great and easy to get the hang of. But customer service can be lacking as everyone seems to be based overseas which makes communication difficult sometimes.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is Awesome!"

February 21, 2019

4.0

I use this software almost every day and have had very few issues with loading or updates. So far great value and I would highly recommend to other designers / developers / artists / creators.

Pros

I am a professional graphic designer and web developer, I use many various programs from the Adobe suite and this software allows me to stay up to date and benefit from all the latest features to streamline my process. I also like being able to access from various devices.

Cons

I wish there was price drop if you only need a handful of the programs, but other then that its a great value for the money.

### "A necessary part of any design business"

February 21, 2019

5.0

Pros

I mean, it's Adobe, so it's good. Access to all your applications, updates, file storage. It all functions properly and works well, except for the file storage.

Cons

File storage needs a lot of work. We stopped using it and switched to Google Drive. They have an awful user interface, previews don't display properly 90% of the time, and everything in it has to also be on your computer taking up space, defeating the purpose for us. We use Drive File stream now, and it's incredible. When they implement something like that, we will take another look.

### "The function is in the title"

June 17, 2020

5.0

It's a must. If you want to be successful and mobile with your workflow AND COLLABORATIVE, then you have to be using creative cloud.

Pros

This pandemic has really shown the strength of Creative Cloud. I work daily...hourly... within an adobe product whether for personal or professional usage. Now that I'm between a few different work stations (i.e. iPad, work, home, etc.) the creative cloud is irreplaceable. I love knowing everything about my workflow can be saved and stored onto my cloud. For instance, we have a very specific color palette at my job, those swatches are access from my creative cloud so that I don't have to go thru a ton of emails or request the hex code from my graphics teams. Just one small time saving example of many

Cons

If it integrated somehow with the functionalities of office 365 that'd be great. Sometimes I lose track of where certain items are because of the immense amount of cloud products and the lack of integration cross platform.

### "Lost without this suite of products"

February 7, 2018

5.0

Industry standard does everything I want plus so much more. Very much an all in one subscription that's got everything.

Pros

The ability to use this software on two machines and have them sync is next to heaven for me. I can be out on the road or back in the studio and have access to all my current projects and files. The web-based apps are also a blessing for quick edits.

Cons

Adobe products have a somewhat steep learning curve and the desktop software is power hungry. Whilst Adobe Creative Cloud is the industry standard, some other players are quickly rising to the challenge.

### "A bit of a learning curve starting out but unlimited possibilities once you get the hang of them. "

December 1, 2017

5.0

Greatly enhanced photo and video quality. Time saved with streamlined editing processes. Time saved with quick rendering speed. Great customer satisfaction with our designs.

Pros

Their creative suite gives you the ability to explore your imagination and create content that captivates and engages your audience. It does take time and a lot of practice to learn the programs, there's no shortcut to experience with these types of software. However, the more you play with them and explore the functions available to you, the more you realize that there's no limit to what you can create in your digital and print media. Their monthly pricing options are also great and allow more access to their powerful software which was once only available to students, industry professionals, or hobbyists able to afford hundreds or thousands of dollars to buy the full programs outright.

Cons

Some of the programs that aren't available for the monthly subscriptions are still quite pricey. Unless beginners purchase or find tutorials to guide them through their initial learning experience, the programs can be quite daunting. Opening the programs and playing around with different settings/tools can be fun but the sheer number of customization options available can be a bit overwhelming once you start delving deeper into the software. While that may be true of many programs, it can be especially frustrating for creative types who may lack technical aptitude and want to just get their ideas out onto the digital canvas.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is the only way to go."

December 18, 2018

5.0

It's an absolute must in our business (Branding Agency). And since the move to the Cloud, the experience has only improved by being able to always stay up to date with the latest software updates and improvements.

Pros

It's easy to use and when you struggle with finding a way to do something, there are tutorials and videos to help you on YouTube and in forums across the web.

Cons

Adding a license is a little more than I'd like to pay. For some people, just having Adobe Reader Professional is a big deal and they don't necessarily need InDesign, Illustrator, etc... but we still pay the full license.

### "Best Suite for Designers"

July 27, 2019

5.0

From illustration, layouts and design, to animation and video editing, the suite is incredibly robust and knowledge of it opens a lot of opportunities with clients to provide a large range of services.

Pros

Adobe is the absolute gold standard in this industry. I wouldn't be able to function without it. Everything builds off of each other. If you know how to use one application the rest feel intuitive compared to other alternatives.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep for new users, the cloud can be expensive if you need multiple applications and feel excessive compared to one purchase licensing.

### "Adobe products are elite for designers"

December 3, 2019

I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud for 10 years. As a main hub spot, it's easy to access and edit settings for my programs.

Pros

As a designer, I use Adobe products every single day. I love the variety of products. They have a product to help me achieve whatever I need to, whether thats photo editing, motion graphics, UI design, and more. The Adobe Creative Cloud interface allows me to access and control all these products.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the price. However, they are always updating their products, and you can have access to their whole lineup of products.

### "OBSESSED"

January 21, 2019

5.0

Once I started using it, I knew I'd never go back. It's made my life easier and my brain more creative.

Pros

I work primarely in Premiere, I'm a video editor. Having the cloud has changed my life. I can use ANY Adobe software and it seamlessly connects to my project in any software. Edit a graphic in After Effects, that has an image from photoshop, and it all shows up in Premiere with no exporting. Amazing. Time is money in my business and it cuts out so much render time.

Cons

There have been some update issues here and there. You update a software and it goes all wonky.

### "A Must-Have for Designers"

January 7, 2019

5.0

Overall, I would recommend Adobe Creative Cloud to anyone and everyone. Whether you need to edit photos, design graphics, create brochures, code an email, there is probably a program that will suit your needs. The benefits outweigh the costs involved.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has an endless amount of useful tools. If you are a photographer, graphic designer, web developer, this is a must-have software. Photoshop and In-Design are our most often-used graphic design tools along with Dreamweaver, which helps with coding emails and the like. It takes time and energy to learn the different programs, but Adobe is the holy grail and a must-have in any workplace.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud is expensive. If you are primarily concerned with photo editing, you can get a reasonable deal on Photoshop and Lightroom. But all the other programs must be purchased together and it adds up over time. There are discounts for students and teachers, so that's a plus!
