### "Good software"

September 18, 2019

5.0

Good functionality and ease of use. Overall the software does what I need it to.

Pros

I use adobe daily. The software is easy to use. Simple layout that anyone can understand and makes securing documents a breeze.

Cons

I don't see a lot of cons to this software except for the price. It can be a bit on the expensive side.

### "Amazing tool for creatives"

February 4, 2021

5.0

Even though it is pricey, I wouldn't be able to do my job or run my company without Creative Cloud.

Pros

I love that creative cloud has brought together all of the Adobe apps into one integrated platform.

Cons

I wish that the pricing was more reasonable for small businesses. It gets expensive to add subscriptions for each use.

### "Excellent design software suite"

September 22, 2018

5.0

I use it to download the design programs that it requires at work

Pros

It is an excellent suite that has important programs for graphic design, from the suite you can download any tool you need to design

Cons

The free versions last 30 days, there is always the option to acquire the licenses, but they are a bit expensive

### "Love Creative Cloud"

August 4, 2020

5.0

Overall I have had a positive experience with Adobe creative cloud.

Pros

I love that with Creative Cloud I have access to all of the adobe products. It makes being able to try one out very easy.

Cons

I wish creative cloud wasn't so dang expensive. That is my one complaint. I also wish they offered deals more regularly.

### "A must have software package "

September 26, 2019

4.0

Overall its a good software package and part of the basic starter kit for any company.

Pros

The creative cloud is cheap and one of the must have software packages in the industry. Very useful when you work with PDF files all day long. Easy to encrypt and password protect PDF. The cloud storage feature is an added bonus.

Cons

This package has a very limited usage scope. You do not need the software package if your company doesn't handle a lot of documents on a daily basis.

### "Expensive, but the industry standard"

January 10, 2019

5.0

It frustrates me that such good software is hampered by such poor management decisions at Adobe.

Pros

Lets get this right out of the way, when it comes to creating/altering/modifying images or doing design work there is nothing better than Adobe. No other software even comes close to the features that Creative Cloud has.

Cons

The pricing is awful. You cannot purchase an offline version or disks any more. You cannot outright purchase the software and only pay once. Instead it has a monthly price that quite frankly is too much for the software. I have clients still using CS6 because at least they can still buy it outright and not have to keep paying for it forever.

### "Access has never been easier"

January 11, 2020

5.0

Creative Cloud is an excellent application to access some of the most powerful and intuitive creative software available. Since starting my subscription I've been able to explore and expand my creative abilities.

Pros

Creative Cloud removed the barriers to accessing premier creative tools for artists with limited budgets.

Cons

I've noticed some buggy issues when apps updated to the 2020 version. There seemed to be confusion with files opening in 2019 or 2020, and required me to manually fix the issue.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud is one of the best values out there, I use it every day."

February 26, 2018

5.0

Pros

I like that I get everything I need for my job and more. I've been able to learn new software because it's there to try out. Updates are quick and simple and I don't have to worry about paying for upgrades. From my company's perspective it's a known constant fee which is easy to plan for.

### "Everything you need on one subscriptiom"

December 6, 2019

5.0

Adobe CC includes a few softwares I just couldn't work without: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, AfterEffects and Premiere. There's a lot more on the pack, but these are the ones that cover all my work flow, from Designing websites and apps, to illustration and motion design, it has it all.

Pros

Adobe CC covers pretty much my daily needs, in one user friendly pack: AdobeXD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, AfterEffects and Premiere. Reliable software that just doesn't let me down, and that gets better every year

Cons

Nothing to really add here, as these are some of the standard tools in the market and that I've been using since forever. It'd nice to fix some performance issues and a few crashes here and there though (specially on Illustrator)

### "Great software for home or business"

October 28, 2019

5.0

Adobe creative cloud helps our Hotel provide spreadsheets for meetings, store photos, make videos for presentations, and so much more.

Pros

I love the ease of the software. It has everything we need to run smoothly and successfully. I like that the software offers so many different tools.

Cons

There isn't anything I have found at this time that I don't like about the software. I do wish we switched to it sooner but that's all.

### "Software that doesn't need to be subscription based"

October 9, 2019

3.0

I am actively working on getting away from Creative Cloud once and for all. Compared to other more agile and easier to use apps, Adobe apps are overloaded with features, have an outdated user interface, and have become too broad for many practical uses.

Pros

The Creative Cloud library, user interfaces of apps are similar enough to each other that you can quickly get around in an unfamiliar app. The Typekit feature for using fonts.

Cons

The price of the subscription, as well as the subscription itself. Adobe had done a great disservice to its users with this business model.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

At the time I chose this software, it was pretty much the only choice for professional grade creative software.

### "The ultimate in design suites"

October 3, 2018

5.0

Pros

The sheer availability of different softwares and tools for the creation of any type of graphic asset under one roof and in the cloud is a powerful addition to our business.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything that our team dislikes, only additional features that we are constantly imagining.

### "Well organized"

March 18, 2019

5.0

Pros

One thing I love about it is that all apps are under creative cloud are in one page. They are organized and even have a page where you can learn to use the apps if you are a beginner. All the apps have a trial period to test and see their quality.

Cons

Add trial period to a month for all the apps

### "Worth every penny!"

April 25, 2019

5.0

I've had a great experience! Despite the learning curves and customer care, I would 10/10 recommend to any business/graphic designer

Pros

I like the amount of applications accessible through Adobe creative cloud. As a Marketing Assistant, I need to make graphics occasionally, and InDesign is Perfect! Downloads great and makes me aware of any updates that need to happen.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to these application, and the customer service really does keep the privacy policy in full force. It's just hard to get account info when you're not the main account holder, but still work for the same company.

### "Excellent way of delivering high end Adobe Updates & Features"

January 24, 2019

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud, is, a great Suite/Package for individuals who work with varying types of digital images. If you know what you're doing, possibilities really are endless of what you can do with images and other types of media. Here, at Penn State University Libraries, our department puts the cloud to pretty good use. For those reading this...Lynda.com has some very good training for Adobe products.

Pros

\>Cutting Edge >Up to date features >Functionality >Quantity of 'tools in your toolbelt' >Continually upgrading and adding of new features

Cons

\>Quantity does not equate to quality. >>Adobe should reinforce sample/help videos with a lot of the new programs and features to ensure more and more users are fluent, versus having more and more novice or beginner users

### "It goes where I go"

October 31, 2019

5.0

Creative Cloud helps me to collaborate with my coworkers on documents that can only be accessed through someone who has the application. I often use InDesign. With Creative Cloud I can work in other locations with coworkers and have the updated experience.

Pros

I love having Adobe Creative Cloud. It makes working in a different state so much easier. I travel to work each day and sometimes need access to applications that I don't have available to me on my work computer. With Creative Cloud, I can access what I need from another location. The number of locations you can use is limited, but it still helps a great deal. It's also great because I always have the latest update. I don't have to purchase an updated download. It makes my creative life so much easier.

Cons

The software itself does not have any flaws that I can think of. Sometimes it takes a long while to update the apps, but I think that's more of a connection issue than an app issue.

### "The gold standard in several pieces of software."

July 29, 2019

4.0

Pros

Adobe's products are among the best the exist in what they do. They have some of the most powerful features and they integrate well with one another.

Cons

Crashes and price. All of Adobe's piece of software seem to have a higher than average tendency to crash, especially Premier. They are also very expensive. For those outside of using these in the professional space the products cost far too much. I wish there were student and individual prices.

### "The Adobe Cloud is a great solution for those with robust design needs"

July 31, 2019

5.0

Adobe Cloud is the most affordable way for me to run my graphic design business! I wouldn't use a different product for the needs that I have.

Pros

Subscribing to the Adobe Cloud has given me the ready access I need to a variety of programs, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Functionally, this is easier for me to manage than buying, installing and updating programs separately. For graphic designers and other using Adobe programs, the Cloud is the premier option for accessing tools you will use on a daily basis.

Cons

It can be difficult to find answers to very specific questions. Occasionally, I can't find how to perform a unique action within one of the programs. However, if you've taken classes in these programs you should be able to find the answer with a little bit of searching.

### "One place for it all "

January 29, 2019

5.0

I solve the ability to keep my everyday applications updated timely keeping me in the loop of what I need

Pros

This was nice for me to have one place to manage my subscription and keep my products updated with timely notifications of upgrades. It was always hard to keep up with updates for the products that I used daily and this keeps it all together. I also like the video tutorials and how it keeps you engaged.

Cons

No cons at the moment as I like everything it is doing.

January 15, 2019

5.0

Adobe has always had great products and Creative Cloud is no different.

Pros

I love that you can download software, see awesome tutorials, see user created assets and purchase stock images and get inspired by other artist's work all from one little icon in your menu bar.

Cons

The notifications are sometimes annoying,

### "So much creative power"

October 30, 2019

5.0

I have been able to learn so much new things with this that i can create content for myself as well as provide a great service to anyone.

Pros

All the software in the cloud allows you the ability to explore and learn new things and the ability of what you can create with their software is just beyond amazing.

Cons

There are times when the software requires a lot of processing power that it causes the computer to run slow if its not an optimum running pc but regardless it runs great.

### "Great software but needs a little fine tuning"

February 5, 2017

4.0

Adobe creative cloud is quite pricey and doesn't always deliver. For example the Premier Pro editing software has a bug on the cross fade which has been there for over a year, this causes the sound of video projects to have a scratchy sound every time a cross fade is layered onto the project. Furthermore I had issues with Encoder crashing and it took literally months to sort it out via their online support. It was rather frustrating. I also think that Photoshop is not user-friendly at all and should really be either simplified or just have the interface improved so that it is easier to work with. For now Premier pro is the best thing we have to work with for video editing, but if there was a better alternative at a better price we'd certainly switch. Lastly, it would be so awesome if the features with After Effects could merge with Premiere Pro. An all-in-one software. Kinda annoying not being able to do everything we want creatively and then having to fork out even more money for the added sofware if we wanted more options. I think Adobe doesn't take into consideration small businesses in third world countries like we are in South Africa. There are many small businesses who would benefit from having access to this software but it is very pricey for us with the USD-ZAR conversion. Puts a lot of potential customers off.

Pros

The features

Cons

Non-user friendly and has glitches, some of which have been there for years. Very expensive software, not accessible to a wider range of artists with different budgets.

### "Great Integration"

November 24, 2018

5.0

I love what creative cloud has made possible for people to do and the community revolving around the brand.

Pros

The community of applications under Creative Cloud has done a great job of expanding over different industries to truly let the user craft unique and individual experiences.

Cons

The software is great but the pricing of the software is very steep and unfortunate that a subscription is now required to maintain use. The integration for certain apps could be better.

### "There is no other."

November 5, 2018

5.0

Amazing. That is all. You will never need another set of programs again. This is it. The fact that they let you trial these programs first is such a great idea. Anyone who is new and getting into the creative field can test the waters first. Guaranteed you will be hooked.

Pros

Anything and everything you need all in one place. With creative cloud everything is connected. You don't have to jump in and out of programs, save different file types and take up precious time. The cloud makes your daily design tasks and projects a dream.

Cons

I can't say there is a con for using this product and all its features. Beautifully constructed, always updated. They are always finding new, creative and efficient ways of making things work for the user.

### "A neccesity for designers with an outrageous pricepoint for many"

October 25, 2019

5.0

Creative Cloud is a great evolution of software that has seemingly been around forever. The customer service is not perfect, but the fact it's so widely used makes finding unofficial help easy enough for the most part. It's a must for creative professionals-- if they can afford it.

Pros

Creative Cloud has a ton of options to approach just about any creative endeavor you might embark on. Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to Bridge and AfterEffects, etc. The fact it is cloud-based lets me keep things up to date, it works with FAR fewer bugs than previous versions, and it's a must-have as a designer.

Cons

The price for freelancers and small businesses (and students) is really a remarkable burden. You are getting a lot of product, but the cost really skyrockets if you want to enjoy the entire suite of products (which is, in my opinion, the only way to go.)
