### "The best for the photographer and office worker"

June 26, 2018

5.0

Pros

I love the auto updating for Photoshop and Lightroom. The cost is a great deal for all the features you get on the full versions of Photoshop and Lightroom.

Cons

The Stock photo access too expensive for the membership if you only use a few photos per month. The Adobe PDF app is a little high and would be great if there was a lighter version

### "All In One Solution For Creatives"

January 28, 2020

5.0

Overall the Adobe Creative Cloud allows me to cover every aspect of my business’s creative needs, whether that’s editing a promotional video in Premiere Pro, Organizing and creating a magazine layout in Indesign, or designing marketing collateral in Photoshop CC

Pros

What I like most about Adobe’s Creative Cloud is that it bundles all of Adobes creative apps and software into one package that can be purchased for as little as $20 per month. From Photoshop to Premiere Pro & Dreamweaver, the collection of software offered covers every aspect of the creative industry.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that with over 20+ Creative apps bundled together only a handful of them are actual utilized by the end user but it all boils down to the user’s creative workflow & background.

### "Great but Confusing"

December 26, 2018

5.0

Overall, Adobe Creative Cloud is a wonderful tool for any artist at any level of expertise. However, I think they have so many functions that it can get people lost easily so that the full potential of the program isn't realized by many.

Pros

All of the options are absolutely wonderful. If you're a creative person that covers all types of arts such as videography, photography, writing, etc. then this program is a dream come true. The quality will far exceed your expectations even if you're a newer user or someone who has been using it for years, it will blow you away every time.

Cons

This software has never been user-friendly. Thankfully, there are plenty of tutorials online that cover pretty much anything you're wanting to cover in every single aspect of the program. However, if those tutorials didn't exist online from amazing people sharing what they learned, then it would be just about impossible to use this program thoroughly across all aspects. I'm still baffled after years of using some of these programs how some of these people figured out how to do some of these steps.

### "The software we all need, but hate to need"

December 5, 2018

4.0

I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign the most out of the entire suite, and they are definitely essential tools & software for my job. However, there are certain basic functions that users have been asking for for years, and Adobe never seems to listen. Moreover, certain functions in the latest updates seem to have been removed (which just doesn't make sense to me, ie. why would you remove the handles for us to adjust line length?!). As mentioned, its the software we all need, but hate to need. I really dislike it that I have to pay this much every month, but there are simply no other alternatives.

Pros

It is an essential set of software for designers, and as a designer myself, I can safely say I would not be able to do my job without it. Have explored other options but ultimately, there is no other real alternative available in the market currently.

Cons

I dislike the subscription-based payment (I miss those one-off purchases), and the fact that it costs a bomb for a freelance designer like me annually.

### "Doesn't include all of the Adobe apps and the support is terrible"

April 13, 2019

4.0

Now that Adobe has made a subscription only system where you can't buy products, we have to be subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud to get access to Adobe software. It is convenient that it can be done online and downloaded online, but our slow internet means when we get a new member of staff it can take 2 days to download. I do think Adobe products are good, but Adobe seem to take their customers for granted nowadays.

Pros

I like most that Adobe Creative Cloud comes with the most important Adobe products that I need, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and the full version of Adobe Acrobat DC.

Cons

I dislike that the Adobe support is terrible. I reported a bug that freezes Adobe Illustrator, and after 2 weeks I was told to simply post in a forum, that didn't have any staff in anyway. I am a paying customer!

### "The essential tool for graphic anythings"

September 10, 2018

5.0

Essential tool for graphic work. A little more expensive from buying the hardcopy. BUT the benefits arguably outweigh this cost. I was resistent at first to make the switch, the change is worth it.

Pros

You can do everything you'll need to in the digital space with these tools. Your work follows you where ever you go. Reliable back-up.

Cons

Steep learnign curve on your first application that you utilize. Once you know one though, the concepts roll over to each tool. I first learned illustrator, and could easy move into photoshop and indesign. I dont love the new billing (each month). BUT I know its better. That way I'm staying up to date on software. I am not working with 5 year old softwre (as I was doing before creative cloud)

### "The best editing software out there, but there isn't much competition"

November 7, 2017

4.0

Pros

Lightroom CC provides a clean, simple way to edit 99% of my photos in a relatively quick and easy way. Presets makes personalizing images a breeze, and multiple rating systems allow me to organize the images I want and hide those that I don't. Photoshop has been the top photo manipulation software on the market for a while, and, once acquainted with its workings, an editor can do outrageously cool things to their images.

Cons

Often, both are slow and a little clunky when it comes to working with RAWs or large TIFFs. I think Adobe has been working to fix this, but a lot of photographers still recommend other software like Photo Mechanic for culling and sorting. Alien Skinware has better grain output. And Lightroom doesn't allow for exporting as a PNG. None of this should be the case for something I have to pay each year. But Adobe knows it's the best in the game, so they aren't very quick to step this up.

Pros

It's very easy to use and save files to work with multiple devices.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile app doesn't work well and loses connection.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

September 13, 2019

Our experience with Adobe Creative Cloud was great however to be more cost effective we have chosen to move to Foxit pdf software.

Pros

The software is very useful, has a variety of options for manipulating, editing and creating PDFs.

Cons

Our company prefers not to use a cloud based software with a monthly fee. Therefore we have been updating our PDF software with Foxit.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is a very useful tool "

December 5, 2019

5.0

For the price, Adobe Creative Cloud will have you covered for anything you want to do artistically/digitally. Without it's rendering power, I wouldn't have been able to produce videos of high-quality for social media. I've had Adobe Creative Cloud for 2+ years and wouldn't be able to do the work I do without access to the programs. Highly recommend!

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has a variety of programs that are useful to artists, filmmakers, and anyone in media production. You can create a unique, complex graphic on Photoshop, or use Premiere Pro to edit and render high-quality videos. In this day & age of social media, having Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary when creating a visually stunning product.

Cons

The hardest part about this software is the learning curve. While programs like iMovie are intuitive and easy to use, programs in the Creative Cloud can take a little more research. Luckily, YouTube has a variety of resources and tutorials available to answer any question you have about the programs. Every time I've been stuck on something in Photoshop or Premiere Pro, I go to YouTube and always learn what I need to know, and more!

### "Love It!"

March 1, 2019

5.0

I have used Adobe Creative Cloud for almost five years yet and I get my money's worth every month. I have tinkered around with there various applications that they offer and I love how easy they are to learn because of all the tutorials there are. I also find that downloading or uninstalling an application form Creative Cloud is super easy, which means I don't have to bog down my computer with unwanted apps. Creative Cloud makes it easy to keep everything in one location. Adobe Creative Cloud is awesome.

Pros

I love that I have access to all that Adobe offers, and if I'm trying out something new, they provide tutorials to learn it. Not to mention, there's access to additional fonts, stocks, and you can store your files in the cloud. You can also browse creative works from Behance.

Cons

What IS there to not like about this software?

Started using Creative Cloud when I needed to purchase Adobe Indesign. It took a little bit of time to learn. Would not go back now.

Pros

View updates and installs in one app. Can see all the available programs in one screen. Can download previous versions of software if need for conversion.

Cons

Seems to update alot. Constantly asking me to log in when switching programs.

### "Love the change to creative cloud"

May 1, 2018

4.0

Pros

We used to have to buy our software on a two year basis due to cost, but now with the monthly features we can always have the latest updates for less than the price we were paying. It's great!

Cons

Adobe has their customer support outsourced and honestly it's been a real pain to contact someone about a problem. They should really fix this.

### "Easy to manage accounts"

December 12, 2017

5.0

Pros

I like that I can buy individual licenses for our design team based on individual's skill sets and prefered tool kit. It also helps when turnover occurs, to be able to add and remove accounts.

Cons

I wish Adobe products were cheaper! But you can't win them all! They have become more flexible with pricing however (which i guess is a pro!)

### "Expensive, But The Best Out There"

April 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

The amount of features in all of their products within the Creative Cloud is mind-blowing, and everything works really well once you figure it all out.

Cons

The learning curve for each product is incredibly steep, and if you want to cancel you have to undergo the most frustrating process ever. It's easier to get out of a gym membership...

### "It's the Adobe suite... Does it really need a review?"

January 23, 2019

5.0

This software is the industry standard for a reason. It has a steep learning curve, but once you master it, you're unstoppable.

Pros

Literally everything. The things you're able to do with this software are incredible.

Cons

The price has always been the worst part of the software, and while the subscription is less out of your pocket at a time, it's still adds up quickly.

### "Heavy duty software"

December 6, 2019

5.0

Overall they are very good products that do more than I will ever need. I would prefer to buy a version license than monthly billing.

Pros

From the cloud suite, I utilize Photoshop, Adobe Pro and Dreamweaver consistently. They are each feature -rich products that are part of my daily work tools. I would describe them as best of the breed. Photoshop does way more than I could ever grasp, Dreamweaver (before WordPress) is definitely my web development tool of choice and Adobe Pro has an amazing array of actually useful features.

Cons

I would rather not be paying $60 per month. Photoshop is so big that it takes ages to load even on a well-powered machine and Dreamweaver often hangs.

### "Love the Creative Cloud"

February 8, 2019

5.0

I do all of my creative work with Adobe Creative Cloud. There is nothing that compares and they keep adding features constantly.

Pros

Of course the apps/programs are the industry standard. What makes the Cloud great is how easy it is to keep the programs updated, add programs, and being able to use anywhere.

Cons

Sometimes the Creative Cloud manager hogs a lot of memory.

### "Love Adobe CC"

August 28, 2018

5.0

Pros

I absolutely love how Adobe transitioned to CC. Makes it so much easier to access apps and keep them updated at all times. Not to mention going this method avoids a lot of piracy etc.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that for some reason Photoshop has become a little bit laggy since transitioning to CC. But overall nothing to dislike.

### "State of the Art Software"

May 22, 2019

5.0

Pros

If you deal with artwork, photography or video, you need Adobe software. Yes, there are several other tools available, but for state-of-the-art editing tools, nothing beats Adobe.

Cons

With so many programs and options, there can be a steep learning curve, but you can find many sources for learning online, including directly from Adobe.

### "Great Design System"

January 22, 2021

4.0

Great creative solutions across all programs and makes it easy to work as a team. Keeps the whole team up to date with the most current software and features to elevate your designs and efficiency.

Pros

The creative cloud is a great system that allows you to access all of your design needs across platforms. Updating is easy through the creative cloud and keeps you with the most current programs. Great set of tools that integrate well with each other.

Cons

Some of the programs can be glitchy. When the new versions come out I have had issues with the programs quitting. After going back and downgrading and reinstalling the new version it normally works. Would love to see the programs tested a little better before they roll out a new version to eliminate the glitches.

### "Great product that I use daily, but definitely has its bugs and downfalls."

October 17, 2017

4.0

Pros

Great software that I use daily at work. It is unparalleled in its integration between its own software. You never have to leave the creative cloud, the constant updates are great as you are always up to date.

Cons

There are a ton of bugs in this software. There can be a lot of crashes, but that is to be expected in nearly all software.
