Cons For the fist time yesterday I had an issue, with the signature function. I contacted Adobes support chat and they support guy told me there was relationship problem between the Adobe Apps and that I had to clean the isssus away. He then proceeded to send me one long step-by-step instruction and one web page that was at least 5 pages long and told me I had to follow the instructions. I told him I needed help with the instructions but his response was that no help would be provided. I canceled my subscription the same day. Depending on the update settings, it is very easy to manage because you can always keep the latest version or update only when you want.
