### "Adobe Creative Cloud Never Out of Style"

July 14, 2023

5.0

I can create my own templates and switch out artwork very easily. Also new animation features have been added that make images have more life to them, making attention grabbing content easier to attain.

Pros

I love have access to the newest versions of each program and the latest updates on functionalities. I find it very useful to have demos on each function showing how to use it when you scroll over the button.

Cons

Sometimes the program slows down editing if the file is has a complex function applied like in Illustrator when I add a 3D perspective, any changes after that are slowed down because the file is incorporating the changes into the file with 3D.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I like having access to all the programs and knowing that any creative projects I wanted to dive into,I could bc of my access to so many functions.

### ""A versatile piece of software for graphic designers""

August 2, 2023

5.0

A large worldwide community uses InDesign, and Adobe updates it frequently. InDesign is an excellent programme for professionals because of the collaboration features and its extensive feature sets, which include the template & stock library. It is used by our teams to generate digital brochures and corporate magazines.

Pros

\-InDesign gives us the ability to reuse material across several layouts. To reuse pages with varying size, it provides liquid layout.-PDF forms in InDesign are much improved. Before exporting the indd file as a PDF, we may precisely design the form fields.-InDesign also supports languages from the Middle East, including Arabic and Hebrew.

Cons

\-It takes a long time for an Adobe font to appear under the favourites filter in InDesign once we register it as a favourite.-InDesign takes up a lot of disc space.-It needs top-tier gear to run efficiently.-Rising subscription prices.-Learning curve for the product is steep.

### "We use Abobe Creative Cloud every day and have only one complaint..."

August 2, 2023

4.0

The Adobe Creative Cloud is just one reliable product and having all their apps in one place for all our creative needs is key for us. It's extremely affordable and we have had no issues in about five or six years/ We would highly recommend using this platform.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has become a must for our photographic and video editing company. We use it every day and it's critical that we can use their features across all devices really easily. It looks good, works really well and have had no issues over the last five or six years we've used it. This is one reliable product.

Cons

The only feature that doesn't seem to work properly for us on the Adobe Creative Cloud is the RUSH mobile App. I suppose this might not come under the Abode Creative Cloud review but we've tried uninstalling it and downloading it (obviously through the Adobe Creative Cloud) and nothing seems to work. The issue is with the exporting feature within the app. It always leaves a green flickering line at the bottom, whether the video is old or new.

[Canva](https://www.capterra.com/p/168956/Canva/)[GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)](https://www.capterra.com/p/168960/GIMP/)

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

While Canva is free and great for graphic design projects in our company we also needed photo and video editing which they don't provide to the high standard of Photoshop or Bridge. GIMP seems to be a bit tricky to use so for the price the Adobe Creative Cloud is really worth it.

### "Affordable Pro-level Work: Adobe Creative Cloud Empowers Professionals"

May 23, 2023

4.0

Adobe Creative Cloud delivers professional-level video and image work at an affordable price. With its mature tools and access to a vast stock media library, Creative Cloud is the go-to choice for elevating creative projects. Its comprehensive software suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator, offers a seamless workflow for professionals and aspiring artists alike. The cost-effective subscription model provides exceptional value, eliminating the need for separate investments. Additionally, the inclusion of high-quality stock assets further enhances the overall value of Adobe Creative Cloud, making it a top recommendation for professionals in need of top-notch creative tools.

Pros

I have been using Adobe products for 2 years now, starting with Photoshop. Even as a student, I found these tools accessible and easy to use. During my internship at the university, I had the opportunity to train other students in their usage. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as an operator in a publicity agency, relying on Adobe products for my work. Today, as a solopreneur, I continue to rely on Adobe's Creative Cloud. The bundling of their products has made it incredibly convenient to access the specific tools needed for professional-grade work. Adobe has consistently developed and refined their tools into powerful instruments, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking to achieve professional results.

Cons

Using Adobe Tools requires a professional approach, implying a steep learning curve that can be challenging. The Adobe Way of doing things encompasses several unique paradigms that must be understood. However, once you conquer this learning curve, the experience becomes smoother, especially since these principles align across various Adobe products. While one can critique the seductive nature of the subscription-based monetization model, I have always felt that the investment is justified. It's worth noting that when contemplating a subscription interruption, careful consideration is necessary, as Adobe doesn't actively remind or retain data for users who choose to discontinue. So, when embarking on this creative journey, be prepared for an exciting adventure filled with learning, growth, and the satisfaction of mastering the remarkable tools Adobe has to offer.

### "Very nice and complete but a bit expensive"

December 12, 2023

4.0

Overall I am happy, but I find it a very expensive option. I think there must be other programs on the market that do the same thing and are cheaper. If I want to use just one application, I don't need to pay for all the cloud applications, but it is more expensive to use just one than to have everything. I would like to have an easy and simple option to use only one or (maximum 2) and not have to pay the full price.

Pros

It's all in one place, you can update the different versions from one place. That makes things easier.

Cons

What is an advantage becomes a disadvantage, as everything is concentrated in the adobe cloud, and starting from the same hub with the different applications, when you have to make an update it takes too long and does not work well until you update an application you can not open or do anything with the other. I think it may also have to do with the version of my computer, memory ,processor, etc..

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I was already using an earlier version of Photoshop and Illustrator. I needed a sound editor and after trying Audacity I decided to try Audition, which I think is a marvel. I wish I could just buy Audition without having to have all the other applications.

Pros

When I need to create any sort of content for marketing purposes, it can always be done with Creative Cloud. Starting with printed materials, ending with editing footage for social media.

Cons

The learning curve us quite steep, but once you get the hang of the basic idea and logic, you can use all software within the Creative Cloud as the UI is very similar.

### "The standard, but the gap is closing."

October 9, 2023

4.0

Pros

Having used Adobe CC ever since its inception, it's still the standard across the board. It runs well on MacOS, is mostly reliable and each app inside it plays well with others.

Cons

Pricey subscription model, average customer service and Adobe are prone to taking away important features at will, or changing all the shortcuts you ever knew and messing them up in the next release. Its hard to suggest that Adobe are customer-focussed.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I have so far stuck with Adobe CC due to its ubiquitous nature, and the fact I need to interface with others also using the product. If I dint need to ever think of dealing with interoperability I'd switch to Affinity in a heartbeat as they know how to look after customers and charge a fair price for their service offerings.

### "Unleashing Creativity: Exploring the Versatility of Adobe Creative Cloud"

May 23, 2023

5.0

I have had a highly positive overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. The comprehensive suite of creative tools and a wide range of advanced features, have empowered me as a user to bring my creative visions to life. Integration between applications ensures a seamless workflow, allowing me to easily exchange assets and work on different aspects of my projects. Extensive learning resources, such as tutorials and a supportive user community, has helped me master the software and expand my skills.

Pros

I like the impressive range of features. These features within each application are robust and cater to professionals, providing advanced capabilities for tasks like advanced photo retouching, intricate motion graphics, precise typography control, and seamless website creation. The extensive feature set allows users to achieve their creative goals with depth and precision. Secondly, the interface across the applications is cohesive, making it easier for users to navigate and find the tools they need. Lastly, integration is another great suit of Adobe Creative Cloud. The applications within the Creative Cloud ecosystem seamlessly integrate with each other, allowing a cohesive and efficient workflow. For instance, Users can easily move assets between different applications, such as transferring a graphic design from Adobe Illustrator to Adobe Photoshop for further editing or importing video footage from Adobe Premiere Pro into Adobe After Effects for advanced visual effects work.

Cons

While Adobe Creative Cloud aims to be user-friendly, some applications within the suite, such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro, have steep learning curves, especially for beginners or those transitioning from other software. The vast array of features and options can be overwhelming, and mastering the software may require time and effort. Furthermore the subscription based model is expensive for some users while others find it unfavorable due to the regular updates and new features which come with this model.

### "Using Adobe Creative Cloud in producing E-learning Visual Content"

November 18, 2022

4.0

It has been improving throughout the years, I have been a user of it since 2013 and it has given me a lot of achievements and milestones due to the power of using the software when I am doing education roadshows to feature it in schools and university. Overall it was a great journey and looking forward to more in the future.

Pros

It provides fast response in providing updates and bug fixes through the use of Creative Cloud as a web service. Also with the ease of use of the new Adobe Express, it makes creation time much faster for students to become social media content creators without learning some much technical difficulties.

Cons

The price has been higher, on which educators find it hard to cut it in their budget. Plus it need more improvement on the learning side for new users to get started.

### "Tried & tested"

March 3, 2020

5.0

I use creative cloud apps everyday in my photography business for both managing Image files, basic editing & client viewing in lightroom, advanced editing in photoshop and also the creation of marketing materials (fliers, posters etc.) also in photoshop. I've been using Photoshop for about 18 years, and Lightroom for well over 10 years and I'm still learning. They're not the easiest programs to get your head around, but there's a lot of free great material available on YouTube to get you up and running. I've never had any issues with the software or subscription and I often recommend them to others.

Pros

The creative cloud subscription gives you the latest version of the software, there's no need to buy a new version each time it's released. Personally I use the photography package and have lightroom & photoshop as part of this, both of which I use daily. The latest features/updates in the 2020 version (of PS) are great (especially updates to content aware fill) and are very useful for the type of work I do saving me a great deal of time. A lot of people moan about the subscription route Adobe have gone down. Personally I think it's a positive aspect and the great thing about it is that you can try it, and if it's really not for you then just cancel your subscription and try something else.

Cons

The only thing which I found slightly annoying, is that some of the features & functions work slightly differently when you're essentially trying to do the same thing. For example transform, crop etc. - sometimes I have to hold shift, sometimes I don't depending on which function I'm using which is confusing - there doesn't seem to be any standardisation. Also I find going from Lightroom to Photoshop can also be confusing sometimes when the same tools in each program, use different commands/shortcuts etc. it does take some getting used to.

### "It's the Industry Standard for a reason, but for how long?"

November 21, 2018

5.0

Pros

I have loved the Adobe suite since I first started using it back when I started in design with CS2, made my first purchase of the CS5 design suite in high school and Lightroom while in university, and now the CC at work. It's always growing with the demands of the industry and creating new features that assist designers and expand the possibilities. It now has easy tutorials included for new features that are visual more them verbal and easy to understand. The programs all integrate seamlessly together and makes it a joy to work with the software all day.

Cons

There is one flaw in the Illustrator software that is very specific to what I do on a daily basis that most people don't, that I wish would get created. A quick button that would create cut lines and apply bleeds. I specifically am in the sign and vehicle graphics industry and have an old (1990's/Early2000's) software that with a click of a button can recognize what image area is selected, apply cut lines and create the bleed needed for safety when cutting (multicoloured too). I always have to import my graphics from AI to this software to efficiently do this process, but sometime the colours just don't convey well and I'm left to spend an hour or more getting it done in Illustrator. I also wasn't a supporter of the creative cloud subscription. I use it every day at work, but as a student and start-up owner as they transitioned to the CC format, the costs of that bill every month was difficult to justify since I had just spent a large amount on the CS5 edition on a while earlier that I started to explore other software options. It is completely worth the regular investment if your business relies on it for hours a day because it already holds the title for industry standard, but if your looking for something for only occasional use, It may be worth shopping around first.

### "Adobe opened so many doors when they released Creative Cloud."

October 14, 2019

5.0

Overall, I'll continue to use Adobe Creative Cloud. It does have its drawbacks and can be slow when performing certain actions, and it does lock up my computer from time to time, but the amount of value it provides for the small monthly subscription fee is absolutely insane. I've never seen something cost so little but provide so much value in all of my years in the technology industry. It's a must-have for any industry professional, whether creative, technical, or anyone else who has even a small need for Adobe's products.

Pros

\- An easy to use application manager that allows you to find, download, and update your Adobe products within seconds (excluding download/install time) from your task bar - All of Adobe's products at your fingertips, including many that most have never heard of or used (I personally just learned about Adobe XD from their application manager last week and it's extremely useful for prototyping layouts) - Very affordable subscription. Instead of shelling out an insane amount of money per product, you can subscribe to Creative Cloud and have everything you need and more. Sure, at some point the money you've spent on the subscriptions could surpass just buying the products, but for startups it makes much more sense to go with the subscription option until you've really nailed down what products you need. Personally I've found it makes sense to continue using Creative Cloud even after I could have purchased the products I primarily use because of the additional benefits their subscription provides over purchasing the software outright such as access to their other products without any additional cost. - Even without using Bridge, everything in your workflow is integrated so well that you can get things done extremely efficiently. This is more of a application-specific pro than a general Creative Cloud benefit, but most applications can be run side-by-side and you can move resources between them as fast as your computer will allow with a couple keypresses, which is amazing.

Cons

\- The size of the applications I feel could be reduced, and if they're not using a peer based download platform (even if the "peers" are their own servers) it'd help if they did to save on download and update time, which for some applications, especially the video and animation products, takes forever. - They really need to figure out what they're doing with Adobe Stock. It's bounced around from being free to having free options to having a free trial to having a set download limit and I've just given up going to Adobe Stock for anything and use other outlets for stock imagery and video. I understand promotions affect this, but what I've noticed is even for paid subscriptions it's been very inconsistent in their approach. - The application manager could be categorized or laid out better, it's easy to click "Install" on a new application that looks promising but it'd be nice if they sorted everything by the type of output media it creates so that you're not accidentally downloading an outdated Flash product while looking for new animation tools. They've grown quite a bit from Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Flash so filtering through the tons of tools they have now can be tough if they don't at least hint at what specific software is for.

### "Bella ma pesante e costosa"

January 1, 2022

2.0

Pros

### "The Software Gold Standard for Creative Professionals"

April 3, 2020

5.0

In general, my experience with Creative Cloud has always been a highly positive one. I use the software everyday for my job and although I've tried the other page layout design program, who's name rhymes with dark, I always come back to InDesign and am baffled at why anyone wouldn't use CC exclusively. As a graphic designer, I'm often times looking for new fonts for my creative projects and while the Adobe font library is quite extensive, I do look elsewhere for fonts. Since keeping so many fonts active at once can be a drain on Mac performance, I use Extensis Suitcase for font management. It would be great if Adobe made a font management program to work with Creative Cloud for even better seamless integration. The only other bit of feedback I have is regarding program glitches. I've had an issue with a stray Cyan swatch appearing in my InDesign files for a few years and no matter what I try, I can't permanently get rid of it. I've worked with my company's Adobe administrator with no result. I've read through countless online blogs and Help desks that relate to the very issue I have, also with no resolution. I've even shared the issue with an Adobe sales executive, that reached out to me some time ago, who was going to share my issue with the Adobe engineers. To this day I have no resolution to the issue and continue to simply work around it and let it go.

Pros

As a graphic designer creating packaging artwork for pharmaceutical products, it's easy to work with multiple programs in Creative Cloud because of the seamless integration involved. No special formatting or hoops to jump through to go from one program to another. For the most part it's just copy and paste from one to another. I also like that now that Creative Cloud is web based with a desktop control panel, it's easy to update and upgrade software at any time without needing to wait for our administrator to roll out the new software.

Cons

Not easy to find much to dislike about Creative Cloud as I've been using the programs for roughly 20 years or more. The only thing that comes to mind is an aspect of the desktop control panel for CC. When I go to the control panel to see what programs are available, are installed, or have updates/upgrades, the interface is a bit of a mess. All previous versions of programs still show up and list updates that are available. The real issue I have is that the programs with multiple versions available don't easily note which version they are. They list their versions as 21.0.1 instead of CC 2017, CC 2018, or CC 2019, which would make it much easier to determine what is there since the installed programs show up by the year.

### "20 plus years using Adobe's products, time for a review"

September 16, 2020

5.0

in 1995, I was introduced to Adobe Photoshop and it's ability to layer compositions and never turned back. I've worked with the best digital retouchers in Germany, Designed along side legends in the beauty industry, and have always pushed the limits of the Adobe software line until Creative Cloud came out. It was the first time I used cloud based software and was amazed by the new features and abilities. For once, I was learning more than doing and the challenge was well worth the switch. my only concern is for the users who do not understand the benefits of the SAAS model and see it as a price barrier. Basically, the Creative Cloud pushed out novice/occasional users as they are not willing to commit to a monthly bill. Other than leaving behind such users, the CC edition of Adobe's software suite has been the leading edge of the creative industry. From Live TV ads, to Print billboards, and catalogs with hundreds of pages, I've been able to do it all thanks to Adobe and their software.

Pros

I love the new cloud-based platform and all the features that come along with it -Stock imagery flows directly into my projects -Libraries follow me through my day for each client -The Pallette based GUI has always been the best on the market -Customization of key commands was a huge upgrade a while back -Being able to paste vector forms from AI to PS is awesome

Cons

\-AE is always having trouble with my video card even though listed and drivers are updated -AE often stops rendering previews and I must restart to gain back the ability to preview timeline (related to first item?) -I would like to see more pricing options for those who don't need the full kit. Example: a small company who cannot afford "Teams" and only needs one seat for design, but needs multiple seats for edits.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I've been fortunate to study with two Adobe certified trainers. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in MN, and someone in Munich Germany. These individuals passed on much of the personality the software holds and I was left with nothing but the best impression for what Adobe has to offer. Nothing but Apple products could come close and then Apple messed with things and now all my associates are FT Adobe!

### "The industry standard for a reason "

May 5, 2022

5.0

I told my company I needed it, they were hesitant due to price. I told them to give me a month to show them it’s capabilities. After that month was up and my project were evaluated, my supervisor purchased the entire cloud subscription that day.

Pros

Everything is at my finger tips. From start to finish of a project, it’s all there and syncs wonderfully. From importing, editing, color grading, audio retouching, titles, motion graphic generation, and encoding. The process is just seamless when using Adobe CC. I literally couldn’t do my job without it.

Cons

I don’t love how the various apps are attempting to be “turn key for new users”. While that’s great for some, advanced users are slowed down by constant pop ups when starting up apps (especially premiere).

It has it all except for proper 3D software.

### "Unleashing Creativity (Adobe Creative Cloud)"

March 17, 2023

5.0

In My overall experience, it's a great tool to have I solved so many problems in my current and previous organizations, If you are taking it for personal use I recommend first learning that software, and trying those similar functions in other open-source websites online, then if you're making good use of it then go for it.

Pros

A comprehensive suite of software tools for creative professionals, Wide range of applications for various industries and creative fields, Seamless integration between different applications, Ability to share files between programs, Cloud-based storage and syncing for easy access and collaboration from anywhere with an internet connection, Regular software updates and new features added to the suite, Extensive community of users and resources for support and learning, Ability to customize settings and preferences for individual workflows, Cross-platform compatibility for both Mac and PC users, Option to purchase individual applications or the entire suite as a subscription service.

Cons

The subscription-based pricing model can be costly for some, Internet connection is required for installation and updates, which may be a challenge for users with slow or unreliable internet, Certain features or tools may require high-end hardware or graphics cards, which can be expensive or impractical for some users, The size and complexity of some applications may make them difficult to learn, The version compatibility is also an issue.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud I the only way"

October 6, 2023

5.0

I use this every day... all day. I do not see myself without it. I used to have 3 or 4 graphic element subscriptions but have since dropped them all after using the Creative Cloud. Every aspect of my business has benefitted from the Creative Cloud and it seems to get better every single day. We take time, as a team, to use their tutorials and continue to learn every single day.

Pros

I like how they have everything bundled in an easy to use, and the fluidity between users and teams. It helps us stay organized and allows us to work together seemlessly.

Cons

Some apps do have a steep learning curve and can look scary at first. To battle this, they have tons of video tutorials to use and learn along and from.
