### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

October 21, 2019

4.0

I currently work with AI, PS, AN, PR, DW and Media Encoder. I love how they all work with each other and function a important player on a great team.

Pros

I have been and avid PhotoShop user for close to 20 years. I really enjoyed how the software has added lots of usable functions that streamline the photo editing process. It is very apparent that Adobe pays attention to the way that their users use their software and is much appreciated.

Cons

I flip from AI to PS constantly, it would be great if the user interfaces were more similar. When in AI I find that the hot keys/menu locations are not the same as they are in PS. Other than that I think it is a great tool that I spend hours on a day.

### "All the Adobe Products but at a high subscription price"

March 16, 2019

4.0

We are a busy print shop, who designs and prints artwork. We have Adobe Creative Cloud as a subscription, and it lets us access the main pieces of software that we use, which are: - Adobe PhotoShop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe inDesign It is useful having the latest verisons, as then when clients have the latest version, we are able to load their files. It is reliable. The downside is we are paying a monthly subscription, and we will have no usable asset to sell at the end.

Pros

It contains the Adobe software we need, which is mostly Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

Cons

We have to pay a monthly fee to use this software, per desk, and it is very expensive. We will also be paying it forever, and we do not have an asset that we can sell at the end.

### "Helps me run my business without a whole lot of upfront costs"

February 19, 2019

5.0

I use the Adobe Creative Cloud link every single day to run my photography business. Without it I couldn't do what I need to do. I can download stock images for use in my composites, organize sessions, preform edits simply and efficiently, and put together videos. It is indispensable.

Pros

I love that I can use Adobe's products for a low monthly fee. In the old days you would have to front thousands of dollars to get Photoshop software. And then pay for upgraded software. The Creative Cloud lets you pay a small monthly subscription fee to have state of the art photo editing software.

Cons

Sometimes when Adobe updates their Apps they get glitchy and don't work properly. They crash, or won't respond. So generally I won't install new updates right away. I like to give them some time to figure out the bugs. But if you do have issues Adobe will give you an option to send a crash report to help them solve the issues.

### "Ideal Tool for Artist "

September 26, 2018

5.0

Pros

As an artist, having a program that allows you to access your work at any computer as long there is a reliable connection is like a gift from heaven.

Cons

The creative cloud requires a fast internet connection, it doesn't load if you're unable to reach the minimum bandwidth.

### "Creative Cloud FTW"

November 1, 2018

5.0

I love it's ease of use and simple layout to keep all my apps up to date with Adobe's latest versions!

Pros

Creative Cloud keeps all my Adobe apps up to date everytime I log in and it's kept neatly all in one place.

Cons

I honestly haven't found a "con" to this app, and would have to say it's all win win!

### "A solution for those who need the adobe experience"

May 7, 2018

4.0

Pros

Although it is a cost that will be born in perpetuity, the low monthly payment to access an updated version of Adobe's suite of creative programs is something I wished they had done sooner.

Cons

Just like with leasing phones, leasing cars and other costs that seemed to be fixed and inevitable like death and taxes, having yet another recurring, open-ended fee seems a bit suffocating, especially since it is a professional tool.

### "Amazing suite of programs"

March 5, 2019

5.0

Fantastic experience!

Pros

Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat DC alone are worth the subscription price. These are gold standard programs, I can't do my job without them.

Cons

They're extremely complex. It takes users a long time to learn the features of Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.

### "Everything you need for design and updated with all the latest software."

July 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud really brings the suite together and helps me find new applications that can improve my skill sets.

Cons

The monthly price can be a bit steep for smaller companies and during not so great work periods. It's worth the cost but can be a too high for some.

Pros

I love that the programs work together and that you can use the Creative Cloud Library in any of them. You can create professional work with the Adobe programs.

### "Could not live without the Adobe Cloud"

As an illustrator user since 1998 I use it daily for various projects, the introduction of the Cloud a few years ago overnight brought all my assets together.

### "Awesome Video Editing Tool"

March 2, 2021

5.0

We're still in the beginning phrase of our experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, but it's been great so far! Perhaps it's the level tier we purchased, but we didn't have access to a lot of intuitive training, so it did take our team a little bit longer than we'd have liked to get fully accustomed to the software. But, now that we've overcome that obstacle, we're able to see the true advantages! We're able to edit, add in graphics, create additional visual effects and more! And, it's pretty easy to use too (now that we've taught ourselves)!

Pros

There are so many things you can do with Adobe Creative Cloud, as it has over 20 different applications. However, we use it mostly as a video editing tool / video editing software. Our team has video experience, but Adobe Creative Cloud took our products to the next level. We're able to edit, add in graphics, create additional visual effects and more! And, it's pretty easy to use too!

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve to this software. Perhaps it's the level tier we purchased, but we didn't have access to a lot of intuitive training, so it did take our team a little bit longer than we'd have liked to get fully accustomed to the software. Now that we're productive and efficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, we know there are untapped capabilities. It would be nice to have periodic demos or tools to help us learn what we don't already know!

### "Exceptional Software"

October 30, 2019

5.0

I use Adobe Creative Cloud for design purposes. I create company logos, edit photos and presentation materials for school promotion. It saves time and money to be able to do these things in house as opposed to outsourcing.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is a source for all in one software. Whatever you are trying to do...image editing, video or audio production, just to name a few can be done using this. It is a wealth of software at your fingertips in one location. I love using products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom. I also have created pages on the Adobe Spark page.

Cons

I can't really say that I have any cons about Adobe Creative Cloud. It is like a place for one stop shopping.

### "It's Good But It Costs You"

December 10, 2019

5.0

I'm using Adobe Audition mainly to edit audio for training videos and my podcast. Adobe Captivate and Adobe Stock Photos are not included in the cloud. I find Adobe products a necessary evil. They are the best, but hate how much training you need to become proficient in them.

Pros

I like that Adobe has compiled so many of their offerings into the Creative Cloud option because it allows me to explore other products I probably would never have tried.

Cons

$$$ Adobe is always out to make a buck Because their products are sooo robust, they also do more than most people will ever need Not really user friendly - be prepared to have to take classes

### "Have access to any Adobe program you need"

December 19, 2018

5.0

Pros

I like that it's a subscription and that any product you use is always the latest version. Photoshop and Indesign are my most used programs and I'm always notified when there is an update available

Cons

On my computer it tends to be slow and make every other program slow.

### "Adobe CC Review"

August 20, 2018

Pros

I really like how everything is cloud based. Everything, for the most part, is right there with you whenever you need it.

Cons

I don't like how hard it is to get a old of customer service. It just seems so difficult at times. I also wish it had Adobe Acrobat Pro included.

### "A Must Have For Any Marketing/Design Professional"

September 6, 2018

5.0

Pros

The monthly payment option to get all of the programs is a life saver. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a single program you get them all for a monthly price with automatic updates.

Cons

Nothing at all. Adobe Creative Cloud has saved me money, time, and much more.

April 11, 2019

5.0

Pros

There are so many programs that I use through the Creative Cloud and being able to update them all in one spot is also really helpful too!

Cons

### "Adobe Creative Cloud fits all of your needs in one!"

March 8, 2018

5.0

Lots of features and allows creative work in video and photos!

Pros

I love the Adobe Creative Cloud; our ministry uses it on a daily basis. Whether it's creating a new video promo or creating a new graphic or image, creative cloud has us covered fully.

Cons

It's hard to find a con about this cloud software! It can be pricey since we have to pay a yearly cost to renew it, but that comes with downloads of all of the updates, so it balances out.

### "Amazing now that you get the full suite!"

July 11, 2018

5.0

Pros

I had always used just Photoshop because of the cost of the SAAS. Now that they have implemented a reasonable price for the full suite that enables two machines, I am hooked. I have always needed full Acrobat and AI. Now i am even learning Aftereffects and love it!

Cons

Like most large software folks, phone support is expensive and hard to obtain. I wish they could incorporate a small amount of into the SAAS fee for this.

### "Cloud-Based Adobe Products a Mixed Bag for Consumers"

June 9, 2019

4.0

I am able to post-edit my Canon film shots with Adobe Creative Cloud for enthusiastic private collectors, as well as professionally post-edit all the images I donate to hospitals with terminally ill-patients.

Pros

Its innovative features. Its range of highly creative options. It's consistently illuminating facets.

Cons

The parts of Adobe which are Cloud-based lead to frequent and highly erratic crashing. The crashing occurs, even on a new computer with huge space and more-than-ample memory. There are also ongoing issues of Adobe freezing when enlarging one's photographs which are being edited, and then the entire computer has to be re-started, as the program then locks and hogs the entire computer.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud"

November 26, 2018

5.0

Overall, Adobe Creative Cloud provides my team with all of the resources we need to keep creating new content for our clients.

Pros

I work for a digital marketing agency and it provides everything my team needs. We create content for almost 100 clients and there are plenty of stock photos for us to stay creative. I can use internal photos and edit them through Lightroom. Photoshop is helpful for editing my clients' logos.

Cons

After using Adobe Stock for awhile, I started to see some of the same photos in other places used by other companies. I don't like how there is an additional cost for premium photos.
