### "The best service and tools for a design team"

August 20, 2019

4.0

I use Adobe Creative Cloud to work on user interfaces from systems and apps. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD and Adobe InDesign are constantly on my daily routine

Pros

The way it's easy and smooth to work with multiple files together with more designers

Cons

It could have some improvements for a team, like two or more designers, to work at the same time on a file, like Figma, for example

### "My business wouldn't run without creative cloud."

February 23, 2018

5.0

I initially disliked the monthly subscription concept, but have come to love it - especially knowing that my software will constantly be up to date.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud gives me nearly every tool I need to successfully run my small arts and media company - and the fact that all the different applications have similar workflows and structures makes learning something new quite easy.

### "Excellent Suite of Products"

January 30, 2019

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has made managing the creative tools we need simple and straightforward.

Pros

Pretty much everything we need to create graphics, edit photos, manage videos and podcasts, and perform basic HTML editing is bundled into Adobe Creative Cloud. For the price paid each month, a lot of value is received.

Cons

If I had to say anything negative it would be that the initial installation of apps via the cloud installer is a bit confusing upon initial use. After this is installed, however, updates and upgrades are simple.

### "Adobe the Creative Suite"

February 6, 2020

Customer services can be complicated to understand what you need sometimes

Pros

I can't live without Photoshop, Lightroom and XD - I use for app development and photography, both on Mac and iPad

Cons

Takes a long time to learn everything - if you even can! Also if you end up with more than one account it is impossible to merge, this can happen if you have iPad and Mac versions

### "My preference for handling official documents"

October 11, 2022

5.0

A lot of documentation handling happens though this application. It makes it easy to manipulate and prepare reports and document package for office use.

Pros

File management, batch processing and combining multiple documents makes it highly preferred application for my work

Cons

The creative cloud app icon keeps sitting on the top of my tool bar and I can not get rid of it. If I remove it then I get a message that it will stop syncing my files.

### "Pinnacle of Design Tools"

July 30, 2020

5.0

Overall I've heavily relied on Adobe products in all the organisations I've worked at. It was pretty expensive for a few companies I worked at, but the efforts to find a cheaper alternative was in vain. If design is a core competency of your organisation, I believe you should invest in Adobe CC.

Pros

I started using Adobe products in late 2000s, the investment I made in learning Photoshop at that time still pays off. One way in which Adobe CC shines is that, most of the tools in the suite follows similar communication language. And because of that the skills you equip from one is easily transferred to others.

Cons

None I can think of in terms of features. The pricing is a bit higher, but the fact that you're getting a solid product negates the issues with the price.

### " Affordable Still and Motion Graphic Suite of Softwares for both beginners, and professionals"

May 7, 2018

5.0

I could start my professional freelance videographer business with very less amount as a month investment in software!

Pros

Adobe CC is my friend as a freelancer designer. It gives me high end multi-user, cloud and offline based software for an entry price of few dollars a month!

Cons

It would be good if we could own the product through small monthly payments. Even if it takes a year!

Pros

### "Love, but wish I could simplify"

February 26, 2020

5.0

I love using Lightroom and recommend it to any hobby photographer looking for editing software.

Pros

I only use the Lightroom aspect of the Adobe Creative Cloud. I LOVE it. I edit photos for my blog, Instagram, and personal use. I love that I can customize things, play around with it, and download filters. I have learned a lot about Lightroom and I'm constantly learning more. I love that.

Cons

My 2 complaints are cost-related. It's only $10/month, which isn't much. However, I personally only use one of the many apps included. I wish there was a cheaper option to just use Lightroom. I also wish that I could just purchase the software outright, instead of paying a monthly subscription fee. Over the years I have paid Adobe over $600. So a cheaper option for just one app, or purchasing outright would be preferable to me.

### "Excellent set of tools"

October 30, 2019

5.0

You can create amazing experiences using Adobe products.

Pros

I never wonder if I have the tools to get a job done. It's a big piece of mind being able to say YES to your clients.

Cons

Because of the endless features, there are endless menus, sub-menus, ... and more. There's a learning curve. After 10 years with Adobe products, I still go to YouTube regularly for answers.

### "Still the best"

August 24, 2018

4.0

Pros

Having tried alternative versions of what Adobe does (both free and paid), i always end up coming back to Adobe. It's simply the best at what it does.

Cons

There is a small barrier to entry in that opening any of the Adobe applications for the first time can be daunting, but this is largely down to the incredible raw power and possibilities of the apps.

### "All-In-One in the Cloud"

July 27, 2020

5.0

My experience has been great! They are always updating and adding additional features to their software. I think the price is reasonable for the service that you need it for.

Pros

I love the fact that Adobe gives you access to other versions of software and design apps for your phone as part of the cloud. I have been using Adobe for 10+ years and until they combined everything into one "cloud", I wasn't aware that there were other software programs to try (i.e.; video editing, social media designing.) I also enjoy that there are many tutorials and links to videos to help you learn the different software and tips/tricks.

Cons

I don't have any cons since I have been using this software for so many years and have only seen Adobe improve on it and make it easier for everyone.

### "A Wonderful Video Editing Resource!"

August 24, 2019

5.0

Our sales team do video presentations in order to obtain sales; as such I have to edit videos in order to produce the desired outcomes our company hopes to acquire. The user-friendliness of this product has helped me immensely as the product is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Pros

I like the multiple usages that this product has. Our office does a lot of photography, video editing and graphic illustrations as such this software make the overall process intuitive as well as efficient to employ.

Cons

My association with the usage of this product has been such a positive experience that yielded the desired graphical and video editing outcomes that I desired; therefore, I truly have not encountered any negativity that I can associate from the usage of this product

### "Perfect for professional designers"

November 26, 2018

5.0

I think that in the professional life of each designers is a fundamental tool. it's complete with everything you need, and the performance is high.

Pros

Adobe cc offers a wide range of apps that are currently the best solution on the market. I have not found any software that is at the same level of the apps that Adobe cc offers, there are other valid solutions, but there is always something missing in the functionality. More often I use illustrator and photoshop which are both valid tools that I use for images and graphic design. obviously being a tool created to facilitate the work of professionals it is necessary to devote some time to learn its functionalities.

Cons

If you are not a professional and you only need some of the app, there is no need to pay the whole package. If you use programs to edit images in your free time, other software available on the market might be fine.

### "Everything you need, and sometimes too much more"

May 20, 2019

5.0

While I love the Creative Cloud and services that I get with it, there will come a day when it's too expensive, too complicated, or simply too cumbersome on my machine, and I will switch to one of the many (sometimes free) alternatives.

Pros

The Creative Cloud is Adobe's one stop shop for all of their apps. For the price (depending on your subscription), this is a fantastic setup. I do the Photography plan and am over the moon with the quality and quantity of software at my disposal.

Cons

There is a huge learning curve for each of their products as they are meant for a highly professional and competitive array of industries. They also continually talk about raising the price, which makes for concern. Generally all of these programs are also very large installs, with heavy resource draws.

### "Amazing suite for designing, editing and effects!"

March 6, 2019

4.0

Pros

I mostly used the Adobe Acrobat (pdf viewer), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge and Adobe Spark. These tools are immensely helpful in adding effects to your document, flyer, invite, logo, anner., etc. Adobe Spark is my favourite as it gives useful suggestions on creating a page, flyer, document, etc. and adding effects to it. It suggests the fonts, colour or design that might suit and you can preview it before applying. It's very useful for editing a video and adding effects to it too. Adobe Photoshop is the best tool to create logos for applications or teams in your company. It has a plethora of features that keep getting discovered and provides a smarter way to design your project.

Cons

The problem with most of the Adobe Acrobat application, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Spark is that unless you are familiar with its tools, it can get difficult to use it. For someone new to the tool, using it to match their requirement might be a pain as it is not easy to use if you have no prior knowledge. The applications are less user-friendly to people who are new to it. I struggled with Photoshop the first few months I used it. A more descriptive user manual might help with this issue.

### "Adobe Has It All"

September 30, 2019

4.0

It's been very pleasant. I like that you can interact projects between different software programs.

Pros

The main software that I use is Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Acrobat.

Cons

I really don't have many complaints about this software. I kind of wish that there were better tutorials out there.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I didn't like the new Final Cut X

### "All your Adobe tools in one place"

July 31, 2020

5.0

Working in an agency setting, we have a slew of people that use Creative Cloud on a regular basis. Each has the ability to select the tools they would use or not, and customize their own environment accordingly. As the head in-house IT person, I can also say that I've had to do next to nothing to keep it all running, so reliability and simplicity is clearly covered, even for less technical users.

Pros

Create Cloud is awesome! You sign up, install it, and you have the full realm of Adobe tools at your fingertips. Each are listed out with a simple "install" button to allow you to pick and chose what you want, and then they are kept up to date automatically. It's also just as easy to uninstall if you no longer have a need for a tool.

Cons

Creative Cloud is, to me, the "Cadillac version" of tools in this market space. With that said, you will pay for what you get. If you are in a setting where you benefit from the creative kinds of tools Adobe offers, it's worth every penny.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

September 17, 2019

5.0

I started by using Illustrator and have slowing added InDesign and Photoshop. Each progran is basically setup the same, with a few differences. I love being able to add little extra designs that make the words stand out.

Pros

That the software is easy to use and there is a help menu when you get stuck. The software lets you change plain text or photos into a great presentation, flyer, or webpage. Your photos get noticed

Cons

The cost of the software. I think the cost is a little expensive for an individual, especially if you need more than one program.

### "Great Software"

October 22, 2018

5.0

We have much more professional looking and easier to create print media, since we've been using Adobe Products.

Pros

I love that with the creative cloud we have all the programs we use frequently without having to constantly be buying new versions of each individual software. We use InDesign for designing all of our print media and Lightroom and Photoshop to run all our images through. I appreciate that there is helpful tutorials on the website as well as it being such widely used programs that there are many tutorials on Youtube as well. The updates come in just when needed.

Cons

It is expensive, but I feel well worth the cost to have all the programs and updates. As a non-profit we have been able to purchase our license through TechSoup for a lower cost.

### "The comprehensive software package for all things design."

September 6, 2018

5.0

Pros

This is the gold standard that won't be going anywhere soon. The switch to constantly updated software from the old days of CS4, CS5, etc. is a welcomed change.

Cons

Their cloud storage limits are very lackluster. For the monthly price, 1TB should be a standard minimum. Because of this, I resort to using Google Drive or Dropbox for housing my files.

### "To get all apps for one low monthly price is great!"

May 16, 2018

5.0

Pros

It's perfect, no matter what file type we need to create or edit from html, jpg, pdf, svg, and more we have the adobe product needed to masterfully edit it. What a great package.

Cons

The learning curve doesn't transfer from solution to solution and they once tried to up the price we locked in but other than that Adobe CC is crucial to our business.

### "Leader in market"

October 13, 2018

5.0

Pros

New Adobe CC is a must if you are a photographer, illustrator, designer etc. Working on multiple devices or sharing with teammates is simple and easy. Really good sync between devices.

Cons

It is a bit pricey but Adobe is a leader in this kind of software so you don't really have any different option. I guess that lack of competition is biggest con.

### "Comprehensive Software"

July 27, 2018

Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator. I use them for creating assets for my websites and other marketing materials.

Pros

Has a lot of different functionality available in several different programs. I like that the software updates automatically.

Cons

Somewhat difficult to learn all of the functionality. The program sometimes has bugs and when it updates, I lose things sometimes.
