### "Adobe Creative Cloud Review"

October 29, 2018

5.0

Overall the Adobe Creative Cloud has really been helpful for my professional career.

Pros

I like the seamlessness across the platform as well as the new access across mobile devices. Example. I can edit photos via lightroom classic cc, lightroom cc, and lightroom mobile making it easy for me to publish photos to social media in a timely fashion and create a buzz around certain events.

Cons

Their customer support could be a little better. They have a lot of forums which has helpful information but I really wish it was easier to talk to a person.

### "Great For Collaboration, Difficult For First Time Users"

June 14, 2019

4.0

Pros

One of best features within the Adobe Creative Cloud is the fact that my team can be on the same page in terms of editing and viewing documents and photos as opposed to each member of the team utilizing a different program or service. Effectively, it puts us all at the same level of document viewing and editing.

Cons

It can be difficult for older/first-time users to get the hang out. Unlike other programs I don't believe the Cloud is particularly intuitive or friendly for those who may have inexperience with technology.

### "all adobe in one "

January 14, 2020

comfortable but annoying

Pros

Here you will get the entire range of adobe products. photoshop, premiere, illustrator among others, because this program is the first step to download the other products, intuitive, comfortable and quite simple

Cons

If for any reason you have a program not registered in adobe, this program will send you a window for you to register, and you cannot close it in a normal way. It is very annoying. another thing is that if you have a week without opening the program, it will ask you to start a session again

### "The Best Media Creation Suite of Tools"

November 27, 2018

5.0

Overall this is a must-have suite of tools. Other alternatives are out there but nothing as comprehensive as Adobe CC with a suite of apps that play nice together.

Pros

If you go with the plan that includes all the Adobe apps then this is a great deal! The software it includes are industry leading and comprehensive. Everything you need to create content is here.

Cons

The constant reminder to update your apps. Some of the software (Premiere Pro specifically) can be buggy and unstable. I wish they would work on more stability to the apps and not so much on features.

### "There really is nothing better."

April 26, 2019

5.0

Pros

Photoshop, After Effects, Fonts etc... Adobe is where it is at, and this is the only way to use their products. I have been an Adobe fanboy forever, so it will be hard not to give this a good review. Having access to all their products is really great. The immediate updates on apps are great.

Cons

$$$$ It's expensive. CC is not a cheap investment, but if you work in digital media, there is no alternative to Photoshop. Don't say GIMP cause its free. You get what you pay for with Creative Cloud, and it is worth the money.

### "How can you design without it??"

October 25, 2018

5.0

Pros

I love the full suite of Adobe tools. There are continuous updates and they always keep the opinions of designers and developers in mind. The interfaces are great and I love how the mobile tools sync with the desktop versions. Have a great idea on the go, scribble it out and its in the software when you get home. Awesomeness

Cons

I'm not a fan of the new subscription based model. I miss the flat fee for the full suite.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

February 1, 2019

5.0

Pros

Continuous upgrades to all products without having to re-purchase whenever a new version is released.

Cons

Initial installations with CC takes along time to install all the applications. Even longer for downloading and installing upgrades! Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 application installs without any problems but when starting the application it will crash almost immediately! (all other applications will launch perfectly) This was found to be due to using a Folder Redirect Policy to redirect the My Documents folder to a network file server instead of C-drive. Had to implement a Group Policy to exclude CC users from Folder Redirection to enable use of Premiere Pro CC.

### "Great Quality at a Cost "

May 25, 2019

5.0

Pros

The ability to create with the diverse range of programs included in the Cloud is amazing. These programs are top-notch and will always be the game changers in the existing industries. The Cloud is a great concept to link all the programs in one place for the user to access the programs.

Cons

It is quite costly to own a license to have access to all these programs. While the programs are award-winning and very great quality, there should be more affordable options for the grand majority (aka not teachers or students).

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is my everyday go to solution"

August 1, 2019

5.0

Pros

I really have loved all of the features of the various applications accessible through the Adobe Creative Cloud interface. I use many of them on a daily basis. I can't possibly imagine getting my work done without it. The Adobe Creative Cloud subscription has been invaluable in providing the freedom to access the different apps that I'm not familiar with and then learn to use them. It has expanded my skill set and given me the leverage to pursue more projects and take on bigger and more involved tasks on my own. The Adobe Creative Cloud has helped me grow professionally by providing me the platform to continue to develop my skills and abilities.

Cons

I would prefer that updates are brought to my attention in a more timely way. I often find out about available updates when I'm needing to use a specific appliation and I have to wait for the update to process to finish before I can begin my work.

### "A great tool for professional and personal use"

October 5, 2019

5.0

Creative Cloud is a refreshing new face on the line of adobe products I use daily for work and in my free time.

Pros

Creative Cloud brings together the many products adobe has in one place and makes using them a breeze. There are many small changes to the UI that make the most important tools of each program readily available and even as tutorials in app for new users.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features, particularly in after effects and Illustrator, are hidden away pretty well and it can be a chore to find them if you don't know where to look.

### "Easy way to keep Adobe products up to date and in sync"

November 8, 2018

5.0

Overall, while I am paying more than I used to year/year, ultimately I have access to some additional products that make my life easier and I am always up to date with the latest Adobe software.

Pros

The ease at which I can keep my Adobe suite up to date is fantastic, try new products and change my plan is fantastic. In addition, I enjoy being able to deactivate or activate accounts using my subscription to allow for my three laptops, but only two authorizations included with my plan.

Cons

Sometimes the number of updates and/or notifications seem a bit over the top.

### "everything you need in one place."

December 10, 2018

5.0

This suite provides all the necessary tools for audiovisual design and website, tools that have a great advantage over other alternatives. I use a lot of photoshop to generate web templates, dreamweaver to edit cs3 and html5, in addition to all the compendium of applications that are great.

Pros

It allows me to access all the different programs from a control panel, I can work with 2D images, video and sound, the creation of 3D characters with Fuse and the development of websites with Dreamweaver, I am impressed that they are all connected by the same suite facilitates the use of multiple programs in the same project

Cons

I was like to choose the programs I need and not pay for all. otherwise everything works great I have no other complaint.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Has It All!"

November 27, 2018

5.0

We use Adobe Creative Cloud every day for content creation and content editing. It comes with a plethora of great tools that allow us to exercise our creative minds to the fullest extent.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud comes with so many different platforms and software that it's hard to find something you can't find useful. From Photoshop to Lightroom to Illustrator, we use most of the graphics editing platforms quite a bit.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud is fantastic but having to purchase annual licenses for the product makes it a bit more expensive than I'd like it to be.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is a standard in creative fields"

December 6, 2018

5.0

I have used many Adobe Creative Cloud products over the years to do work from website design and development, to print design, packaging, social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, mock ups, photo retouching, video editing, and I am sure there are other things I am not thinking of at the moment.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers tools to complete a wide variety of marketing and design related projects in pretty much any deliverable format you can envision.

Cons

Buying and updating can be expensive especially if you want to have the whole gamut of their product offerings.

### "It's worth the money"

April 25, 2022

5.0

I stayed on the last physical media version of the Adobe Suite for a very long time after Creative Cloud was available. Knowing what I know now, I would have subscribed earlier to constantly get new features.

Pros

It's the standard. Adobe constantly innovates and it is that innovation that makes the annual subscription price worth it.

Cons

I feel like I barely scratch the surface of what I can do because of the steep learning curve of the various modules.

### "All you could ever need."

June 19, 2018

5.0

After using various Adobe Creative Suites over the years, it nice to see a cloud-based option, eliminating the need to buy a new program with each new release.

Pros

This is the entire Adobe suite all wrapped into one. Not only do you get the Adobe programs you love, but you also get access to stock imagery, fonts, trainings and more! You always get the most updated versions of each, which is a huge plus.

Cons

There are a lot of programs included in Adobe Creative Cloud that most people won't need. It's not really a program that you can just jump into using.

### "Necessary for any creative marketing"

December 25, 2019

5.0

adobe creative cloud is my favorite software to use for creative development and editing. it's the only tool you'll need to manage creative assets for social and digital media.

Pros

I love that with one account, you have access to all adobe creative cloud programs including photoshop, after effects, premiere, and spark!

Cons

i wish there was one program that did it all and that files were more easily transferable to other programs. i.e. if i'm working on a photoshop layered image and want to send it to premiere to add it to a vide, it gets a little complicated

### "Great Product for the Money"

January 8, 2019

5.0

Pros

The ease of use for this product is perfect. Install a simple application on your workstation, decide what applications you want to install and launch such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and typically within minutes your up and running and creating content. Updates are quick and easy to install.

Cons

Versioning, I wish there was a rollback feature because in some cases myself, and my users will updated to a newer version before reading the changelog and there are changes that we do not like or do not expect.

### "Full access to everything!"

July 27, 2019

5.0

We are solving the issue of having basic ads on our website and basic photos on our facebook page. with the video editing software out promo videos took a huge jump in quality and time to complete a project. I am so impressed with how beautiful some of our content comes out!

Pros

I loved the fact that with the creative cloud you have the ability to create anything you want. from photoshop to after-effects you have an unlimited amount of resources to create promo ads for Facebook or Instagram and the adobe products make life so easy to do just that.

Cons

I am not the most impressed with how often I run into issues for updates or certain applications crashing. but those are just minor little details in the whole scheme of everything.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud- is a new comprehensive software for graphic design"

April 3, 2020

5.0

Adobe Creative cloud has helped me providing my client with the best services and with that I have managed to acquire a lot of clients and improve my business , with its integration with other adobe softwares , it is easy to instantly move among adobe softwares , this is incredibly convenient.

Pros

I started my side business of graphic designing in 2019 january . I had been using other softwares like Affinity designer. When I found out about Adobe creative cloud I decided to try and ever since I started using it, it has presented many benefits. It is instinctive to move between different adobe software which I found very convenient. It offers a variety of functions like photoshop , graphic designing and video editing , it is a one stop shop! It facilitates me making adjustment to my work , either by animating or otherwise . The software is fairly easy to use.

Cons

I find going to photoshop from lightroom sometimes confusing when the same tools in each program use different commands , it needs some time to get used to. Apart from that , Adobe creative cloud works better for me that any other application I have used.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud for the Video Production Workflow"

December 20, 2018

4.0

Benefits are being able to produce video content in an efficient and high quality manner using the Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and Audition.

Pros

Powerful features that can used in professional work. Premiere Pro is easy to use but can be used for complicated projects.

Cons

Occasional bugs that prevent work to be done or having to do things over. For example Premiere Pro exports crashing or missing files even though they are in the project. Relinking large projects leads to unlinked files even though they are there.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

May 2, 2020

3.0

It’s ok. I know a lot of people give rave reviews of Adobe creative cloud but you can get by with other products that are less expensive and work better.

Pros

The amount of products that come with the entire suite. More apps than any other design software.

Cons

The fact that you have to be connected to the internet to open any app. Every now and again our Internet wasn’t working properly and we weren’t able to use the software without a connection. If the Internet isn’t working properly it makes the programs super slow and impossible to use. Also, the programs tended to close out by themselves while working in it. I always sent issue reports but the problem never got fixed. Not to mention they only offer a monthly subscription and no option to buy one of the programs as a download.

### "Adobe Programs daly user."

November 13, 2020

5.0

Adobe suite is a strong, steady and fun programs to work with.

Pros

I love these programs, they are AMAZING tools for graphics, printing, and publishing works. What do I like about them? Photoshop: a great tool to edit images, retouch images, or creating gif images is amazing all you can create. Illustrator: you can create any form or convey it with images you have edited with PS. InDesign: a network of a graphic designer can collaborate in the creation of document print or publish it. We all can edit a document from our own very computer, that's great. I can continue with DreamWeaver, Adobe Acrobat, etc. I love the versatility these programs bring to the team.

Cons

I wish I could get a cheaper subscription to the suite. I used to pay 19.99 for a student fee, now it went up, and business went down, so a cheaper subscription would help. Txz

### "Great Overpriced Product"

July 5, 2019

5.0

Pros

Creative Cloud software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, is well thought out and, in many ways, is state of the art in creativity and publishing software. It is nice to be able to switch easily between Adobe platforms.

Cons

Adobe has apparently adopted a business of raising the price, and raising the price, and raising the price in an effort to see how much they can squeeze out of their customers. It is has reached a point that it is very difficult for us to afford. Even worse, they went to monthly subscriptions only, meaning you must continue to pay them to be able to access any of your existing work. Fortunately there are a number of companies that are capitalizing on Adobe's overreach and developing excellent software tools at a fraction of the price. If Adobe continues its profit grab, it will soon join AOL and be replaced with reasonably priced upstarts that will surpass it.

### "It's the witch that keeps on charging"

May 5, 2022

5.0

It's a necessary evil. Adobe used to be cool, when you could buy the software outright. I know things keep on changing and evolving, but if you are not a power user, you'll be paying a good price for the access to these tools.

Pros

Very robust set of software that are the industry leaders on their field.

Cons

Expensive and quite buggy, be prepared for crashes and high prices.
