### "Adobe Creative Cloud-Photographer Perspective "

October 11, 2019

5.0

For me, Adobe's Creative Cloud programs are well worth the money you spend. As an artist I do rely on Light Room and Photoshop the most. It is well needed for editing pictures for clients and the bonus is accessing tutorials when needed.

Pros

As an amateur photographer, I use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom CC. Both programs has different ways of manipulating images. I know Lightoom is more an ease to edit than Photoshop. I also think it's amazing to be able to have access to all Adobe Creative software in case you may want to venture into other art venues such as illustration or editing videos. I have personally recommended this software to other creatives.

Cons

I feel maybe just having a lower price to bundle 1-2 software programs you prefer could be an alternate way to have a subscription. Even though I have not used any of the other programs, I know for sure there are some I will most likely not need.

### "Necessary tool for any designer"

October 3, 2018

5.0

It is a genius concept to make it possible for creatives to access all Adobe products from one place and constantly be updated to and from the Cloud.

Pros

What I like most about Adobe CC is that it brings all my favorite Adobe apps to one place and makes it accessible from my computer even without internet.

Cons

So far there is nothing I dislike about Adobe CC.

### "Overall a great system"

March 26, 2019

5.0

Pros

I enjoy the additional fonts in Typekit. I love the very wide variety of products that are available.

Cons

Sometimes, it seems as though the updates aren't necessary, as if Adobe changes things just to change them. And the short cut commands from program to program are not consistent and this can be incredibly frustrating.

### "Digital Arts"

October 21, 2020

5.0

My over all experience was overwhelmingly wonderful I have been searching for these tools forever I wasn't even sure if they existed until I found this app say Photoshop is a little expensive and this app allows you to use some of Photoshop the most basic tools for free really I recommend this app to anyone who wants to remove backgrounds or replace backgrounds because you can do it here

Pros

Mostly I like that this app has the main feature most people are always looking for crop, shade, and cut! It's a very simple app with a limited number of tool from photo shot you can do so much with this software!

Cons

I wish the wand feature was a little better at picking up the areas I'm trying to select. I am how every using it on a phone screen so that may be part of the issue, not the app its self!

### "I use Adobe Products in every single company I've worked at"

January 11, 2018

5.0

Non-stop benefits.

Pros

I've changed titles over the past decade. The only thing consistent was my use of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere... ) It's a standard of the industry for a reason. It works great. And Adobe is always finding new ways to optimize. I might use Photoshop to edit an advertisement. I might use After Effects to edit a video. And I might use Illustrator to modify a icon. There's so many uses.

Cons

The monthly subscription just feels annoying. And even though the subscription is cheaper, it just feels annoying. Another thing I dislike about Adobe is that there's very little difference between yearly releases.

### "What an incredible product"

February 3, 2018

5.0

This program allows me to create and share my ideas effortlessly.

Pros

This product jumpstarted my career and allowed me to create media and desing in ways that I've never dreamed of.

Cons

I started using photoshop and illustrator back in 1999. I feel like the product hasn't changed much since then and that the applications are a bit bloated.

### "Finally adobe is doing it right!"

Pros

I love the mobility of Creative Cloud. I currently have this installed on all of my devices to track and download all of my applications with a click of a button. I also use it to keep all of my creative apps up to date on a daily basis. Great cloud product!

Cons

None to list! Great product to manage all apps in one place.

### "Love Adobe products and the creative cloud makes it more accessible."

June 5, 2018

5.0

Pros

Creative cloud is great because it makes Adobe software accessible to to people who cannot foot a huge upfront cost. Also access to online features is a nice benefit.

Cons

I think the monthly cost could be lower since it is a monthly cost. Also if you do not use all of the software included it could be not worth the money.

### "Adobe is the Only Way"

April 16, 2020

5.0

After many years of use, I am a pro at Adobe and love that I can use this skill in every area of my business. I love the ability to use online, mobile, and desktop and all your work can be saved in the cloud.

Pros

Adobe creative cloud is, in my opinion, the only way to go for professional photographers and graphic designers. This software has everything I need to create high level professional images and media products for my clients.

Cons

Adobe Creative Cloud has a lot of functions and options to do every thing. One program cannot do it all, so you need to work across multiple programs and learn each one independently.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe has always been a leader in professional software and continues to show that with updates and new resources.

### "Creative cloud - good for so many things"

November 28, 2020

5.0

Overall, wonderful product. I will continue to use it so long as it continues to grow with the times.

Pros

I like that this software can be installed across platforms and can be on multiple of my devices. I like the access to cloud storage, though I must admit I am still confused a bit by the cloud aspect of it. The programs on Creative Cloud have helped me to take my small business to a much more professional level. I have only used a couple of the programs that are offered, but the ones I have used are very user-friendly and intuitive. Online resources helped me understand how to use them at first.

Cons

I don't like that it is an ongoing cost to continue using the product. I wish I would be a larger one-time purchase option because for people like me who use it for a side business, I don't get full use out of it every single month. I don't have a constant stream of clients - I have busy seasons and slow seasons where I'm paying for the product and not using it. I can see this being less of a downside for those who run their own businesses full-time and year-round.

### "Handy tool to hold your life together if you use a lot of Adobe products."

February 13, 2019

5.0

Great product, but I had a problem with my account once and for some unknown reason it would not renew my subscriptions. After several days of trying to find a solution, I was told to start a new account. Then a year later... my old subscription automatically renews and I have two accounts charging me for the same thing. So overall, love adobe products as long as there are not problems.

Pros

Since Adobe products are now by subscription, this is a handy tool to manage everything and make sure you have all the latest updates. It has tutorials and trials for Adobe products and includes cloud storage.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about the software, but Adobe in general has horrible customer service. They generally have great products, but if you do need help it's like pulling teeth.

### "Expensive, but worth it."

November 20, 2020

5.0

Great product for creatives, not my favorite pricing model.

Pros

The products integrate very well and they are constantly being improved. Adobe software is reliable and proven.

Cons

I wish there were more pricing models and options, I don't like being locked in to all the software, when sometimes I don't need it all for long periods of time.

### "Tutorials are great, efficiency takes time"

May 8, 2019

4.0

Overall, it is a useful program. While other programs (like Canva) are more simple to use, Adobe Cloud is much more versatile and allows for much better design and UX/UI capabilities.

Pros

\-The diversity and variety of features -The breadth in program use -The tutorials available -The shortcuts available -The integration of the cloud

Cons

\-Takes up a lot of space on computer -Takes time to learn and then more time to learn how to use it efficiently -Sometimes lags and slows down if you have big files -Expensive

### "Fantastic way to manage and use Adobe Products"

June 27, 2019

5.0

Pros

Using Adobe Creative Cloud has allowed our church to really get into the 21st century. I love how the apps can be auto-updated and the ease of use to find help is bar none! I use Photoshop and Acrobat virtually everyday and am impressed at the feature set of both softwares! I can't recommend Adobe Creative Cloud enough, to my friends or to anyone! Thanks Adobe for creating a cost-effective way to distribute fantastic software to the masses!

Cons

I really wish you could hide software that you never want to download. Also, it would be very helpful if Adobe Acrobat was more user-friendly. Even though I can get help and do everything I need, it isn't as intuitive as the other Adobe apps. Thanks!

### "A trusted name in design! "

July 12, 2022

5.0

CC is ideal for the online or offline publisher who needs to best in class design tools. For a regular person there are free alternatives out there.

Pros

I used CC during my daughter's high school IT exams and have used Adobe Software for more than 10 years. I like the fact that there is an always updated solution which is the main advantage of CC I feel. I had an amazing customer experience where the officer arranged a refund for me despite it being technically my fault.

Cons

Anyone thinking of cloud software should know that data usage can be high and creatives (especially those saved on the cloud) can use up a lot of data.

Switched from

[GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)](https://www.capterra.com/p/168960/GIMP/)

I have used Pre-CC Photoshop when I need CMYK posters (print).

I love use Adobe Creative Cloud for all of my graphic design projects.

Pros

Adobe Creative crowd has all the software and features you need for creating any type of visual medium.

### "Best Solution for Photography Postproduction"

October 30, 2019

5.0

Low monthly subscription will give you access to the latest version of the best software needed to edit the photos. Simple as that...

Pros

I use Lightroom & Photoshop to edit all of my pictures. Simple love to have a suite, where I can find all the programs I need, and being able to update them by paying a monthly subscription.

Cons

Well, I just love everything about Adobe Products. At the beginning the interface was really simple, but lately it has shown a lot of improvements. Couldn't mention any cons.

### "Overpriced, but really the only option out there"

October 22, 2019

4.0

Products are quality and work well. My computer logs me out of the creative cloud platform frequently which is frustrating. It is nice that I can log into the cloud on other computers and have access to these programs as well.

Pros

The PDF writing options have been extremely helpful. We use a great deal of graphic pdfs in my company and being able to quickly edit and add text or logos to these documents has been very helpful. Photoshop is also great, but we can no longer afford that as part of our subscription.

Cons

Very pricey. We just wanted PDF viewer and Photoshop basically, but couldn't afford both. We used the free trial for photoshop for a while which was great. But it just seems like a lot of money for a small non-profit to pay for a software.

### "The standard for marketing publication"

September 28, 2019

5.0

For what the school needs, Adobe fulfills our marketing perfectly. It's easier than ever to create promotion for any of our extracurricular activities and display Skyview's name in a creative way with Adobe's design features.

Pros

With proper setup and installation of the software onto computers, the capacity to do work and how seamlessly the Adobe products work together, Adobe Creative Cloud is the easiest and best way to get jobs done efficiently. Each product is amazingly functional at what it is meant to do, and it is easy to share you work or store it.

Cons

The software gets a little tricky signing into multiple computers from the same license. You have to sign out of all the computers if more than 2 have access, but that's easy enough to navigate.

January 31, 2018

Pros

\- you can open any application you use in any computer in the world - your preferences are saved

Cons

\- The constant updates for each app - if you are not up to date on all your computers connectivity between each other won't work. - If you don't have a fast internet, it might take a while to connect to your account.

### "Creative Cloud is your one stop shop for all things design"

December 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

Creative Cloud allows you to consolidate all of your design software needs into one monthly payment and ensures that you always have the latest and greatest features.

Cons

The major downfall to continuous updates as opposed to individually purchased programs is that eventually you will need to upgrade your workstation.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is great for designers and marketers to have all of their assets connected"

June 4, 2018

5.0

Pros

The thing I like most about Adobe Creative Cloud is that you can have all your apps, files, and assets connected for ease of use and efficiency.

Cons

There definitely is a learning curve for all Adobe programs, but once you watch a few videos or take a class or course the programs become so familiar and second-nature.

### "Creative Cloud has as much or as little as you need"

February 5, 2019

4.0

since moving from discs-in-a-box software to Creative Cloud, I've been very pleased with the new versions of software. It feels updated and new after years of running software I could no longer update. The subscription-based service is what everyone is going for (and reduces piracy of the software, I'm sure).

Pros

The cloud version of the creative suite is great in that it moves the software from your personal computer to a cloud and affords updates that are easier to install and maintain. As well, you can choose what you need and don't need in terms of apps.

Cons

Updates often produce unintended changes that aren't always great (for instance, Photoshop made a few unecessary changes — IMO — that, had I known about, I wouldn't have updated until they corrected the change).
