I used the Adobe creative software many years ago when we had to purchase the Master Suite. Being able to access this from anywhere, on any computer or laptop by means of using their app is amazing! Pros Our company subscribes to the Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams. This software is a necessity to not only our design team but to our marketing team. Since Adobe started offering this software in the cloud it has been a dream come true! Cons There is nothing I dislike about the Adobe Creative Cloud. Cons In Adobe Creative Cloud Lightroom, every once in a while it will feel lagging and/or bogged down with the amount of content I need to work on simultaneously. Pros Adobe Creative Cloud is the best and most efficient software that can handle the huge workload I deal with every day. It is the industry standard for images and media. Cons Every now and then, programs in Adobe Creative Cloud will have some glitches and bugs where I have to restart the software. I think some of it has to do with the huge files and large catalogs I work with, but it is frustrating to have things freeze in the middle of a project. You pay for what you get in terms of quality of applications. Pros The software has great component applications that have been around for a while: photoshop, illustrator, etc. Being able to use one or more of these as well as have them integrate with each other is great. The developers seem to be doing consistent work updating apps which is nice because fixes will usually be made to new features. Cons The desktop download application manager has been glitchy for me on different computers. They are very high quality design programs and they all integrate very easily with each other. It allows you to manage information whether or not you use your main computer. Asked for a cancellation on my auto yearly renewal and support informed me that I should only reach out to them on the date of my renewal, along with requesting the business to update the card details to access a refund, only to find out that I will be charged and then refunded on the charge.
