### "Great Tools But Horrible Support "

February 20, 2024

4.0

I wouldn't recommend this software if you're not going to be using it daily.

Pros

The diverse functionality. There's not much you can't do with these programs, which is great for multidisciplinary artists.

Cons

The support team, and how they try to force you to upgrade your storage plan.

### "Excellent performance and great set of tools"

April 25, 2020

5.0

Overall, it was incredible to use all of them together, bridging quickly and having so much versatility on the go. It helped with designing/illustrating for work projects, mostly newsletter and website enhancements.

Pros

Easy-to-use interface with multiple options available. Includes amazing connectivity for most Adobe programs and gives you speedy downloads/add-ons on a weekly basis.

Cons

It is quite expensive and does not offer enough flexibility to truly customise your package. On one hand that is not really bad, but sometimes the experience can be negative when you're paying so much.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Because it is by far the most versatile all-in-one suite to use.

### "Software is great -- Cloud based plans is frustrating if you have more than 1 account (pers vs biz)"

December 20, 2021

5.0

Pros

I regularly utilize Adobe Acrobat for PDF editing. Illustrator is used on occasion in concert with the materials received from third-party graphic designers. Acrobat makes PDF editing a quick breeze. Illustrator has a larger learning curve. Both programs help us accomplish our regular graphic design needs.

Cons

Creative Cloud is awful if you happen to have a personal account in addition to a business account. I was constantly having to login to one or the other depending on the app I need to use. This is the MOST FRUSTRATING thing about this cloud service. Although some of the programs are used truly for personal use, I've now had to purchase licenses through my business to maintain a single cloud login and have access to all programs through one login. I'm beyond frustrated by this... I would think that I'm not the only person who has both personal and business needs for Adobe software and would prefer to be able to access all apps concurrently? But I suppose I'm unique in this case according to their customer support!

### "Ton of options for your documents"

July 16, 2019

5.0

Adobe cloud adds additional security to all your valuable documents.

Pros

Adobe cloud provides lot of options under one product name for all your documents. It helps me with my documents and backs up all my files to the cloud to be reused for other projects. It’s very easy to share assets across the Adobe ecosystem and different devices.

Cons

Customer care needs to be improved. Service is delayed maybe because of the larger customer base they have. But it needs improvement.

### "Remarkable Photoshop editor. 110% Recommended !"

August 6, 2018

5.0

Pros

Adobe CC has very compact offering of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Acrobat and After Effects. You cannot find reliable substitute of this software which has all the features of this software.

Cons

The Illustrator has no change from time so it has to be updated. It’s the buggy and heavy software. I’ve reported many bugs but none of them are fixed. Adobe is doing a great job for future but leaving older projects buggy is not a wise choice.

### "i use CC for audio, video, visual, packaging and in store design"

August 1, 2018

5.0

Pros

The ease of use and application consistency and integration makes for a fairly seamless workflow for image, video and audio editing.

Cons

Some new release bug issues can take too long for Adobe to create an update to patch and fix the problem. This doesn't happen often but when it does it's a challenge.

### "Not a perfect choice, but the best choice"

September 8, 2020

4.0

Good. They make some of the best every level art/design products available and they all scale to intricate levels of mastery of you take the time to learn then. For a one stop shop there is no other game in town.

Pros

I appreciate the continuity between Adobe's products this gives me. This is the body of the Adobe octopus attaching all of the tentacles. Cloud based integration of asset storage, search, and storefront all in one. I would prefer one bit of software for everything but this helps bridge most everything together.

Cons

I don't use stock assets often and utilize mostly local storage for preservation of ownership and access so there are expenses that may not be as necessary for everyone.

Pros

### "Adobe creative cloud-a repository for softwares"

November 23, 2020

4.0

My experience is good overall. However, I don't need all the softwares so the price seems higher to me.

Pros

1\. Adobe creative cloud has so many software packages within cheap price. 2. You can subscribe all of the Adobe's software using this. 3. You can access the software from anywhere if you have online connection. 4. You can also buy license for devices too.

Cons

1\. Some partial subscription seems to be expensive. 2. There may be trouble for upgrading the versions of some software without upgrading the subscription.

### "The best thing that adobe did"

September 13, 2018

5.0

It's pretty good so far, its a lot cheaper then traditional way of buying things and best of all you get the latest version of the product.

Pros

I used photoshop and XD quite often, and having adobe creative cloud means i have the latest version of the software when its released without having to pay tons of money in one go. There is a photoshop only option that is quite good in price but the all suite is a pretty sweet deal. Our office just went into doing all prototype in XD and getting us all of the apps plan, which includes Illustrator, Premier and Audition.

Cons

The taskbar application is annoying, sometimes when you click on other program you cant find the floating adobe updater. Updating to a new version is also sometimes an disadvantage cos they tend to change quite a few stuff like the one where they changed the toolbar.

### "Creativity without limits"

October 6, 2023

5.0

I currently use Adobe Creative Cloud to create marketing materials, social media content, and high quality video edits. My overall experience is very positive, it is easy to use, it has a wide range of tools and the results are of very good quality, both in images and videos.

Pros

Working with layers is one of the features that impresses me the most, it allows you to stay organized and make changes without compromising other elements. Also the ease of synchronization in the cloud makes it easy to work from anywhere. And the ability to access a vast library of resources, incluiding fonts and images, are also highlights.

Cons

The loading speed, response and general perfomance of the application must be improved to make it more fluid. It takes some time to get used to the interface because it is not very easy to use and it is not that intuitive. I also don't like the selection and masks tool so much, the selections have to be more precise and faster.

### "Adobe CC is everything a creative needs and more."

August 21, 2018

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud is a must have for any creative, I have been using it for two years now and it has increased my productivity exponentially.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud has a powerful integrated software that perfectly connects to all of your adobe apps and you can pull adobe assets very quickly into the adobe software you are using.

Cons

It is a little difficult to set up. It can be very confusing when navigating through the set up windows and downloading certain apps in the beginning.

### "Great product"

August 6, 2019

5.0

The Adobe Creative Cloud has updated and made changes to their products which give the users even more opportunities to be creative. The software are easy to use, have a lot of settings and tools, and allow users to create and design

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of great software. The programs are easy to use and most have endless possibilities of what can be created with them. The programs work well with each other and it's easy to export and work on files that were created with other Adobe software

Cons

Honestly, there aren't many things I dislike about the Adobe products. They all have a flexibility and ease of use. The one thing I would say that I like the least is the price, as it definitely is on the expensive side

### "Access to all creative tools"

July 12, 2022

5.0

Top notch experience using the various programs included in Creative Cloud. We mainly use it for Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and InDesign. We create sell sheets, flyers, brochures and even video snippets for all our marketing efforts.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud enables you to create whatever you want, whether it is in print, video, or digital. Design websites, logos, edit photos or create collages, or even edit a movie. One of my favorite features is the ability to save projects to the cloud so you can access the files on any device with internet. This is ideal for collaboration across teams as well.

Cons

You have to download the Creative Cloud apps onto a device which is understandable given its capabilities. But sometimes I find it easier to hop onto an online based software like Canva for quick projects than loading apps on Creative Cloud.

### "Glitch Glitch, final product, glitch"

February 8, 2021

3.0

It is a great program, Im afraid there will soon come a day where the program is obsolete and a new program will emerge to provide the better editing software.

Pros

Adobe - probably the best editing software on the planet. HOWEVER, they timeout and glitch ALOT which makes updates and edits a nightmare. No matter how supped up my computer is, how much ram or gigs, the cloud version tends to get overloaded quickly and my hands are moving quicker than the software can keep up. Frustrating when I know its a great program and produces high quality - just slow and glitchy often which causes for more edits and frustrations.

Cons

Its not user friendly. If you dont know the software you couldnt just jump in head first and learn. Its alot of complicated segments that take years of learning, short cuts and best practice are better learned from youtube videos and research, you wont get that info from Adobe. Monthly fee is excessive, I miss the install of a program and knowing it would function - cavoite:: it wont update as needed.

January 21, 2019

5.0

I would highly recommend using this software as it has streamlined our day to day creative dept. We are also now able to manage our team and our licenses under one dashboard.

Pros

The ease of use while having all apps under one dashboard makes my busy day that much easier.

Cons

I can really say there is nothing i do not like about this software.

### "Limited access to endless possibilities "

April 4, 2019

3.0

Despite the opportunity this platform represents, I am disappointed with how complicated it is. I say this not from a position of laziness, but rather, from having used a simpler expression of Adobe offerings in the form of Canva. Canva showed me that Adobe CC doesn't have to be complicated because the principles are often simple. I believe we are in an age where technology should exist to serve users, and to serve users well, and I think that the way users communicate with this tech in terms of what we input into the program as we use it should be much, much more intuitive. Who knows what creative fruits would be produced if we were able to lower the barriers to using such programs.

Pros

The biggest advantage of Creative Cloud is to have the power of creation at your fingertips. For one such as me inclined towards design, it represents the pinnacle of creative design for the endless amounts of ideas that you can bring into physical existence through the software. I like the ability to manipulate any image and make it conform to a creative vision. It it truly the digital creative's toolbox and canvas all in one.

Cons

For someone without formal training in this software, having bought it and trying to learn it on my own, it is ... incredibly difficult. Intimidating. Overwhelming. I find it frustrating that for as much creative license as the platform offers, the barrier to entry is extremely high. As a creative, I find it frustrating that it's not always intuitive to make the program do what I want it to do. Each tool is not well labeled, and it's incredibly frustrating to have to switch platforms to go to google how to do something every 5 seconds. I wish there was some sort of guide embedded within each tool to explain the different things it can do, and how to combine it with other tools. Also, when there is an error, the program just makes a noise at me, rather than telling me why I can't do place something somewhere. Again, this makes the learning curve even steeper, as I now have to go figure out why that won't work. This just makes me, as a user, feel like Adobe CC gives tools to people but doesn't particularly care to equip them to use such tools well.

### "Best Creative Suite for content creators"

December 11, 2018

5.0

Pros

They lead the industry for a very large amount of their software. The ability to edit video, photos, design, animation, etc all within the same company is very easy and fluid. The transition between the different programs is very easy.

Cons

The software can freeze up sometimes for no apparent reason.

### "A Designer's Dream bundle"

January 15, 2020

5.0

So my overall experience with using Adobe Creative Cloud has been phenomenal. I can only describe ACC as walking into a closet for designers.

Pros

What I like most about the software is that it gives you access to a plethora of software that you can use to create anything from logos to cartoons to websites.

Cons

What I like least about it is the lack of tutorials on how to use things. I feel like it should atleast give you an example of how certain things can be used. But then again I guess you have to learn something on your own.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I was attempting to do everything in the Microsoft software that came on the pc. But it is said that "when you know better, you do better." Well I now know better.

### "One of the best with a few lapses "

June 10, 2019

5.0

For remotely based workers, this is 'a must have' as it gives room to sync programs especially with it's cloud - based functionality.

Pros

One of the intriguing facts I love about Adobe Creative Cloud is it's easy and non-complicated way of maintaining work flow on the accounts of the numerous cloud based connections. Another intriguing thing about it is that I am no longer bothered about spending money on VPN softwares. It's cloud storage makes it real value for money, it also gets better with each new version.

Cons

Compared to other software with similar features that I have used, Adobe Creative Cloud is way too expensive. There is occasional 'freezing' which results in the software not working properly.

Even though it is pricey, I wouldn't be able to do my job or run my company without Creative Cloud.

Pros

Cons

I wish that the pricing was more reasonable for small businesses. It gets expensive to add subscriptions for each use.

I use it to download the design programs that it requires at work

Pros

It is an excellent suite that has important programs for graphic design, from the suite you can download any tool you need to design

Cons

The free versions last 30 days, there is always the option to acquire the licenses, but they are a bit expensive
