### "ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD"

August 28, 2020

5.0

Overall Adobe Creative Cloud is a great value for what you're getting and you can have multiple users as well so it really does pay for itself.

Pros

I love this software because it has everything at just a click of a button and it is able to be used across multiple platforms!

Cons

This software does take up a lot of space and require a fast device to use them properly, but that really shouldn't be difficult for most users.

### "Adobe is the Best!"

July 18, 2019

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Suite is the premier software for creatives. If you're a church trying to do multimedia art, you need it, no question.

Cons

It's expensive and has a steep learning curve for volunteers.

### "Great Creative Software"

February 27, 2019

5.0

Pros

Best bang for the buck on the market- makes it affordable for our staff to use cloud-based creative suite at a fixed price. Cost certainty and the latest features keep both me and my team happy.

Cons

Getting tied into annual licenses on the seats (no month to month option) is less than ideal, but when you've cornered the market it's hard to bring a true competitor in for comparison.

### "All your Adobe software in one place"

September 19, 2018

5.0

Pros

Makes updating and installing your Adobe software a breeze! All your software is listed with the ability to keep it upto date and backed up. Downloads are quick and notifications minimal. Adobe software is the industry standard and now keeping each software upto date is super easy! All the software is linked to your account so product activation is easy too!

Cons

The software is all subscription based so monthly outgoings can add up. But if you use this software daily like I do for my business then the value it adds is well worth it.

### "Using InDesign and Illustrator and Photoshop are our go-tos for awesome end results"

August 1, 2018

5.0

It has made work more efficient.

Pros

The software helps my staff and I work seamlessly together. We can do a variety of graphic and marketing projects with the Adobe Creative Cloud. Illustrator is by far my favorite to use for larger campaigns as it allows you to save all the various sizes and layouts you need into one file. Also you can save each art-board separately if u choose which has been a great to send pieces to vendors. InDesign has been fabulous for our multi page projects. The printers are always able to use the packaged product to create awesomeness. Photoshop... well I need more training. lol

Cons

Copying and pasting or inserting vector work from one application into another can be tricky. It isn't as seamless a transfer as I think it should be.

### "Could be more intuitive"

October 7, 2018

4.0

We use it for menu updating in a restaurant on a daily basis.

Pros

I like that the concept exists, but aside from that, the product itself could use some development.

Cons

It's rather frustrating that you aren't able to be signed into more than one computer at a time and must sign out. When in a business setting, it's not very convenient and can cause issues with versions of work uploading properly.

### "A Must Have"

March 26, 2020

5.0

I was taught the Adobe suite of products in college and thus they are easy for me. I have worked with many marketing professionals that do not like the software because they were never properly taught the suite and how they all work together. For me, my company, and my business it is a must-have!

Pros

All of the suite communicates together easily Functionality - I can work on any project within the suite of software. Easy of use Flexibility - I can use this on my phone, tablet or computer. A must-have for anyone that is doing anything with marketing or graphic design.

Cons

My only complaint about the suite of software is the cost. I know that Adobe has to make money but they charge so much for everything and they know you have to have it all. And on top of that, it is a subscription service now!

### "Essential software for every designer"

January 16, 2019

5.0

The problems our creative department is solving is that we can't function without Adobe Creative Cloud. It's that simple.

Pros

Personally, the most important aspect of Adobe Creative Cloud is that I can't do my job without it. I use the Big 3 – Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator – every single day. Our creative team literally couldn't function without them. And through the years, Adobe has improved the workflow and integration of these 3 apps to the point at which they work together almost flawlessly. And since our company subscribes to the "All Apps" monthly Pricing Plan, it's also a bonus to be able to dive in to After Effects, Dreamweaver and Spark.

Cons

The pricing is a bit prohibitive if you're a freelance designer having to subscribe to all the apps you need. It would be rare for a designer to only need the "Single App" plan, so our hands are a bit tied so that we \*have\* to pay the "All Apps" price. So you end up with a ton of apps that you'll rarely, if ever, actually use.

### "Everything you need"

March 2, 2021

4.0

Overall, my experience has been positive. I have no real complaints.

Pros

Anything I need for my creative work, I can do using some product from the creative cloud. There are so many possibilities for what you can do.

Cons

A bit of training is needed to be able to effectively use creative cloud. It isn't incredibly intuitive, but it really isn't that hard once you get into it and are using it regularly.

### "All of your design needs solved"

June 1, 2019

5.0

One of the best business decisions I have ever made when it comes to investing in programs was to subscribe to Adobe CC. I use more than 3 programs now and their All Apps plan suits me perfectly. Highly recommended if you do any creative editing to graphics or videos. As it contains so many software options I still have some which I have not tested yet.

Pros

I just recently started to use Adobe CC. Previously I have only used PhotoShop and Acrobat Reader from the whole selection of programs and was not aware of how much I am missing out on. It is amazing to have all of the programs available for a reasonable price and use what suits the specific task or goal you want to achieve. The learning videos are easy to follow and you can do image, content or even video modification easily after learning the basics.

Cons

Too many options. This is the biggest issue. :) The programs are easy to use, but not without previous experience or extensive learning. Some of the steps are obvious if you have ever used any editing program but to master or just to become a moderately expert of each of the programs can take time.

### "Adobe has made their entire ecosystem accessible to everyone in a clean and usable fashion"

June 25, 2018

5.0

Easy to manage the various pieces of software I choose to get from Adobe.

Pros

I love that Adobe has moved their business structure to the cloud model. Instead of having to pay hundreds, or even thousands of dollars up-front to get their software, I can now pay a monthly fee for only the products I use. This also makes it super easy when managing multiple computers, allowing me the flexibility to download and install the programs I need where I need them. I also love that subscribing to Creative Cloud provides me with the latest version of their software, allowing me to take advantage of the latest features.

Cons

Even though it is cheaper up-front to pay a monthly subscription, the price can get a little steep if you need to use a lot of their products. Competitors such as Sketch and Studio, although single purpose, come in under the yearly price of Adobe's monthly subscription. I have had a few infrequent issues with getting Creative Cloud to 'sync' properly on my Mac, but I have been able to resolve it by shutting down, restarting, uninstalling, re-installing, or some combination.

### "Adobe CC is essential"

April 1, 2019

5.0

I wouldn't be able to do my job without Adobe Creative Cloud. So for that, my overall experience is great.

Pros

CC makes all things in my profession easier. I currently use only Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, however I have so many other things in this subscription that I can download and try at any time.

Cons

Sometimes updating can take a long time, but this is probably more due to my internet speed.

### "Industry Standard For A Reason"

July 29, 2019

5.0

I use Adobe Creative Cloud Suite mainly for image editing, design, and creation and video editing and production. It really is an all-in-one studio, and all needs can be met. Currently, however, the purchase options do not allow a single edition of the software licence to be purchased and owned - an ongoing licence is required to keep you up to date. While in the past, you could own an edition of Photoshop and continue to use it, this looks no longer to be the case. While this ensures the users are having the most up to date experience, it keeps a monetary hold on the purchaser.

Pros

All design and video production needs in one suite

Cons

Cost and inability to 'own' copies of the software.

### "I recommend Adobe Creative Cloud"

December 30, 2019

5.0

Overall Adobe Creative Cloud has simplified our lives and made our projects accessible everywhere.

Pros

Creative Cloud has taken our traditional process and made it digital which makes life easier. Licensing, sharing and working on projects is way easier!

Cons

There are some things to get used to when first setting things up and the default space offered might not be enough to handle certain projects or teams.

### "Love Adobe's Creative Cloud"

March 30, 2020

5.0

Adobe creative cloud allows me to manage our e-commerce from the design of the promotion all the way to posting it on our website

Pros

The best thing about this is the return for the price; you get a really wide host of programs with only one subscription.

Cons

My least favorite feature is how heavy the programs are, I totally understand that they are extremely powerful programs but they do push my laptop to its edge

### "Adobe CC is Awesome"

May 1, 2019

5.0

I use all of the design and video/motion graphics programs. I am certified in Adobe CC. I couldn't operate my business without it

Pros

I've been using Adobe since CS1. CC just keeps getting better and better. I use it everyday and don't know what I'd do without it.

Cons

Some of the updates move legacy tools around and make them hard to find. I would like more emphasis placed on those changes and where they're moved.

### "Industry Standard Software"

August 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

The value of this product is what I like the most. Adobe has several different tiers of service to choose from, some a bit cheaper, but with fewer softwares. It can be as low as a month.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve with certain softwares included in Creative Cloud. That said, it's a barrier worth working through, as the Creative Cloud softwares are industry standards.

### "Excelent tool "

March 19, 2023

Having so many programs is wonderful for different needs, photo and video editing...

Pros

Adobe programs are necessary for any type of graphic adjustment. This cloud option groups the process allowing you to access all of them and have them in the cloud. necessary for the most creative part of a company.

Cons

They are programs that you need a minimum of knowledge to work with, but they are very easy to use.

### "Adobe Creative Suite, a huge bundle of awesome software"

November 16, 2016

4.0

I first started using Creative Suite as a bundle about a year ago and it's awesome the power of the tools contained in the suite. Form sound, to video to photo and archiving, the Suite does it all.

Pros

The integrated functionality between the different software is awesome. When one software doesn't quite do exactly what you want it to do, there's the option to open in another software to finish the job. The amount of tools contained in Photoshop for example is mind boggling. There are so many features, I've only used a fraction of them. Very powerful.

Cons

There are certain layout aspects I would change? Nothing to complain about really. I am sure there is a way to customize it the way I want it, I just haven't figured that out yet. I wish that there was a better clone and healing stamp in Lightroom, but there's always the ability to migrate out of Lightroom and into Photoshop. The option to buy software a la carte without purchasing it from the cloud is no longer. I wish that there was a more affordable option to own just a few pieces of the Suite as stand alone software without having to register in the Cloud and keep updating your license.

### "The industry standard design software."

December 5, 2019

5.0

I started using Photoshop in 1999. This was and continues to be the industry leader in this space. It's a great piece of software that I have owned multiple copies of over the years. However, as my business has shifted to more web development and less design, I use the software less and less, yet I need to have it around for some client files. That being said, I can no longer justify the high yearly cost of the service.

Pros

Everyone knows Photoshop even if they've never used the software. This word is now a part of the popular lexicon for a good reason. Illustrator, and InDesign, along with the entire suite of Adobe products are industry leaders for a good reason. This software is top-notch and high quality.

Cons

There's a big learning curve for all of this software. It's built squarely for professionals, and it's ever-evolving. Additionally, the monthly subscription fee is cost-prohibitive for a small-time business that only occasionally has the need for the software.

### "A must have for visual professionals"

October 5, 2017

5.0

Pros

I love the creativity that the Adobe Creative Cloud allows me to work with. In the past I would have to purchase a license for every single product and wouldn't get any updates without buying the whole product again. By spacing the pricing out to smaller monthly payments makes ownership more valuable.

Cons

I wish that the products were bundled for a slightly smaller pricepoint.

### "Still a fantastic system, but recently download/install issues are really getting frustrating"

March 15, 2021

4.0

We still rely heavily on it, but we've found ourselves using Canva much more. This is most likely a sign of things to come.

Pros

I love using Adobe CC products, and they continue to lead the industry in graphic, video, and other design elements. But with Canva and others making at least part of that so much more "drag and drop," the price point may begin to be an issue.

Cons

The price, which I've already mentioned, is pushing it, but really the biggest issue lately (which has been an issue for years if you see the comments elsewhere) is when CC crashes and you have to install/repair. It's simply one of the most difficult things to do because it's so buggy. They haven't been able to fix this year, and it takes multiple tries to finally get the file to work probably and actually install fully.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is one of a kind."

February 10, 2019

5.0

There is nothing better than this software.

Pros

There is no limit to what you can do with all of the applications available within Adobe Creative Cloud. I use Photoshop/Lightroom the most as I am well learned with them. It is great for photography, graphic designing, even designing web interfaces. There ais a great variety in options and customizations for all of the applications.

Cons

It took quite a long time to learn how to use various programs within the the creative cloud, but in fairness, it is the best option for optimum professional use.

### "Unleash the possibilities of your imagination"

November 21, 2018

5.0

Exceptional! Adobe creative cloud exceeds my expectaations and I have also discovered, you can even sync the mobile apps, which is great for those who design on the go.

Pros

I do almost anything and everything creative and utilize Adobe Suites to the fullest. Wheter it be InDesign to create a Magazine layout, Illustrator for Custom logos (like the one I did for a Food Truck last week) or creating Gif images with Photoshop and transferring it into after effects...the creative cloud let's me reach my full potential when it comes to all my designs. I literally cannot work without it. Trust me, i have tried the competitor brands, but there is always something the others are missing. The quality of the final output makes Adobe creative cloud worth every penny.

Cons

Honestly, it is expensive. But they do offer free trials, tutorials and that makes up for the cost. Wish they would give students a year free subscription.
